5 /5 ROBERTO RODRIGUEZ: Sevciks Service Center is absolutely the best! Having recently moved here and not knowing any shops in town, I took a chance with Sevciks—and I’m so glad I did. My 2018 Ford Explorer had a radiator coolant leak, and after speaking with Mr. Pat, I brought it in. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair process, and had my SUV running like new within 48 hours. Then, just five days later, my AC started acting up. I took it back, and they checked to ensure it wasn’t something caused during the water pump repair. They found the issue (completely unrelated) and fixed it at no cost! Within a few hours, my car was back on the road. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop. I’ll be bringing all my car needs to Sevcik’s from now on—never going back to a dealership for service again. Huge thanks to the Sevcik’s crew and management. Highly recommend these honest, hardworking folks!
