Adrain was extremely kind, patient, informative, and consistent with his tone of voice. Not one time did he rush me as I explained to him what happened & is happening to me. Thank you for having Adrain as a part of your team. As the saying goes, “first impression is always the last impression.” So, in that being said this tells me that everyone else here is awesome like Adrain.
