I was pleasantly surprised by the short wait time and was seen almost immediately. Dr. (or NP) Hamlin was exceptional; her impressive bedside manner and thorough approach made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to address all my concerns without rushing. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return in the future!

Courtney Riggs I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Saini and the exceptional care he provided for my ankle. After months of severe, debilitating pain that made even walking a struggle, Dr. Saini quickly and accurately diagnosed me with end-stage arthritis caused by prior trauma to my ankle. He approached my treatment with a commitment to conservative care, initially starting with medication and steroid shots to explore every option for relief before considering surgery. When these options proved ineffective, Dr. Saini recommended a subtalar fusion. He took the time to walk me through every detail of the procedure, drawing diagrams and explaining in such a clear and accessible way that all my concerns were put at ease. His kindness and professionalism throughout were invaluable, especially as I felt incredibly anxious about undergoing surgery. Thanks to his skill and care, the surgery went flawlessly, and my post-operative experience has been outstanding. Dr. Saini’s dedication didn’t end with the procedure—he’s been thorough and attentive in my recovery, ensuring that every step of the healing process has been seamless. In every interaction, Dr. Saini has been a model of excellence, compassion, and integrity. I am deeply grateful for the level of expertise and empathy he’s shown, and I would recommend him without reservation to anyone seeking the highest standard of orthopedic care.

Dayvee Brower-Warrell You can’t get any better than Dr. Medina and the team at Animal Care Center Hays County. We recently brought in our 5 month old kitten Toulouse where he was immediately treated for hypoglycemia. They saved his life- without their help we wouldn’t have him home with us today. Not only have they played a critical role in Toulouse’s pet emergency, but they also helped us save the life of our other kitten Maui when we found her on the brink of death in a field. They worked with us for 4 straight months to get her into tip top shape. Not only will she now live a long, healthy, happy life but she’ll also get the benefit of doing that with both eyes! Dr. Medina also helped us navigate the end of our first dogs life. He was 11 and the team helped us keep him comfortable through his last day. Thankfully, our two year old pup Charlee has been a healthy pup and has only needed the usual treatment from the animal center team. They are great for the day to day too! Overall, I can’t recommend the team enough. They are honest, compassionate, thorough and knowledgeable. You won’t regret taking your pets here!

Lealyn Brooks Dr. Manuel Martinez was great with my 7 yr old daughter. He is personable, funny and patient. He made her treatment plan and was made us feel at ease. Iris was our dental assistant she was amazing. Her bedside manner was soothing and she even got my girl a little trinket to take with her. We will be seeing him in the future!

Haley Riddle Overall, the staff was pretty great. Everyone was super friendly, but not very efficient. I went in today (wendnesday evening) around 6:30 with about 4 other people in the waiting room with me. I came to the ER to get checked out after my car accident that I was in today, and my vitals and report was taken very quickly. I got taken back into a room within 20 mins, but once there I waited HOURS to be seen, given pain medication, my xrays and CT scans taken, and for my results. My total time in the ER was 4 hours (from 6:30-10:30). I thought this was absolutely ridiculous, and it needs to be worked on. I understand that other patients need to be seen before me, but I don’t want to feel like I’ve been forgotten or that I’m not a priority.

Diane Young Dr. Diocares was very impressionable & easy to talk to & ask questions. He made me feel comfortable to proceed with my prospective procedure.

Billy Moore Anthony was great and Chuck as well. All the therapists were great and helpful. Nursing was good except I experienced some issues with responsiveness but it was usually because I seemed to always need help during the morning transition from the night shift to the day shift because of the nurses needing to do their change overs. Really a very good group of people in all positions from the top to bottom. The one thing I would suggest is a way to page for help more than once, due to the button not working again after the initial request. Especially when you are needing to get to the restroom.

Glenda Hawthorne Ive been seeing Dr. Symon since 2015. I have always found her to be most professional and caring. What I have always appreciated about her is that she shares with me the results of tests and gives me a copy of everything to take with me after the appointment for review. I am truly saddened to find out that she is retiring, but Im sure she deserves a rest and I wish her well.
