I was the only individual being seen. The time allocated for appointment was correct. She even finished early. Good conversation. She explained everything before she started on my hair. During my second appointment, I arrived with glue in my hair from a medical procedure. She got it all out without damaging my scalp. I walked out feeling like a million bucks!
