With over 60 years of experience and a long career in customer service, I can confidently say Gina is the best. She treats every customer like family and genuinely cares about our needs. Steven, who worked on my vehicle, was equally impressive. He was thorough, professional, and gave me complete confidence in the quality of his work. After decades of working with various companies for oil changes and maintenance, I can honestly say this Sun Auto location has the best team I’ve ever encountered. Gina and Steven, thank you for consistently going above and beyond. You truly deserve recognition for your exceptional service!

They fixed everything that needed to be done with my car and more. They care about the safety of each driver and theyre very friendly. Thanks to them, I get to drive safely back home to my loved ones.

5 /5 Matthew OBrien: Sun Auto Tire & Service single-handedly restored my faith in customer service and they are now my hands-down favorite business to bring my vehicles! I recently contacted them on a busy Friday afternoon after a vehicle we planned to drive for a weekend getaway picked up a duplex nail in the rear tire and they told me to come by ASAP. They took care of my issue in 1.5 hours and we were on the road with minimal time lost due to Gina, the service advisor, and Stephen, the technician, who took truly outstanding care of us. In a world full of lamentation over the supposed loss of true customer service, right in my backyard (Helotes), I found an exemplary case study in it being alive and well. Despite not wanting any further vehicle issues, we hope to see yall soon & Thank You So Much!!
