5 /5 John Lazaro: Huge shout out to Jessica!! She did an awesome job. Its arguably the best haircut Ive ever had. She is awesome! The staff here are super friendly and helpful. Ther was maybe 5 people ahead of me, and I waited maybe 15 minutes. Ill definitely come back.

4 /5 SS PUNISHER Buentello: Kimberly thank you for making today a great experience, shop needs more like you. Amazing job, i give you 5 stars l!!! Unfortunately the location i want to give a 3 but will settle for a 4 star. Think store policy needs to be revisit with call ins being put on the waiting list. When you have customers walking in and having to wait for people that are not even there. And when a family calls in with their 4 kids a head of time you have a customer now sitting even longer in waiting room. I sat and watch a half of waiting list sheet go through for people that called a head of time and where not there when I showed up for my hair cut. Than having my name lined out for someone who calls in on phone to be put on list. And they show up 20 mins later and get called up before me. Yeah poor service. But thank you Kimberly for making the best of a bad thing. Great haircuts, service, and showing concern for the situation and for my health when you found out I had shoulder surgery. You should be the one running that location and teaching other what amazing service is.
