Susan Johnson Larry is an excellent mechanic on top of being nice, honest & affordable. It was hard searching auto repair shops, reviews & trying to find a mechanic to help. Over the phone, Larry was so nice to let me know what he thought was going on with my grandsons car. Larry got the parts quickly & repaired the brake rotors while my grandson waited! Thank you so much, Larry! I highly recommend him for your STUDENTS car repairs!!!

Diamond Kuhns I know if I ever get hail damage again I WILL bring my cars here! I had 2 cars with major hail damage and Carlos explained everything he was needing to do plus the time hell take to get it done, he took care of the cars very very well! He kept me updated on everything, when I got the cars back not only were they dent free but they were really really clean! I would say he is a perfectionist with his work! I definitely highly recommend you bring your cars here!! My husband an I are such satisfied customers!!

griffin rogers Well, my most exciting part about owning a vehicle…it’s gonna need service. I live in San Antonio, driving North, my car dies in San Marcos. She (my car) goes to Frank’s. From the first call to my last call, I was treated as if I lived around the corner. Chris was the gentleman that helped me get signed in…he told me, to head back to SA, he would get the team on the truck and get an estimate out, asap. The continued invest on my vehicle was important. The simple fact that they were honest, they had it broken down, per my budget and asked what did I want them to do. Honesty, friendly and understanding is all we could ask as customers…AND a running car. FRANK’S will take care of the issues & the high tech service we all want, with the small town Texas service. RIC SEALE I want to commend Mario and the service staff at San Marcos Auto Center for exceeding my expectations. I brought my 2013 Chevy Traverse in Monday morning with some damage under the vehicle. Mario diagnosed the problem, and the part needed, found the needed part, had it shipped to San Marcos and my vehicle repaired before 3 PM on Wednesday. Some shops have taken that long just to diagnosis the problem! When he called to let me know the vehicle was repaired, I asked him what I owed, and Im glad I was sitting down! Not because of how expensive it was, but because of how reasonable the price was! I was literally prepared for a quote of four times what the price he gave me. Needless to say, I am appreciative of the honesty and fine work that Mario and staff gave this customer, and I highly recommend San Marcos Auto Center. A final word--Im seventy-two years young, a former sales manager and now a minister, and I have never given a five-star review for anyone, leastwise an auto repair shop!
