5 /5 Zach Washam: Yesterday, my wife had surgery to repair a torn Achilles tendon. She had never had surgery before and was nervous. Our flawless experience at this center made a difficult day much better than it could have been. The staff was excellent (Marsha did a great job of welcoming us; Sarah took good care of us after the surgery was over). Processes were well-designed, transitions were smooth, communication was clear, and care was warm and sincere. We appreciated the prayer card in our take-home information packet. Overall, we received wonderful support in a time of need. Thank you all for your good work.

4 /5 R T: Fantastic care from the pre-op and post-op nurses, surgeon, anesthesiology, and everyone in between. I stayed one night after my surgery and the room was nice and comfy. I say my only downfall was the cleanliness. There were a couple strands of hair in my rooms bathroom upon the first time walking in there, which kind of grossed me out. Other than that, I highly recommend this surgery center!

5 /5 Jaida Jackson: Truly remarkable staff from check-in to pre-op, surgery, and post-op. Every single worker that I interacted with was extremely compassionate, kind and thorough. Dr. Barry, my anesthesiologist, was the kindest anesthesiologist I have ever interacted with. Lucky, my nurse, was a precious angel who helped keep me calm during a very stressful time. Though I hope I don’t have to come back, I would off of the pure excellence of this facility.

5 /5 Miss One2: My daughter came for surgery here and everyone was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The center is clean, well maintained and is located right off the highway. The paintings speak to me and the decor is very nice. I had a cozy chill spot in the waiting area and the seating was very comfortable. They also had complementary coffee, pastries and cell phone ch arguing station.

5 /5 Reagan Voigt: Absolutely amazing! This was my first surgery and I was on my own as my family had to return to work, but the nurses were awesome. My pre-op nurse Leiyla was so funny. She kept me company and was so nice. I was hard to get a line in and she tried both hands as did her boss Esy, another amazing nurse. They kept apologizing profusely and it made me laugh as I told them that it was okay it didnt bother me! My surgery was delayed for more than an hour because that happens, no big deal, but they gave me an apology and updates, the biggest annoyance was that I hadnt eaten anything, but that isnt something they can help! They were very sympathetic to that and started some fluids so I didnt feel dehydrated! My surgical team was super nice too, I had never been unconscious before and where I was getting surgery was intimate, but the scrub nurse was so kind and they let me wear paper panties so that I was less shy, and that I wouldnt remember being exposed (that was so much better in my opinion!) I then woke up in recovery and Ami took care of me, another just absolutely kind woman. I asked a few questions more than once as I got my bearings and she didnt point it out. She called my pick up and wheeled me out to the car. All around excellent team!
