5 /5 David: Picked this emergency room, ignoring the reviews, and glad I did. Even though I was in the most pain of my life, I had an amazing experience at this hospital. I’ve always hated visiting hospitals so I was already dreading having to go. From the time we entered the security guard was friendly and funny, making us laugh even though I was in so much pain. The lady at intake was sweet and got us registered so quickly. Every person we dealt with after this was in a good mood, sweet and caring. Also, everything went quickly which was so appreciated because I was in severe pain. The nurses Katie and Jeanette were super nice and genuinely cared about my pain and explained everything so well. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Another great thing was my vein was not missed which always worries me! I’m not great with MRIs because of tight spaces and the pain I was in. Christian who was my MRI tech was so calming and made sure I was as comfortable as possible! I would highly recommend to anyone in the Fort Worth Area to go here when having a medical emergency. For being one of the largest hospitals in the country, the service and friendly staff was beyond what I expected. Thanks you guys!!

5 /5 Jordan Jackson: I had both my daughters here and their labor and delivery and mother/ baby care is top notch. I was lucky enough to have one nurse for both my girls and she cared for us beyond our few days stay. Kelli was kind and thoughtful throughout both our stays. Evelyn in mother and baby was so comforting and supportive through all the woes of an unexpected C-section and the waves of emotions that come with having a new little one.

1 /5 Mica stevens: The absolute WORST patient care. 7 hours of waiting. , we were forgotten about. Had to come in and check because they are so incompetent that verify demographics. Throughout the night we never had a consistent nurse. My poor mother had to be stuck over 5 times for and IV. But the nurse kept messing up and hurting her. Finally he told us he was going to find someone better. Yeah that never happened. We sat in a room for two hours before I Went to the nurses station to ask for a “AMA” form when they suddenly decided to do their job once they realized case management was there. But after they finally got my mom’s IV in they performed a EKG without explaining why she needed this. They told us in triage that she would have having a CScan.. 4 hours later she had it done. So any time we were checked on after waiting another hour. This new nurse would have no idea why we were here. We had to explain what brought us in at leave 5 times. I want to know why you would send someone home with cancer who’s showing signs of sepsis. The doctor would not take the time and be listen to my mom’s concerns. It’s comical now! The nurse came in said they are discharging you.. said she would be right back. Yeah.. that was 30 minutes ago. We will never be returning. Stay the hell away from this place.
