5 /5 Donald Gross: I have long been a Toyota of Paris fan and still will give them the benefit of the doubt…to a point anyway. However, we recently purchased a new Land Cruiser, and the brakes make an awful grinding noise when applied while backing up. We were told this was a common issue known by Toyota and that parts for repair would be ordered and installed when they arrive. I was not very happy that no timeframe could be given and after discussion with the parts department I was not satisfied with their response and wrote a review about it. However, this happened at about 6pm and the very next morning I was given a call from Toyota of Paris apologizing for the earlier responses and giving me much more information. I absolutely respect the fact that Toyota of Paris tried to make things right as soon as possible and want to give them full credit for this effort. It is difficult dealing with unhappy customers, and I know this firsthand so mistakes will sometimes happen but how an organization responds says a lot about them. For that, Toyota of Paris will get 5 stars from me now.
