And when I tell you, this is exactly what anyone who does not know make up would appreciate when stepping into the world of makeup-I mean it ! She helped me with everything, and I was very intimidated and embarrassed at my lack of knowledge, and she noticed me being overwhelmed by all of the different makeups and she led the way and helped me out and I will be eternally grateful to this beauty. Thank you so much, Lyra. this is the type of customer service that I would expect and want to find at a beauty store making this ulta my now go to place.
