5 /5 Amber: We had a driver breakdown in Kingsville and we reached out to Valentin. They advised a 35 minute ETA, and ACTUALLY arrived in 35 minutes. They were very professional and kind. My driver had been sitting on the side of the road for over 12 hours by the time they left and they went above and beyond by going to get my driver a meal since he had been sitting there without access to food. I couldnt have lucked up and found a better company!
