Theyre very professional and go out of their way to explain everything! I think their pricing is very fair as well. I have more work to be done and will definitely be taking my car back to Velocity! I highly recommend them!

I give this business a five star rating in every category because of their ability to deliver in a timely and efficient manner. I was having issues with my a/c. They inspected it and found that my Freon levels were high. They released some, that caused it to work just fine. They gave me a digital report on the matter and other things to be considered in the future. They did a phenomenal service. Not to mention, this was done freely. 100/100 I give for my entire experience.

5 /5 Wade Lynch: If they would put another row of stars I’d give 10. Greeted by Larry, he was professional & personable, it felt like catching up with an old friend. Throughout our encounter the staff was engaging, helpful, thorough, open & honest with their assessments & recommendations. The entire staff was great. My AC repair was speedy. Best customer service I’ve received, even the the Boss (Taylor) came in on his off day to check up on me & my car. I’ve abandoned all other stops for car care. Velocity & it’s team has earned my loyalty.
