1 /5 briana rangel: HORRIBLE SHOP DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!! This shop took two months to fix my car not only that but the first time they "fixed" my car it was such a bad job it was half ass done you could still see the damages. I couldn’t believe they had the audacity to give me my car in such poor conditions. I basically told them I was not taking my car back like that so they had to keep my car even longer because they failed to fix the problem. Not only that but they scratched up my rear window and the owner refused to fix it and was blaming me for the damages and I had to fight to get it fixed. The lady they have communicating with you doesn’t even live in town & has no idea what the shop is actually doing. She told me I was getting a new bumper and that wasn’t true. They have very bad communication between the lady who updates you and the shop its self. Not only that but they scratched up my new rims TWICE and blamed the machine they have. They also removed the protective covers I had on the door handle of my car and didn’t even bother to put them back! Even after fighting with them to fix my car they still left me with a half ass job my car was not returned to its original condition. They only care about getting paid they do NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER satisfaction. NEVER going back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

5 /5 Mark Lanush: I brought my Chevy Truck to them after a pine tree limb fell on the windshield and badly bent the passenger front pillar. Working with Warrens body shop was great, and they did a great job dealing with the insurance. The body work was great. Its been about a year, and it still looks awesome

5 /5 Neil C: I was referred to this shop by my Mechanic J&B auto in Palestine and I am sure glad they did! They are a little bit from town but extremely worth it. This is my daughter car and needed a new front bumper. The warren crew jumped right in to get things going worked with the insurance company that hit her. Received the car in great condition looking like new, very happy with beginning to end seamless highly recommend thank you !!

5 /5 Bully Boy: Repeat customer. I dont crash my cars often, or get them bent by others, but when I do I head to Warren Body Shop to get them put right again. Theyre professional, no surprises kind of people. Ive never been disappointed with anything theyve done for me. They use the latest products and technology with a genuine sense of giving me a job well done.
