I walked over to KD at the nearby car shop, and he immediately jumped into action—literally. Without hesitation, he grabbed the necessary tools and helped me jump my car. KD didn’t stop there. He walked me through how to check with my dealership to see if my battery was still under warranty and even provided a detailed quote for a new battery in case I needed it. After struggling to get in touch with my dealership and not getting a clear answer on my warranty, I decided to go with KD for the battery replacement. Despite the shop being very busy, KD got me right in. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Within an hour, he had the new battery installed and also took the time to make sure everything else was working properly under the hood. I truly appreciate everything KD and his team did to help me through what could have been a stressful situation. Their quick service, honesty, and care made all the difference. Highly recommend!

After checking all the “things” he informed me I had sludge in my oil and the need for an engine flush, next my brake pads only had 13% usage left. He informed me of the costs and offered to take care of them all right away. I don’t like maintenance cost, but it’s a necessary expense and I was relieved KD made the extra efforts to take care of my vehicle and ensured my safety for my trip. I’ve been a longtime customer but this time everyone I encountered was genuinely kind. Thank you, KD for making my visit the best in a long time. I appreciate you and your coworkers!!
