5 /5 Kelly Metz: My wifes car was acting up, and she noticed the brakes were not engaging and the ride was extremely bumpy. We are fairly new to the area, so she didnt really know where to go but needed to get off the road before she got into an accident. She saw West Motors and stopped, as best as she could, to have them check the vehicle. Come to find out, both rear shock mounts broke, and the break line was cut by one of them. They were very helpful and gave my wife very solid and good advice. Being that we have only had the vehicle 2 1/2 months, I had to argue with the dealership about them repairing the damages. They finally took responsibility. The guys at West Motor offered to help as much as they could and even offered to tow the vehicle to the dealership. They went above and beyond to help my wife and I out in a very scary and stressful moment. We didnt get any work done there, but they will definitely get my business when the time comes. Its hard to find honest and good people when it comes to auto repair, but we were very lucky to find them at West Motors Service Center.
