Dill Short Review: Understanding, Willing to listen, knowledgeable and skilled in motor vehicle trade. Fixed my issue that came from another shop. I am coming back here again for other vehicles. Long Review: 2023 4Runner SR5 Premium 4x4 (after market front/rear struts and rear coil springs) On 12/26/2024 I originally took my car to a different shop to do an alignment. After waiting about an hour they finally took my car back. An hour later I get my car back with the alignment papers saying this is the best they can do due to the aftermarket parts I put on. Vehicle is now pulling hard right. Morning of 12/27/2024, I was referred to Elliotts Automotive by a friend with an F150 and custom suspension parts. I called Elliotts Automotive immediately and was able to make contact with someone knowledgeable and understanding of my issue. They gave me a rough run down of everything and gave a final statement that until I bring in my vehicle, this is the best info they can provide me. About an hour later, I arrived to the shop and was greeted by the front staff and the person who took my phone call. (I forget their name). They spoke with me, came outside and crawled under my vehicle ON THE SPOT in the parking lot. You dont see that anywhere else! We were originally planning to do it monday as I needed the car for the weekend and could not leave it. However, after the inspection, they said they could knock it out real quick. Took the vehicle to the back and no more than 25-30 minutes later, my vehicle was in the front with PERFECTLY aligned suspension. Something the other shop said it was IMPOSSIBLE to do. I paid my dues, and thanked everyone who helped fix my issue and walked out with a smile on my face and a straight true driving vehicle. This is now my go to location for all my vehicles.

Austin Tracy Chad and the team at Third Coast went beyond to ensure that the 328d wagon stays on the road for another 200k miles. After addressing the issues I was aware of, they were able to find a few other things that needed to be address to make sure it stays driving for years to come. The car had an open recall as well. Once the shop work was done, he took the car to BMW and picked it up when they were done with it and did one last check. I don’t want to even think how much the dealer would have charged for the work that Third Coast Bimmers did for us. Also, if you know that the car might be in the shop for a while, ask about his loaners. Again a massive thanks to Third Coast.

Ashton Long I am so grateful to Noel for coming to my work so quickly. I got to work fine, turned the car off, and when I went to lock it - nothing! And the car wouldnt turn back on. Ended up being what seemed like a pretty easy and quick fix but I wouldve been stuck without a vehicle if he hadnt been able to stop by! Thank you so much!

Amber Wallace I had been hesitating with trying to find a mechanic to fix my radiator last month but when I came across this shop something told me to just call. I spoke with Mr. Larry told him my issue and he gave me a quote right away and finished the work in the same week as promised. I think we just found our new family mechanic.
