Chloe Johnston I had a horrible experience here. I did my undergrad somewhere else. Decided to come here for my masters when I moved areas of the state since it was local. It was a complete shock to me. This campus is almost incompetent. You ask questions and nobody truly knows anything. Not even the associate deans of colleges. You ask them things, they say they will get back with you, and never do. I’ve heard very similar stories from other students as well. Or if they tell you something, it’s last minute and it stresses you out. We are trying to plan ahead and the faculty and staff won’t let you do that. They’re procrastinators. I left after a semester because I couldn’t stand the unprofessionalism. When they know you’re leaving, they get offended and angry with you. It’s because they know they’re not good at their jobs

A MUNOZ Dont come here. The professors are awesome, but the administration cant ever answer anything. They always give you the run around. Their way of resolving anything is transferring you to 8+ departments without providing an answer. The campus does nothing to guarantee that you will graduate within the 4 year period or 2 yr if youre a transfer student even if you are passing, due to poor course rotation there is a good chance that no one will be teaching the courses you need the following semester. They do not offer class substitutions, so you cant even do that if theyre not offering your class. The degree plans they provide are not concise. They are very misleading, lacking important detail. If you need any forms or documents, good luck trying to get those. Students are misled, and they never tell you when youre actually eligible to graduate. New transfer students are not ensured academic success. There is a lack of communication, not to mention. I am not sure if they have a sewage problem, but it needs to be fixed. The smell outside the whole campus is pretty bad.

Lisa Servin You can see the pelicans on the hike and bike trail very close up and many other birds like blue herons and sand pipers. It was a nice day and interesting signs about the 100 different types of grass. I did not know about that.
