Melissa Medrano The staff is great. My father has been in the ER, ICU and a normal hospital room for the past 4 days with an health scare and the staff in every area is so kind and understanding. He has a language barrier and he was confused and in very poor health. They had staff that speak Spanish helping him to feel understood and making him feel more at ease. We felt comfortable leaving him in their care at night which was a good feeling. I appreciate them all!

Kenneth Ferguson Been in hospitals all over the United States, generally in large urban centers. Im a Michigander who retired to Eastern Washington. By far Mt. Carmel is the very BEST Ive ever been in!! Ive experienced Mt. Carmel as both Inpatient and Outpatient and have ALWAYS experienced nothing but the highest level of proficiency and professionalism from both the Medical personnel and Nursing Staff. Oh how lucky Colville, and I, are to have such a top notch Medical Facility!!!

Eliana B I gave birth here, it was a very stressful labor but the nurses and doctors were so helpful and supportive. I didnt even have my OB I was used to but they made me feel so safe and heard.

Kathy Kempken 6 years ago, my father was brought in to Mount Carmel with a kidney stone, they said if he doesnt pass it.While in the emergency room, they would ultrasonically break it up or surgically remove it, instead they sent him home twice. 2 days later he died because rather than take new images to see if it moved they looked at the original imaging and said it didnt move. Seriously of course it didnt move, cause youre looking at old imaging. Because of their negligence, it blocked my fathers kidney, causing sepsis. Now my mother is going through the same thing. And again, they said its too big to pass and they sent her home and told her to follow-up with her primary doctor but to come back in if a fever spikes. At this point, if she gets a fever, her kidney is already blocked and sepsis has set in deja vu. I have absolutely no faith in Mount Carmel hospital. I would rather travel a 100 miles to a hospital. Then go to that hospital. They are negligent They are filthy and they dont care about their patients. All they care about is their bottom line, worst hospital ever.
