judi loden Had short stay minor procedure done today. All went well. Every staff member was kind, professional, and kept me and my family well informed. Excellent job and the Port Angeles area is lucky to have good, reliable medical care provided in our community.

Elizabeth Harmon My OB team has been great and no problems there.
The problem I did have was waiting 30 min after my check in to be seen and my appointment had already been pushed back 15 min. The lab was then a 45 min wait while they tried to figure out what the order was for.
This lead me to miss an additional appointment I had scheduled elsewhere.
Again, the team had been great, just a loss in time management.

Joshua Edmonds I came into the ER back in October of 2024 after my brother’s wedding with extreme back pain. Could barely stand and was to point of not being able to walk. They did an ultrasound of leg (still not sure why) laid in the ER for about 2 hrs before a DR came in and told me that everything looked fine, gave me some Flexural and sent me on my way. After flying home to NY went and say my doctor because the pain still wasn’t subsiding turns out I had a herniated disc in my lower back. Had surgery on it and now finally not in pain. Worst experience at a hospital I’ve ever had.

AJ Jones Went here for a swollen face after when I’ve had a bump growing on my forehead for 5 days. The doctor didn’t even try to test me for anything and sent me home with antihistamines. He said to not come back, even if my face stays swollen with the antihistamines. The nurse came over with my triage papers and clarified that if my face stayed swollen on the antihistamines I should come back. Worst Doctor ever. He didn’t seem concerned whatsoever and didn’t run any tests, and literally told me not to come back even if my condition stayed the same (even though his nurse said the opposite).

Betty Owbridge Every single person that I spoke to in the hospital was wonderful particularly my doctor, who is extraordinarily outstanding.
The parking lot and trying to find the correct building you need sure could use some work. It took us 20 minutes to find the building we needed and I consider us both fairly intelligent human beings.
