Its Low Ezy Nurses will make fun of you, please dont go for mental health. I went in for a ESA letter (emotional support animal) and once the nurse left the room I heard them talk about me. They had made fun of the belief that my boyfriend lives in a motel and that Im faking it for his attention, and that I cant breathe because I have anxiety, that if it was a dog they would understand but because they are cats it doesnt matter. I came in with my diagnosis from 2023 and I dont have anxiety I have Major depressive disorder (F32.2) but even after I gave them my diagnosis and my other paperwork I had, the main practitioner proceeded to ask for lab work. She asked for an CBC, CMP, UNIPD(UPD), A1C, and a TSH.
I dont believe these test are necessary because it does not align with my mental health, nor do I feel comfortable taking labs from a woman who wouldnt let me speak and kept interrupting me. Labs are not required for a ESA, what is required is a therapists recommendation for one and a diagnosis from a therapist. I had already made the 2 hour drive there and I would be unable to drive back that night in time for another appointment I had. So I left very hurt and uncared for, my emotional support and mental health is not a joke or a comedy. As for the nurses and staff that had made comments and laughed, I hope they know that it does not come easy to find the motivation to care for ones self and if I or someone else was in a really bad spot there jokes can make an impact on people taking their lives and hurting themselves. I have called and asked for a chef of staff, who has not reached out to me about this incident, I have left a message which I figure will go unanswered. My only retaliation to the treatment is to write a message for other patients who struggle with mental health and advice to speak to a therapist outside of Ritzville.

C M This facility employs people who are unprofessional, unapologetic and very rude. The head of laboratory team, Dan, is one of the worst I have had to deal with in a medical setting. He had zero public management skills, shutting down conversation and getting flustered when I suggested that the care received was improperly performed. Turned his back towards me and said he was done talking to me. The nurse practitioner that we saw, Mick, was just as bad. Rude and condescending. It was very obvious that he and the entire staff was trying to cover up a mistake and medical negligence. Their stories kept changing. I dont understand how this place is still in business. We will be filing a complaint and will never go here again. Its worth the drive to Spokane or Moses Lake to get quality care. This place has a low star rating for a reason.

Loni Lott I have my incredibly ill father in the hospital. Some nurse comes in at 1:00 am with 2 other nurses and turns all the lights on an says "were doing training ". This woman has the loudest voice and is in here for an hour, nonstop talking.
My dad is the only patient in this hospital and she chooses the room hes in to do this 1:00 am training. Unreal!!
Zero regard for patients!!

Barbara Sanchez Last month I went to the ER with severe chest pain. As soon as I arrived the night shift Aide- Amanda, Nurse-Lori & the Provider Abby jumped in to help me. It ended up being a heart attack & through this horrific pain my heart stopped! This team saved my life! Aside from the night shift crew Dr. Zuver, lab and radiology staff along with Paramedics & EMS all came to my rescue! I ultimately ended up being flown to another facility to have surgery. However these our the people that stabilized me, & bought me the time I needed to get surgery! I will be forever grateful for the amazing team we have at our local hospital! They make living in a rural area safer and offer us healthcare we wouldn’t otherwise have access to in emergent situations! Thank you all❤️
