Charity Nauman I should not have had to pay for these.. I came in with already acryllic, I just wanted color. I felt bad in the beginning because they couldnt execute the picture I wanted. So they removed it and just went with block color. Im fine with this but they completely missed the mark again. I thought magnetic cat eye was simple to execute but they left more of a flat line with flat color everywhere else, not even the effect of what its supposed to do.. not to mention they left color and blank spots everywhere.. I really appreciate that they wanted to make it work but the execution was wayy off and they still had me pay. $40 for pooling polish and bad artistry. Im upset, its a nail place, you should be able to paint the whole nail.

Yuna Law Ive been getting my nails done Queen for 4 years. Shes great at making perfect shape nails & I cant imagine a design should could not do. Shes amazing at this job & these photos speak for themselves. They portray several types of nails Ive had done by her. I would not go to anyone else after meeting Queen. Shes a nail artist. ♡ See you soon ,,

Trina Paid for eyebow wax & after the ugly design of two nails decided not to chance it. Very dirty & run down my first and last visit a manicure with two nail designs/two oversized rhinestones (not expected when I asked about rhinestones) plus the eyebrows I skipped was $40 but they wanted to charge an extra six for the two rhinestones. How they have 4 stars is a mystery or bought reviews

Awesome Adria Although, the process of removing old nails were a little painful and my real nails were clipped in the process, without asking. The end result was perfect! Service was quick, and customer service was awesome. I was greeted immediately and was seated and worked on with no delays on a Friday night, with no appointment. The best work I have had in years by the young gentleman by the door. Thanks for fitting me in and doing an amazing job!

Jaclyn P Went in for a quick removal of my powder dip. The lady didn’t soak my nails in any solution or grind off the top coat. She just used a fake nail to pry off my very well adhered powder dip. It was painful and damaged all my nails when she lifted them off the finger bed in the process. The lady was also rude to another customer and kicked her out during our service. I wasn’t gonna argue or get into it. I needed my nails done and get out of there fast. Don’t plan to go back again.

Kortney Luedloff Service: I had booked an appointment for me and 2 friends; dip mani and 2 pedicures. Pros: the staff was very kind, comfortable chairs Cons: we waited 15, 30, and 40 minutes respectively for our services (that I had an appointment for, they accepted walk ins or booked appointments too closely to honor our time), my tech never asked what length or shape I wanted until after she was done and I asked for an adjustment, a couple cuticle snips caused pain (for mani & pedi), and my nails were not shaped well at the edge (see first photo).

Zoe Mickelson I came in right when they opened. Linda did a terrific and fast job at refreshing my hard gel and starting over with dip, fixed a broken nail on my right middle finger with a tip and it blends well with all my natural long nails. I will definitely be back!

Cynthia Escamilla Ive gone in a couple of times. And it was fine until the last two times. A fruit fly landed on me and the man doing my pedicure killed the fruit fly in my leg by smacking my leg and the last time i went i told them the amount of tip i wanted to add and she added more than what I told her to add. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s not worth the stress.

Sandra Redmond Julie was amazing. Love the shape of my nails. The fill was an hour. Flawless. Detail is great. Nice clean salon. Great location in waterfront

Ashlee Johnson I called for a last minute appointment and they got me in right away, I ran a little late because of game day parking which made her run into her next appointment by about 15 minutes, although in a hurry she did not compromise the quality of the job one bit. This is one of the best sets I’ve had in a very long time. Attention to detail is off the charts, my nails are perfectly even, no lumps bumps or bubbles and the color is perfectly opaque and shape is perfect!

JA K We were visiting Seattle for a day and needed just a quick polish change. What a great experience at this family-owned shop. The service was exceptional and the owners are so kind and professional. We felt like we made new friends! I only wish I could bring them back East with us!

Alyce Huber I love coming here to get a gel mani done, but it really depends on who you get to do your acrylic nails here. It’s either a great mani or a meh one. The workers are usually slammed so they rush to get through customers, which unfortunately leaves me with rushed acrylic nails most of the time.

Kyrie Park I just came to get my acrylics removed and get a dip manicure. I got my original acrylic set and fill done here and the gals doing my nails told me they were "too thick" to remove with acetone and then RIPPED the entire set off my nails. My nails were completely shredded. I spent months growing my nails out (which are normally very thin). I told the tech I did not want my nails cut to keep the lenth... then she proceeded to file all the length down. When i asked for my cuticles done or any oil applied, she told me it would be extra.... I said I wanted a manicure and she told me "a dip manicure is only color. Nothing else". Such a disappointment. I could have done a better job at home. Will not be going back.

Sara San Antonio Ive been going here on and off since they opened. They get you in quick even without an appointment and Ive had nothing but nice nail techs (some are talkative some arent - I dont go often enough to have a dedicated person but they each have done a great job). Which given the amount of traffic/people they get is amazing. I went in today cause of a nail I broke (index finger in photo - but you cant even tell) they did an amazing job patching it and even got in the design I wanted. (Gel nails - I like to keep my natural nails)

Melissa Hoshizaki I had the best mani pedi experience at NK Nails today! Walked in and they were able to take me. I was so impressed with their attention to detail and I’m really happy with the results. Will definitely be going back :) Thank you, Jackie, for the mani! And I forget the name of the woman who did my pedicure, but she did an amazing job as well—thank you!

X X I never realized how bad this place was - until I went somewhere else. I get dip nails. Whenever I go in they treat me like a burden, like they don’t actually want to do my nails. The last time I got my nails done they were so thick they didn’t look professionally done. They’re very unsterile and never offer to change my extensions during visits - sometimes the extensions were applied really bad. They don’t ask me what shape I want - or always tend towards almond shape for me (even though I prefer stiletto). Last time I went in – I made an appointment - I showed up right on time for my appointment. They made me wait over an hour after I got there to sit me down in a chair. I was so offended I left – I went to a different nail place that did my nails incredibly. I’ll never go back - I had been going there for years.

Kulsum Begum I had a terrible experience at this salon. I went for hand and leg waxing, and the whole process was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. They asked me to remove my clothes for the waxing but didn’t provide any towel or wrap to cover myself, which made me feel exposed and uneasy. To make matters worse, the bed I had to lie on was filthy – they didn’t even bother covering it with a disposable sheet or clean it before I used it. On top of that, one of the staff members made a very offensive and racist remark about my hair growth, comparing me to her brother-in-law, who is also Indian. She mentioned that he had thick hair, implying that all Indians do, which was not only inaccurate but highly inappropriate. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Hygiene and respect for clients should always be a priority, and this place clearly lacks both.

Alicia Morales The ladies were nice enough. But I told them I was allergic to gel nail polish & I needed dip which is what I had on my nails when I came in. Then when they started to paint my nails I saw that it was gel. I told her I cannot have gel. She said they added powder so the gel was okay. Here I am the next day with swollen red itchy fingers. They also cut my finger while doing my nails so I have a large gash in my pinky finger.

Sarah Tornai I kind of want to leave one 2 star review and one 5 start review. My eyebrows came out amazing but my nail experience was a bit odd. I felt profiled. I was asked to pay for my nails in the middle of them doing them. As in the lady grabbed my bag and said “you pay now” I don’t have foot fungus or asked for anything crazy I got clear on my fingers and one simple color on toes. I had already paid for eyebrows. It’s like having a waiter come up to you in the middle of a bite and asking for your card Before you finish eating except in this case, the lady literally made sure to grab my bag herself. I would go here again because it’s just in the neighborhood but dang….do better.

lanika exkano Very disappointed in the way that we were handled my daughter was told she was “too dark” for a certain color that she wanted, which was only a nude color so then we went with French tip instead, and it wasn’t clean. I’ve been coming here for years, so I was just really disappointed to see how the prices have increased and the service has went down. This was $90 total and the flower looked more like a snowflake. Not what we asked for….

Briseida Torres I’ve been a loyal customer here for almost a year, and my manicures were always great at first. However, as the business grew, it seems like they began focusing more on new clients and stopped providing the same level of care to those who’ve been supporting them for a while. This past week, I got a free manicure, and while it looked fine on the first day, it started to chip soon after. I reached out to the salon, and the response I got instructed me to come in the next day at 6 pm. However, when I arrived, the owner acted as if there was no prior communication and made it seem like fixing my chipped nail was an inconvenience. I’m very disappointed and will no longer be supporting this business.

KG The Now Stores is an amazing nail salon! The manicurist Monica is my favorite. She is professional, efficient and talented. The owner Kelly is professional, sweet and super accommodating, the shop is very clean and welcoming! I’ve been coming here for 2 years and always receive compliments on my nails. This is my go-to salon for manicures.

Nicholette Daniel I’ve thought long and hard about leaving a review, but I’m doing it with the hope that it helps others. I’ve been going to this nail salon for over a year and have noticed that they are getting increasingly rough and careless with my nails. The sanitary conditions seem less than ideal. Last weekend, I had to go to urgent care because I had such a nasty infection around my thumbnail. My thumb doubled in size and felt like it was on fire. This photo and review is a week after my urgent care visit and antibiotics (and having to have it lanced… OUCH!!). It has been extraordinarily painful. They have lots of great colors and my manicures definitely last for several weeks, but at this point it’s really not worth it. Aside from the infection, all of my cuticles are pretty ragged. I’m very disappointed. Definitely recommend going somewhere else.

Sneha Janardhanan Have been going here frequently for the past year. They do a great job and focus on perfection. Highly recommend this place especially if you want nails that can hold up for more than a month (~$70 nails).

Lydia Kim They will price match as groupon price— just ask Van! I walked in on Saturday around 4 pm without a reservation. She was able to take a walk in since there was only one person getting a pedicure. Honestly if you are expecting a luxurious nail shop experience, this is not the place. But if you are looking for a little glow up on a budget and a good chat with a nail tech, this is your place! I wouldn’t say this is the most clean place since I am not sure if the salon sanitize their equipments, but Van works very fast and efficient. While cleaning/painting nails, we were also having some deep conversation i felt like i got to know her as a human lol. She is a very hard working lady who is genuine. I would definitely come back here to support her business!

Chloe Zheng Van and her team were awesome! The quality of service, the warm hearted conversation and the experience were just magic. As a climber, I don’t do mani or pedi coz there is very little point when I scratch them off the next day, but I’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend

Rose Wetzel My 7 year-old daughter came in for her first ever nail salon experience, and everyone treated her like a queen. My daughter loved the attention to detail in the stars on her hands and feet, and I loved my pedicure!

Guadalupe Villafuerte To be honest the lady is nice and does any nails that you would like which is great. BUT I hate having to tell the lady to fix it again and again because she would just keep repeating the mistakes again.! so I would end up not telling her anymore to fix it. I could tell she was getting annoyed. I hate being the kind of customer to be bragging about their job but I wasn’t going to give my money away if they weren’t doing a good job. The lady is very sweet overall but if I would come here again I’d rather just get one color than a design so that I don’t have to feel bothered about some mistakes I said to fix. I don’t think the price was even worth it. I will probably not want to come here again…

La Tupailesa I live nearby and found this nail spa on my walk w the pups. I love it here! I come here for my pedicures. I started getting acrylics on my big toe and they do a wonderful job every time. I usually get French white tips and they always come out admirable. I love them, my boyfriend loves them lol. Definitely makes me feel pretty when my feet are pretty. Thanks to all the ladies that work hard in there!

Vivienne Sung I was so pleasantly surprised by how good my nails are after a walk in to this salon. The girl took so much care over my dipped manicure and they look incredible as well as being very reasonably priced! If I was local I’d 100% be back

melissa lenhart I have been going to Seattle Nails since 2018 for acrylics with gel overlay. Ive tried other salons when in a pinch, and always regret it. When I go to Seattle Nails my set is always well done and lasts until I get them done again. The staff is kind, and the salon is clean. Highly recommend.

Jennifer James I went to Seattle Nails today despite some old negative reviews. I was surprised. It is a very clean, modern, high quality space. There is lots of room between what look and feel like new comfy chairs. Actually everything looked new. Han gave me a fill, fixed two broken nails, gel polish, everything perfect. I am fussy about shape and cuticles, again perfect. I then had a pedicure, same great service. Relaxing, quiet, great massage, good magazines, water and chocolate. I was worried leaving my manicurist of 20 years because we moved downtown. Not any more. I give Han and Seattle nails an A+.

Vann Powell Ripped off my natural nail while removing press ons that I had on for less than a week. My natural nails were still thick and healthy. Hurt so bad. I asked if she could just give me a black almond shaped nails but I have no idea what this is. Some of the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. The only reason my pointer finger is straight is because that’s the one she ripped off and replaced with acrylic.

Charlotte D Fair price for an ok service. The manicure experience was good, they have beverages available too. But I wanted a super simple design and left disappointed.

Cheerchantel Let me start by saying if I can give this place zero stars I would. They don’t know how to do manicures to save their life a guy with a two letter name did my nails nice at first then became very rough as I told him to fix mistakes he had made. He continued to say my nails grow a certain way that’s why it looks the way it looked which is false I’ve been getting my nails done every two weeks since I was a teenager in Chicago where I’m from this is the worst place I’ve been to in my life. I was here on vacation my nails chipped so I had to get them done. The nail tech purposely cut me, by nail filing my nails so forcefully it rubbed against my cuticle. This is very painful and it did bleed due to how deep the cut was. I asked for sharp square got this whatever shape this is. Furthermore, I wouldn’t recommend this place for the simplest service I requested they couldn’t achieve. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy expensive for no reason terrible service.

Tere Andal The lady that did my nails complimented me and didn’t hurt me with the drill. That being said, she hand filed my set in a strange way. My thumb she filed so far on the right that the nail looks like it’s a weird melting shape. The set was built thin without an apex so I don’t believe they will last long. The acrylic was applied all over my cuticle and surrounding sides of my nail, then allowed to dry and drilled around the outside edge. Going home I had to pick the dry acrylic off of my skin. After the gel polish was applied the set was drilled yet again, so the sides of the nails looks sloppy and uncovered. The drill bits weren’t sanitized between services and I should have walked out then. Whatever is in the acrylic made my nail beds burn and I had to blow on my fingers As the service was ending, the tech started asking me to tip them in cash. I said 3 times I did not have cash, and they said well next time bring cash. At the till, they kept asking for my card. I was using Apple Pay and 3 workers had to figure it out. They kept asking for my psychical card and I refused to give it. It just felt off. While the 3 workers were trying to figure out how to work the machine the nail tech that did my service repeated a good 5 times, “You tip me, ok?!” I’m not one to hold back tip even if the product or services rendered aren’t up to standard, although I resented giving the tip at all due to being badgered and this set being so gross I’ll be having them removed as soon as I return home. I was soft charged twice for the service, so hopefully only one goes through or I will have to contest it with visa. Definitely not worth the $122 CAD, but I was desperate to have my nails done for an event that same evening.

Kellyn Woloszyn If I could put zero stars I would! Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Did not push my cuticles back. Made 7 of my 10 fingers bleed from nail filing. I got the dip nails and there was glue stuck to all my fingers after I left. I got these done right before I went on a trip and was not able to return until 3 days later to try and get a refund, which they denied. The guy at the front tried to convince me that "this is normal for dip powder nails" even though I have gotten them done many times before and it is not normal to have your fingers bleed and such thick nails! I will never go back. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! (pictures are three days after I got them done)
