Ari Chapman Broome Cass is the best stylist Ive ever been to in my life!!! Shes always smiling and makes every visit memorable. I have been going to her for over 5 years and I wont let anyone else touch my hair!!! Rock on girl!!! Thank you for being so totally amazing at your craft!! I would give her 10 stars + if possible!! Highly recommend her as I have to many MANY of my friends!!

Ava W Cassey was very fun to talk to and did a great job! They were very quick and got me in before my scheduled time. I went here once a couple years ago and they did a terrible job so I didn’t come back. But cassey did a great job and I will definitely be coming back again!

Margaret Mattox I was referred to Andrea, I needed a bad haircut fixed. She was great. My hair is shorter, so there was only so much she could do until it grows out more. But, I actually left the house today, for the 1st time in 2 months, happy with my hair!

Misty Greenwood We had a huge hair cut and charity was beyond patient with my 4 year old. She prepared herself for every move with friendly reminders. Also recommended some shampoo to help with build up. We just love her.

Luckie Wideman The hair specialist, which is what I call her, was a expert and delivered a on the spot haircut that was by far the very best Ive had in years. Loved her professionalism.

Cristi Wright She works around tough schedules, she listens and cares about what I was wanting done actually made sure she understood so she could do what I wanted. My hair is curly and it looks amazing. Will definitely come back

I will continue to go here for everything hair! Thank you Teresa Fahey!! You are amazing! ❤️ As always this salon is phenomenal. I have difficult to cut curly hair. I’ve tried everywhere else, inside and outside of town. Went back again today with dry brittle hair, stress induced I’m guessing.. the care was amazing, the cut was perfect. My hair is soft and lays correctly again. I received a cut when out of town and fought it from day one through 6 months. Didn’t know what was going on. Now I know, it was cut backwards or upside down for curly. It was cut bottom up not too down. These ladies are amazing. My definite go to. Next time I’ll schedule before I go out of town. Hands down recommend to everyone!

Maddy The women are very nice and honest. They do an amazing job and tell right away if they think something is a bad idea. Kara is always my go to and she did a terrific job on my hair. It was crunchy , dry , dead and faded and now its healthy strong and a beautiful deep purple red. You will never regret going to head rush 10 out of 10

CJ Tryon We love Theresa! Only person Id let near my teenage daughters hair with bleach and dye. She goes above and beyond to make my daughter feel like its a safe and supportive place. Hands down best for those bright bold reds!

Kristina Harrison Sherman First time at Head Rush salon with Teresa. We had a mini consult about color and what I wanted, then we moved right into the color highlights. I was there for two hours. After the color and cut, she also dried/ styled my hair. Cost was awesome and very reasonable!! Had a great experience and will be back!

Kathleen Melville Teresa is by far my only stylist I will ever go to! I had a horrible childhood hair cut and had not gone to a stylist in over 30 years because of it. After watching her one time, I had broken free of my lack of trust and now, trust no one but Teresa. Natural talent, authenticity, honesty and great kindness!

Dilynn Phillipps Went into this salon confident with the stylist knowing what I wanted (all over silver, I’ve done the same thing for 10 years, and it was the only thing talked about beforehand of said appointment) only to be uncomfortably swayed into a hair color/style I have never done when I sat in the chair, being told what I wanted would just ‘take too long’ and she could make it ‘very close’ to what I was asking for. During my appointment with this stylist she also did NOT brush my hair appropriately and ended up ripping a decent amount of hair out of my head from brushing it wet and in a vulnerable state, with no concern about it, more than 2 brush fulls-worth. I used to use 3 crocodile clips and it goes up with one single crocodile, now. I was NOT shown the end result before I left the salon only to go home and actually see what I was given for hair. I’m guessing I wasn’t shown not only because of the under subpar work she did or the fact she told me she was late to get her son. And not to mention she never posted the work she did on my head to her platforms so right there might be a hint she wasn’t proud. She did take pictures. These pictures shown are 2 weeks after my appointment with shania. I washed my hair one single time with cold/lukewarm water, color protected shampoo and conditioner of course, a week and a half after our appointment. My line of demarcation was still so apparent in these pictures. That is where most of my breakage is as well. She ignored my messages and then claims I took too long to let her know she messed up or she would have offered to ‘fix’ it. It was not an easy ‘fix’ from how much the foils bled. Both front quadrants should have been red it bled so much. Ha (not funny) Which with how much hair loss I have had and the trauma caused from that appointment, that is why it initially took me two weeks to even send the first message that was ignored. The word trauma means a deeply disturbing experience and the definition only fits with my time in this salon. I could not believe what I saw, I’ve had multiple other professionals look at this now. Educators in Cosmetology and professionals included. Every single person is speechless in the worst way. When my first message was ignored, I had no choice but to get help elsewhere. I missed multiple days of work being so upset as well. She never even checked in with me to see how I was doing and if I liked it. She never even tried to reschedule me for the future. My message and me were simply disregarded. I have now had to have 5 inches cut off to make it even and not look like I have had hair loss AND have had a new stylist put 12+ hours onto my head to get what I originally came in and asked for the first time. Still no breakage like there was with shania. All of these hours and love and preciseness with my new stylist and I still haven’t been charged what I was in this salon. Crazy. I will never EVER recommend shania wilson as a stylist of any sort let alone anyone I know with blonde hair. The ‘blonde expert’ should definitely be retracted from her portfolio. And more people she has wronged should write a review. I know I am not the only client who feels this way. I just want people to save their money, sanity, peace of mind and time before they go thru what I did and PAY hundreds of dollars for trauma and such bad color work. I will end this by adding I will not be gaslit into thinking this is beautiful work worth hundreds of dollars I paid.

Ellysa Galpin Made an appointment with Shania. Got a text that she was running 30 minutes behind. Show up at the requested time to still wait 45 minutes before leaving. Would have been happier had this long of a delay was communicated as I had to take time off work for this appointment. Truly disappointed to not get my hair done.

Allyson Haley is amazing and by far the only hair stylist Ive ever trusted 100% with my hair. I can tell her to just do whatever and it turns out great everytime and thats rare to find. Im never letting go of her!! Shes great at hair and a great person in general. Ill be a longtime customer of Copa Salon. 10 out of 10!

V Lynn This was my third time going to R&R. I do not live in the area, but am usually able to get in on short notice. They also take walk-in’s which is nice. Unfortunately I was not as happy as usual with the service. The polish I selected was not what I received, I let it go because I thought it wouldn’t bother me. It did. But that was ultimately ok because it started to chip off after 2 days. I normally get a pedicure. They have packages similar to those found in big city salons and I like the different options. I would absolutely recommend R&R, and will continue to use their services.

Nova W Been going here for almost a year now, best nail salon in chehalis/centralia area! I get acrylic full set with gel polish. They have many options for pedicures, all are great! The place is very clean, and they are very flexible with getting people in even without appointment. The nail techs always do a great job on designs! Friendly staff makes it a comfortable & fun place to be.

Kim Coleman I Love Shopping at Sally Beauty! The staff are always friendly and very helpful! They have a great selection of supplies for the beginner to the profession nail technician/beauticians/Cosmetologist. I love the many choices and brands Sally has to offer as well as on-line shopping if they do not have an item in stock. There is plenty of parking and long hours of shopping available! If you have a question, you can always call, they will help you. :)

KurtnDenise Dutton We went to chehalis after Centralia wasnt open. My 11 yr old for right in but we are very not happy about his haircut. He got done they called other people which I understand if they did online but for people who came in after as walk in. I felt like they really didnt want to cut my 5 yr old hair. The lady who did his hair did great he very happy with it. It wasnt really a inviting environment and we will never be going back ever.

Sleepnir óðr I’ve given this place more than a few chances. I decided to use the check in ap as they always ask me to do. Checked in while still at work which is within 2 minutes of the place. Got notification that I would be up next in 6 minutes. Checked the AP and it showed me first in line. Drove immediately over, and walked in. Let them know I had checked in online, and they put me at the end of the line. Waited about 8 minutes and waited to see if they would call me up next. Nope, they called the next person online. Not sure what the point of having the check in app is, if you still have to wait in line when you get there. I’ll go to a locally owned shop instead. The price means nothing vs the inconvenience.

Dylan Workman I used to enjoy going here Put in the past few years going here has only led to a bad haircut. Whether its a stylist that hurries through her job, or someone that doesnt understand what I want. Today was the first reason, the girl that did my haircut went way too fast, what normally takes 20-30 minutes only took 15 this time, and I could tell she just wanted to get the job done and get me out of their. They told me what I had last time, and I was the fool who said "sure"

Sabrina Williams Didnt get her name but our stylist was awesome. nephew said he would rate her a ten if we could. She was only one of two stylists working other 4 had called out. went in at end of day and she was so friendly even after having such a long day. I will definitely be back to have mine done.

Josie G My hair was chin level. At 74 years old, I needed a new do. By the luck of the draw, I got the woman with the long blond hair. Never have I had such a horrible cut! I could have done a better butcher job on my hair myself. The back is longer. I am mortified that a stylist would think this was acceptable! I only wished I had known how bad it was before I left this establishment. NEVER again!!!!
