Sara Aguilar Owner Michele takes exceptional care to create a customized, personalized experience tailored to her clients nail needs, preferences and goals. She is currently using builder gel or structured gel on my nails and the result is classic and natural, as well as incredibly durable. Plus, she is passionate about nail and cuticle health!

K R I love the skill of these ladies! My polish never chips and I basically only ever go in because of normal nail grow out. I generally only do simple nails. Solid colors, tips on my acrylics and they are always lovely. But yesterday I did something out of my comfort zone but that’s still subtle. I did encapsulated dried flowers by Michelle and they turned out amazing! Michelle is always great about updating customers on new trends and new ways of doing their nails. This is a mostly appointment based nail salon, they don’t do many, if any, walk ins but I like that because it doesn’t seem as overly rushed as other salons. This is my go to spot for as long as I live in the area.

Frans Miller Had a terrific experience at Lamour Nail Spa, scheduled a Saturday afternoon appointment for two pedicures. Had ample options for treatment to include jelly and other services. Was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff, provided water while we waited since we arrived a bit early. Professional staff that was attentive to our needs. Left feeling good and feet feeling great! Will defiantly be back.

Rebecca Reynolds Lamour Nails is very professional, prompt, clean and friendly. I do the healthy dip nails from Jessie, the owner. Shes a perfectionist and listens to my requests. I recommended her to my family and friends! Ive been going here for a few years now....totally worth it! I love my nails and they last!

JJ Lee The only place my girls and I will go for our nails. The owner is so creative, patient, and talented. She can recreate any design we request perfectly or even add her own twist. Nails last forever too. The space is clean and inviting.

Krystal Turner My pedicure experience is amazing. My lady Yen took care of me made me feel relaxed and not rushed. That Volcano Spa treatment is worth doing it all over again. Thank you. But on the other hand... getting my manicure was rushed. My nails were sloppy and too boxed nails. You can see thru my nails and see the polish was sloppy. I had to fix them myself when I got to my room. Hit or miss at this place.

Angeles Oseguera Nail salons are not doing so much of a good job anymore. I am upset because I came here to change the color of my nails. The lady was filing my nails. After coming to my car I looked at my nails better and I see she didn’t file them well. I am so upset because I wanted better results. I paid $40 for a color change.

Kristy T Ive enjoyed several manicures and pedicures here. I took my family (3 total) for Christmas Eve pedicures. It was so enjoyable! The service was outstanding! You always worry things maynot be perfect, but there was no worrying for this visit. Thank you for a fabulous visit!

Karen Morse Kudos to both Anna & Tove! I can’t say enough about them both!!! I am visiting from Florida and really hope I can find a salon like this in Florida as I am still looking. If I lived here this would be my permanent salon!!! I’ve read the other review as I always do before I intend to use and there were some good ones and also low rated ones, I am glad that I decided to go. The shop is a great find! Great job ladies

madison tiengkhamsaly To be honest I am a little upset with how my nails turned out:/ I needed a fill done, and was trying my hardest to find a place that charges at a reasonable price but can be done professionally and still look beautiful. I came in with red french tip acrylics that were outgrown for over a month; and even asked for them to be shaved down shorter. The french tip itself felt rushed by the nail tech, and the technique used to do the tips left streaks of pink nail polish onto what’s supposed to look like a clear/pink base. I paid $69 which technically is a full new acrylic set; and for what I received, it was not worth $69. The pink french tips I received also are messed up shown in the photo provided (on the middle finger). The customer service was great, everyone was friendly. But at the end of the day, I was told that the starting price would be $48 and additional costs depending on shape and design; I personally don’t think my design/shape was drastically different nor was worth the $69. I believe the set I came in with was actually better than the set I walked out with. But again, thank you for your service.

Matia My mom has been going here for a while and shes had many complaints and has told me about them. Yesterday she went in for a fill and the lady beside her was also getting ger nails done, my mom told me the lady besode her asked for her old nails to be SOAKED OFF. Instead my mom said the lady doing her nails ignored her and started filing the nail off, while she was filing my mom said she ripped off the customers entire fingernail and it started bleeding everywhere. After that my mom said they continued to ignore the customer (she was making noise that she was clearly in pain) and the lady doing her nails immediately put RUBBING ALCOHOL right on her finger that just got a nail ripped off…it was painful even hearing about it. Along with this, they also told my mom she would have to get a whole new set to do ombre? which isnt hard.. im genuinely wondering how any of these uneducated and ignorant asians got their nail liscense. I told my mom to stop going here and i highly highly recommend you stop going here too. They rush everything, unsanitary, overpriced, rude workers, and theyll talk crap about you in their language. Better off getting a private nail artist through instagram.

R Gefeller I came in for a fill on my nails today. Had the male worker this time. (Ive never had him do my nails and I have been coming here since August.) I already had the coffin shape and asked for it to be the same, just filled. He asked me why I dont do almond shape. I told him I like the coffin shape. He rolled his eyes and then told me the coffin shape looks bad on me, and that I should do almond. I was taken aback, and sat there feeling embarrassed. The customer service is lacking, shaming people for what they prefer is just mean. My nails are also longer on one hand then the other. The red tips are not the same either.

Shyloh Ferlance Within a month, the service from the manager (Sara) has tanked. A month ago I got a full set with her. She was the only nail tech on a Saturday morning so I gave her the benefit of the doubt when my nails came out rushed and not as good as they normally are. Today I came in for a fill and I tried to speak to her about what I wanted done differently and some mistakes I noticed from the set prior. SARA immediately gets defensive and starts arguing with me. I don’t even think she remembered me because she was stating false accusations on the state of my nails and how I came in a month ago. Instead of actually taking the critique on how I want MY nails done, she huffed and puffed like a child, and rushed my nails again. It’s very disappointing because I have been coming here for years based on their quality and service but I will not be returning. Goodbye Sara *here’s a pic of my nails for reference. Maria Cervantes I rarely get my nails done, I usually just get gel manicures but this time I wanted to try something new so I got a gel X full set. I showed her some pics for inspo I was going for a blush korean jelly type look and she did a great job after 3 weeks my nails still look good. I’ll definitely be coming back cant wait for my next set ! :)

D&J WariLove This is my second time coming here. The first time I had Ruby and she took care of everything for me. Manicure and pedicure and eyebrow, lip and chin wax. It was wonderful! She was efficient and attentive to getting me done right I don’t ask for much but just a simple manicure/pedi w/ gel. Nothing else. So my basic ass was pleased with the service. She is such a sweetheart. The second time I came her with my daughter. I got mani/pedi with gel and cat eye design (or effects) and I freakin love it! I love how my nails compliment my skin. I got the cat eye design on my toes since we will be in AZ and I’ll be wearing sandals. I love the effects and the color. It’s just gorgeous. Li Li took care of my daughter’s mani. My daughter got a French tip w/ gel and mani/pedi nails are gorgeous. We love our nails so much! I had one tech that did my nails with cat eye effect and I thought it was beautiful but after the daughter inspected my nails upon checkout she was not happy with the results and had redid my nails to her standard and had the nail tech WATCH her do it “right”. I freakin love that! I’m not very picky with my nails, as long as you take care of my basic needs, I’m content. So w/ that being said, I’m happy with the results and the customer service. We will definitely come back here again for our nail and waxing needs!

Anastasia Anastasia A few times I made an appointment over phone and when I came, they told me that I dont have it. Last 2 times I specifically asked not to forget to put it on the schedule. Guess what - I came today and my name was NOT on the list again! One time I came in person to schedule an appointment for evening, but when I came later, the lady, I made my appointment with, said that she cant take me, because her relative showed up and she needs to take care of her. This is incredibly rude! They could call me and cancel my appointment, but no. I waited on appointment just to find out that as a client Im not important. I stopped to come here. Today I gave them another chance, but I shouldnt. I was able to do my nails with the different lady, but the fact my name was not on the list again didnt make me happy. Its really frustrating, because girls doing an awesome job, I love the results .. unfortunately customer service is horrible!!!! If you value your time, this place is not you.

Michelle My daughter and I went to have our nails done for our Christmas trip. First, we made an appointment with one person but she isnt the one who did our nails. I asked 3 times about the type of battle I wanted and 3 times the woman working on mine confirmed I was getting what I asked for. When she pulled out the powder for acrylic nails I knew she simply had no idea what I wanted...nor did she care. I had a specific design I wanted. But instead of using polish to paint the design the woman slapped stickers on my nails and called it done. My nails arent on straight. The corners are sharp enough that I could stab myself with them and all in all, they just dont look good. More I need to find another salon to try to have them fixed before I leave for vacation on Tuesday. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be returning nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Simply awful!!

Sarah Streeter Very nice people, but not a great experience. I called ahead to ask if they do gel manicures for natural nails. They said yes and said they could do french manicure. The gentleman that did my nails first started to remove my old gel polish with the drill file. I said no. Then came back with a heavy grit fake nail file. I said no. He wasnt sure how to take it off without those. I asked him to wrap them and soak it off. He wrapped them for a few minutes then started to use a file again. I showed him that you can just scrape it off after you soak it for a while. No nail shaping but he did trim my cuticles. Then made several failed attempts to paint on the french tips. It took a long time to do one hand and he kept doing it over and over. They were very cooked. I asked him to stop and said Id just pay for a manicure. He wiped of the white tips and I left with just a base coat on my nails. Their reviews were good so maybe they just arent good with natural nails. I wish they would have been honest about it when I called so I didnt waste my time and money. My pedicure was equally disappointing. The woman who did it barely waved the cutical tool over my toes like a magic wand lol. Then polished them with a considerable gap making it look like they were polished a week ago.

Rana Alkhalisi I been using this shop over 2 years with no issue. But this time I un happy at all, I got my nails done with bad shape, the guy told bc your nails is too short !! When it short you can put the nail all the way down.. I had to get this fix by other shop and paid extra money..

Rhianna Goetz Ive been using this shop for the last 3 years and have been treated better than ANY other shop. Staff is lovely, accommodating, helpful and tolerant. I enjoy my time while Im there, never have a bad nail job. Too many photos to post but I will update on my next trip

Arianna Bautista When I first got in there, I showed her the picture of the color that I wanted. She said she had the color I got builder gel. The builder gel is unevenly applied so one side of my nail looks higher than the other when it came time to paint my nails she put on a color that didn’t look close to the color that I wanted so we tried to find a different color. She said she didn’t have it so I told her to just paint a clear. She just did a clearcoat and she fuzz cured onto my nail so now I have fuzzy nails that I can’t get undone because it’s cured I will not be going back to this place, terrible experience. She also shaved my nails very weirdly they’re not shaped evenly. One side is more rounder. The other side is more pointy just very lazy. I think she got rushed for whatever reason I will I do not recommend this nail salon.

Alisha Thomas First time here I loved it!! It was very quiet and relaxing music.I was last minute on a Sunday but they were very accommodating and very fast and efficient. A lady name Karen helped me she was very nice.i got a fill on my hands and feet and a gel polish for both. I am new to the area and this is my best experience out of the three other places Ive tried in the area. Great service and price. I will be back. Much love God bless

Mikayla Riar Jenny did my acrylic nails and she did an amazing job. If I go back it’s for that reason. Although I think I overpaid because I paid for mine and my sisters nails and it cost like $110. Although I got acrylic and she got dip it shouldn’t have costed that much! Update 2022- Karen does my nails now change from 4 to 5 stars. She’s amazing I always go here for manicure. I got my nails done for my wedding by her. $65 for these, I gave a great tip:)

C Lo My first time here and I LOVED it!! I was greeted and taken care of as soon as I walked in. Tina was friendly and asked clear questions on what I wanted. She also checked in with me throughout the whole service with the shape, length, color etc, She took her time shaping & buffing my nails which alot of places rush this process but she didn’t rush it at all. I’ve been to alot of places and I usually don’t leave 100% satisfied but today o can honestly say I am 100% satisfied with my nails. Also, their prices are very good compared to other fancy nail salons. I’m so in love with the shape and quality of Tina’s work! She just gained a new client. Thank you Tina :)

Heather Felkins Went for the first time today with my sister and daughter. My sister’s nails are beautiful, they did really well with my little girl. The place is nice and clean. I love their Christmas decor. However my nails are very uneven with the acrylic and not smooth at all. I would love to come back but maybe with a different nail tech.

Jojo Best customer service and they try their hardest to make it exactly how you envision your nails (if not better). It is on the pricier side but I believe worth it for the quality and care! Everyone that works here is genuinely kind and seem like they enjoy being here!

BreAna Judkins I love coming here! Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. The take off of my previous full set was easy and I love my new full set! I get my pedicures here as well and it’s the only place I’ve ever been able to actually relax! It’s clean and well maintained and I’ll never leave.

April B Staff is super friendly but these are probably the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. This is how they looked after a week. I’ve had press on nails that looked better than this.

Barbara Lucas Natalie, is amazing! She understands exactly what I want, she does a great job, my nails always look great! The nail salon is clean and the atmosphere is professional, and beautifully decorated. I love the seasonal decorations and how happy the clients and staff seem to be !

Sara Cearley I recently moved to the area and decided to try this salon based on its good reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I got a full set with gel and chrome from the owner, costing $115. Within a week, while I was still on vacation, the gel started peeling on both thumbs and a pinky nail, and some of the acrylic chipped off. When I returned to the salon to ask if they could sand off the gel and repaint a new solid color (since I couldnt remember the exact pink or chrome used), I was told it would cost an additional $35. I found this to be very frustrating, especially considering the initial service was already expensive and the quality was poor overall. Not pleased with the quality of the nails and the terrible customer service, I ended up walking out. I will definitely not be returning to this salon.

Ashley Flaherty Such a great experience! I had a wonderful afternoon. It was relaxing. There was mimosas and a massage chair! I got a beautiful full set of acrylics and a deluxe pedicure. Orchid left me feeling pampered! I will be back for sure!

They serve us Mimosa, beer, wine and etc. They were a true artist, my nails look stunning and the attention to detail was incredible. Shilla Marie Barit This is not what i asked for!!! I also paid more on getting my previous nail removed $56.00!! My nails curves down looking like a birds beak! I told her exactly what I wanted FLAT and STRAIGHT before we began. While we were in the process of it I could already tell it’s not what I wanted! Why would I waste my time on getting my nails done for the second time and have it looking like a birds beak again! The brown nails is done by friend! That’s how it should look like!

So I nicely told the lady that I wasnt ganna pay $75 for this and she messed my nails all up they look the worse I gave ever had done on my hands she wouldnt give my money back then said o ill give u 15 back if can prove where u get ur nails done and we will call them then one of the lady ran after me when I tried to leave with my tiny bit she was willing to give and the nail lady wanted to put hand on me so watch out SHE MIGHT TRY TO HIT YOU!!!!!!! and mess ur nails up while stealing ur money pics to prove lol what a joke

James Hill Service is great. Appointments are kept on time. They never keep me waiting. I come here monthly and request Tammy. She gives the best pedicure Ive ever had. Stro g hands and she takes her time. I love all the staff there. Very friendly and professional.

If you guys are professional nail techs please do it right! It’s almost new year and you guys do this to my nails !!!!!! This is ridiculous ! Check all your people that work here if you really have a license! Looks like you guys don’t have that! Very bad service! Rude service from this nail salon. Never again!

Rachelle Mitchell I have been going to JL Nails for over 5 years, and I absolutely love this place. All the ladies are so kind and generous. The work they do is gorgeous. If there is an issue, they are willing to fix it right away (which I hardly ever have an issue). The Pedicures are relaxing, and I love how my feet look afterwards. People always comment on my nails and how beautiful they are. 100% recommend JL Nails!!

Jamyrlyn Mallory I stopped in here to get my paint redone. I got my nails done at my normal spot and decided I didn’t like the color I picked. I brought in my own color. I have acrylic nails. I waited for about 35 min. The guy who finally did my nails told me the cost for a repaint was $15. He talked me out of my color into painting gel with same color. However he failed to mention the cost was an additional $10. I paid the $25 and left a good tip. I won’t go back. Also putting gel polish over acrylic nails makes the nails too thick. Additionally this salon is not very clean.

lindsy spargo Really love my nails this time. She did a great job. They turned out even better than the picture I showed her! I would definitely recommend this place. The atmosphere is pleasant, but If you have to wait because theyre busy theyll ask you to come back so you dont have sit there for hours. I appreciate that. Im busy, and they get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Sara Cook Great experience with Jennifer. Prices were great. She listened to the shape and length I wanted. I am not picky on color and said I wanted a neutral, light pink. She picked it out, did the right combo of colors. Will 100% rebook with her. I did really appreciate with the fill that she worked on any skin around the nail that needed work and gave a hand massage. Thanks, Jennifer!

Kyla Lusink If I could leave a 0 star I would. Ive been coming here for years love this place, as I thought they were clean always friendly, like there prices. I came here today to get my toes done for my birthday and this lady Lee who has done my toes before just felt like she didnt want to do her job today. She barely scrubbed or prepped my feet before she was going to paint my nails, I was probably in the chair 5 minutes before she was going to start painting. I had to ask her if she can exfoliate my feet and put the hot rags on as that is part of the pedicure. She restarts and doing it again. Mind you a lady was here got here before me and my lady still finished all of this again as the lady next to me was still getting hers done. I had to ask her to do my cuticles once more and then I saw the sponge she was using to scrub my nails & that was my last straw. It was used on someone before me. It was now clean. She was not sorry, nor did she care. She was terrible and I would not recommend her to anyone. When I asked her if she did my cuticles she said I already did them and then she proceeds to do them and you can clearly see she did not do them at all. She kept lying and saying she does all this after she paints nails when it has never happened in these steps as I have been here plenty of times before. The fact that I had to tell her to do every step of my pedicure and see a dirty tool used on my toes is just absurd. You usually come to get your toes done for a relaxing experience and this has been far my worst. I dont like leaving reviews but Lee was so rude, and not a sincere person. I work in customer service and tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but she clearly did not want to do my toes. Its like Lee was just trying to take advantage of me and thought I wouldnt realize what she was doing. Never even said sorry.
