Abby Alegria Madeleine is amazing and does a great job on my haircut. She takes her time and really cares about her clients. Everyone there is extremely nice and welcoming. Won’t go to any other salon. ❤️

Madeline Murphine I saw Riley to get my bangs done and he was amazing!! Got my hair exactly where I wanted it to be and checked in at every step of the trim to make sure I was happy. I love the way my hair turned out so much and its clear he cared a ton that I was happy and his work was perfect to us both :)

John Williamson I’ve been coming here for a men’s haircut for almost a year now and only have good things to say. I see Chaliea for my haircut. She always listens to my feedback and ensures I get the style I’m looking for. The Alente staff is very welcoming and they do a really good job reminding you about appointments. Definitely recommend!

Trang Tran Ive had regular massages many times before but never a prenatal massage. I recently came here for a prenatal massage (at 36 weeks) and Shea (Sharon) was the best massage therapist Ive had. She was so professional and thorough, definitely knew what she was doing, yet was very kind, sweet, and easy to talk to at the same time. It was one of the best massages Ive had. I will certainly come back and request her for more massages.

Lisa Favero I just love going to Alente! I look forward to it and count down the days. Holly is my hair goddess and she is the best! She gave me ideas for a more contemporary style at my request, helped me get there over six months, and then we made that new style happen and I love it! Holly and the staff there are always friendly, professional and welcoming.

Jamielynne Friesen I only bought tans. No salon services. Highlights: great bang for your buck, they are very clean, they provide sanitized goggles( I always forget) and they have the best plush wipes in the room for after tanning(no other place I go does this). Owner seemed nice. I would give her 5 stars. Not so highlights: Rest of my encounters with staff were chatty with each other, but dry when asked after hair, not usual for stylists. Bought 10 tans for 20. Found out they expire and I dont tan very often. I couldnt get in when I tried to walk in once and then when I tried to book once. Gave up because they are the 20 min beds (bottom rung of tans anyway). Can get the same effect in an hour at the lake, in high sun. They expired I was told I can buy them back. Spending money on the same tans I already bought.....Ill just go back to Seattle Sun in North Bend. I like to be able to walk in and tan on any level bed at my convenience. Also Seattle Suntan always emails me sweet deals and freebies.

Lysa Rue Hulderson LOVE MILLENNIUM!! Heidi is just awesome, along with the rest of the staff. Always great tan packages. The 10 for $20 cash is the only way to go!! Excellent availability when scheduling ahead of time. Beds make me brown as can be, the rooms are beautifully decorated, even moist wipes available in each room for when ya get a little sweaty or need to wipe bronzer off your paws! And, Denise does my hair there! Also excellent! Overall a fantastic place to go!!

Hannah. I went in to get my damage ends trimmed whilst growing my hair long, Crystal did a great job of keeping as much length as possible and my hair feels so much better now. I love the atmosphere they put out, it is comforting and friendly buy still very professional. I am new to town and was very nervous to try a new place, but Im glad I chose this one.

Anureet Mahal Tory Coates is the most sweetest person. I got my hair cut and she did such an amazing job. Exactly what I asked for and this was my first time ever going to them. 10/10 recommended. They all are super sweet.

Emily Walker Justin hands down is the best stylist I’ve ever had. He is incredibly talented, skilled , honest and knowledgeable and gave me such good advice on caring for my hair. I have had dry, damaged, brittle and split ends my whole life and I have never had my hair feel so healthy after the haircut he gave me. This salon is amazing and in my opinion the best in town.

David Fuentes Great place for a beard trim and haircut. Employees are super friendly and do a great job. Love that can have a beer while I wait! Hair products that they sell smell great and are affordable. Definitely my favorite spot!

Ryan Risdon Easy to use online reservation system. I usually see Marina at this location. Great conversation, outstanding quality service and cut. Shes awesome! The atmosphere is welcoming, and you can tell she takes pride in their work. Every haircut Ive had has been exactly what I asked for, and I always leave feeling fresh and confident. Sachi is very clear about the process she takes my hair through, its health and condition, and what’s possible when we jump from color to color. She’s helped me experiment a ton with different bang styles, colors, and lengths. I’ve never walked out disappointed and will continue seeing her as long as I can

Asia Smith I LOVE what Sachi did for me! She gave me exactly what I asked for and we had some very good conversations! Love her, 10/10 recommend, she is the absolute sweetest, and SO good at what she does.

Laura Smith Sachi gave me the worst cut I have ever had. Not only did she not listen to me, she pulled my beautiful, long, curly, silver hair back into a pony tail while dry and chopped it off four inches from the scalp. The only reason I can imagine that she went out of her way to chop 6 inches off of my hair is to SELL MY HAIR OR KEEP IT FOR HERSELF. Beware of Sachi - she ruined my beautiful hair and refunded my money.

Jazmyn Bragg I was looking for a hair stylist for a couple months when a friend finally suggested Sachi. My hair had been damaged by years of box dye and poor care for it, but over time Sachi taught me how to better care for my hair, and get it to a healthy enough point that I could pursue colors I wanted. Shes thorough, she is attentive, and she will work with you in such detail to help you get the style you want. She deserves more than just 5 stars

lyndsie m Ive never gotten my nails done here but I got a call at 8am today when I was trying to sleep (I work nights so I sleep they the day) they claimed I made appointment when I did not. I had called them last week but never set anything up. I felt this was very unprofessional considering I never set anything up and they had accused me of just trying to get out of my appointment when I had none. Long story short dont call unless you plan to have appointment becues they will sgin u up anyway

Leah Mitchell The staff here is nice but my hair was not. They didn’t section my hair or even part it when they cut it, they didn’t give me any layers and gave me choppy short bangs. I got my hair redone somewhere else and was told that they didn’t use any guides and just cut it however they felt. If you go for a trim you’ll be fine but don’t go expecting anything fancy.

Jenna McCabe Ive been here twice, once for a pedicure and another for a hair appointment. I love the vibe, it is spacious and clean, the staff is friendly and upbeat. and it just has an overall good energy. I dont go to the salon very often (maybe two-3 times a year) but I really like the people and vibe here and will definitely be back and will be recommending Beliza to my friends.

Kristina Bowen ***Update update: I did go back in for another attempt at a hair cut. Jaime cut my sons hair and I daresay it is the best hair cut he has ever received. He took the time to talk with me about my preferences, my sons hair, and how he would work toward the picture I showed him using my sons hair type. The finished product was fabulous! Ended poorly. Took my kiddo in with picture example and everything. Google gave rave reviews and the ability to book online was lovely. Guys were nice. However, I was a bit concerned with how rough his hair cut was and how it was going to turn out given how fast the barber was cutting. I didnt say anything when he was done as he styled it with water then we left thinking, well this should be ok.....Then it dried. **Update: I do stand by my original stars, however I got a call from the owner this morning and will most definitely give this shop another go at a later date and will revise my review accordingly. Raincountry I needed a good military haircut and Northwest delivered a perfect cut. The online appointment was quick and flawless. All aspects of my visit and haircut were actually enjoyable and stress free. I will go again.

Garet Wade I needed to get cleaned up short notice for an important meeting. Quick and easy booking online. Showed up, hopped in the chair and BOOM, one of the best cuts and beard trims. Crispy. Both gentlemen that worked there were great guys. Withing walking distance of my house. Ill be back time and time again!

Sol Turtlevine After being directed to the website to set up an appointment, even though I walked in, I was able to be seen within 20 minutes. Super friendly and talented barbers! I highly recommend jumping online and setting an appointment anytime you need classic or modern barber.

Linda Jones This was my first massage at 425 & Company. I saw Lori who was a delight to meet. Shes friendly, listens to you, and she asks questions in regard to what areas of your body needs worked on. My overall experience was A++! Thank you Lori!

Vlada Ten I had called the salon two weeks ahead and scheduled a haircut appointment for Saturday at 2pm. When I came at designated time, I was told the hairstylist does not even work today. I specifically scheduled it in advance because it was important, and to say I was frustrated is an understatement. Needless to say I am not going to use their services ever again and do not recommend them.

Emily Reid I went in for my first appointment today and had a really bad experience. The woman who did my hair turned it teal when I wanted purple. I don’t know how you mess that up but she did. She left me sitting for over an hour and wasn’t very talkative in general and then just blew it off that she messed it up and kept saying how good it looked. It looked horrible. I went to another salon to immediately get it fixed because it was that bad. I do not recommend going here.

Jenna Merryman Got my haircut and a brow wax today by Tanner. I will definitely come back! She did such a great job, really listened to what I wanted and was great at understanding my thick temperamental hair. It turned out amazing! Far exceeding my expectations!

Madelyn Stratton paid $345 for an extension move up and within days i had a whole row fall out COMPLETELY. at this point id had extensions for months and multiple move ups and reinstalling done and NEVER had this happen. i sent pictures time and date stamped of what happened for proof and requested a refund and explained why. i had to follow up multiple times and continue reaching out and was eventually told a refund was not possible and i could come in for another appointment to try again. i asked again for the refund and followed up with a call. i was ignored completely and still found no resolution. very disappointed since i spent a decent amount of money to get my hair done and ended up with it in worse shape then before i came in and out a couple hundred dollars

Byrd Macey I got a GelX manicure. The tech got gel on the underside of my nail and all around my skin. There were some pretty big gaps under some tips, while others were extremely thick. The polish was very streaky and uneven. Each of the bottles of polish were nearly empty and very gummy, which is probably why it ended up this way. I dont know if this is the norm. I think my tech just didnt have much experience using the GelX tips. I was running late, so I just paid and left. Im getting a removal and a new set at another salon tomorrow.

Dorothy Lillard They made me a 86 year old woman feel real special they did my finger nails and toe nails and cut my hair and gave me a perm

Carson Blanchard Im a long hair, wash and go, box dye no muss no fusser. I decided after 20+ years of dyeing to try and go to my natural color which is now more white than grey and I have never actually seen. I was given a gift certificate do Head to Toe. First appointment I asked for my nearly waist long hair to be shagged.. my stylist, Vanessa explained what I wanted was layers. I also wanted it to be long enough to still put up. She nailed it. 2nd appointment to strip old color and match up to the bit of white hair showing. After nearly 6 hours, multi steps, washes and products, a full foil, last count was 15 products used, I walked out looking years younger (according to family and friends)with a gorgeous color and style. Vanessa is an alchemist, magician, and an artist. Plus a blast to talk to. I have one more full foil to go in 6 weeks. Ive never been happier with my much neglected hair even if I now have to spend time curling it to make it look its best. I cant recommend Vanessa at Head to Toe salon enough. If you want a new do and are a bit hesitant what do you have to lose? If you dont like it it can be fixed but Im pretty positive youll be as delighted as I am. PS, I have very thick hair which is no doubt why it took so long. She was very meticulous and thorough saying shed rather spend the time to do it right. I cant argue with that.

Valerie Westcott Marys been cutting my hair for over five years. Shes consistent with my cut and style. The cut looks great whether I let it dry naturally, or when I choose to style it.

S B We love Njeri! She is not only a skilled and experienced stylist, she is also kind and thoughtful. Njeri has worked with us since my child’s Autism Spectrum Diagnosis several years ago. I explained what we needed and she helped us work towards making it possible for my child to tolerate haircuts, despite sensory issues being a challenge. My child now handles haircuts like a champ— even clippers are not an issue! Njeri is our go-to. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
