Ruth Melissa Rivera Iglesias First and foremost I’m a new mom of a 2 month old. It was intimidating for me to go to a nail salon with a baby but the techs have been nothing but kind. With that being said, everyone there is friendly, it’s a quiet and relaxing environment. When you walk in you’re asked to pick a color of your choice and anything to drink. There’s a variety of teas, orange juice and even mimosas. Once I was waiting for my tech I focused in on my surroundings. The place is pristine clean and I love the chic white and gold interior. It looks fancy and I love that. But onto the nails, LeO’s has been the only place that every single tech is able to do excellent work. Most salons I’ve been to tend to get upset or make decisions for me when I tell them the way I want my nails. But if I tell the techs I want something a certain way, they do it no issues or questions asked. For these nails, I paid $70 plus I did a pedicure of $30 plus $15 for gel. In total I paid $130! That’s a steal for the excellent work! This is my second time going and so I decided to leave a review because I’m very impressed. I will be a returning customer in the future!

TL P All I can say is wow! Ive finally been looking for a quality nail salon ever since relocating to Washington and this place is it. Their attentiveness to detail and also to me as a client was astounding, regularly asking me if everything was okay and if I was in need of anything. I loved the fact that I didnt feel rushed nor did I feel like they were rushing on my service. The salon is absolutely gorgeous and the whole experience was very tranquil and relaxing. The 20% discount definitely was a perk too. I received a pedicure with Ivy and she was very nice and friendly. She did an absolutely amazing job on my design! One of the best designs I have ever gotten!! I will definitely be coming back and recommend to any and all.
Update: Salon and techs and general atmosphere are still top notch! Will continue to recommend, however front desk service on last visit left little to be desired. I had to reschedule this appointment from the week prior due my nail tech being out. Upon check in at the first appointment, I was immediately told that the nail tech I requested was out for the day. I was offered a different tech but declined because Im very specific on who I want. I went home and rebooked this appointment and specifically wrote in my notes who I was requesting and if those 2 techs werent available to please call me to cancel. I received no call up until my appointment, so I went in. The young girl checked me in and I sat down to wait. After a few minutes, a different tech came to bring me back and my initial thought was she was just showing me where to sit. She then asked if I wanted a design, and thats when I realized she was the tech doing my pedicure. I asked where were the 2 techs that I had requested and was told that one wasnt available and the other was servicing another client. The young girl happened to walk back and heard the conversation in which she proceeded to tell me she did call me prior. I checked my phone history and didnt receive a call. My irritation came more from not being notified immediately when the young girl checked me in as was done with my last appointment, that Id have someone else. If I would have known this from the beginning, I would have been happy to reschedule again rather than to sit and wait, only to be told, that the techs I wanted werent available, especially after I was the one who had to ask.
