Sophie Robinson Barbara is a hoot! Really sanitary practices and also has a really nice space and offers a comfortable environment for waxing. She is very knowledgeable and experienced and takes the time to explain the her process. Kay I absolutely love getting my nails done at Premier Nail Bar. My favorite tech is Chung. My nails last weeks and never lift when he does them. Jackie is great for face waxing. And eye brows! I highly suggest checking them out, and the mimosa are an added bonus!! I get pink and whites, and they have the best prices in town for them!

Agentg427 I’ve been coming here for the last two years and Katie doesn’t disappoint. I now choose a color and Katie knows exactly what I want. I’m very active and work with patients so I like my nails short; I use the dipping powder and does not chip and lasts for over two weeks. Your appointment is always with one tech and you’re not waiting or passed on to another technician. Katie’s attention to detail is what I always look for in a nail salon and cleanliness. I have a standing appointment till the end of the year because Katie’s schedule fills up so quickly. Give her a try and you’ll be glad you found her!

Kathleen Peterson We made an appointment because there were 4 of us. Upon entering business, they ask that you wash your hands. Scub brushes were provided along w wash cloths to dry. The place was very clean and sanitary. 3 of us had pedicures the other a manicure. They really took time on massages, it was wonderful. Very pleasant team. Will definitely be back.

kaia fahrenholz I was a walk-in, and happy to be seated immediately. Sadly, the poor gal who was assigned to me was not fully trained, and the owners did not once try to help her. There was a more experienced tech sitting around, but no one helped this poor gal with a basic pedicure. After an hour for a polish the coats were way to thick to dry normally, and my toe tips are still very rough to the touch. I paid and tipped her, but she was clearly insecure about her job, and so I showed the owner my pedicure, and kindly suggested that she train her technicians herself before testing them out on clients. The owner offered to do it over, but after almost 2 hours, I couldn’t spend the time. I feel sorry for the gal, who obviously has not been trained. Buyer beware.

I was able to book an appointment online with the specific services indicated and to select a specific technician, if we had a preference. It was our first time at Premier, so we selected ‘first available’. We were greeted promptly, seated immediately, asked for inspiration photos, and my daughter got exactly what she wanted, including additional nail art. Mia did a great job, answered all my questions and got us out the door timely. The place was packed and everyone looked like they were leaving happy. There’s a bar, but it was Saturday morning, so no cocktails for me. Maybe next time! I expect we’ll be repeat clients.

They take cleanliness and sterilization very seriously here, which makes me more comfortable as a customer. I got an acrylic fill done by Kylea, who is an apprentice, and she did a great job. I never felt rushed to get in and out, she took her time to do her best work and my nails turned out great!

terri armstrong I treated my daughter-in-law and myself to two of their spa packages, and it was awesome! The packages included massage/exfoliation, facials, manis, pedis, lunch, and wine! The perfect girls day out! The facility is clean, and the clinicians are not only personable and friendly but also highly skilled in their areas of expertise. I highly recommend them.

Katie Smith When I first came in, I wasn’t even acknowledged. The girl sitting behind the counter just stayed in her chair laughing with another girl. They were so incredibly loud and obnoxious. I was just put off my entire visit there. I had a pedicure done there with gel polish. It was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. My gel polish peeled off 4 days later on all but 3 toes. She cut my big toe and it wouldn’t stop bleeding and she used this stuff to help it stop and touched MY blood on the tip of the ointment she was putting on my toe! I pulled my foot back and said “that is so unsanitary. I hope you don’t touch other people’s blood with this!” She didn’t rub my feet or buff my heels at all. I felt super rushed. This was my second visit there. I had a massage done prior to this visit and could not relax because the girls out front are so incredibly loud and unprofessional. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again. Nope, won’t be giving my business to them anymore.

When the Nail Spa opened, I was so happy as well as many of my friends. We’ve been going there and have never looked back. Their service is beyond wonderful. It’s a place that cares and take your needs into consideration. Jackie’s been my nail tech and she is wonderful, she is professional, and she does the job beyond any expectation. Joyce Pure perfection when it comes to nails! I went yesterday for a dip manicure and was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and customer service. Emily was able to squeeze me in last minute due to a cancellation, and she was so kind and friendly, and willing to listen to what I wanted in my manicure. Barb Bourgeois Emilys was recommended to me by my hair stylist (who could have recommended me to someone in her own salon). This is a small, quiet, very clean nail salon (I think they do waxing and some other beauty services too). I just had a pedicure-very gentle, not rushed at all and she did a great job. Highly recommend. One of the things that struck me is that it did not smell immediately of the strong chemical smells that many nail salons have which really impressed me.
