Kathy Wilcox I was at the ER from 9 to 8 with my sister, and there are a few things I’ll address here. Also, I’m writing a letter of concern to the administrator. I was in the room when Nurse Evelynn wanted a urine sample from my sister, who was in a lot of pain, and asked if she could pee in a cup instead of having a catheter. Evelynn brought in a urine sample cup and cleaning pad. I brought the sample out to a nurse and gave it to her. When the doctor asked about that the nurse said my sister refused having a cathitar and was called a liar. I was there and thats exactly what happen. The nurse didnt tell the truth. Older people in pain and handicap shouldnt be made fun of by the doctors. Dr Biancarelli told my sister to get in your wheelchair and get your catscan and made remarks about her solid pads and wet blankets, you can also clean yourself up. Then he said I have all these witnesses so you can’t go back on your catscan. This is acceptable. My sister is very thin no teeth and no not a druggie but has had lots of broken bones, and burned. The first doctor before shift change jumped back with my sisters hand almost touched his arm. Treat people like they are a walking leach!!! I got home and told my husband -Never let me go to that hospital.

Claire I got bit by a rattlesnake around this town a little over a year ago. My boyfriend rushed me here and they were so nice. Mostly the nurses, but that’s usually the case! The nurses were so amazing. It’s a tiny hospital so they don’t have the resources to deal with that situation, they just keep enough anti venom to get you to Wenatchee. The nurse helped us learn about a PNW ambulance and air lift insurance you can get before the move so the helicopter ride is only like $80 HAHA. Anyways they were honestly super nonchalant about my situation which made me nervous at first but ended up being really relaxing.

Jane Elizabeth Phenomenal experience in the ER. These guys saved my life. Confluence health denied me proper medical care and assumed it was mental health only. They were wrong. I’ll forever be grateful for HONEST care and treatment at this wonderful facility. You guys sure saved a life, while others were trying to end it.

Raven Goudeau After numerous unbearable back pain attacks I decided to go to the ER. Ive been dealing with stomach issues for some time now and was unsure if this was related to the back pain i recently began experiencing. After contacting my main provider about the issue numerous times and receiving no help or call back and reaching out to many other facilities with no luck, I decided it was time to take a trip to the E.R. which was a complete mistake. I explained my symptoms and issues a number of times to multiple nurses and waited a while for the Doctor to come see me. He entered the room and shut the door. I could instantly tell he was in a bad mood. He began scolding me and dismissed every single one of my symptoms. He was rude, blunt, disrespectful and ill-mannered. I suffer from Anxiety/Panic Attacks and I had a full blown attack to the point I could no longer speak or breathe.. I quickly gathered up my belongings in tears and changed. The next event is what shocked me the most. I heard him tell the nurses to check me out of my room because there were more important patients that needed to be seen. Two nurses entered the room and were kind and continued asking me if I was okay, but at that point I could no longer speak and was having a hard time breathing. I couldnt wait to exit the building. Ive never felt so embarrassed and trapped for seeking medical attention. GEORGE A. BIANCARELLI was the attending physician during my visit. This was not the first time I was treated poorly by the same physician. Another complaint was that I could hear ALL patient information from within my room. I could hear them speaking about a patient who had just had a stroke and another who had just had a seizure. I also caught the names of these patients, and much more information, but because I have worked in Healthcare and am very familiar with HIPAA regulations, I will not share that information to protect the privacy of these individuals. I will NEVER go back to the E.R. in Tonasket again and you shouldnt either.

Maisy Ward Ive had a lot of health issues throughout my life and have interacted with MANY different medical providers and have had a lot of dreadful, uncaring interactions. I honestly have to say that The Tonasket Family Health Center is the most caring clinic I have ever been to. Everyone at the clinic makes sure that you are well taken care of, safe and understand what is going on. If something is a problem they work with you until it is resolved. I personally am very greatful for everyone there.

alicia mcpeak Absolutely terrible. I am a type1 diabetic and have cirrhosis. After 1 visit to Dr. Redmond just to get refill because we are new she got blood work back to say everything is fine (I know it is because I monitor myself and had good doctors before coming here) to now trying to change all my medicans BEFORE HAVING MY RECORDS BACKand not even address what I even went for. 3 weeks later and i still have not got my prescription! THE office is just as terrible as her! Oh I forgot the office even called and tried to get me to come in just to bill my insurance just to tell me she still hasnt received my medical records back yet. It was terrible and I wont be going back. Waste of time!

john jones As a combat veteran, having transferred to a new provider with the Choice Program, Erin Vander Stoep and her nurse Josh are very helpful and responsive to my care. I highly recommend them. The front staff is courteous and professional. They enjoy their work and my care is seamlessly taken care of.

Saoirse Ocealligh Would be WAY more professional if their clinic actually committed some money to a remodel. That building is GROSS. Also, their receptionists need to spend less time chatting and playing on Facebook as they have been witnessed doing, and actually answer phones and assist people. 8 mins sitting outside on hold just to walk in and see you gossiping is not service. Just because this is a small town doesnt mean people dont have to try as hard. Every single time I call, I dont spend less than 5 minutes on hold. You can NOT be "that" busy, when every other medically affiliated business I ring answers much faster. Including Harborview. This is a big problem.

Dan Dabug Did drive-through testing at this clinic - staff were extremely helpful, patient, and kind. Susan in particular was a fantastic test-taker and an exemplary healthcare professional. Exactly the kind of quality, compassionate medical care our nation needs right now!

Allison Ella Viaja Ive left two messages in the past two days attempting to set an emergency dental appointment and have not received a call back, which creates a lack of trust in providers and confidence in medical services, should they ever be rendered.

Kile Beeman This is probably the single best dental experience Ive ever had. If you got an emergency they will generally get you in. If you call first they will call you when they get a cancelation or you can go sit at their office until they can squeeze you in. The appointment waiting list is long because there is a lot of need in the county and not enough dentists but Ive had good luck when referred to Bridgeport dentist as well. Also a good experience. This is the spot Id recommend going if your in need of dental services

Lori Evens When Dr Medrano took care of my teeth, which are very weak from radiation, it was pain free. He was extremely professional and kind. I hear he went back to school to specialize in pediatrics. The children who receive his dental care will be very fortunate.

Kayla Sasse My experience has been horrible, I went in November for an abcess tooth finally got to see the dentist again in February while being in pain this whole time, the dentist saw me for less than 30 minutes I was there for over 2 hours and while he was waiting for me to be numb he was was working on other people (which is fine) but Im not paying for 2 hours of work when I was helped for 30 minutes. I have called the clinic trying to get in earlier etc, and I have a rude girl on the phone that says she will try and talk to the dr to get me some antibiotics never heard back so than the next day I called and her excuse was she was waiting for my response onto what pharmacy to send my prescriptions to, which I had already explained to her the day before where Id like them to go.. I will never go here again, I ended up going to a dentist in town, talked to a professional and pleasant person who took me very seriously. Just because family health centers is the only place that takes my insurance its safer and better for me to pay for another dentist out of pocket than rely on a clinic that doesnt take their patients seriously. Sorry for the long rant I felt like I needed to explain my story.

paul harm Dr. Turpin is probably the most thorough Doc I have ever had. Feel lucky to get such a good doc in such a small town. I would recommend for sure.

John Blucher Not a good experience. The Staff was friendly but the Physician well thats a different story. My wife told me to be nice. So lets just say Im looking for a new Doctor.

R H Huge thanks and respects to all who serve in the Oliver hospital, thanks a million to you all. Shame and disgrace on BC government for their incompetance and lies, they could import thousands of well trained doctors from the world, many many want to come and practice in Canada, BC in particular. All politicians have doctors and access to full medical assistance and hospitals, vast numbers of BC citizens do not.

Marcus Westwood Awesome Hospital even if it does suffer from regular closures . The closures are a problem with the liberal Government system not the actual Hospital if you ask me .

Raina Dawn Lutz Broken, corrupt system produces workers who are unkind to those in need and too busy on their cell phones during shifts to care for patients properly. Horrified that my parent had to go and get “care” here to be sent away.

Samantha Fechney Am from NZ here on a working holiday visa. Walked into the emergency department at 8:30pm at night and was seen within 10mins of waiting. Lovely people and tried their best to help as much as they could.

Shawnee Fleming Two hours for two child visits that could easily be shorter. Literally up to the minute two hours exact. The student there asked my kid personal questions that he had no business asking like if she had friends if she was good at reading and writing math, asked what she did after school as a hobby, that’s not his business we are switching doctors to confluence.

Ken Buska I like the staff but its frustrating that you have a three month waiting period for an appointment or wait hours in the walk in. To be fair the alternatives arent any better. General practice in this geographic area isnt great.

carol carlson my experience with Nancy Espelin, PAC was horrible she does not listen to anything you say and you will have to repeat your self Nemours times. she will ask you the same question over and over before she actually hears your answer. Oh and she thinks she knows how you are feeling and does not listen to you about how you feel or she will dismiss what you say. As if you dont feel what you feel.

Donna Hale Ive seen two Physicians Assistants, Nancy Espelin and Mandy Segars, at FHC and both of them were so thorough and caring. They really listened to me and took the time to get some history on my health and give me helpful suggestions to manage the issues. I was very pleased.

Melodie White I see Dr. Hanson in Brewster, and he is always willing to take the time to make sure all my questions are answered. Its nice that the staff follow up to make sure you are feeling better of if you need to come back in

Clint Fisher No privacy in waiting room, well hallway, is more accurate. Long wait for essential services like mammograms. Very bureaucratic! They do offer free coffee while you wait.

Cristi Guerrero Always have the best experience ever and my Dr is Amazing ☺️. De Williams is my Children’s doctor as well and he is very caring and compassionate. Confluence is a great clinic to be seen at highly recommend.

Misty Leader Tested positive for covid 8 ago. Told doctor I had a appointment that week and he never told me I had to cancel. Went to the doctors appointment today paid the CO pay sat there for 30 minutes before a nurse came out telling me I had to leave that I am not allowed to see a doctor till 10 days after being diagnosed to put a mask on and reschedule. I have zero symptoms and type 1 diabetes which was what I was there there for. I guess I just dont understand.... isnt a clinic for the sick and your refusing me service for my diabetes because I was sick a week ago? But you did take my money how nice. Oh not to mention you said all this out in public so apparently there is no hippa laws when it comes to covid or diabetes either.

Samuel Mcdowell DO NOT USE this clinic if your actually sick and need help!!! Ive been sick for 5 days but couldnt afford to miss work and finally had time to go the website and everyone that works there says walk ins till 4pm but when u call all the working employees will tell you they close early if its slow witch is usually 1-2h earlier not like 10-15min sooner. I relayed I was driving from 1h away and was 20min away now at 3pm. The 2nd person in the phone said sorry to hear that unfortunately we did close early well we just started to close early we cant take you by the time u get here but we can schedule an appointment tomorrow some time early. I do not believe nobody there seems to actually care about sick patients that need help but luckily I turned around and made it to Threw Rivers Clinic before 4pm and they took me and got me the antibiotics for what turned out to be strep throat! I definitely recommend Three Rivers Clinic over confluence health any day!

Rhiannoa Boyle The staff is amazing. Hands down 5/5. But DO NOT buy your frames here. They have a pair of frames listed at $300 that I really liked and almost bought but no purchase plans, no flexibility. The charges START there at $300 and they upcharge for your prescription. That same pair I wanted down the the exact specifications from the same brand and manufacturer can be bought online for $49.99. I might have actually bought from them if they had purchase plans or even an online store to show their inventory and allow me to try glasses on from the comfort of my home with online try on options. Or any additional added value for their consumer. ALWAYS research your products before committing. Dont get swindled.

Erik Grove Their eye doctors are generally pretty nice and the eye exams are pretty thorough and effective. Ive been coming here since I was a kid. However once you have done an exam they do not like to provide you with your prescription to buy glasses from any other sources. This becomes even more difficult if some time has passed since your last exam, Its been almost two years and the lady refused to give me my prescription over the phone or email and said I had to have it mailed to me. After telling me it was a state law that I had to have a new exam. (It is not a law) long story short I broke my only glasses and needed a quick replacement to cover me until my next exam. But the lady I spoke with seemed to only be interested in charging me more and making me wait for the help I needed. Do to this huge inconvenience it looks like Ill be looking for an alternative eye doctor.

Debbie Wilson Tried playing phone tag for several hours. Never getting any answer was on hold, had to have Call me back then., I had to call the same number. Then there were more and more people in front of me. Tried that 3 times because I was at work. Never did get an answer so I called and went to Brewster eye clinic. They helped me when I called at 1 got me in at 2 with no run around. Will not go here ever. Terrible, I could have gone blind before getting in to someone. Thank God for private clinics of all sorts, not you and not caring about patients.

Elijah Antonelli Made a short notice eye exam appointment and they were very nice and helpful. Then ended up getting my eyes dialated and all of the assistants and doctors were very nice.
