Carissa Choong I’ve been going to Amy for my haircuts and color for a while now, and she never disappoints! I went in yesterday for a hair refresh and some new color, and once again, she worked her magic. The highlights are beautifully blended and soft, exactly what I was hoping for. Amy’s skill and attention to detail really shine through — she’s a perfectionist in the best way. Not only is she incredibly sweet and professional, but she also takes the time to educate me on hair care and truly cares about the health of my hair. As someone with thick Asian hair, it can be challenging to find a stylist who knows how to handle it, but Amy absolutely nails it every time. A Zapata I had an *amazing* experience getting my haircut with Bilijana! I have fine, naturally curly hair and she cut my layers and curtain bangs perfectly. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and gave me great advice on how to enhance my natural texture and how to do a blowout at home. carolyn campo I had another great experience at the Vault today. My second time there in 2 months to tend to my growing out pixie back to a bob. Zoe gave me such a wonderful haircut, yet again, and made me love my hair, even as its in the in-between stages. She has a great eye for shape and texture and doesnt take it too far. Perfect work! A beautiful haircut!! I have found my stylist after 3 years of changing salons and having the next stylist try to fix what the last stylist did. So happy I found this place.

Shannon Boyce Do not book an appointment with Katie Dodge. She is VERY unprofessional & RUDE!!!I I went in for a hair appointment and from the onset she had a snarky attitude. When I scheduled my appointment I expressed that I have long and very thick hair and that I would need a little more time for the appointment. She didnt schedule the proper amount of time & blamed it on me. She was rushed the entire time. I cant express clearly enough, how unprofessional and how awful of an experience I had. Do NOT see her. I ended up leaving with half of the service that I originally scheduled. Leaving with wet hair in the middle of winter because she didnt schedule the proper amount of time is insane. Im reporting this to the BBB as well

Kelly Moore My experience is with Barber Aaron at Ginger Salon. I needed a new barber recently and had some stress in deciding who to take a chance with. Driving by often, this fun corner shop grabbed my attention. Thats how I found Aaron. He does a great job, attentive to detail very friendly with a fair price. Give him a shot if you need a barber! I think youll be happy.

Kyrsten Frost One thing to keep in mind is who you are scheduling with. I am new to the area and went in for multiple services with a wide range in quality. I had my hair cut which was fine. I had a wax done, which was also fine. However when I went in for a full set French tips, I was super disappointed. Shaping was inconsistent, the sides/under the nail wasn’t clean, no color was used (even though I asked for pink/white) so where the plastic tips were attached was clearly visible and it did not look good. When I said something, she tried to tell me this was normal!!! I know that’s not the case. She tried to “fix it” by adding gold (attached images, I didn’t get any before as I hoped they’d be fixed) which I was disappointed by (I had told her I was going to a funeral and wanted plain nails). Even after getting them reshaped/filled elsewhere the plastic wasn’t properly secured so they’re popping off like press ons!! It’s a cute place and everyone is nice just not the spot for more complicated nail asks!

Brian Kercheval They do not charge enough. I have spent $50 on what they do, but they do it much better for less than 1/3 that price. The precision, execution and eye on detail is the best I have experienced. I highly recommend them but, they are so good, call to get in line (this is not a tight appointment) Could save you much time.

Kyanite14 They always do a great job coloring hair! Anywhere else I’ve gone rushes the job and fails to fully get all the dark brown out of my hair. Rachel does an amazing job cutting my hair just how I like it. The only issue I have is the price, $65 for a 10 minute hair cut (I don’t require them to wash my hair like in the package) and close to $200 to bleach and dye a small amount of hair. Granted, I’m paying for the experience that these ladies have and I’m very grateful for that, and the time to sit there with the bleach soaking in my hair makes sense for that price, but if we’re going by time, My haircut would be the equivalent of paying someone $390 an hour, maybe $195 if you count another 10 minutes to clean up after it.

Brenda Masterjohn Bella Dolche Salon & Spa is not your grandmother’s beauty parlor! The Salon is beautiful and chic with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The stylists are very talented, all of these amazing girls have continued their education, so you’re sure to leave feeling incredible with any one of these talented artists. I cant say enough about this salon. From the friendly service right when you walk through the door, by the receptionist, to the great personality and talent you receive from your stylist.

Zahraa Alnuaman I had an appointment with Arielle where I requested a full hair color or a rich medium brown shade to enhance my natural very dark virgin brown hair. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. During the first appointment, my hair was dyed far too light, with noticeable red tones at the roots. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Arielle toned my hair back to a shade that essentially matched the original color I had walked in with. This unnecessary process caused significant damage to my hair, leaving streaks of grey undertones that devastated me. When I voiced my concerns, instead of addressing them professionally, I was blamed for “miscommunication” and accused of not being clear about what I wanted. This was baffling, as I had taken the time to come in for a consultation, repeatedly explained my desired outcome, and even provided a photo for reference. Despite my efforts, any questions or concerns I raised during the process were dismissed. Arielle repeatedly shut me down, insisting the result would look good, while speaking in a way that made me feel like my input was unwelcome. The situation escalated during the second appointment when I expressed my dissatisfaction again. Instead of handling my concerns professionally, Arielle became visibly angry and unprofessional. Her tone grew louder, and her frustration was evident. Eventually, she stormed off, leaving me with the front desk staff. Ninyel at the front desk also blamed the situation on “miscommunication,” but I strongly disagree. I believe the issue stemmed from Arielle’s inability to meet the expectations of the task and her unwillingness to acknowledge her limitations. Her dismissive attitude and unprofessional behavior made this an extremely unpleasant experience. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone seeking quality service or respectful treatment. Additionally, when I asked Arielle why I wasn’t achieving the color I had originally requested, she responded with, “I don’t know.” When I expressed my concerns about this response, she became defensive and offended, which only added to my frustration.

Daniel Charvet I brought my wife here to get her haircut. I wanted to do something nice for her. She wanted to go somewhere we’re the stylist speak her language Spanish . So we drove to this shop and my wife showed the stylist her ideas and pictures of what she was looking for. All I can say is I would have paid any amount to make her happy. The cost wasn’t important. Adrian Abeto It took me awhile to find this barbershop after looking around the area. I’ve been going to Milca for about 5 years or so, and she always gets it right. I’ve even taken my nephew for a kids cut, and he is always excited about it. I’ve gotten a taper, drop fade, and even colored my hair here, and it is always perfect! I’d highly recommend her and any other barber at this shop. Her appointment times are accurate so if it’s scheduled you’ll get in & out on time. The app they use makes it easy to book & they also take walk-ins.

Austin Jay is a professional and very clearly takes pride in his craft. I have curly hair and keep my hair on the longer side. Finding a barber to give me what I’m going for is always a challenge, but Jay gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Definitely coming back here for the foreseeable future.

Rfa Ale I had an appointment for a haircut scheduled for when the barbershop opened, but after waiting for 15 minutes, I realized they weren’t opening on time. I called and attempted to leave a voicemail but they dont have an answering machine. So, I decided to go to another barber for my haircut. Later, I received a notification from my bank indicating that I had been charged for my appointment. Fortunately, they refunded me.

Garrett Scott The guy that did my hair cut was great! Great guy, professional, personable and quick. Its been years since I got my hair cut professionally done and all I knew I wanted was short on the side and faded to the top and told him other than that do what ever you think looks good. Im very happy with the cut and he did my beard to. He faded, straightened, and cleaned up my beard. He did the lining of my beard with a straight razor. Im definitely going to return in 3 weeks to a month to have him cut my hair again.

Devious Kitty She’s a nice lady but I had an appointment and when I showed up she wasn’t there. She said she forgot to put me on the books. Okay, fine we are all human and make mistakes. So I asked her if she could reach out to me with the next availability and she said no problem. I waited about 2 weeks and left another messages. It’s now been 3 months and never received any contact. She does hair well but I need someone reliable so my search continues.

Carolyn G Last year as a birthday gift a relative paid for me to get a hair relaxing since I had been struggling for a while finding a location in Snohomish county that was experienced and knowledgeable dealing with ethic hair. Upon meeting the owner, I immediately felt comfortable as if my own mother was dressing my hair. (My moms profession is cosmetology). I had a relaxer application. Since I havent had much maintenance prior a spent a bit more than I would have preferred but she was worth every penny. To my understanding at the time she was the only stylist in the salon. So appointments are pretty necessary, also if you think here rates are a bit much she is worth saving for. There is not many hair salons businesses in the state of Washington that accommodate the needs of African American ethic people. She provides hair relaxing, hair weaving and more. She has been able to run this business by herself and still cover the funds needed to keep the salon open. I plan on making another appointment with her once I am in a financially stable place.

Kimberly Brown I had the best experience with James today. I took my 2 daughters in for hair cuts. He was kind, professional and engaged the kids, walked them through the whole process as if they were adults. The hair cuts are lovely. My son and his service dog were waiting the whole time and James made a point to make him feel included and welcome. It was a lovely experience. Someone had mentioned in a previous comment that she is expensive her prices reflect the going price here In Washington it doesn’t get any cheaper than that.

Ashley Santos The staff is very kind. I am giving them 3 stars because they were friendly, but the haircut gets 1 star. This was our first time there. I think that communication wasn’t well and the stylist may have done a different cut than expected. Regardless it’s very uneven. I don’t want to leave a negative review but I’m so disappointed by the cut and I live too far away to go back and get it fixed or else I would do that. I should’ve paid more attention as she was cutting and made sure she knew it was just a trim, keeping the layers he already had and not creating new massive chunky ones. If we went to our usual place it would have been $10 instead of $33 but I was trying to save time and travel by stopping there.

Mayra Montes Although they where very nice and did my girls hair good, she cut my hair much shorter than i wanted and my bangs and kept cutting and combing my hair roughly while doing it, its layered and i didnt want it to be and there are long pieces left and overall kind of a messy job, i left sad because i just wanted a small trim and my bangs are above my eyebrows with some long pieces left :/

Kyanite14 Edit: Unfortunately she ruined the color on my hair. I had been seeing a different stylist for my haircut as there is unfortunately a huge language barrier between us and she hadn’t been able to cut my hair the way I wanted. I came back to get it colored because it’s cheaper here than the place I currently go to. Not only did she not leave the bleach in long enough to remove the dark brown from my hair, at most she left it for 15 minutes, she didn’t use purple toner to remove the orange undertone despite me asking her to. She also bleached way more than I wanted her to despite pointing out that I only wanted the parts that were already bleached in the past to be done. I wanted a lilac streak in my hair, but she somehow turned my mostly blonde/faded to my natural dark brown hair into an ashy/gold mess. Now I’m going to have to spend close to $80 just to get it fixed somewhere else. Unfortunately I don’t think the lady that usually cuts my hair works here anymore, and the lady that now works here does not understand me well and rushes the job. What’s worse is she tried to blame me for it not turning out because “I went to a different stylist for a while and now she doesn’t know what I want” even though I told her exactly what I wanted. At the very least she only charged me $25 because I was unhappy. But I think I will go to my usual place to fix it.

Tweeter bird Great salon. Decided to get a haircut that morning and was able to come in right away. Nice place, great people. I showed a pic and was very happy with the results! Highly recommend. Prices are very competitive as well. I’m coming back!
