Cairo “Egypt” Jessica has been my stylist for over a year and she’s amazing. Note, I have very curly hair and she cuts my hair with such precision. Curly hair is very hard to cut especially when it’s wet. She also does an excellent job coloring my hair because she’s very thorough and takes her time to ensure my roots are fully covered. I highly recommend her!

Megan Madden Jessica and Steven were absolute life savers when I needed a last minute appointment for my daughter and I to have our hair done for my wedding. Jessica was kind and patient with my 4 year old daughter and styled her hair exactly like she asked. Steven was a blast to work with. I gave him an idea of what I wanted but allowed him to take the reins and complete the style however he wished. We had great conversation and he finished with plenty of time. The entire salon was a pleasure to work with and if we were local I would definitely be a regular. Thank you all so much for pampering both of us on my big day!

Nawras Noorita Fantastic Experience at The Collage Salon I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Collage Salon for a hair treatment, cut, and color, and I couldnt be happier with the results! My stylist, Sarah Harding Sanchez, was absolutely amazing! They took the time to truly understand what I was looking for, listening carefully to my concerns and offering helpful suggestions. I was a bit nervous about trying a new color, but Sarahs expertise and confidence put me at ease. They explained the process clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Kylie Owen I booked two hair cuts with Jessica today, one for myself and one for my husband. She did a great job with my dramatic chop, and my husbands trim looks great too. The booking experience online was very convenient, and I was able to park on the street nearby. The salon is clean and well decorated with a relaxed atmosphere. I already have an appointment booked to come back again soon!

Melina Smith I had an amazing first visit at Fringe. The salon is bright, beautiful, and welcoming. I was kindly greeted by the host who offered a variety of beverages. My hair was colored by Holly & cut by Chloe. They both exceeded my expectations and met my hair inspiration to a T! Sheena Howe I’ve been going to Fringe for close to two years now. I have fine hair that can easily be underwhelming. That is, until I found Justine- she puts the most care and intention into her cuts and styles that I have ever experienced. I am forever grateful I found her. If you have fine hair and are looking for a hair stylist, go to Justine 10/10.

Regina Eaton I travel a lot for work and found this place on Google. It had been several weeks since being in the road and I desperately needed my hair colored and my bangs trimmed. They had amazing reviews so I booked an appointment. I was able to get in within 2 days of looking for the soonest available appointment. Parking is very easy there. The salon is very clean and well kept- they also had amazing music selection playing. The gal who did my color (Jazmin I believe) was the most EFFICIENT and quick I’ve ever had someone apply my color. Literally took less than 10 minutes- and she didn’t get any color on my skin. I was so impressed! The gal who trimmed my bangs was very detailed. I showed her a picture and she was able to follow it! The only thing to note is to add a blow dry to a color service adds $100 (I chose to leave wet, which is fine with me). Highly recommend any stylist from here. All very welcoming and very professional.

Amanda Triolo Chloe did an amazing job on my hair! I travel often for work so having to constantly find new hair stylists can be a challenge. After reading all the wonderful reviews about this hair salon I decided to give it a try. It’s a little pricier than what I’m used to but well worth it. I’ll be returning to this salon for the remainder of my time here. To all my travel nurses, this is your salon when in Seattle. Thanks Chloe and Fringe staff for everything!

Bridget M. P. Wallis I’ve been going to Fringe for maybe 8 years (I’ve lost count!) and have seen a variety of stylists as my hair needs have changed. The stylist and colorists at Fringe are personable, knowledgeable and welcoming. What has always impressed me is the desire to make the client happy each time, even if that means coming back and making small tweaks when something doesn’t feel quite right. I’ve also never felt weird about seeing different stylists as it feels like a true family there. Laura, Justine, Soumaly and Rachel have all given me great cuts with amazing attention to detail. Amber is just absolutely the best - a true colorist artist! An outstanding salon with amazing employees. Highly recommend!!

Melissa Luong I had an amazing experience at this salon! The staff was incredibly professional, honest, and truly detailed in their care. They listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure to explain everything along the way. The customer service was excellent, and I absolutely love my hair! Highly recommend!

DoQuyen Huynh Linhs is probably one of the best hair salons in the greater Seattle area. Linh and her team are professional, thoughtful, talented and so easy to work with. I came in with very long hair, and a MESS of curls that another salon had done a poor job on. Linh consulted with me to make sure we both understood the vision. She and her team gave me a beautiful new color, a stylish cut, straightened out the old tight curls, and gave me a Korean Wave perm which is EXACTLY what I wanted. It took 2 visits, 3-4 hours each, and it was totally worth it. If youre looking for the Korean Wave perm, please know that it is a specialty that very few salons can do. Throughout the process, the staff always checked to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. During my time in the salon, I watched the staff expertly create beautiful hair for every customer. If a customer was unsure of the process, Linh would work with them to bring their vision to reality. The staff are pleasant, funny and worked really well together as a team. The space is beautiful, clean, and relaxing with nice up-to-date equipments. Overall, Linhs Hair Salon is professional, artistic, and so fun to work with. I found my go to salon!

Wes King Got a cut and a perm today and they were incredibly professional and friendly during the service. I had minimal waiting time before being sat in a chair, and my cut and perm looks great! Will likely make a return appointment in the future as I love the work they did! Update: had my second visit this weekend and their service continues to impress! I love this salon and the staff here are very kind and excellent at what they do!

Holly Vu They did an outstanding job! Super friendly and very professional. They truly understood what I wanted. Tiffany Tran I’m new to the area so I didn’t know where to go, but this salon will be my to go from now. Just took my family here today for haircuts and colored. We all love our hair so much. My hair condition is so good after bleach x2 I think. Love love the color, you all must give it a try. Definitely worth the money and time here.

Stephanie Merten My hair has only ever had a “length” but never a “style” so I came in to see Meg with a few photos for inspo and a lot of openness for their suggestions. We created a balanced shaggy yet sleek style that I LOVE, Meg was so helpful with input and styling instructions and really listened to what I wanted and what I didn’t. I feel like I have totally new hair on my head it looks the best it ever has. I appreciated their laid back approach and relatively quiet appointment - absolutely no pressure for small talk. Raquel Narragon I have been seeing Christian for almost two years and will continue to see him as long as I can! I used to really struggle finding the words to explain what I wanted for my hair cuts but the first time I saw Christian, he asked so many questions and created a space that felt safe and collaborative. Every appointment has been just as great. I leave feeling like I have the most unique, edgy, and fun cut, every time. He is truly an artist and it is clear how much he cares about his craft and the people that sit down in his chair.

H Arrowood Meg took my very vague descriptions and gave me an absolutely fantastic cut for a very reasonable price. Great conversation and styling tips too! The salon overall has a great vibe, I’ll definitely be back.

Aleena Hanson I had no stylist loyalty before I met Meg. I used to try out different salons for pretty much every cut, maybe going back to the same person again just once or twice. I keep coming back because Meg actually listens to what I want and dont want, is meticulous and gives great suggestions. If you want a very textured look, shag, mullet etc you need to book Meg! I also recommend them if youre anxious or not the chatty type, shes very chill.

Rosel Rodell (rorothetenor) Shelby corrected my previously colored hair perfectly, and even made great suggestions on what to use to maintain the vibrancy of my hair. I highly recommend this place, though I suggest to book much in advance, as their schedule fills up so easily.

Joseph Son I have not had a haircut in a long time and wanted to try something new. I showed a picture of what I was looking for and she knew how to adjust the style to work for me given my hair texture and head shape. She also provided a lot of good styling advice. I will go back again! She is also super friendly and makes great conversation.

The lobby/waiting area was clean and bright. I am a return client for my stylist and she was ready for me in minutes. The checkout process was seamless!

Madeleine Ogle I had Exo and I absolutely loved her services! I was recommended Fix Salon by a friend who had been there earlier that same day. I am so glad I made the decision to go there. Exo was a Level 4 stylist-meaning she has definitely proved her worth to be there. She showed that through her easily digestible explanations of products and their benefits for all types of hair. I have type 3A curls and she revamped them in a way they’ve never been treated. I’m in love with the attention to detail! I’m excited to see Exo again and will be recommending them and Fix salon to all types of hair!

Andy Bumba I have been working on and designing my hair with Lexi for the past two years and the entire time she has been the best stylist and friend I could have possibly asked for. She helped me figure out the best ways to take care of my hair, while also making my vision for it come to life. She’s a fun and welcoming person, always making sure I feel comfortable every step in the process, and understanding when life throws a wrench in things. I cannot recommend her enough, especially if you’re going for something fun or artsy. A appointment with Lexi makes my month. 10/10

Courtney Lewis Lemme tell you just how INCREDIBLE this salon is. I was tragically a victim to a horrible experience at a different salon, and I was in search of a hero. I was at my wits end going from salon to salon, seeking solace. It was looking bleak. By the grace of the hair gods, I found Industry Salon. And not JUST this salon, I found my girl Tayler (beauty.bytayler on instagram). If I told you that she took my brown copper disgusting hair color into BLONDE would you believe me? Anyone who has gotten their hair done for majority of their life would say it would be only a dream and couldn’t be possible. But Tayler achieved a color correction I’ve never seen before. She made my dream of being blonde again come true. Thank you to Tayler and the entire staff that work there. I was welcomed with open arms and everyone there was absolutely above my expectations. Odessa Savoy Have been going here for over a year now and I love it! The vibe is great, the products are top notch, and they are so friendly! I always see Ashlie, and I couldn’t recommend her more. She has been the best stylist I have had and has always been able to create the look I’m going for. You can definitely tell she’s exceptional at her field just from the professionalism and the creativity she showcases with her art. Even when she has had to tell me no to a color change in order to not have my hair fall out, she was very kind about it and has never steered me wrong. I happen to live walking distance away and am so happy I found this salon. I have seen a few stylists around the area, and Industry Salon is definitely my #1 choice. If you’re looking for a new stylist, or a change, I would highly recommend giving them a try!

Kendall Bowen Kristina had been my stylist for a couple years now and has made me so comfortable experimenting with how I want my hair to look. She has nailed bright blues in fun compositions while keeping my hair healthy and has been able to take rough inspiration guidance and turn it into exciting and flattering cuts. I’ve never felt this confident in my hair and how it shows up as an extension of my personality. Definitely come to her if you’re looking to try something new!

Amber Smith This place is great! Kristina did my hair so good- the color was so blended, I was able to push back my next appointment to 5 months instead of 3! And my curly cut was great to support my curls. That’s so cool. Definitely recommend

Alysse Miller Michelle has been doing my hair for over a decade now. I have very thick, coarse wavy hair and she’s always taken such good care of me. She’s got naturally curly hair herself and she’s always known how to work with mine. I always leave her chair feeling like a goddess - I even asked her to do my hair for my wedding day. Love, June Salon is so cute and there’s plenty of parking options nearby. My last appointment was a few weeks ago and I was greeted right away. Michelle made me a cold brew that I sipped while we spoke about my hair. I brought some color inspiration photos with me to show the chocolate brown I wanted for Fall. She’s so great at translating what I want and looking at options that might work best for my skin tone and natural color. Michelle’s also realistic with maintenance and considers grow-out, which I appreciate since I live about an hour away from Seattle and can’t always get to the salon as often as I’d like. She colored, toned, and cut my hair and then gave me a sleek blowout. Absolutely LOVE the color she landed on and the cut was perfect to bring some new life to my volume and curls. The salon is cozy, but very comfortable and the rest of the staff is so friendly.

Galina Malakhova I love this hair salon. I’ve been coming here for 3 years now, and every time I get a wonderful hair cut and styling and walk out feeling great. The stylists are incredibly good at what they do, and are very kind and welcoming and attentive to my desires for the style. They know how to work with a wide variety of hair textures, which I love because mine is a bit unique. I live in a different neighborhood now but drive back for the best haircut in town!

B. Isabel Just moved to the area and needed to find a new hair stylist. Trusting a new stylist is a little scary and I was a bit nervous but I was quickly made to feel comfortable and that my hair was in good hands. The salon itself is such a nice place with very friendly staff. Got my hair cut by Sage and they nailed it. I showed them what I wanted and got exactly that. My hair cut looks great and I’ve received so many compliments on it. The pricing differed by stylist but it is pretty fair across the board! Go get your cut!!!

Rosemary Green I travel A LOT. So whenever I get stranded away from my regular hair salon I cringe at the thought of letting anyone even try to color my difficult to color, rude and unruly hair. Allyson is one of the most talented artists I have encountered in my 30 years of traveling . I have had some less than desirable outcomes when trying to have multileveled, low, high, light colors all at once. Allyson took genuine interest in my request for all I wanted for my hair. Great collaboration and wonderful suggestions gave me the best color I have ever had. She recognized how difficult red hair/turning white, can even be when trying to color, lift, highlight and condition well. I have been complimented more in the past 3 months about my gorgeous hair than I have been in many years. She is worth it! Go and see her. Love your hair again.

The salon itself is always clean, organized, and easy to book with online. They have amazing hair products for sale that are so worth the results! Sarah Kessel I have been going to arrow hair and beauty for 5 years now and they are the only salon I trust with my hair. Jenn, Sue, and the other stylists are incredibly talented with coloring and shaping. They are also so professional and kind. I have never been disappointed with my hair and have even been prompted to try new things due to how much I trust their judgement and experience. Also, they often collaborate and ask for each other’s feedback which is really cool. If you are in the bell town or greater Seattle area, I would highly recommend Arrow hair and beauty.

Joe Macias I have seen both Jenn and Julia at Arrow several times and have always had a great experience. All of the stylists there are great at what they do, and make you feel welcome and comfortable while you’re in their chair. Every time I visit Arrow, I get weeks of compliments on my hair. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

ONS Service Account When I initially went to Julia, it was as a stop gap because I couldn’t make it to my regular barber, but she did such a great job that I never looked back! I’ve always struggled because most stylists don’t understand how to use clippers for a barbered look, but most barbers have a hard time with the subtleties of a barbered cut that is still on the femme side, but Julia nailed it! She helped me articulate what I wanted and is always open to feedback and making adjustments. She’s also a complete sweetheart and just fun to talk to.

Jane Y. really needed a haircut after not getting one for over a year. called and made an appt for a week out, super easy. very close to the light rail. kim did a great job cutting my hair and charged me a reasonable price (considering how long my hair was and how much she cut). no frills, no fuss, just a straightforward haircut. thanks kim!!

Peter Han I’ve been a customer at Kim Hair Salon for the past 1.5 years. Have gotten multiple haircuts and perms and would highly recommend Mrs. Kim especially if you’re an Asian male lookin for a cut. Prices have increased by a couple extra dollars since I started going but even still I don’t think you’ll find a better value hair salon for the quality of haircuts (currently $20 w/o tip for a men’s haircut, $65 w/o tip for a perm and cut). Highly recommend! Things to lookout for if you plan on visiting: - make sure to call in advance to set an appointment! She is very busy with clients all day so I would suggest calling right when she opens to ensure she can answer the phone. If not you’ll have to try multiple times. She is the only person working there so be patient! I promise it’s worth the wait - She is CASH only! So be sure to bring enough for the cut/perm as well as tip. - have a picture of what you want. It’ll help her achieve the look that you want. For myself personally, i specifically tell her instructions such as low-fade on the sides with no undercut, texturize my hair with the texturizing sheers, etc. She is really good at what she does so no worries if you can’t give specific instructions, you can trust her. I’ve attached pictures of my recent perm/cut. Got tighter curls so I can keep the perm longer. No damage to my hair which is great because I have very thin hair. Sometimes you’re hair will get damaged a little and that’s just the nature of a perm, so be prepared if you do want a perm. If you’ve gotten a perm before, you can let Mrs. Kim know how long you kept the curls in last time and she’ll go with that. For me and my thinner hair, that sweet spot is 25-30min.

Danny Walker Kim is fast, efficient and fierce. She speak 4+ languages and can do multiple hairstyles. She works alone so you would have to book week in advance but its undoubtedly worth it.

Jiheon Song No frills, one of the best, yet most affordable, haircuts ever! She listens to you, not like other places where they do what they want, not what you want. This place is very busy for good reasons. You have to call probably 8-9 times to get hold of her on the phone.

Han Meegeren Friendly, efficient, and professional service. Very skilled (her handling of my tricky hair is as good as my usual Japanese stylist’s). Incredibly reasonable prices — if you look at the price list, it’s only gone up a few dollars in the past 4 years. Yes, you seem to be allotted about 30 mins, but her efficiency and no-nonsense style mean she gets it done without compromise (and also that you don’t have to wait when when you get to your appointment). Cash only.

Elena Ho Hot girls get their perms done by Laura at Beehive

M McKay who cut my hair was so nice and personable! He is very talented too, he gave me a great haircut! The Beehive salon is very relaxing, it feels more private and not crowded on the floor like other salons. The front desk staff were rly nice as well. Overall great vibe and great haircut, will be back!

Wyatt Asbury Mckay is a legend and such a genuine person. Been getting my haircut with him since 2022 and he is always on point. Beehive Salon has got it all dialed in from start to finish. Easy scheduling, friendly staff, and good vibes.

Brady Frances Lea Tiffany has been cutting and coloring my hair for the last 2 years- ever since I finished chemotherapy for breast cancer and it started to grow back. She helped me painlessly grow out a buzzcut by shaping it every few months along the way. I can safely say she knows how to cut every possible length of hair. The latest highlights & bond building treatment she gave me, only left my precious (and fine) new hair stronger. I credit my post cancer glow up largely to Tiffany & Sensa. I greatly look forward to my appts, it’s like a spa day- fancy salon, sparkling water, pretty candles & great smelling shampoo.

Megan Reinhart I have been seeing Tiffany for the last four years for cut and color. She is a gem—both as a person and as a stylist. Shes kind, attentive, and truly connects with her clients. When she moved to Sensa Salon, I was sad since its a pretty significant drive for me, but it was the best move for her family and career. I put off finding a new stylist closer to home for a year, but circumstances finally allowed me to make the 40-minute drive to get my hair done at Sensa—and boy, was it worth it! I haven’t been in a multi-chair salon in about 10 years, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The salon is spotless—I love the natural brick—and the vibe was a perfect mix of contagious upbeat energy and relaxation. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. You can tell they truly care about the people who walk through their doors and take pride in their craft. As always, Tiffany makes the appointment all about you—she listens, suggests, and collaborates to achieve the look you want. She is genuine and authentic and makes you feel like the most important person in the room. As a mom of young kids, it’s definitely nice to feel that way once in a while! We also started planning our strategy to tackle an ambitious gray-blending process next time, and I cant wait to go back. Highly recommend Sensa—this place is wonderful!

B. Jenn I booked with Hallie for a curly haircut as well as a scalp treatment ans conditioning treatment. Worth every penny. Hallie showed me how to take care of my hair in the low maintenance way I need. Really took the time to explain products they used and what I needed to battle certain scalp issues I have. My curls havent looked this good in ages. Thank you Hallie!!!!! For any curly haired person on the fence about booking for a curly haircut and consultation, do it. You wont regret it!

Noelle Nelson Emily did an incredible job cutting and styling my hair. She gave me a short, cute, fun and healthy looking cut that Im absolutely in love with. Theres so many ways for me to style it if I choose to, but also easy to just wake up and go. My curls are thriving with this new cut and Ive already gotten so many compliments. Will definitely come back whenever Im in Seattle next.

Rebecca / Bx Houghton Kathy Gonzalez does a wonderful job on my hair. Great shaping cut and I get regular low lights too that look great (and help cover some of my creeping gray hairs!) I always come out of an appointment feeling like a million dollars.

Qirat Rizvi Please ask for Jazzmyn here!!! She is incredible and the only person I will ever trust to deliver every time with my hair. I struggled for 10 years with excessive fungal dandruff and Jazzmyn offered me a scalp solution that permanently treated my issue! She is a curly cut specialist and I love the way she added dimension to my hair. She is so kind and knowledgeable and truly cares about making you look and feel beautiful. Brigitte Ravenscroft L. Salon Refine is an awesome salon in the neighbourhood. Kathy helped with my haircut. She is very nice, gentle and attentive. I didn’t need to brush off hair on my face, neck, clothes or in the eyes. My hair looked excellent and cute after Kathy’s help. Marci Orler Lily is extremely talented and experienced with all type of hair texture and styles. Ive been bringing my 15-yr-old daughter to Lily for over 5 years. She has very thick, fine, curly hair as you can see from the before picture here. Lily has done flat-iron, cornrows, box braids, weaves....pretty much every style imaginable in these 5 years. And they are always so professional and so beautiful on my daughter. Lilys ability and her skill with hair is unmatched, no matter what ethnicity or hair type you have. Love you Lily!

Zaya Wp Lily! This is a woman who will be completely honest with you just so she can ensure your hair stays happy and healthy. I’m a 30yr old who has been dying their hair at home since middle school, so I look at myself as someone who can achieve anything. She helped me revive my hair and my curls from a at home bleach, tone and dye job. She will make you leave the shop not only with the style you wished to achieve but make you leave feeling like the most beautiful or handsome person in the world. If you need someone who knows how to style textured hair, or just knows how to treat and handle hair no matter what texture, she’s the one for you!!

Nalena Cruzado Not a pleasant interaction - Stopped in randomly on Thursday afternoon to ask about hair color and felt berated by the hair stylist/owner Lily (even the other stylists made comments about her response to me). Maybe it’s b/c I randomly stopped in (fair enough - I just moved to Seattle about a month ago and had extra time), but I would have happily done a consultation or come back another time had she said, “hey hun, I’m a little busy but set up a consultation for 15 minutes. And we can go from there.” But maybe not her style? Instead I received, “listen, I wouldn’t bleach your hair. That’s me. What are you trying to pay? I would only do foils on you, Idn who did your hair but they didn’t tone it. Maybe you should have them do it again. This is a color correction you would need and it’s about $220…” etc. for like 10 minutes. I think I got like 4 sentences in - just to ask a question, “would you change the color?” and “I don’t mind the price”. Overall not my vibe. Where I’m from, if I approach someone with respect and calmness, it’s normal for it to come back…

Shannon Patterson I see Ellie at the Capitol Hill location and she is great! I love every haircut I have gotten from her and she also just did some hair tinsel for me. They are really communicative around appointment confirmations and changes. I think their pricing is a really good value, which is really refreshing. I also really appreciate that the vibe is positive and the people there really seem to like each other. I also really appreciate that the music is never too loud. Call me old.

Angel L Didn’t get what I asked for, it looks okay, but not at all what I asked for, the color washes me out and doesn’t look good with my skin tone (not the color I asked for). I asked for black with red and my whole head is purple… Double charged for deposits when they weren’t supposed to. The stylists were really nice but the lack of transparency left me spending over half a grand and not wanting to look in a mirror after my appointment. I didn’t want to make the stylist feel bad and I knew they wouldn’t offer to fix it so I just left. Really disappointed and now I have to deal with my hair until I can find somewhere to fix it… photos included

Hazel Sparkles Lauraina did such a good job on my color correction that I went home and cried. Having her do my color is a stress free wonderful experience every time. Very fine, detailed workmanship. My witch streaks have never looked better. Extreme attention to detail, extremely talented. You wont find a colorist like this more than once in your lifetime.

kamna gupta Vain - not producing any results or useless is exactly what this salon is doing to its customers. I reached 4 minutes late for the appointment and the stylist denied providing service. They even kept my $50 deposit. I literally rushed in there with the work badge still around my neck explaining them how I couldnt run, given my preganancy situation but this place knows no mercy or regard for loyal, repeat customers. I bet the stylist will just use my hard earned money to enjoy a 30 minute break and posting their instagram stories. How in the world do these people even sleep at night?! I am taking my business elsewhere and by that I mean $165 for a haircut. This place literally cost me $75 (deposit + cab ride) for nothing, not to mention the mental stress - All in VAIN.

Chelsea Crowell I saw Brooke before having my baby and she did such an incredible job on my hair! I was able to feel beautiful and put together after giving birth and that is hard to do. It’s been several months, and I still get compliments on how great the color has held and how naturally the cut lays. She treated my hair with such care and was quite the perfectionist about how she placed my foils. Not to mention, she is so sweet and fun to chat with while you’re in the chair. Brooke is truly wonderful!

Diane Shaw I have been seeing Rachel for so many years Ive lost track...always does a great job, especially with my color. I am natural ash blonde that needs a little brightening now that I am a little older. She is a talented stylist who loves what she does. I cant imagine going to anyone else, and the new salon has a great vibe!

Jason Diu Ive been coming to this salon for the past few years, and I always leave happy. The husband-and-wife duo who run it are super sweet! It can be a bit pricey but the consistency and quality is worth it, and keep me coming back. Highly recommended, especially if youre looking for a more Korean style.

Gevor Hakobyan At first I was really nervous coming in to get a perm for the first time, but Mr. K did awesome and I left very happy with my decision! They were also really nice and offered me water and snacks! Really recommend.

Yu Hui Wu Not worth it. The stylist doesn’t really listen to what you want, and speaks in a rush tone. After cutting, didn’t check if any modifications needed but go straight to putting hair gel on and finish the haircut, so that he can work on the next customer. For a “salon” type charging $50 for a men’s haircut, I would say not worth it. I get “barber” style service here. Styling techniques are also poor.

Emily Meng i had an okay experience with my most recent haircut. i came in hoping to get an inch or so taken off and thin bangs, but when i offered to show a photo, he said there was no need. i was a little confused but stayed hopeful, indicating that i wanted to keep my hair right at my shoulders and no shorter. he said that it’s better to keep it short at the back, which was fine, but then he took out buzzers and started to shave the back of my neck, which is when i started to be a little concerned about the length. my current hair is at least 2-3 inches too short and nowhere near what i asked for in terms of length (i indicated with my hands where i wanted it to get cut at, and was clear that i didn’t want it to go above there), and there is no hair at the back of my neck because it was buzzed off. it’s also uneven, which you can see in the photo. part of this falls on me because i wasn’t more assertive in showing him the inspiration photo i wanted but based on the positive reviews here i was hoping that he would still deliver what i was asking for. i’m just overall disappointed that it was so short when i asked for only an inch or so cut off and now will have to wait at least a month or more for it to get back to the length i wanted it to be at. i’m not sure i’d be willing to come back, but maybe if i’m able to show him a photo next time i’ll have a better result. total cost was $60 before tax

Vincent Ramsey I can’t recommend this place enough. I’m super particular with my hair and have been trying to find an Asian salon that “gets it”. So glad to have found this salon. Every time I come in, it’s like they know exactly what I want and do it even better than expected. I think the prices are actually super agreeable compared to what other salons in the Seattle area are starting to charge. Mr Kim and his wife are also super friendly.
