Melinda Ramirez-levasseur I’ve been going to Christine for 7 years. I get everything from eyebrows waxed to haircuts and color. She does a phenomenal job. My hard is very thick and doesn’t take color well but man does she have a way with my hair. The only hairdresser that’s been able to achieve exactly what I want. Highly recommend

Amai I got a wax and the service was quick and done. Christine is very nice she will make you feel comfortable and forget the pain. I do recomend this place if you looking to get a bwax.

Alexandra Perez I got a facial from Bella and she did such an amazing job! She made me feel welcome and comfortable. I have also gotten a lash lift and tint from Melissa, she did great! She is very timely and I loved how both of them explained every step of what she was doing! Highly recommend going to Essentials!

My former microblading artist was no longer available, so I was pretty picky with who I chose this time around. I am in love with my brows. She took wonderful care with my brows and was accommodating with scheduling. Highly recommend a consult!

Taryn Janke HORRIBLE service. Mistreated my disabled client, had zero patience and cut her pretty badly. We felt unsafe and decided to leave and he still charged us for a full manicure. I definitely do not recommend Real Nails.

Bella I got my nails done there with two others they both had this really nice lady I had this guy who was pushy and rude but the worst part is that my nails changed colors from this teal to a weird green but it was the clear polish they put on and it only happened to my nails I wont go there again

Kristi Coates The friendliest salon in all of Moses Lake! Even though we were their last clients of the day, they still made us feel extremely welcome, took their time, chatted with us, and gave me a perfect pedicure! I wont be going anywhere else.

Maja Standley Extremely disappointed with my nail service. They charged me for a design but the “cat eye” magnet didn’t work. He didn’t offer another option. The next day three of my nails broke. I had to wait until Monday to ask if I could come in for a repair. They had up a closed sign. Tuesday he said he was busy. Wednesday he said he was busy. So I have three jagged nails and he refuses to fix them. My nails are short and so there is no excuse for them to of broken. Won’t be going back!

Ariel Brown My first review was 1 star and is below. However, I have upped my review to 2 stars because the actual manager, Cindy, called me the next day, and she redid my nails free of charge. She did a great job and was really nice, and because of her I will try the salon again. I went in to get a French Manicure in shellac. The manicurist was not friendly and rushed through the job, although I was the only client in the salon. When I got outside into the sunshine, I saw that the white tips did not go all the way to the ends of my nails, were wavy in parts, and my nails were ragged/poorly filed. I was on my way to work so I couldnt go back in right then, but I went back after work and showed them the problem. A different manicurist filed my nails down and put more white on the ends, but, unfortunately, the added white was clearly visible/chunky over the other white. From a distance its fine, but up close its really untidy looking. I talked to Wilson the manager, and he said to "try not to pay to much attention to it, and well do better next time" - no offer to refund at least part of what I paid - and when I asked them to take it all off and redo it so it looked right, he said they would have to charge me! What?!? I have to pay for their mistake!?!? I will not return.

Diandra Dempsey Worst nail shop in town! I will never give them my money ever again!! I went in for a fill, it didn’t look like a fill at all, one nail was crooked, the other one he filed down way too much on the corner, I asked for diamonds he said it would be 30$ for what I wanted. He is rude, and also didn’t see him dispersing implements in sanitizing solution nor did he clean or sanitize his work station and other implements. If I could give it zero stars I would. This is what happens when you don’t go to your regular guy, stick with anyone but here!

Chrissy Mattox I am not satisfied with my nails I have major bubbles under my nail Polish. The guy that did my nails was filing so hard that he cut me with the nail filer. I also noticed that when it was my time up my time up he did not sanitize the tools before using them. They are not the shape that I asked for. It was not worth the money I am so not happy I do not recommend this place at all!!!!!

JezElling This place was super fast! They did great gel nail polish, removal and then I came back and got an acrylic set. They were beautiful and the color selection is broad. Highly recommend and will go back. I am from Boise this place competes with larger city nail salons. Also got a great. Pedicure here too! It was relaxing experience!

Lindsay Kariuki If I could give this place a NEGATIVE star count, i would in a heartbeat. STAY CLEAR of this place. I called and asked if I could get a gel mani/pedi and they said go ahead and come down and I should of known by the ZERO customer count!! 1. This place is DIRTY. I understand what these salons do day in and day out but their chairs, their spas, their equipment, their tables, Everything! Was COVERED in old nail filings and or polish and or dingy and dirty. 2. Their massage chair is extremely outdated and ruins the whole pedicure experience. I wanted nothing more but for it to turn off. Its uncomfortable and painful. 3. The water you place your feet in is COLD and there are no jets! You pay 50+ dollars for a SPA pedicure and its like putting your feet in a puddle. They add NO salt NO beads not anything to the water. 4. They hand you a menu and its 20 dollars for GEL! YOU HAVE TO PAY 20 DOLLARS FOR GEL POLISH. I have never!!! 5-10. Ive seen plenty. But 20 extra for each service of gel!!! Are they serious. 5. Every nail on my toe was cut and shaped CROOKED. 6. They didnt soak my previous gel off. They didnt file any of the excess layers off. They didnt cut or shape my cuticle or nail. They used the dremmel for EVERYTHING. When I tell you it felt like my nails were being filed to the skin. I mean it. It hurt and I was getting so pissed off wondering why they even needed to continue using that dremmel for every step!! My nails were previously SO THICK AND LONG that people were shocked to find they were my real nails. Now 3 days after walking out my nails are breaking left and right doing simple tasks such as switching the laundry or opening a door!! They completely ruined the integrity of my nails and now I have to wait for them to completely grow out before I can redo them!!!! I will never be back to this god awful place and I 100000 recommend you run away as fast as you can and take my review seriously. I promise if you go youll regret it. Ive posted my before nails and after. My red nails grew out so long and NOT ONE BROKE. Days after getting the green ones my nails are barely hanging on to my fingers. So crazy to me. Just want to update and add an edit! Almost every nail has broken off, less than a week after getting them done. Ive even tried using super glue to hold them longer because they have torn soo short, it would make my nails bleed. I still cant believe the quality of what I received and am mind blown that people actually enjoy this place!

Joanne St. Onge I cant say enough about how incredibly talented Irina and Kat are. Ive had the pleasure of visiting them multiple times, and each experience has been nothing short of amazing. Irina gives me the best Russian Manicure Ive ever had. Not only is she meticulous with every detail, but her work is incredibly durable—Im hard on my hands, and yet her manicures never chip or lift. I can easily get 3 weeks of wear, sometimes even stretching it to 4 weeks if needed! Then there’s Kat—her Lash Lift and Tint is next level. Ive had several lash lifts in the past, but Kat’s technique lasts the longest by far. The lift is always strong, and my lashes look absolutely stunning for weeks. No one else has been able to achieve the same lasting results. Aside from their technical expertise, Irina and Kat have created such a welcoming and friendly environment. Their space is not only comfortable but also spotlessly sanitary. It’s clear they care deeply about both their craft and their clients well-being. I truly cannot recommend Irina and Kat enough. Thank you, ladies, for raising the bar and bringing such exceptional service to Moses Lake!

Krystal Newcomb I was able to make a same day appt for a full set. I showed a picture of what i was thinking i wanted and he got started. He made sure what shape and lenght i wanted. He was very nice and was not rough on my nails at all. He made sure they were all the same length as well. My nails turned out beautiful and only took a little over an hour for a full set with gel polish and a little design. This place is definitely a hidden gem in Moses Lake!! Very happy customer!

Jamie Huff They are always busy but keep their schedule manageable and it makes it more comfortable for the customer. They are very friendly and not once have I left there unhappy. Prices are reasonable and I prefer not to go anywhere else in town.

Mireya Huitron Usually I’m not too picky with nails because even some techs that rush are still good at what they do. But not with this place unfortunately. My ombré is uneven, my nails are crooked and different shapes and thickness, he cut me 3 times, and the top coat is uneven and not covering my whole nail. I’m not a confrontational person because I don’t like to come off as rude, but I would have definitely gotten a refund if I was. Paid 65 bucks for this disaster. I’m definitely done with this place. Update: it has now been a month since I had these horrific nails that I ended up ripping off, and now I have nail fungus in majority of my finger nails! Thanks guys :) terrific job.

Tatyana Petrova I really wanted to enjoy the service, but it was quite difficult to do so. I went for a fill and my daughter got a full set. The older gentleman who did our nails, was only paying attention halfway. He was in a hurry and kept bouncing between me and my daughter, instead of focusing on one set at a time. Also, when he was buffering the nails, he kept hitting the actual finger and ended up drawing blood on a few fingers. Considering he used the same instruments on both of us, I would assume that those tools don’t get sanitized in between other customers either… Furthermore, neither one of us got the colors we originally wanted. We just settled because he wasn’t really interested in actually listening to what we wanted. I am very disappointed in the service, especially when you are paying $120 and leave with a sour taste in your mouth, so to speak. I would encourage you to think twice before going there. I, most certainly, learned my lesson and would rather go elsewhere.

Sunny is my favorite person to come to, never disappoints and always does exactly what I ask for, there have been a few times where the other guy does my nails and they don’t come out how I want and when I ask to fix it they deny me the service or argue about it. Give or take who’s there, it’s a great place to come

Ashley Winn I should have stopped them and made them fix what I thought was a concern but of course no one does because they don’t want to get bad service or be talked poorly about. I simply moved a chair today and my nail popped off. He (I’m assuming owner) had glued the tip to the skin past my nail (yes I have short nails so it’s hard anyway) after he got done applying the acrylic powder, he sent me to a gal (Cindy) to file and paint my nails. I mentioned to her a crack on the sides of my middle fingers and she said it wasn’t a crack and it was fine, obviously not. The nails go past the sides of my nail bed, so of course they have nothing to grab on to. She then looked at the underside of my nails and she should have Dremel underneath them to get the acrylic powder clump out, but she didn’t. She just dismissed it and continued to tell me I needed my eyebrows waxed and that she could do it for me. As she was applying the gel and you could tell that the acrylic was on my skin around my cuticle so I pointed and she acted like she couldn’t see it. She asked me if I would come back again before I moved and I said I don’t know, irs hard to decide because I have had so much inconsistency with my nails being done that it’s hard to even want to spend the money. I mentioned the inconsistency thinking she may try a little harder on the prep, cleanup and detail but clearly it didn’t do jack. It makes me sad that we have so many places in Moses and not a single place is consistent.

Amber Ulrey The people are nice and the nails weren’t terrible but they’re pretty thick and lumpy if you look closely. I think there are better places in town but if you want something cheaper and don’t really care about the little mistakes then here is a good place. I asked them not to cut my cuticles due to the amount of comments about them cutting you. I also didn’t get any designs because it doesn’t seem like they’re the best for them. They also don’t go far enough up with the polish so some of the nails already look grown out.

Sage Agatstein I’m super happy with my nails. The people there are fun and talkative and i had a very enjoyable experience. This was my first time here and i will definitely be back. The man who did my nails was super understanding and accommodating when i ended up needing to leave halfway through and come back an hour later to tend to a personal matter. Their prices are more than fair and he did a fabulous job. You won’t be disappointed by their business and the great job they do!

Savannah Whaley So me and my best friend just left Michaels and I recommended to go here to my best friend little did I know that the other male nail tech (not michael) would burn and cut my friends cuticle but she asked for a coffin shape and got this rounded square shape she wanted the marroon set done but apparently it was too hard for him to do so she asked for the color changing nail polish and it doesnt have that much if a difference and she asked for a matte coat and didnt get it. They also charged her $5 more than what she would of paid. 25 for full set and 15 for gel they charged 45 instead of 40. And he would slap her hand because she wouldnt relax her hand because he kept hurting her. And after she was done he followed us outside and stared us down for not tipping him. The person that did my nails did a great job! I didnt get her name though.

Majestyk Snyder (The red nails are what I wanted and the other photo is what I got.) I definitely would recommend here. Very kind and welcoming environment. I Was a tiny bit hesitant after looking at the reviews, but after going in on my own, I definitely would go back. The nails are very straight and turned out beautiful, There were certain parts they were a little rough, but besides that it was a pleasant time.

kathleen rath My first visit. I had a basic manicure performed. The place was clean and well lit. Easy to find and good parking. Staff was pleasant and professional. Everything appeared to be handled hygienically. My feet are extremely sensitive/ ticklish but it wasnt an issue nor was there any pain or discomfort as technician had a gentle, light, and delicate touch. I plan on returning. Good value. I am comfortable recommending services here.

Ashley Cantrell Vu does a great job on my nails pretty much every time - he is the owner with his wife and is friendly and experienced. The salon has an impressive selection of dip colors, plus they’re up on all the nail trends and can do anything- ombré, leopard print, acrylics with rhinestones, you name it. His wife does my shellac pedicures and they’re pretty legit too. The only reason I rate 4 stars is because I feel like the pedicures could be done with more care and time, I’ve been nicked a couple times by the drill, and they could clean up the gel and dip off the cuticles a bit better, it’s all in the details. It’s a really nice and clean salon and overall they do a good job! Prices are typical no complaints. The neon with leopard is an example of his best work and the white with marble is pretty good but you can see what I mean about the cleanup and shaping details.

amy calkins I would only come here for my nails. The last few times my I have been disappointed in what I paid for. 60$ is to much to pay for something that looks like my kid did. I posted my nails on a nail site and got ROASTED for how they look vs what I wanted. Pretty much everyone laughed and Said they wouldnt have paid for them. It doesnt even look like i have acrylic on. They look like my natural nails. He always rushes and doesnt seem to care anymore. I need a new nail tech.

I usually leave a nail salon with at least one sore finger but the gentleman who did mine here was so gentle and made sure I was satisfied throughout the whole process. Tika Hamm I went to Crystal nails on a whim for an overdue pedicure. I was immediately greeted upon arrival x2 and quoted a few minute wait time. The shop had all the necessities of any nail salon and accompanied a clean overall feel. The walls were adorned with many different colors and brands of regular and shellac/gel polish to choose from. My pedicure consisted of all the basic services without the extras like hot stones, paraffin, sugaring, etc. Trim, file, buff, light cuticle nipping and pumice, and finally finished off with a polish. I decided at the last minute to get a full set of shortie acrylics instead of the acrylic overlay I originally asked for but no complaint was heard from him. and he was fast, gentle, and efficient - ensuring I was satisfied with the length, shape, etc at each stage. I don’t have a single thing negative to say about my experience. I plan to return in 2 weeks for a refill. Sorry I dont recall the gentleman’s name but thanks for everything!

Nicole Schaller Walked in which they were able accommodate and was nice. But manicure was only ok - and only put on 1 coat of white on French tips, and only 1 coat of clear coat over that. It was chipping off in places within 1-2 days. I was swimming but that was it, no yard work or anything that should have been tough on nails.

Connie Nice I think that the pedicure I had at Oak and Lily, by Stephanie, was one of the nicest, most relaxing, and thorough pedicures Ive ever had. It was my first time there. I was getting ready to go to Spain to walk 100 km of the El Camino. Stephanie addressed all my concerns regarding foot and toe care. Great service. Relaxing...I think I may have snored. Loved the finished color.

Mr T First off the space is so zen and tranquil I almost fell asleep 4 times. Then the level of detail that goes into absolutely every thing is astonishing. I have been to multiple places across the US and Oak and Lilly is my favorite. It is a charm to have them in moses lake. They are appointment only and you will be the only customer there. For the two to three hours it is all about you. I highly recommend them and I will be back.
