Finn Small Didnt talk a lot but seriously some of the sweetest people ever loved how my nails turned out and she was so sweet and gave me advice on how to take care of them as a young girl. This meant a lot because I dont get them done a lot. So sweet. Definitely will return. Cant emphasize how much I loved it there. Super clean!

Alicia Taylor I decided to go to Color Nails for the first time after seeing so many rave reviews and wow, what a disappointment. After discussing nail options with the staff, I decided to try dip color with tips for some added length. They came out lumpy, my nails are crooked as hell, and some of the edges had the color filed off so that the white tips show. There are also entire sections of my toenails that do not have any polish on them.

Zen C. Lane Cindy’s staff was so sweet and kind. Everyone was so welcoming and took care of me right away. All very talented technicians, I definitely recommend and will be returning!

C J Perhaps the second least favorite pedicure Ive received. First, theres a big yellow banner outside that says the basic pedicure is $15. When you sit down and already have your feet in the water, they say, "all the packages are $5 more, we raised the price. Its ok?" The woman was rough, didnt do a very good job, and gave a joke of a foot massage. No wonder I was the only one in there.

sierra h Went here for the first time the other day for pedicures with my sister. It was very clean and pleasant inside. The nail techs were very courteous and did a great job! Tools are brought out in sealed bags and sterilized between customers and they use single use plastic bags in the foot tubs so its very clean. Its a little pricier than some places, $40 before tip for a regular pedicure, but they did a great job. Location is nice because it is away from the bustle of Pac Highway, so parking is ample and the area is quiet. Will definitely be going back in the future.

They looked great!! This is my second visit and her daughter did my nails. She was amazing and sweet, she did an amazing job!! JUST A LITTLE BIT PRICEY THIS TIME!!! The same amount I paid this time last time I paid for nails ans pedicure.

Bonilla Marlyn (Marlynb) So I never write reviews especially bad ones but this was so disappointing I just had to. I went on Monday to get my nails done for a last minute trip I honestly saw all the reviews and pictures to Ann’s salon and I thought they would do a much better job than this. At least on the nails since they couldn’t do the detailing. It’s been less the a week and I have 2 nails ready to fall off. I paid $90 basically should’ve gotten press ons ☹️ I wish they would’ve just told me they couldn’t do those nails I would’ve understand.

Nat I was a little hesitant to come in because of the reviews but they honestly did such a great job, I usually go to another place in fed and will always pay at least $100. I got acrylic french tips and they look amazing for half the price. 10/10 will be coming back.

Lianna Yeremenko Went here with my friend and they made us feel so uncomfortable ruined our whole day at one point they started getting upset because I wanted a slimmer nail shape not to mention they cut my finger. Just very rude ladies the nails where horrible looked like a child’s drawing I came home and ripped them off waste of 70$.

Heather Daviau UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP! The staff here are amazing and know what they are doing. Thy and Cindy have been doing my nails for years so when they moved I followed. The spa is relaxing and all the lotions and foot soaks smell amazing! They also have lots of colors to choose from and it is really easy to walk in or get a same day appointment.

Tina was friendly, happy to meet me, her place is nice and clean, she had Christian music playing which is a plus for me because I never hear Christian music in salons its always jazz or spa/relaxation music which is cool and all but to hear 105.3 playing in the background while I get my nails done, is A OKAY by me! I recommend Tinas Nails.

John Swaney I apologize for the negative review in advance, but this was the worst experience I have had a nail place ever. All I wanted was a simple manicure as I was leaving for vacation. It started off normal enough, but then as she was clipping my cuticles and trimming extra skin off, she kept nipping me left and right. This resulted in a large amount of broken skin which led to mild infection causing pain for a few days during my vacation. The pain got so bad, I could not even open up packaging with my fingers and sometimes had to rely on a friend. During the manicure, I asked her to buff my nails to remove the ridges and give them a little shine. Normally, every other place I have ever been do simply uses a buffing block and it does the magic. This nail technician decided to pull out a tool that required a pad that would polish my nails. First, please note this pad looked used and old and needs to be replaced. Im fairly certain that this was one of the reasons that led to the mild infection. It was gross and dirty. During this session, I experienced heat that I have never had before. I thought that was just par for the course for using this kind of tool. When she was finished and wiped off all the polishing paste, it looked like she took off almost half the thickness of all my nails and then roughed them up, as if to prepare the surface to apply fake nails. I was pissed. I stayed silent because I did not want to cause a scene as I was with a friend who has been coming here for 20+ years. Please also note, there are lots of questions I have concerning both cleanliness and maintenance. The front door appears to be an internal house bedroom door built into the wall, using the old glass door as a window. If a company is not willing to maintain their business so it attracts customers, that should be a red flag. That makes me question what other maintenance they are NOT doing, like their pedicure chairs, etc. A corner of the salon also smelled of sour milk. Unsure if it was the manicure chair I was sitting in to wait for my friend to finish, or if something was spilled in that area and not cleaned up. I will never return.

Cherie Always friendly rarely ever wait long, if at all. Great at providing careful ingrown toenail care and prevention. My only thing is I wish they would expand their color collection, but thats just me.. I always get a compliment every time I have gone here.. everyone notices my nails. And they are patient and listen to my ideas.

Deanna Dickerson I payed for a deluxe Pedicure. I got a 30 minute pedicure and my toes look like my 9 year old grand-daughter painted them . The lady was nice but it was like she was in a hurry to get to the next person. Will not go back .

Emily Smith I have been going to Lady Nails for over 6 years now and I will not go anywhere else. Their prices are great, I always get the Best customer service every fill or full set I get; they are more like friends now and really take the time to get to know every single client that walks in. My nails look beautiful and last up to 3 weeks as long as I’m not too hard with my typing at work lol. I highly recommend Lady nails, they are the BEST!!!

Nycole Wesley 1st time, walk-in visit. Acrylic fill and repair. Based on previous reviews, I requested Jenny or LT (neither were there). I was about to schedule an appointment, but another customer suggested Chi (lady doing her nails). She convinced me so I waited. Chi was very nice. She really paid attention to details and made sure I was happy every step (I am pretty picky...but not in a mean way). I will be a return customer. Thank you. Plus: better prices than my last nail salon and if you check in (for their VIP Club) each time on the tablet by the front counter, you get a % discount on your 6th visit.

Crissy Castro So waste of money. Charged me $35 for just lines on my daughter’s nails & it is not what we asked for. Its her real nail & want a black & white tip with a little gold & ended up with just lines on her nails & got charged a lot for 3 lines on each nail. I could have done it myself if I wanted just lines.

Nadia Net Waste of time and money. I came here for a gel manicure and was super happy with the service at first. Within a couple of hours, one of my nails had begun to peel, exposing an improperly cured, sticky layer underneath. Now, 2 days later, the rest of my nails are peeling off. I dont even have time to go back and get them redone so I will be forced to deal with disgusting and embarrassing hands for the next week, and pay someone else to fix them. An absolute waste of money.

Angel’lina Medina I got my nails for prom here. Such amazing service I got long nails with a coffin shape and a gel pedicure it was only $146. With this economy that is amazing and she did everything by hand and paid so much attention to detail. Honestly coming back for a fill. To add on they had happy hour. karlee hagan I don’t usually leave reviews but was so happy with the service I received here at Eden Nails I knew I had to. I had been going to my previous nail salon for YEARS and recently moved. I wanted to try a closer salon and as you can see by the picture they did exactly what I wanted. I usually have to bring my toddler and though he’s fairly well behaved they were so kind to him, helping him in the chair and getting him water which they didn’t have to do.

Finn My friend and I went in for acrylic nails as it was her first time. The reason this place gets 4 stars and not one is because her nail tech was amazing, I didnt get her name but my friends acrylics were absolutely perfect and she had a great time. However mine were not, we had different nail techs and mine were done very differently from my friends. Now you may see the photos and think they dont look that bad and they dont, however this was also after I spent several minutes filing down the excess acrylic left under my nails, also my nails had water under them and when I removed them myself I found that they were not fully adhered. The gel was extremely thick in some spots and not in others and I was also cut twice. I think if all the nail techs were as amazing as my friends was, this would have been the best place Ive ever gotten acrylics, but I guess I just had bad luck

Shar Johnson Update : my skin is now peeling and I will be seeking legal action against this shop ! MMA IS ILLEGAL!!! I went to get my nails and feet done for my birthday here. I usually do my own nails, but my boyfriend insisted I go and get them done as a gift. As I’m taking my nails off, I noticed that the acrylic is very stringy and gooey. I am a barber so I know a lot about cosmetology, and from my understanding, acrylic should not be gooey nor stringy and should not be extremely hard to take off. I have an electric drill as well as pure acetone. I have been trying to soak one hand off for almost an hour because it is extremely gooey meaning that they are using MMA, which is illegal. Charged me for something so cheap and illegal is not OK !!

Soung Son I have been to many Nail Salons and this is one of the few I enjoy going to with my girlfriend. Been here twice now due to moving near federal way. Tried out a couple places and We seem to end up coming here for a few reasons. But I will get straight to the point on my review for this place. 1-The employees here are very friendly and kind. I also always just call to see if they are busy but most likely just end up walking in as well. 2-Girlfriend gets her nails done, and the guys (yes guys, we usually go in a group of 2-3) to get pedicures and it is great. 3-Pedicures feel great we get the (Special) for about $25 and at the end is what I love, the bag with some purple goo. Its warm and makes my feet feel great. 4- Great place to stop by since its so close to all the shopping places here. Plus the massage chairs are decent and always feel good. I always end up passing out and waking up alone, but the ladies are kind and never seem to mind me ha! Definitely worth trying!

Nylene Charles I came here for the reviews. 1 star for the friendly service BUT the lady that did my pedicure was horrible. She didnt apply paint across the entire nail bed, didnt cut back or push cuticles, and I made the mistake of getting a flower. I think my 3-year-old could have done better.

Frances Guzman I would like to share my experience with (E&B Nails Spa.) I usually go to my nail artist who is great. I’m very picky who does my nails. I don’t like them to thin or to think, I don’t like them crooked, or painted without care. I was short for time and my nail artist was too far to drive so I decided to try this (E&B Nails Spa.) End result they were great! The staff was great very kind and courteous. Got right to my nails did not have to wait long. They were quick and made my nails to my liking and painted them with care giving me a reason to keep coming back and maybe I found a new artist to come too. Today was my Third time coming and I brought my daughter and she was very happy as well. Moving forward I will recommend (E&B Nails Spa) to anyone who wants their nails done to satisfaction. kirsten kime I really want to give 4* for all but 1 mediocre pedicure Ive received here. However, they dont honor their pricing for girls services. The first time I took my daughter along and stated she wanted a kids pedicure, she/I were asked at least 5 times how old she was. This last time when I corrected the price I was charged after the service she asked my daughter how old she was, and when my daughter stated "11" she said she was too old. I stated to her that the menu both online and in the shop stated 12 and under. She then spoke to another woman in their native language before adjusting the cost. With her getting gel and myself using standard polish both of our costs were over $40 each, so its not like I save that much... I think its $10 discount overall. Its really the principle. My daughter was uncomfortable for a 2nd time (all over her age and her being tall), so Ill take my business elsewhere even though they do a good job. I dont like dishonesty, and I dont appreciate them questioning her the way that they did. *The owner called to apologize and talk about the issue. Offered a 10% discount and asked to have another try. Very impressed with her care to make things right.

Chikondi Matias Acrylic nails are supposed to be comfortable but these are not...l love nail trim and the nails are always great but today l felt like a wasted my time and money as l am cutting these nails ...l keep scratching myself with the way they were shaped..the French is good but the shaping no l might end up hurting a client at work as l am a CNA

I started getting my nails done for the first time ever last year, this was my second nail salon I tried and absolutely love since its close to my house and never had bad experience. Ive come here as a regular for almost a year! Ive gotten my nails mostly done by Kim, she is so sweet, kind and attentive to detail. The nails are high quality and last the whole time until I need a fill. They are very strong! Something unique I noticed at this salon is they are very gentle with your hands and all the staff are very sweet. She is fast but doesnt rush, if youre looking for the cute pointy nails, shes really good at those. But honestly I would trust any of the girls here to do my nails! I usually get french tips or ombre. Thank you to all the beautiful ladies here making it a pleasant experience!

Jasmine Beltran I asked for a gel manicure and I got a powder with no gel even when told I did not want powder. She did not clean up my cuticles or underneath my nails. I had a clear image of exactly what I wanted. Im very disappointed since I just got a French tip with a little flower design with swiggles and little sparkle dots. I had to pay $60 the last photo is what I had before and showed her exactly how I wanted it. If she could not do it she should of told me she didnt have the skills.

Iris Osorio Came here before and loved how Levo did my nails and came back felt so rushed and sloppy, the nail lady cut me 3 times twice on the same finger and still joked about it saying “atleast it was the same finger”… originally wanted a short cute pink color deep French set and had to settle for a pale pink solid color because it felt rushed to pick one and was not liking how they were turning out. Charged me $75 for a removal and solid color. Was looking around and everything was dirty and saw a UV lamp on top of a trash can ? Chop shop forsure!

MichelleLMUA This nail salon and their nail techs are by far the best my man(mani and pedi cleaned up his ruffed up man nails lol and best massages with those services) and best full set Gel Nails and deluxe pedi. All the nail techs that works on us are top notch, Sophea- gel full set, assist from Manager Tsay(shes amazing), Daisy for my pedi(helped, remove several of my extremely painful ingrown other salons couldnt!) And Vivia did his. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL OF THEM!! WORTH THE 30 min drive and day!

They even took care of a horrible ingrown toenail I had. She was fantastic. They were very nice and skilled. We will be going back!

Nalia K. I dont even know where to start. I have been coming here for the past few months and I was lucky the first time I had a manicure to have Johnny do the nail. He is very professional and I love what he does! The second time I went there he was not available and one of the ladies did my nails. She was terrible. She broke my nail and almost removed my nail on how aggressive she was. The third time I didnt even think twice I booked my appointment with Johnny and have been having him do my nails which was wonderful. A few weeks ago I took my cousin to do her nails and one of the ladies did her nails. Again terrible idea and a very sloppy manicure and pedicure. And they overcharged her. Fast forward. A couple of weeks ago I booked an appointment with Johnny, but when I got there I was told that he had an emergency and had to leave. One of the ladies stated that she would do my nails. I told her that I wanted a new full set she said ok, but after she removed the gel she started saying that I only needed to do a fill since the old nails were still good. I told her I wanted a new set. She stated that she couldnt do it and I should come the next day and Johnny would do it. ( she was in the middle of the process...) she did the refill and the nails looked terrible and $60 for a terrible manicure job. A few days later I called to schedule another appointment to try to fix the poor manicure job. Johnny did my nails as usual did a great job. But after I was done I was charged full service by the front desk lady. She didnt even acknowledge the terrible job that the other lady did. I still can’t believe that I spent almost $150 dollar in a week to do my nails. The ladies here are “money oriented” and they don’t care about providing good service . I would definitely not recommend . If you are booking service ask for Johnny or the other guy.

Lisa Sanchez I have been coming for many many years. TJ nails is my number 1 to go place to get a Mani/Pedi. The staff is very friendly. My husband even gets his pedicures from them and he is very satisfied. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I always get Dip powder they different variety of colors to choose from

K. N. I have been going here since i was in high school. They have never disappointed me. Today I made an appointment last minute but they only had one spot left. I gave it to my friend and sat with them while they were getting their nails done. Once Kim was finished she stayed and did my nails anyways even though it was super late. She did an amazing job like always. I love that they always remember me even if I dont come for months on end and they always ask about my mothers wellbeing. Tasha Love First time I went here I had a great experience. Now Everytime I go they say there are full. 3 times random times during the week. The shop just opened 8 minutes ago accordingly to their window. I hope Im just assuming that they are lying. I guess if I need something dont I have to set an appointment since there arent many people working.
