Jessika Robel its a small family owned busniess and they talk on the phone while doing ur nails which cases her to make my nails crooked and they dnt seem to last long parts are coming over my natural nails and its barely been a week. i dont not recoomend this place but you get what you pay for.

Lisa R I’ve tried other places in the area and they just don’t match up to the service you get here. They have my business going forward every time. You do need to make an appt but they are pretty accommodating. I always feel refreshed. They even get my ingrown nails. I also feel like they are best priced around. And super clean.

Melanie Benoit After trying a few different salons I found this New Nails & Spa and decided to try them out. Let me tell you it was the BEST decision. I had the best service provided to me. They care very much about their clients and took the time and put effort into making sure I had a good experience. My nails and toes came out beautiful. She went above and beyond to get my ingrown out and gave me the best massage on my legs. She also engaged in talking with me and didnt rush me at all. The salon was so clean and quiet. Very relaxing and I will be a returning customer. 10/10 would recommend.

Tiffany Singleton First time going to this nails salon. Im new to WA so Ive been trying to find a really good place that I can stick to. My managers nails at work are always really cute, so I asked & she told me this is where she goes. Super fast, but quality service. I got a pedicure & an overlay. The deluxe pedicure was so nice she almost had me sleep in the chair. 2 different people worked my hands, one laid my acrylic & one did my nail art. Both were fast, professional & did a great job. Overall, I love my what was done & Ill be back to see if they pass the 2nd test before I call myself a repeat customer.

Ive had the nail art done as well and am shocked at how beautiful and precise the art is. Thank you for the wonderful service provided to me.

Aaliyah A couple of the ladies were kind. I went in with my daughter to get our nails done. A couple technicians made me so uncomfortable to the point I will not be going back. One tech yelled to my daughter “you listen to me, sit down” and another said “shh little girl”. Nowhere does it advertise kids are not welcome, so I thought it would be fine. My daughter was not up running around or making messes. She wasn’t touching anything she wasn’t supposed to. I spoke to the owner and when I spoke to her she said she was sorry, but made it seem like it was my daughters fault, and that maybe I think they were being mean but weren’t. I understand how language and communication barriers can be a factor, but being rude is universally understood. If they said no kids allowed that would be different. Their staff clearly does not have the patience for children, and should consider putting a policy in place.

DAWN BARTCH Stumbled upon this place last year, and I absolutely love it. She is so kind and genuinely cares about what you want. She tells you youre beautiful and makes you feel so good about yourself. Her prices are amazing, I almost feel guilty. I pay three times less here and leave here feeling better. So thankful to have found this place. ❤️

Cheyenne Yap She’s my go-to for nails and eyebrow waxing & waxing in general. I have loved every interaction with her, she has a great way of being professional. Nails and eyebrows are always amazing when I walk out that door!

L Rain I have severe arthritis and Kelly was very gentle! Two months out from foot surgery and she was careful. I did not have one painful moment. You need to make an appt, but it’s worth it. Kelly is now my nail person. Shed’s also very kind.

ERIC VILLANO The owner does a great job in mens eyebrows, if you have sensitive skin, tell her, shell be gentle. She also does wonderful manicures for men! Go see her!

Alyse. Nice lady, but came out with wonky nails that were uneven as well as the color and messy. Went back the next day to have them repainted and shaped, asked how much I owe and she said 10. I asked out of socital niceness figuring it was no cost as it was fixing her work. Never before have I had to pay for fixing work at any other salon. Im frustrated and will not be back.

Yelena Myakisheva I like the prices and what they offer, but my pedicure was a bit rougher than I expected. This place isnt as sanitary as I am used to, my pedicurist put her tools right back into their box without any kind of sanitizing. Im not coming back. My feet do feel great now though.

Reese first of all when we walked in there was only one person working and 4 of us. we were in there for 3 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES. now to the actual nails, my nails look like paper with paint on them. the shape is like an egg with a point because it is smaller at my cuticle and then it rounds to a circle then goes even longer for a point. they look like penguins. they are all different lengths and sizes. and the fact it took that long to be that bad is crazy. my friends mom also called in 2 WEEKS prior to see if they could fit all 4 of us and they said yes. don’t go here

Charley Jones I don’t think this is a good place to go to, the nails are very mis shaped, my cuticles are cut up really bad they where bleeding, and not a good paint job, very lumpy and crooked. Don’t go here for acrylics not worth it. I don’t know about normal paint job or pedicures just not acrylics. Also when asked for a discount due to my cuticles bleeding she said the most she could do was 5$ off.

Sarah Diaz Wonderful services! Ive been going to this salon for over a year for multiple different things. My gel nails have never chipped, have always been beautiful and have lasted me quite a while. I was never made to feel rushed either when I asked for complicated designs. I feel like they go above and beyond with the pedi services. Offering the hot wax plus different scrubs, and I was surprised when they added a massage in for my lower leg as well. Very soothing experience! I feel like they actually cared about whether I felt relaxed or not. Ive also had the eyelash services which come at an EXCELLENT price. It was in a separate room without anyone walking through which I absolutely love. The full set took me about 45 min and they actually let me take a nap while I was waiting for them to dry! My eyelashes were quite short at the time and I originally thought that she wouldnt have been able to work with them, but they ended up looking beautiful, with zero fallout over the next week. They lasted for about a month! Definitely coming back, love this place.

She does an incredible job of always giving me exactly what I ask for and is very meticulous in her work, lashes always turns out perfect :) So happy I found this place and Brenda! Won’t go anywhere else.

Bobbi S I asked for very thin brows and came in with over grown eyebrows. I was asked if I wanted them thinner and I said yes. One of my brows has no tail and the gap between the two are large. One of my brows has two areas where my skin was waxed off. Given I asked for them super thin, I understand if they couldn’t have been made thinner but that could have been communicated.

Iraida This was my very first time getting eyelash extensions and Brenda did an amazing job at applying them. She explained the entire process to me and gave me tips on my after-care. Awesome customer service that I highly recommend anyone who wants lash extensions to visit here.

savannah dietz I just moved from CA & have been looking to find a new lash tech. I went to Luceros beauty bar for the first time this week I ended up going back a few days later to get my brows & a facial. I had the warmest most welcoming experience! Maria is amazing at what she does & made me feel so comfortable. I’m very happy with the results, 10/10 recommend! I bought my VIP membership & will be the newest regular!

Jacia Great service and nail techs! I was very impressed with my set and a full sculpted marble set was only 75$ + tip. Lasted about 3 weeks, I will define be going again, I recommend them to everyone!

I love their tension to detail on their work when it comes to giving a manicure and pedicure. I usually get gel but today I went with dip powder and loved it.

Skyla Dawn Walk-in welcome. I did call before hand if there was an availability for a Mani/Pedi. Just a heads up whatever package you ask for they will try to upscale you to the next tier. They did talk me into the most expensive pedicure but i was spoiling myself too I didnt mind. Not sure if Id get the gel package it felt kind of weird just an FYI. Not 100% satisfied with my designs. My pedicures did an excellent job with my base color and a so-so on my design. On the other hand my manicurist was the opposite. She did a so-so on my base and an excellent job on my design. Sylvia Soto I have been going to see Phuong for over ten years. I get great service and Im always happy with my nails. I dont get tips these are my own nails and she has been using the new dip powder colors. I love them they are so light and natural compared to gel nail colors

Jessica Crowe Yasssss! Im looking for a nail home and I think this is it! Initially, I ended up with a stylist who didnt speak English and I like to talk to the lady who hooking up my set. Im very specific and I need my nails done right. I guess the manager, Phoun, could see we might have been having a communication issue so she took me on and told me to make appointments with her from now on. I LOVE how great my nails look a week later so Ill definitely be booking that appointment.

Bobbie McGregor Chelsea (the owner) has been doing my nails for over 25 years. She does amazing work and always treats the customers well! She remembers names and faces, and embraced my daughter with special needs as a treasure...always giving hugs and being so patient and happy to see her! I have difficult nails and nail beds and have medical issues that affect how well my nails adhere and last. She adapts to my changing needs and my nails always end up looking amazing! Everyone there is super nice and talented! There is a standard of excellence and 100% customer satisfaction that they work diligently to achieve. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

A B I started going here about 6 months ago. Their gel polish lasts for weeks! A few weeks ago, I wasnt happy with the results of my gel manicure. There is a sign by the register from the manager saying if If you experience an issue, please speak to her about it so she can try to resolve it for you. Well she means it! I spoke to Chelsea and today I went in, and she did a beautiful job on my nails. I will definitely continue to go here

Shantel Myers The owner is amazing, she works 7 days a week! Is always so sweet and takes the time to talk with you and remembers you! She’s the one who did my nails she did so amazing! and all the other ladies are so nice and friendly! The prices are great! and I love that they are open on Sundays! Casleam Samuels I have been going to Prime Nails and Spa since June 2024. The staff are so pleasant and amazing! Great customer service! Ms. Kim is my favorite person though, she takes care of my nails so well! They do amazing pedicures and it definitely feels like a spa treatment. I recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for somewhere to get their nails and feet done. They will take care of you! I give them a 5 out of 5. They offer you a drink as well! The pics I added were some I took from the times I went and got my nails done. I took some pics when the dip was taken off and you can see how my nails look healthy and grow fast.

Rocky Banks I came in here on a whim today and was able to be seen right away. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and my pedicure and nail tech were excellent! John Summers I have gone here more than a few times and am always 100% satisfied. I usually walk in and the wait has been minimal. They serve drinks as well. I have red wine with my pedicure. I have brought my daughter and granddaughter who is only 5. They have a kids chair.

Andrea Vanarsdall OH MY GOD! There are not even enough positive words to describe this place!! I came in with my friends wanting a girls day, we came in as wall-in pedicures. They got us seated immediately. First thing I noticed was how clean it was and the wine bar!! I showed Emily the inspirational photo (first picture) and we picked out the closest colors we could find. The colors matched almost to a T. Emily did a fantastic job with my pedicure and the design on my toes. The guy who did my nails, also did an AMAZING job. He shaped my nails and filed them so quickly, the shape was ideal to what I wanted, along with doing the matching colors and designs on my acrylic nails. He worked quickly and efficiently, the nails turned out just like my vision. I couldn’t be happier!!!! Thank you so much Happy Nails, I will be back.

Miranda Marr I’m really bummed I’m having to write this review… but my nails look horrendous. They weren’t busy at all but the woman was super rough with my hands and rushed the entire time. My nails are all different shapes and crooked… not to mention when I find a nail color I like, I write it down in my notes to tell them the next time I come in. Well, the first time they “lost” the color so I had to find a different color that kind of matched my hands… and then today they were impatient and when I told them the color she just looked at me pointing out colors that weren’t even close… despite having my nails in her face… then the girl who was doing my nails abruptly walked away when my baby started to cry and another woman took over and she was even more rough and rude. They missed certain parts of my nails… and didn’t even put cuticle oil… I just feel like I deserve a refund… as a mom trying to treat myself to getting my nails done… it’s unfortunate I couldn’t enjoy myself or the final product. They look horrendous. I would have said something at the time but since my 7mo was unhappy I just paid and left. No way I could’ve stayed for a redo.

Alisha P I have been going to the old location (A-frame building) for years and started going to the new location as soon as they opened. Everyone takes great care of me as if I was a part of their family and I always feel welcome. When I dont do a natural set, I usually let them choose the design and they are good about fixing things you dont like if you speak up. I dont mind that it takes longer than most places as it is my time to myself when I get my nails done and would rather them take their time than rush. I love this place!

Chrissy Previously I left a 5 ⭐️ because I loved the set! Unfortunately I don’t have access to that account anymore so I can’t just edit it (Teri Seavers). This time around has been very bumpy. First I needed to come back in and have the acrylic filed down as it was pretty sharp. I paid $75 for this set plus $10 tip. After 10 days nails started popping off, this never has been an issue. I went back and they were willing to fix them, but the result didn’t match colors and the gold leaf line is thin, not to mention it’s a sparkly gold instead of a yellow, classic gold. It took about an hour to fix and I wasn’t going to continue to sit there having them fixed. The end result still has sharp acrylic you can see. They told me the nails popped off because my base nail was too short and tried to sell me on a fill— I’ve never ever had a problem keeping my nails on for 3-4 weeks. I’m just very disappointed that I wasted my time and I don’t feel it was worth the money. I will be looking at other shops for sure. Edit 2/27/23: As I suspected this set I paid $85 for was horribly glued on and the shop keepers had no intention of fixing this mistake that they should have realized was on their end because “they’re experts”. I feel this was proven by the two nails I had fixed, that they tried to claim “broke off because my natural nails were too short to support them”, because they will NOT COME OFF. Proving when done properly the result can be a long lasting set. I added a photo. I hate them at this point, but they won’t break, I’ll need to soak in acrylic to get them off. THAT is how my ENTIRE set should have been but I lost all my nails besides the two within 3 weeks. That solidified my decision to not spend my money or time here. Take accountability for bad work charged to clients and fix it.

Linda Dickinson Anastasia is amazing. I got a Russian pedicure with gel polish, and added the spa pedicure services yesterday. Anastasia was very kind, meticulous, and uses high quality products. Her space is warm and welcoming, and I even got to enjoy some yummy pumpkin spice tea while getting pampered. I’ve always been accustomed to the typical in and out nail salons - but it’s great to be able to partake in the boutique experience when it comes to nail maintenance. I can’t wait to come back in 2 weeks for my hands.

Lan Sutton I have recently discovered Russian/dry manicures and love them. I was desperately in need of one on vacation and was happy to receive a dry mani and try my first dry pedi + polish. Service was on time, Anastasia was sweet and informative about my nail care. This was by far the best pedicure I have received. I was asked if I had any problem areas and the attention to detail on dead skin removal left my feet soft and pain free!

Elizabeth Nelsen I love this nail salon and trust me, I am wicked picky about how my acrylic nails are done. Nancy is a master and Ive been going to her for over 3 years, every two weeks! Kevin is also excellent with acrylics as he does my daughters stiletto nails to perfection. Their pedicures are wonderful, relaxing and reasonably priced! Wonderful salon, wonderful people!

Avery Aresu Just went to Fancy Nails for the first time today with my friends who have been going for years. I’m a relatively new resident of the Tumwater/Olympia area in the past year and I’ve been hunting for my new pedicure home. Found it!! The lovely folks that work here at Fancy Nails made this the most pleasant experience. Relaxing and clean environment, attentive and friendly staff, great massage, attention to detail on the nails, and fair prices. I love my gel pedicure! Will be back again absolutely.

The acrylic nail set I got yesterday is the best set Ive ever had (I attached a photo) and Ive been going to various salons over MANY years in different cities. Thuys is the best!

Jane Sauve My husband & I both had acrylic manicures and pedicures. Our appt was at 9am, we arrived about 15 minutes early and they invited us in to get started. This is the best manicure and pedicure we have had in many, many months. We live full-time in our RV and travel the county; we have had some good experiences and some poor one. This was by far the very best. Clean salon and work stations, peaceful and quiet...no chatter between the technicians. We can highly recommend and will come back when we are in the Olympia area again. J & j

Michael Schroeder I had the most pampered treatment here. The staff is kind, efficient, and skilled. All the tools were freshly unwrapped from an autoclave sterilization. Everyone had gloves. Very clean spa. Only issue I had is the chairs are not built for large, tall men with size 14s, so the chair was a bit uncomfortable at times. When I mentioned this, the staff tried to accommodate me as best they could. I appreciate that. I will absolutely be coming back.

ky an lam i had a really great experience there! the staff were friendly and tried to accommodate you even when they’re busy! i did the online booking pretty last minute (the night before) and Pam texted me to confirm it, i’m so glad i got in super fast. Pam was really sweet and did gel x extensions for me and they came out gorgeous, just like the pics i showed her! i do recommend giving your nail artist a lot of pics of something you want because they’ll at least be able to do one of those pics well. super happy at the end

Lisa Coplen First time here. Had a poor acrylic set done at another location and they fixed it. Pam did such an amazing job! Made sure my nails were even and did the shape I wanted. They take great care while doing nails and the time taken when painting the nails, chef’s kiss. They ensure you get exactly what you want. The atmosphere there is absolutely relaxing and peaceful. Even a forearm and hand massage after the nails were finished. I will be returning.

Connie Rodriguez From the moment you walk in this place is so beautiful and peaceful! My sister and I came to get pedicures and she got a manicure. I had the organic pedicure where you can pick a scent and your foot soak, sugar, scrub and lotion are all the same from your own box. It is very clean and the staff are amazing. They were all so sweet and polite and my sister was able to get both services at once which she prefers. There are no surprise charges they let you know and verify if anything will be additional which I appreciate. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for a quality nail service in a relaxing environment.

Lindsay McCoy This is hands down my favorite nail/spa place in Olympia! I only go here for nails and pedicures, but they also do eyebrow, waxing and many other types of services. I’ve been going here for about about a year and a half now. All of the staff members are super friendly, especially my favorites who are Ruby and Steve. I haven’t been to very many places, but from my own experience and others, I believe it’s the most affordable place in town. They are very skilled, and can create a large variety of designs. It really helps them out when you draw a picture or bring in a reference picture for your design. In terms of time, it’s best to make an appointment, but they do take walk-ins. Just make sure you have patience when you come in. Sometimes, they are very busy and accommodating walk-ins also means juggling appointment customers. They do free repairs if something is wrong or breaks. However, just be really clear with your communication and don’t be afraid to speak up during your service. If there’s a communication gap, ask Steve for help. I recommend reserving at least a two hour time block in your schedule for getting your nails done. They’re very sweet people and I recommend always tipping your service members in cash!

Kimmie Karch They did an amazing job... not only is this the only place that I have EVER been able to find who does AMAZING job on marble nails, but he did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond since I also wanted purple ombre nails. He made multiple different nails with different shades and techniques before I landed on this one. I have gotten so many compliments from co-workers and friends alike. I also wanted a butterfly (not due to their name, but to honor a loved one who passed a long time ago). Update: everything Steve had done has been amazing!! All photos have been done by Steve!

Cierra Moon Today I went to Tspa Olympia & had the best experience! It was my first time getting a full set in 4 years! They were so sweet to my 2 year old daughter and gave her the best experience for her first time getting a mani pedi :) my bestfriend also had her 2 month old and the lady that worked there kindly offered to hold her so she could finish getting her nails painted. I will never go any where else!! Thank you T SPA for being so kind & welcoming!! 10/10

Mia Koska They nails are overall good but they didn’t give me the right color I wanted and saying they didn’t have to one I wanted. (Which was simply a dark red) . I also got a French tip and you can tell it was a little rusted on the thumb and I wanted to add a gem to the flower and they said it wouldn’t look good.(???) anywho but overall the service was great and the price was great too. (The nails I asked and showed him is the dark red one and the nails I left with are the brighter red ones).

Julia Haynes I rarely write reviews and I almost didn’t write this BUT I’m so sick of paying more for services when you get a lower quality product/customer service. I went in to get my fingernails done for a wedding. The lady who did my nails ignored me the entire time and was on the phone with someone while doing my nails. She was just tapping where my hands needed to be and was frustrated when I would put my hands in the wrong place. She asked if I wanted my toenails done and I told her I didn’t bring sandals and only had my tennis shoes. She said she would give me flip flops to wear after. I ended up doing my toes because I figured I would run out of time to do them before the wedding. After my toes were done she told me to let them dry for 10 mins and I would be good. I waited 20 mins then asked again if they were dry to put tennis shoes on and they said yes. Of course when I got home my nails were stuck to my socks and they look horrible. I leave super early in the morning for my flight and don’t have time to go back and have them fixed…. Nor do I want to at this point.

Valerie Finch This place is amazing every-time. The staff is so kind. There’s always openings and they always go over and beyond for what I’m expecting. The prices are so affordable too.
