Jodee Blake For some reason my card declined and before I could provide a different form of payment they ran my card 2 more times. This resulted in almost $200 hold on my card. It was a Saturday so it wasnt reversed until Tuesday. Also 5 days after 2 of my nails broke off. They are not consistent in what they charge and dont tell you ahead of time what the service is going to charge so you can decide if you still want the entire service.

Veronica Lamas Walked in on a Saturday morning and was seated right away. They were very professional and were pretty quick! They know what they are doing. I love my set!! I am impressed! I will be back.

colleen silva Very thorough at cleaning & working with nails. I am especially impressed with their treatment of damaged toenails. They clean under the nail…not just the top. They are very good at treating hangnails too. I hesitate to go anywhere else for my nails.

Sam Do not go here. I went here six days ago, immediately after I had what felt like an ingrown toenail on my left foot, which was fine before I went in. This has never happened to me after a pedicure before. Also, the people are not friendly. The man there is rude, I wouldn’t go as far as to say he was mean to me but I believe the other reviews that said he was to them. .

Naomi Paul I enjoyed going to JayDay Nails. I felt comfortable and relaxed. The people working there are very friendly and have wonderful smiles. I had the basic Pedi/Mani. I usually use regular polish but the gel was the same price as regular, so I went with the gel polish. I didnt do anything fancy because my nails were short to begin with, so I went with a glitter gold polish. Im very pleased with the service I was given. The people working on my nails took their time; I didnt feel rushed at all. Overall I give them a 10/10.

Dronning AvNord Spent 90-180 each visit $$$$ I went to JayDay for two manicures and one pedicure. I will NOT be going back. The pedicure was painful, because for some reason the woman dug into my toe VERY hard and made it bleed. I got a full set of acrylics nails and by my second manicure I had nail fungus under the set that was visible and the nail tech did not offer to fix the problem or take off the set. ( I had not had nails in years so the fungus was introduced at the salon) they took off the old set by peeling them off which is NEVER ok. They were NOT sanitary and I will be reporting them to the licensing board. I cannot express my dissatisfaction with their service and cleanliness enough. I gave two stars because the nail manicure and pedicure polish was exactly what I showed the nail tech. Other than that, not the best experiences.

S M Very nice staff! Did a great job on my nails. They get very busy so I recommend coming at a less busy time. Two weeks later and my acrylics are good with just a couple of areas starting to peel off. Online it says there is a way to book but I got a message saying that they cancelled the appt and the online booking is not working. I recommend calling and if they don’t answer try calling again in half an hour.

Shelby Sander Snow did an amazing job! I got gel shellac and she was so gentle and sweet, she has amazing attention to detail! Usually when I go to nail salons I get burned by the drill and they file my nails too thin but snow was very careful not to.

Alisha Liedtke My regular nail place was closed and so I decided to give Jay’s a try for a fill. My nail tech was Andy and he did an INCREDIBLE job. I brought him a inspo pic of nails that might’ve been more complicated, but he knocked it out of the park. Also, the thickness of the nails were perfection. Will definitely be going to him again and always.

Justyne Smith Only nail place I go to in town. They moved but still high quality and have added steam to their already amazing pedicures! Love the wax! Makes my feet feel so smooth. Never have had a bad experience here.

beathanee timmermans I havent been here in a while and now that I have gone again it has been an amazing experience! They are super sweet and the services they do are great. I got the pedicure only this time and I can definitely say that I will be back! Best experience ever!

Monica Taylor I’ve gone to NYN every 2 weeks like clockwork for the last 6 years and they are fantastic! Tim, the owner, does an incredible job and I can’t go to anyone else because I’m spoiled by the speed and quality of his work. I just went to his new studio today and it’s really comfy/cozy. They have done such a great job with the new space. I can’t recommend them enough!

Shawna E I go to New York Nails every 2 weeks for pedicures. My service there has always been wonderful. I like that they are open on Sundays. When calling in the morning I can always get in same day. They take their time with the massage part and I always leave feeling pampered and relaxed. Recently they move to a new space. Which is not far feom old location, but not on the main drive. The new shop is cute, clean, and quiet. I have tried many other places but they are by far my favorite place for a pedicure.

Rachel Nelsen Best prices in town.!!!!This was a great nail salon.They did my daughters ped excellent. We were thinking about getting a diamond in the flower but after she did the flower so good. We said no to the diamond, but then Triny said no, wait.It will look nice and put the diamond on it.And she was right, her toes, look amazing with the diamond she did excellent artwork on her toes.We will be coming back again and again.Thank you so much, new york nails

Lilu Madrigal-Espindola I went to go get my nails done, I showed her what I wanted and she told me I cant get the same length because it wouldnt " look good" on me. I ended up have the ugliest nails Ive ever gotten in all my years of getting nails, they only look tolerable to look at because of the charms I brought from home and they still charged me $75 for coffin design and charms. The first picture is what i wanted and second is what i got. Theyre chunky, unevenly shaped, poor application on the acrylic and doesnt even reach the cuticles, I got burned and hurt by the drill a couple of times but thats okay. I dont see why my nails were $75 when that was the comparison.

Edenia Urenda I came here with my husband, we were looking for a new place and we both loved it. They worked fast and very efficiently. We both got pedicures and a manicure. The staff was super friendly and the gentleman gave a great massage. I wear lots of heals so the pressure on my feet was perfect. We both work with our hands a lot so they got some love too and we were not sorry. Theyre was another man here as well and he was also very happy with his pedicure, said it was the money well spent, and we agree.

Debra Yergen A local nurse practitioner (friend) recommended that I schedule a pedicure with Charlie because he gives such great foot and calf massages.! My feet were sore and he applied the exact right pressure.

Kea Ramirez I came in for a fill and a pedicure, the gentleman who did my pedicure was so kind, I did feel that the pedi went a little fast, but thats personal, I like my feet in the water a little longer, he was pretty thorough though. The woman who did my fill seemed shy but she did an amazing job! Ive never been here before, they just do happened to be open early and Ive been needing a fill. Most likely Ill come back!

Anna W My friend and I went to this nail shop for the first time. It’s been so hard to find a good place! The last one I went too last time I got my nails done I thought was the one that I’ll be a regular customer. But nope. My nails after that place got brittle and the texture was weird. Now Lotus nails.. wow! It’s been 2 days and so far my nails are still perfect! So hopefully the after effect will be good unlike last place. I got the dip powder for my manicure cause it’s my fav. She really took the time! When I thought I was done cause she told me to wash my hands and I came back out I wasn’t done. She had me sit down and keep going! I was really impressed at the dedication and detail they had. My friend had a color change and she said that they went beyond a color change. She was visiting from out of town and said this is where we need to start going! Also the guy did my pedi and his foot massage was WOW.. same with my friend. We were amazed! So many things to say haha last one .. 2 ladies came in and one of them said they have been coming there for 15 years! So if that doesn’t even tell you how great this place is I don’t know what does!

Corrine I have never been so disgusted with a place before. It started with them putting me and my mom across the salon and when my mom asked if we could sit closer she said “no”, no explanation nothing, so we shared a look and only after she noticed that look she said we could sit closer. I sit in my chair and there is ZERO conversation other than the usual, what shape and length, she then proceeded to glue on the press ons and i noticed two of them were horribly crooked. I brought it up to her attention and she pulled the usual, “no thats your nail.” I said no it wasn’t and then i kid you not she tried to rip it off. After all of this i just said “no we’re done here.” She then proceeded to roughly take them off, I was burnt multiple times from the sander and she left my nails looking horrible and sore.

Gabriela Daniels Me and my step daughter decided to go for her first time today. And let me tell you I was a little jealous. Not only did we have amazing nail service and artists but we also got to see a salon filled with music and dancing. As we all know not all of our favorite nail artist can’t always talk up a storm due to some language barriers. It was amazing to dance up a storm and hear everyone’s happy voices. If you are looking for a warm and inviting nail salon for any occasion this is the salon. Felt like we were in a Disney movie. And we got our happy ending. Thank you Taylor.

Elizabeth Riddle Slowly going down hill over the last year. They have a punch card and rewards system, but wont honor. How many punches do I need on my card? 50? Before I get 10% off? My last visit, in the hour that I was there, not one but two customers came back in upset that their nails were chipping within a week of their last visit. Icing on the cake for me. Owner will keep tips from his hard working employees. Do better.... sir. Definitely wont be back.

Michelle Kapuza I have been in this salon 4 times now and had three different technicians work with me. Always with great results. After going to one for 5 yrs and feeling like I was being pushed through like cattle… I decided to try somewhere else. Lucky Nails has been under new ownership with a funny business owner named Lisa. I am not one to write reviews but honestly I feel like this business deserves the recommendation. I have had pedicures all the way to massages and sugar scrubs on my legs and feet. My photo shows how shiny they can come out. They do a great job at clipping around my toes to make sure I don’t get ingrown toenails, and that my calluses have been kept clean away from my toes and heels. I am a sandal person and wear them almost all year round I really enjoy that my toes look so pretty and that my feet look shiny and healthy. Thank you Lisa and your crew for making my feet so happy and my hands and nails looks so natural and you always see if you can do the best you can to make what I want happen. You are a great bunch of people and so glad I made the move.

Shanna Bailey Ive been coming here for years and made the mistake about a year ago of using Impressed nails and the adhesive destroyed my nail bed. I finally grew them back and repaired them enough to go see Tom and not only did he make my hands beautiful again, he didnt cause any pain while using the dremel despite them being crazy sensitive from all the damage. Ive learned my lesson trying to save money by doing them myself! Thank you Tom for making my nails beautiful so I dont have to hide them anymore. Youre the best!!

j morton I had read the reviews for this nail salon before I decided to go. It was kind of a mix some negative some positive. So I decided to go and check it out myself. I went on a Monday 2:15 pm. It was quiet with only 2 other clients getting a pedicure. I was met with a friendly hello and asked what I would like. I asked if they had time for a regular pedicure, a nice man said yes. The other nail techs were talking to the clients, laughing and just having a good time, the music was relaxing and I got good vibes there. My nail tech was nice, and efficient. I got a foot and calf message and foot scrub and all the normal pedicure stuff. I had good and relaxing time, the pedicure was great. I’ll be a returning client.

Alix Guerrero Such a wonderful place to go! I took my two 5 yr old daughters with me and they were so kind, courteous and attentive. Their nail work is AMAZING! Prices are nice as well. I would recommend 10/10.

A I received the Himalayan salt stone massage by Renate. She has a calm demeanor, very professional and it was a wonderful massage. I could tell she tailored the massage to the problem area in my back. Overall the experience was great from the massage, check in with front staff and salon environment. Highly recommend Renate and this spa.

Misty Sheppard We had to make an appointment but they were very professional and accommodating. I was able to have adjustments made for my colors and design from what I originally asked for with a wonderful attitude fromy nail tech. My daughter also got some extravagant nails for herself and they did a spectacular job! Would definitely recommend and will be revisiting myself.

Allison Miller This is the second time i have been there for a fill and to fix a few nails. They are very welcoming and do a very good job. I love that they will actually engage in conversation. I was recommended by a coworker and Im so glad i went because Im pretty sure this will be my spot. I highly recommend.

Emily ROSE OMG I went and took my sister for her birthday. We drove an hour to come here, they were very nice and friendly! They did an amazing job with the design and it was very fair prices. Definitely come here for your nails!

Ashley Whitefoot I went to A+ Nails for the first time today, and I will say I was highly impressed by the service. I am usually skeptical about going to new nail salons but I took a chance today. The chairs are amazing, but more importantly the service was excellent. Layla who did my pedi and full set was very detailed oriented. She explained the why she using certain products and was very friendly. I also appreciate that they had options of the type of pedicure I wanted. I will definitely be going to them from now on!

Abigail Wilks The man was kind but didnt share any of the visions I had. I went through multiple ideas I had and was only able to get French tips. I was embarrassed as if I had been asking for too much, but I was not! I wanted a minimalistic design with a few star shapes. It seems that this place is very limited when it comes to options. More importantly, my nails were no good! They looked very orange (the picture doesnt capture it very well), and the French tips were wonky. Spent $75 dollars on these and had to get them redone the same day at another location because I couldnt bear to look at them! I hate to sound mean considering how nice he was, but I wont be back.

Eyzofgrene I paid $35 for a manicure and 2 coats of shellac. The shellac was not smooth, and was full of bumps. Not impressed.

Rubii Sanchez The lady was really rude and didn’t listen to what I wanted then she had someone else do it so then after the change in person the price went up by $10. They were using gel polish and drying it with a fan. You can tell the polish is old because it’s clumpy and they had to add in acetone to thin it out.

M Quezada Went with Fernanda for the first time. She absolutely killed it. Super creative and thorough on her job! Definitely the best place in Yakima. Salon is very aesthetically pleasing and makes you feel like you are in a completely different city. My daughter also got a mani and was made to feel super special.

Heaven Lynn This place is literally beyond gorgeous! So clean & classy. All the staff are so welcoming & make you feel comfortable. Nikki is the best nail tech I’ve ever had she does things in her process I’ve never seen any other tech do plus we chat the whole couple hours, no awkward silence over here!! THEY CARE & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I will never go anywhere else again. You have a lifetime customer in me! :)

Stephanie Cockerum Worst pedicure Ive ever experienced. Staff was extremely confrontational and openly rude once my sister asked to have her nails shorter. My nail tech did not clean under my nails even though I mentioned it. As pictured my heels do require special attention and it can be seen the one had 2 swipes with the paddle. The nail polish has bubbles, left unsealed and cuticles around toes were not trimmed to an acceptable degree. The massage was the tech aggressively rubbing exfoliating lotion in. Pedicures have always been a wonderful treat that even when not great Ive still enjoyed. I unfortunately left this establishment feeling very uncomfortable and let down. Buyer beware

Marisa A I just moved to Washington a few months ago and this is my second time finding a nail salon. I came across Lee’s nails on yelp. I had acrylics on it needed to be removed and I just wanted a acrylic overlay on my natural nail. The process was pretty quick and the price was reasonable I will definitely be coming back. Joe was the one that did my nails and I left very happy.

Linda Wallace I travel a lot for work, and have time to kill while I’m in new cities. I enjoy having pedicures done regularly. I rely on others reviews and the overall reputation of the establishments I choose. Lee Nails is by far one of the best salons I’ve been to. A very excellent job with a nice foot and leg massage. Price was reasonable and the quality has been too notch. I am now two weeks out and my pedicure looks just as fantastic as day 1!

Tea Zimmerman Never Again just payed 450 for 4 full sets and pedis. one of us have gems and they were unable to do cow print... aparently black dots on white is rocket science... also glue all over and leftover Collor and nail bits from previous sets.. Also, all 5 people worked on all 4 of us.. so that was weird so cant complain about one individual nail person However One Tech Cut my freinds finger.. And had i not said something during the painting a good Part of my nails would have been paintless... NOT HAPPY Ps. for the record every one was very nice And the pedis were short but decent

hayleeth I don’t usually write reviews but tonight I got my nails done and the guy who did my nails wasn’t very communicative with me on changes he was making from the reference photo that i showed him. He was also on the phone talking to someone and didn’t listen to some of the requests i was making like to make them more even on some of the nails that looked uneven. I was also charged for a full set when it was supposed to be a refill. I’m just upset cause I paid so much for something that wasn’t what I wanted.

Heather Gooss I got a manicure which no extras. It cost me $15 + tax & tip. I came in mid afternoon on a Thursday and was seen in less than 10 minutes. I was completely finished in 45 minutes. They were very gentle and careful with my cuticles, which was a big plus! They gave me a nice hand massage, and then while my hands were sitting in the warming gloves, they gave me a short neck massage. Overall, I was very satisfied!

A I decide to get my nails done since COVID. They were not to busy for a walk in. The lady at the first station on the left did my nails. I asked for a full set. She was began to clip and file my nails before telling me the price. She was Constantly on her phone. She would grab my hand. My full set is horrible. They are uneven, gel is bubbling, nails that look like it is pointed upwards. I have been getting my nails done since I was young. I do not recommend this place. $50 for a full set that looks horrible. I will not be going back

Anais & Marina Will not be returning. I was told this place has the best shellac and decided to give them a try. The people were nice but $80 for a French tip mani pedi when you don’t even clean or soak my finger nails before painting them, push back my cuticles, or put lotion on them, or give them an included “natural bath” !!!! The pedicure experience was decent but the water wasn’t very warm and my toenail tips were too thick. I did NOT get my moneys worth for my manicure. Will be sticking with West Valley nails by Safeway. I added a before and after

Yvette Parris The owner, Tina is absolutely amazing but when dealing with the other young ladies there, well they always seem to rush and dont want to take the time to work with me about what I want. Im very disappointed and miss the time when it was Tina and her husband running the nail salon.

Marie Lovestrand Tina one of the owners she is so sweet and kind and caring and I love the time she takes to get my nails done and I can’t remember the name of the man that did my pedicure, but he was awesome too. In fact I think everybody in this pronouns are awesome caring people and I’m so grateful to be able to go there and be safe knowing you’ll do what I ask. Thank you

Kristen c 10/10 recommend. This nail salon was so wonderfully nice and I had a wonderful experience. They helped me remove my dip with tip without any damage to my nails and did a new pink gel manicure after another salon made me feel bad and turned me away. They did a wonderful job with my gel manicure! I cant say enough good things about this salon and I cant wait to come back. Ive found my new favorite place to go. The owner was also super sweet and thanked me for coming in.

Alexandra Kim The Lady owner (I presume) Is always very friendly...But the others who work there are less than friendly or welcoming. In fact, they can be quite rude at times. Its frustrating when you try to explain what you want done but they act like they dont understand and proceed to barely speak English so you cant even really communicate with them as to what you want and what youre going to get. Ive gone in before with pictures of what exactly I wanted done and at times, even how to do it! And even THEN, they say NO! No, they cannot do that....so basically they are able to do the most basic, one solid color and thats that! Its no different from many of the other "Asian ran" [(I say that with all due respect. Not racist or prejudiced in any way)] nail salons in this town from what Ive seen. Ive been looking for the best place to get artificial nails done in town and been going to different ones and they all seem to be about the same. They ARENT UP TO DATE WITH ANY OF THE NEW TRENDS and when you ask them about trying somethin new they act all put out about it as if youre being a burden to them. That said, I gave them three stars because if you just keep it very basic and not want anything trendy or have them do anything creative or fun... I suppose they do a good to OK job. %(

Zanna Lickfold My nails are perfect. Absolutely stunning and perfect almond shape and design by hand. I did the snow flake winter nails. Im so happy and will be coming back!!!!

Omma J First time here. It looks like a husband & wife team. They are nice and have their process down. We went in for a shellac pedi. Called ahead to confirm time. All was perfect. The male ends with a massage and hot stone. $35 each was a lot less than what I wouldve paid in Seattle area. We dont get the quality leg massage like this place. I definitely recommend it here.

Karlee Reynolds First time here and Amy was amazing!! Ive only had two people do my nails for almost 20 years and she did not disappoint. She was friendly and kept asking me what I liked. I will be going back. Plus I was done with my fill in under an hr.

Tiffany Robarge What an absolutely amazing place! The staff is super friendly and kind, the place is clean and beautiful and my nails look better than any salon Ive been to in years! I cannot say enough nice things about this nail salon! It is definitely my nail salon from now on! Over a year later and I wont go anywhere else because this place is amazing!

Nicole I used to love this place. Was always my go to. Had several pleasant experiences there. However 2 times within the last year I tried to call and make an appointment. No one answered so decided to stop in to make an appointment. Didnt even get all the way through the door before we were told "were busy". Thats fine. Ill take my business across the street with much more friendly employees.

Carina Anguiano I have come to dislike this place when they charge always feels like they make up prices as they go. the only gal I go to does an amazing job which sucks cause no one does nails like she does, I get the same nails all the time almond shape French tip nothing fancy NOTHING extra for a full set I get charged $75 that’s fine, cheaper than other places for sure for a full set, but my fills have always been $45 just a fill French tip nothing fancy NOTHING extra no cut down just a clean up amazing never had a problem with that price, but now they want to charge $60 for a fill when at that point I might as well have gotten a full set they really need to bring back wall pricing.

Nidian Curiel I had a damaged nail bed due to having acrylic on my big toe by someone else. And the girls there were super helpful on helping me pick out the color and what to get on the nail so it wouldn’t look bad. The pedicure was fabulous and the service was wonderful. And the owners were SUPER SUPER nice. And for the price, definitely will be coming back. All around the service is exactly what you need.

Megan Seaver They were cheaper, nice, and seem to do a good job. However, after 3 days my nails already started to lift. Multiple. In the edges were all gouged and there was acrylic left under every nail and my nail tips were not glued all the way down so theres big gaps between the real and fake. I go to a nail salon because my hands are too crippled to do it myself, and I still had to go home and fix the shape and gouges on the sides. For somebody, who gets clear acrylic without even top coat, I should not be charged the same price as someone with all the extra work. Nail salons in general now, upcharge for everything when you get a fill or a full set, shape should be included. I was trying a new place and evidently this is not it.

Ashley Walker I JUST left this salon and wanted to say this was the absolute best pedicure I have had in my entire 25 years of living. The staff were very friendly! Everything was neat and clean. I got the $55 pedicure with shellac so it was $65. I have to say the hot wax on my feet and hot rock massage on my legs was SO relaxing! The older gentleman who did my pedicure was very nice and really paid attention to details! 10/10 would absolutely recommend this place for a pedicure! I’ll definitely be coming back!

_Little_White_Rabbit_ Great customer services and friendly environment. I didn’t get what I originally wanted but that was okay shaping of the nails were okay I felt that could’ve been better but I kept tensing so to be expected. For the coloring it was rushed and sloppy but the air machine gun wasn’t working properly. The guy that did the coloring was somewhat rude after he made me accidentally touch a nail polish lid and he would accidentally swipe on them and ruin the shine and get mad at me for ruining them. Over all I’m happy with how I was treated but the quality of my nails doesn’t match up to my standards. Making me disappointment, oh and trying not to touch anything with your nails even if it’s not your fault they well still get mad. Pedicure was amazing and nothing wrong happened for a first time.
