Colton Drake Bad service. No one answers the phones I waited for 35 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous… all that money and you can’t even hire someone to answer the phone?

Melissa Larsen My only problem is that the providers dont stick around so I have to re establish care with a new primary care provider each time someone leaves. But Ive still given them a good rate because Ive always liked the providers weve seen. As far as the nurses. Fantastic. Theyre amazing and very knowledgeable. The students are eager to learn and everyone has always been polite and kind. The person they have doing blood draws is the best. She got it done in one try even though my veins are notoriously uncooperative.

Maddie adams Don’t answer the phones, I called three times and put on hold for 30min and no one ever picked up the phone. They don’t post on the website when they are going to have different closing hours.

Daisy Cruz loved the service I have received at Confluence Health in Ephrata by providers and nurses. Highly recommend. Only con providers dont stick around and have to re establish care with new providers every time.

Junior Castellon I came in the other day at 3 and the doctor seemed very rude almost as if he didn’t want to be there. His tone sounded very rude from the way he talked.

Nicole Brodahl This Review is not in regards to any health services provided. It’s in regard to customer service. My son was very sick. I called the emergency room to see if I should bring him in. The person on the phone said “I’m going to stop you right there. We cannot give you any medical advice. WE DO NOT HAVE X-RAY VISION”. I understand that they cannot give medical advise, and that’s fine. But that’s all this person needed to say on the phone. They didn’t need to say that they don’t have X-ray vision. That’s just about the rudest thing you can say especially to someone who is potentially having an emergency. ESPECIALLY because X-ray vision isn’t something you use to medically diagnose someone. Be better.

David Harrison I love the staff here. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. Medical places will always have negative Nancie’s because people don’t feel good. But if you just be kind with staff they are kind too. I can’t imagine how rude a patient must be to make the staff here mad. They are angels.
