Jessica M I’ve been a loyal customer at E Nails for the past three years and a frequent visitor over the last decade and I cannot say enough good things about this salon. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and incredibly talented. On occasion, I request a specific design, and the artist nails it every time—pun intended! E Nails will always be my top choice in Yakima, hands down.

Heidi Grimm My nail tech was super focused on customers coming in.I had a gel polish done I ended up getting a cuticle infection not sure how sanitary their tools are. It was not bad but over priced, nice seating but definitely not as realxing as I had hoped for. Especially since they serve adult beverages. The atmosphere busy.

Sonya Owens The nicest setup I have seen. They accept walk I s and are friendly. I got a full set and manicure and they did a great job. Very satisfied. They even serve wine and mimosas. Loved my experience!

Carmon Haney The receptionist Emma was not attentive and rude when explaining the services.this was the third time I went for service and both times before the didnt have time in the middle of the day ? I asked if I could get a Reg mani pedi and was told they only do shellac ? I was then informed it wasnt a together price 35 for pedi 25 for mani as in past ...and they would NOT do regular polish for me! I asked twice to clarify, yet when she did my pedi another girl asked would I like regular polish ? It was very high priced and confusing not sure if language barrier was a problem. The new girl was good. I will not return. Rude customer service by the receptionist Emma was enough to take my business elsewhere.

Kristina Lomedico This nail salon is excellent! I moved from Seattle to yakima and it’s taken me two months to decide on a nail salon. I’m glad I chose this one! They were extremely busy but were able to keep up with the influx of customers. My shellac manicure was $30 which is pretty standard and if you look at the picture I attached to this review, you can see the job they did. I will definitely be coming back to this nail salon!

Stephanie Lockett This is my special "me time" place. I feel so relaxed in the massage chair while getting my mani-pedi done. I love how Q always takes special care with my nails. Overall, the service here is wonderful.

Jessica Lopez I was able to get immediate service. I also loved the many colors they have a color wall, it is very clean, and my nail job was fantastic. I have had no problem with my nail polish shellac chipping or peeling. It was affordable and they even did my three year olds nails. I am going back and would recommend them 100%.

Danielle My gel nails started peeling away from the cuticles after two days!! For how expensive it is to get your nails done, it is ridiculous to have them last only a couple of days! I also received the shortest, ten minute pedicure as well. Go somewhere else! There are many other places in town that take their time and do a good job.

Daniela Ortiz This place legitimately sucks. My nails were not covered all the way in nail polish, I don’t get my nails done very often because it’s a luxury for me and it wasn’t enjoyable, I felt rushed, I felt like they were talking about me the man who did my nails was in a hurry, he was rude. overall a sucky experience will never go here again.

Annette Steward I’ve been to K Nails in the past and had good pedicures. Today unfortunately things didn’t go so well.
