Tiffany Clarno Gabi was amazing! I went in asking for a pixie cut and she made sure I was completely happy with my hair before I left. She was super friendly and made me feel like I had known her my whole life. I will definitely be going back to her for any future appointments. Highly recommend!

Jordanne Burke Maria is a miracle worker! I’d made the mistake of getting my hair cut at a Great Clips and came home crying. I’m pretty sure I could have cut it better with no experience. Even though Maria was booked, she managed to squeeze me in between appointments and fix the disaster. It’s beyond better than I could have expected! I’ll be recommending her to everyone I know.

Kaylee Waters Sammie is so amazing! She has been doing my hair since 2017 and I only allow her to touch my hair! Her specialty is color and I recommend her to ANYONE! B4 is so clean and chill I feel instantly relaxed. Love it here!

Angela Brown Had a great experience. Wasn’t sure what todo with my grey transition, I got great advice and left very happy. While I was there a man brought his wife with dementia in for a haircut and the male stylist was incredibly kind and patient. It was actually beautiful.

Lizzie Liz I called three times to make an appointment at The Mint Salon. An employee answered the phone and did not even say the name of the Salon and I asked to make an appointment and she hung up the phone when I attempted to try make an appointment with a salon for my hair. I was unable to book an appointment on-line and I thought that the Mint Salon employee was totally rude to me. I would NOT recommend the Mint Salon and Skincare - they never call you back and they are extremely rude haircare company.

Susannah Moore I see Payton for regular facials and what I love is they are an hour and a half. But time flies when your face is being pampered and hands and arms and head massaged. Im currently seeing her for dermaplaning and my skin looks brand new each time. Payton is professional and has a quiet and easy manner for these services. Last visit I wore my pajamas because I wanted to be as cozy as possible on her warm snuggly table. Its always sad when its over, the facial lymphatic draining is so appreciated, done with every facial. Prices are fair and worth every penny. I love the little shop and location, so easy to find, quiet, and private.

Tanaya Brown I got my spray tan done by Tiffany and I cannot tell you how beyond satisfied I am! I have searched around for many products that match my skin tone well and are convenient enough for me not to ruin and I have finally found a solution! It’s Tiffany’s rapid spray tan! Not only were my results incredible, she is the definition of professional but she also knows how to connect and make you feel good! I’m thinking I’m going to have to start budgeting in spray tans every month because I’m 3 days into my tan and it still looks perfect! I wish I had a photo for proof but not even pictures could do this tan justice! Just go see Tiffany!

Scott mccormick Nice atmosphere. Everyone is friendly. I get my haircut and my 10 year old son gets his haircut here. Timoney Wilde is the stylist we see and she is great! Shes super friendly and professional and we always look fresh when we leave! I would definitely recommend Timoney for mens/boys cuts.

Dori Z. Rhynalds I hardly ever leave reviews unless someone is exceptionally good or bad. In this case, it’s the latter. After great experience with Cyndy, who referred me to Cassandra due to wanting extensions, I had eventually a really disturbing situation with the owner Cassandra who admitted that the extensions she used on me were defective and faulty. (Her words not mine.) She said she would get them replaced by manufacturer. She later comes back to me and says the manufacturer will not replace them. She gave me several reasons why- but all but one were totally inapplicable and invalid and the one reason that had validity did not explain the severity of the problem at all . She did not work on my behalf to resolve this despite her admitting it was a product problem. didn’t try to work on my behalf to resolve this amicably. I went back to get the product back to try to resolve on my own. She sent her husband to give me back the product- and he literally mocked me and was incredible rude. His behavior was that of a petulant 15 year old. (Life too too short to deal with drama like this.) He acted as if he knew details of my situation- which he didn’t. Statements made to be were off base- and incorrect. His behaviors was deplorable for anyone to ever treat any client. (I’ve never been treated that way my entire life. ) Please also note she was “bait and switch” on the requirements/ cost/ upkeep for hair extensions- she presented one plan up front and then changed the frequency of needs once we got going, increasing costs sharply. I’ve had extensions from others, it’s never been like this. Regardless of the core problem, which might have been fixable with good customer service, it was the poor response/ behavior etc is what makes this interaction and situation with this business totally unacceptable. When you have a problem, you want a business to try to be reasonable with you, not stick it to you. Which is what she did. For all I know, she didn’t put them in correctly. But we never got to resolve due to the horrific response. Meanwhile, she left me in a lurch prior to a major event with my hair looking terrible due to the extensions issues. A good business personal doesn’t leave a client hanging - and treated poorly. The unprofessionalism here is notable and disturbing. Finally, as a more minor side note, Cassandra is constantly late for appointments which is frustrating and unprofessional. (She is often not even there yet during appointment time.) I am not the only one who knows about and noticed this. Its pretty disrespectful of a client’s time to not be on time or prepared for appointments. So, be cautious. If things go fine it might be fine. But, if things go wrong (which can happen with hair), don’t expect her to stand by her word, her work, her products etc and do not expect to be treated in a professional manner.

Jana Jondahl Cassandra has been cutting and coloring/highlights my hair now for over 2 years. We moved to the area and its honestly kind of intimidating to trust people with your hair. I feel very lucky! My hair was brittle and had been falling out (probably due to stress and age). She recommended the Aveda product line which Ive used exclusively now for 2 years. I just left there today and I knew she would be so excited to see the results because my hair is in the best shape its ever been. I attribute that to the quality products she uses but more importantly, her professional application to my hair in particular. Her skill set is something that is earned over time and again, I just feel grateful that I found her. Shes very fun to chat with, the salon is beautiful, she is punctual and accommodating. Lastly I feel like her pricing is appropriate for the quality received. Basically, nobody else is touching my hair ;)

Hunter Knox Cyndy is the best stylist in Tri-Cities! If you have curly hair and want highlights, you will find no one better. The salon is comfortable and always clean.

heather fuller-jones Cassandra has done my hair since I moved to the area two years ago. My hair has never been in Such good conditions. She has done a variety of services for me, including color and hair extensions. She is completely up fromt and honest about the maintenance, upkeep and cost of this luxury service. I have had terrible experiences in the past and was apprehensive of extensions again. However, Cassandra’s care and professionalism proved that I had no reason to worry. I highly recommend Cassandra and Salon Chic to anyone in the Eastern Washington area

Jacqueline DeHart Cassandra has given me beautiful haircuts ever since I moved to South Richland area. Her salon is convenient to get to, it is clean and relaxing. She gives a great shampoo and her fellow stylists are always kind and friendly when I enter. I highly recommend her to everyone looking for a stylist! She has a lot of experience.

grace sytkowski Went in for a walk-in and was given service immediately, Outhong was my stylist, and she was incredibly personable and patient with me! Carol Simmons Great Place to get your hair done. You can get it colored or cut or just styled. They have a variety of service here. I watched as others had things done and I was so impressed. Someone was having there make-up done for a special occasion.

Since other hair stylist damaged my hair. V Salons customer service is by far the best I have ever had too. The owners, David and Heather, are amazing too! Theyre all friendly and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend this shop to everyone. ALSO... Dont expect to be blonde from one visit when your hair is brown. Becoming blonde is a process, unless you want to damage your hair.

Eve MacQuarrie My pedicure here was perfectly fine with two exceptions. There are three narrow steps to get up to where youre seated for the pedicure. Im old and creaky and this was a bit of a challenge. You should be warned when you make the appointment. The other thing is that the soaking basin are really just sinks. No massage jets. The technician was sweet and did a nice job

Kelly Hansen I have loved my experience at Vintage The Salon and cant recommend Amanda Dixon enough. Over the last 7 years I have visited a salon maybe 3-4 times, and only for haircuts. This year I wanted to find a hairstylist that I trusted and could commit to seeing. Vintage came highly recommend, and when I scheduled my appointment, they suggested Amanda. She is amazing! She listens to your requests, offers suggestions, walks you through what shell do, and does an incredible job styling your hair, from cut to color. I have never received as many compliments on my hair as I did after seeing her for baby lights. I asked for natural, low maintenance dimension and she knocked it out of the park! Now, a few months out, it still looks great, which speaks to Amandas skill.

Marlowe Croskrey I went in today for a cut/highlights and saw Caley. She was so sweet, listened to my wants and concerns, and provided above and beyond! I requested a high contrast piece in the “bangs” and she nailed it. I don’t usually book again in advance but I had to!

Rosa Ontiveros I loved my experience at Bellarosa! The staff are very personable, friendly and very fun to talk to throughout the entire appointment. I’m usually hesitant to cut my hair because in the past I’ve left with people over cutting my hair. But this time I was so happy to maintain my long hair , get rid of the awful split ends and get a new style (because Tik Tok made me do it!) Jake Allen I have been going there for a couple years now and I have had a few different people cut my hair. They all take there time and strive for perfection even with a high and tight. Sarah Alcaraz Went today for a childs haircut. I dont remember the womans name but she was in the back. My sons hair was completely messed up. The top and the back were so uneven. We had to go to another barber shop to get his hair fixed. Would NOT recommend. Recommend going down the road to Freestyle Barber.

I called so many salons before finally finding Lacy. Lacy was so friendly & actually came in on her day off to fix it for me! Me Me Lacy is awesome! She took excellent care of my hair. I am very happy with my results. I wanted to bring my summer blonde down to a more natural looking shade and give it some depth. She put in low lights and highlights that gave me the exact result I was looking for. She also respected my request not to cut too much of my hair off. She is a very nice, personable lady who is also a very talented hair colorist/stylist. I expressed to her that one of the reasons I chose to see her was due to the way she handled a negative review she received. She laughed and said she had tried to get it removed due to the photos not being what she did. The photos are what that ladies hair looked like before she saw her. Anyway, I wanted her to know that not all negative reviews result in a negative outcome. I am super happy I chose to see her! I tried posting my before and after photos. I keep getting an error message. :/ I will try again later. Thank you Lacy! I love my hair!

Nevi Beganovic I scheduled a last minute balayage w/Lacy on a Friday. I went in and explained to her that 6 months prior I had box dyed my hair and that its grown out a lot and faded out to a light brown. The picture below shows what my hair looked like going into it. She did an "analysis" on my hair and chose the color that she was going to do my roots and then did bleach on the bottom w/no foils. She then washed it out and it looked like the second picture I attached. Basically the only difference is that my tips were lighter. I told Lacy that I was not happy because it didnt look like what I had asked for (last picture). She the did it again and this orange brassy results with extra white tips is what I got. She then tells me that its not going to look exactly like you want it. And it now makes sense why the bleach didnt take, cuz I had box dyed my hair. Youll need to do 3-4 more treatments and spent $1000 dollars to get it the way you want. She charged my $260 for this and looks like nothing that I asked for! she then wanted me to come back in and pay her more so she can "correct it." and wanted me to wait 3 weeks. I was so embarrassed with how my hair looked that I had to go in the following Monday to have it fixed (and it lightened way up w/no brass and only one sitting). I told her I didnt feel comfortable having her do my hair and asked for a partial refund (which I feel is a very reasonable request). She ignored my messages for 2 days and only responded back to say that there was nothing that she can do. Im completely offended with how I have been treated by Lacy and the lack of compassion after the hair was done. I would NOT, and WILL NEVER recommend going to her unless you want to get taken advantage of! 100% a mistake going there!!

Keesha Slack So disappointed in my haircut if I could give zero stars I would I called and asked if she was able to cut curly hair and she said she can. I went in there with long beautiful curly hair and I came out with hair that was 7/8 inches shorter (I only wanted a few inches off) and was uneven. I wanted bangs as well and it looks like she was cutting bangs but once I got home and I restyled it and try to make it look as good as I could I didn’t have bangs I’m just so confused I honestly don’t even know what to do. I had to go home and style it and re-cut some of it myself because of how uneven it was. I’m just gonna have to wait months for my hair to grow out. I honestly can’t stand looking in the mirror. I HATE my hair :( some of it might have been my fault. I should’ve told her that I didn’t like the way my hair was turning out, but I felt that it was too late. It was already extremely short, and I could just tell that it was going to be uneven, but she seemed so happy with it, and I didn’t want to hurt her feelings, I’m just writing this review so anyone with curly hair knows that maybe this is not the best spot for you…………… this is a part two of my comment you know it’s funny I read all your reviews and the ones that haven’t left so good reviews you comment back to them putting all of the fault on them. Why can’t you just take some responsibility I’d be more than happy to come in and show you my hair I only cut inch or so off my hair to fix that unevenness you did cut 7 to 8 inches off my hair. You even said it almost touches my butt my hair does not even touch my shoulders now, you’re extremely unprofessional and I took some fault in my review you should too and what would you call my hair I have hair curly hair I have type 3c/3 B I’m sorry if you where expecting white people curly hair and that’s how I know that you don’t know how to cut curly hair you do don’t even know what to call the texture of my hair you as a hair professional should know what the texture of my hair is called

Nou Hamlin Had a DIY moment and chopped my hair into chunks. Called Creations for same day cut and was able to see Nicole Barnes within minutes. She was great! So caring too of what I wanted and how I felt about doing things we didnt talk about. Ive had not so great experiences with salons, which is why I attempted DIY, but Nicole and Laurel (who assisted, also knowledgeable/caring stylist) were great and turned my chop into something waay better. They truly wanted me to leave Creations with what I wanted and not just "a cut". Too bad I didnt do a before/after. I highly recommend Nicole! :)

Susannah Moore I have grey hair growout that causes me to get colored every 3 weeks for years. Even with gently growing out my grey. Lydia did low lights and highlights so finitely that it wasnt for another 5 weeks that I needed another appointment. Went back and Im now at 9 weeks since Ive last had my hair done. Ive received multiple compliments on my grey growout that looks so natural. Mostly its the first time I have liked my grew growout and able to start embracing it. Grey growout is a rough road for women but Lydias hair coloring talent has made me wish I found her sooner. Ive finally found a colorist that can phase me to grey gracefully yet still sassy and sexy. She is alsi pretty quick...I dont spend and entire afternoon at the salon. Game changer in many ways. Thank you !

Hayley Tracy We were referred to Nichole by Emily! My boy got the worst hair cut of his entire life and it took over an hour for a buzz cut. NICHOLE didn’t edge his neck or around his ears. It was blotchy because she didn’t press the guard to his head she was like hovering it. when NICHOLE was making cuts with her scissors she was sawing through instead on making full cuts. I had to ask NICHOLE to go shorter three times, and when she was “finished” his front hair line started and ended at two completely different spots, it was grossly crooked. I refused to put my other seven children in her chair. I reluctantly paid her $20 for her time because she did spend the time chopping at it after all. I’m beyond disappointed with our experience. IVE SEEN BEAUTIFUL WORK COME OUT OF THIS SALON IN MY TIME THERE, if you choose this business choose your stylist wisely.

Terry Temple I got my haircut and styled from mid length to short hair as well as highlights. I was nervous about going back to short but I couldn’t stand having it straggly. Emily Torpey did an awesome job. I love my hair more each day. Next time I’m in the area I will use them again.

Alice Dora is the best stylist. She has been cutting my hair for years! She spends time at the end of the appointment to make sure my hair is perfect from every angle. Yada got a face lift and the salon looks great, especially the sparkling lights, (except the wall patching could have been better).

Trinity Richmond Bellamy is incredible! Shes really talented with both short and long styles, and she cut and styled my wifes hair so beautifully! It turned even better than she had hoped. We are both very happy and will definitely be coming here again for Bellamys skills.

Megan Clausen I brought my friend here to color/color correct her hair for her wedding. My friend(the client) expressed her concern about the integrity of her hair because the bottom 4 inches were bleached before and dyed blue plus she does have mixed hair (dry, course and curly). She also expressed that if it wasn’t possible to get close to what she wanted she would be fine with an all over natural color. The stylist for one did not do a test strand to see how the clients hair would do with the bleach even after it was disclosed that it was previously processed, the stylist proceeded to bleach her entire head. The stylist then left the client alone with bleach on for too long and did not check during the process. When the stylist finally returned my friend asked if the integrity of her hair was okay and the stylist said it was really good and suggested leaving the bleach in longer. My friend didn’t feel comfortable with that after seeing her hair lose it’s curl pattern and asked to have it rinsed out. After she returned from the wash station the stylist suggested doing another bleach session the same day not waiting a while even though her hair was starting to get elastic and almost gummy from where the bleach was applied to the blue hair which again was disclosed before the session that it was previously bleached for the blue. My friend tested the ends of her hair by gently pulling them and from how elastic like they felt and how gummy if felt we asked for an olaplex treatment after because of how much breakage was happening. My friend then asked for just an all over color. The stylist did not apply a filler or toner to the bleached hair to help hold the colors or cancel out the other color and on top of that my friends hair came out green. The stylist then proceeded to tell her that she should just buy a color depositing shampoo and conditioner if the green bothered her at all. I understand coloring is a process and so Is bleaching but feel the stylist was careless when it came to her clients concerns and wishes. Her hair came out green and patchy. She hates it.

Nin9liv9s * Im pretty sure guys name was Kevin. Completely distracted during cut. Seemed like a nice enough guy but he only got the right side of my hair on top. Everything to the right is half inch. Everything on the left is inch and a half.. Could feel it was off a day or two after but when I bust out a comb and really look its very very bad. Doesnt syle. Been wearing a hat. Update:shaved my head last night just couldnt deal with it anymore. For reference this was the only male working this day at the richland location, he said he usually works at the Kennewick location and was just helping out that day. His "brother" came in and talked to him throughout the entire haircut and I believe he said his brother used to also work for sports clips

Doug Hendrickson Needed my hair cut repaired after another botched by shaving side of my head. After letting it grow back, this stylist was quick and attentive with a nice cut returning to my prior styling.

Pam Newton They take walk-ins, but twice I went there, and no stylists were there. The receptionist was styling her hair and really didnt like me interrupting her. Wont go back there.

Tiffany Jones Went in a couple weeks ago with my elderly mother to schedule a haircut for her. It was afternoon and there was one woman working there. She asked if we had appts and we said no we just need to schedule a haircut. She hesitated and appeared to give us a look over before stating everyone was gone and took their appointment books and because of that she couldnt schedule an appointment for us. I just looked at my mom and signaled to leave as it was just immediately uncomfortable. I think she sensed my dismay and then said " I can take your number and have someone call you to schedule an appointment" so we left my phn number. She then kind of laughed it off and said " Id take you but Im expecting someone in a few minutes. " The whole experience was weird and disappointing. I wondered...well why didnt she schedule us with her for another time? Never received a call back from anyone.

Angela Gray All the gals in this shop are amazing. Rebecca is my preferred pick and she goes out of her way to make me feel completely at home and listens to what I want for my hair and does exactly that. Highly recommend Hair Studio West in West Richland.

Karen Bohling Thanks to Katrina Mercer for my perm and hair cut this is who u go to for a perm was getting my perm in town took 31/2 hours katrina did it in 11/2 hours i loved it and with a 15 dollar tip it was still 30 dollars cheaper than my other place she is my girl thanks again honey

She talks me down from the ledge when I mention Gwen Stefani or Jenny McCarthy blonde, and instead gives me the perfect blonde for me and keeps my hair from falling out of my head. Deidre Holmberg Ive waited one year to write this review. I finally got the last of the worst haircut of my 48-year-long life cut off last week. I didnt care about hair until it was a legitimate buzzkill every time I looked in the mirror. "Some layers" turned into a short, totally uneven, choppy, exceptionally ugly mushroom-head mess that I couldnt put up, couldnt tuck behind my ears, and couldnt wear down. I wore hats for MONTHS and seriously considered shaving my head entirely. Jenni just kept cutting after stating "where the part goes doesnt matter". FML. I will never go back, I do not accept an apology or a refund, and I hope that other people avoid this business entirely. #stillupset #yourfault #howdareyou #jesuschriststopcutting
