Jason Stumph Very nice and clean building. Andrea does an amazing job, and is very thorough with her facial treatments. She is always friendly and is easy to have a good rapport with. Highly recommend everyone go see her for any facial needs!

Denise Smith I always look great when I leave. Jill does a great job at helping me with my hair goals. She listens carwfully and makes great suggestions. This is one of the few times in life I have been consistently happy with a stylist and salon.

Fifi Rodgers Jill was awesome. I called to find a low budget option and she was so selfless and suggested Paul Mitchell School. Thank you for not self promoting to make $$ will def come here if I can in the future!

Kennedy Collins I absolutely adore Kim! She’s incredibly thorough and an excellent hair specialist. My hair has never been so well taken care of! I appreciate her advice and expertise, I can’t recommend her enough. The salon was clean and well kept plus the staff were super friendly. The Studio is a wonderful place for all of your hair, nail, and lashes needs!

Joanna B. My first time here and got my hair cut from Kim Peay. She’s so sweet, cute, and very talented! I can’t wait to come back and have her do my hair again! I highly recommend her.

Brianna Hills Rachael is not only one of the most amazing human beings you’ll meet but she does such a fantastic job on make up and eyelashes! I’ve been seeing her for my eyelashes for a while now, but she also did my wedding make up and it turned out absolutely stunning. If you want the best eyelashes and constant compliments, then you need to see her!

Kayla Duford I initially chose this salon because of the positive reviews and the inlander best salon in Spokane recognition. I had a positive experience while at the salon and had an enjoyable time with my stylist. When I got home and styled my own hair, I realized the cut was not right and looked very off. I then reached out to the owner of the salon via Instagram to see if this could be fixed by another stylist at the salon. She informed me there is nothing she can do unless I want to pay full again and I need to reach out to the original stylist who cut my hair instead. I did not feel comfortable returning to the original stylist to fix my hair. The original stylist did text me and was upset with me for going above her head to the salon owner. I sent her pictures of my hair and explained why I was not happy with the cut. She did offer after that to fix it. However I did not feel comfortable returning after these interactions. So unfortunately I spent $70 for this haircut and will now be paying full price again elsewhere to have it fixed.

Michelle Jansen Joel is a maestro who listens and understands. His skills are excellent. I felt comfortable and safe in terms of putting my hair in his hands which is a big deal for me. I’m in my 50’s and I am nowhere near ready for retirement. This is part of my overall look and sense of self. Thank you Joel!

Brittany I had the absolute pleasure of receiving a massage from Cindy and I can confidently say it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and truly listened to my needs. Her technique was incredible—she knew exactly how to target tension and worked out knots I didn’t even realize I had. The perfect balance of pressure and relaxation left me feeling completely rejuvenated. Cindy is not only skilled but also kind and professional, creating a truly therapeutic experience. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional massage. I will definitely be back!

Taylor Knutson Irina was SO calm and calming with me and my service dog Merrick. She understood that my interruptions of our appointment to speak commands to him were necessary and when I did, it did not startle her, she even aided in soothing him in conjunction with me when he would alert to someone walking by our door as my face was covered (as he’s trained to do). Although he’s not your typical dog and he was between my legs on the table the whole time laying his head down staring at Irina and then sitting up to be in attention to the various noises (all normal, not attention grabbing per say) - she didn’t shy away or seem hesitant to fulfill what I had signed up for, she just rolled with the punches. This could’ve been an awkward session for her but the pressure didn’t lighten, her grounding didn’t waiver, conversation flowed and even being her first client with a service animal with 10 years- I’d never tell the difference. She’s very professional and soothing, accurate with her intention and consistent in her motive to ensure full relaxation and comfort.

Sharon Olson Cam is A-mazing!! She asked great questions (about my hair and otherwise) and really listened. She was personable and knowledgeable. I felt confident I was in great hands... I LOVE my cut and color!! I highly recommend her. *Plus I love the atmosphere at Urbanna! :)

Angelina Chinema Nice spot; the ambiance was calming and welcoming, staff were great and very professional and listens to their clients. I had a great gel manicure i haven’t hard for a while. And by they way they use as natural products as able which was a plus.

Abby Nisbet I get my lashes done with Alexis, one of their estheticians and Kleur will always be one of my fave spots to visit! So cute and welcoming. The girls always say hi and are so kind to my kiddos. Alexis always goes above and beyond with her lash services and makes a comfortable environment for this mama to chill for 20 minutes. Haley the owner is fabulous and has created such a lovely and clean space to feel fresh and new. Would highly recommend any of the girls for extensions, lived in beautiful color, or brow/lash/facial treatments!

Alison Ruygrok Hailey colored my hair for my wedding and it exceeded all of my expectations! She is so talented and a very nice person to chat with! The atmosphere is so cozy, warm, and inviting. Highly recommend this salon! Whitney did my hair for my wedding and all of my bridesmaids! I showed her an inspiration pic and she not only created the exact hair, but I even loved my hair more than the picture I showed her! Courtney Cossette Whitney is truly the epitome of skill and professionalism. My best friend got married on June 30th 2024, and she SAVED THE ENTIRE DAY!! Not only did she flawlessly execute hair for the entire bridal party, but remedied a situation that is every bride’s worst fear. Honeyb Studios was hired as our makeup artist for the day and no call/no showed the morning of the wedding. Whitney immediately stepped in, jumped on the phone, and found us a replacement just in time. She reassured the bride the whole morning and truly flipped what could’ve been a wedding disaster into the magical wedding day we had hoped for. I have been a bridesmaid for 7 weddings and she was by far the most professional and talented individual I have had the pleasure of working with. I would 1000% recommend Whitney for any event or service moving forward.

BforBlonde I went in as a first time customer for a balayage and was the most impressed I had to leave a review. Honestly, being new to the area, the harsh water destroyed my confidence and my hair. I came in sad, with a mop of a mess of tangle and oil. I left with restored confidence and money well spent. As far as stylists goes, I have tried everything from a beauty college to fancy "name" salons and never left 100% happy. This is NOT the case here. I left feeling like I was heard, and got the results I didnt even know I wanted! I went in with no pictures and vague instructions of, "I dunno, just lighter please." (Im not hair savvy okay? ) My stylist made it work! I will be back, no matter how long the commute. The salon itself was clean, on trend, and made me feel welcome. The cost was good value for the result. I have nothing bad to report. Keep it up Kleur, you are doing it right

Heather Dearman Jamie has been my hair stylist/artist at Sheer Attitude and I couldn’t be happier with her services. I’ve had haircuts/styles, eyebrow waxing, and she’s a hair color genius!!! Erikka Dearing This place was amazing! Leonela was super friendly and made my hair dream come true! Ive been wanting black and true purple for so long but was terrified to bleach. She made sure I was comfortable and understood exactly what she was doing each step of the process. The price wasnt crazy like some of the places I had talked to previously. All in all would definitely recommend!

Samantha Creal I used to shy away from having a regular hair stylist because my hair never looked how I wanted it to after my appointments. Since I’ve been going to Danielle at Studio 2.0, I love the look we get after every appointment. She is amazing! She does great hair color, cuts, styles, and even takes care of my kids. They have great products too. So happy that Danielle does what she does, and does it well. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their hairdresser.

Bettie Stiritz Danielle at Studio 2.0 has been my hair stylist for the past several years. I often want to change my style and I appreciate Danielles feedback on whether a particular cut or color will work for my hair. She respects my time and is ready for me when I arrive. The salon is clean, comfortable amd welcoming. I highly recommend Danielle and Studio 2.0.

Tabitha Whitney I highly recommend Diana Anders at Studio 2.0. Not only is she incredibly educated in every aspect of the hair trade, she educated me as well! She gave me the best hair cut of my life and I’ve been to a lot of salons. Great conversation and the salon is the cutest layout I’ve ever seen! If you want to go to a salon and walk out with the best hair cut of your life, I’d suggest giving Diana a call!

Trace LiVecchi I have been seeing Casey and Danielle for years and have had exceptional service every time. Theyre always so friendly and personable and cut my hair pretty much exactly how I want it. Coming from walk in hair salons, Studio 2.0 is miles better and I highly recommend them for anyone in need of a new hair stylist.

McKenzie Rahn Danielle is amazing, I have been going to her for years! Every cut and color has been perfection. I can always relax and enjoy the experience because there’s no reason to stress, I know my hair will turn out great each time!

E Collins I scheduled a curly haircut with Abbey, nothing but professionalism and was so knowledgeable when it comes to cutting curly hair. Most hairdressers in Spokane, are not knowledgeable, unfamiliar or intimidated when it comes to cutting and styling curly hair. Not Abbey! Thank you so much for taking care of me and my curls.

Judy Warner Julie is amazing working with curly hair. She has a great team so whether your hair is straight or curly, you will be happy with your cut.

MS. Lavender My daughter had a prom to go to and it was a simple makeup idea. She got foundation, green eyeliner and a glossy lip. $100 that’s it. To much money for something so simple. I did her lashes because she’s said it would be $75 on top of 100 for make up!!!!$$$$$too much money

Who_knows:[who] I called the salon, and they referred me to Diana. She told me over the phone that the appointment with color and cut would be 120 ish dollars. I told her exactly what I wanted and told her my hair had been dyed previously before and it was long. I came in for my appointment, and the first thing she said was that it looks like 300 dollars would be the cost and asked how much my budget is. I have no problem with this price as long as she had warned me beforehand. The only thing she did was run a test strand for a couple minutes and said there was no way we could get red into my hair which wasnt even the color I wanted and I corrected her but she continued to say red. I accepted that, and she asked if there was anything else we could do. It seemed she forgot about the haircut entirely. Honestly, I cant say how her work is because I decided to get up and leave, communication was really bad and I decided if she cant even hear what Im saying 50 dollars was definitely not worth a haircut from her.

Ben King This Hair Salon is absolutely amazing! It is owned by a gentleman who loves what he does! I started going to him when I was in grade school and have tried other hair salons but have always come back to him! He does an amazing job and you will always be pleased when you leave! So if you need your haircut and you are from out of town or just want to look good for that job interview or whatever he will definitely help you out!

Valorie Parker My mom sent me to John probably 20 years ago and I am still going to him. I have many wide scars on my head and John is the only person who can cut my hair without literally destroying it. He knows more than the basic cut, he uses logic with his skill. He is an artist. He listens to your concerns and makes his magic happen.

Ally Armbruster I honestly cannot say enough good things about Hailey! She gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. I have a lot of hair and it is fine so not many people know how to cut my hair as well as take the time to do it nicely. Hailey went above and beyond to make sure my hair was gonna lay nicely, have great shape, and not be so heavy and bulky on the ends! I also got a balayage done and I have never been so happy with the results! She doesn’t rush you out the door but makes sure you actually get what you want. I’ve never had a stylist care so much if I’m happy with my hair or not. I actually enjoy looking at my hair now and we lightened it without it compromising my hair. The attention to detail is unmatched and I officially found my favorite stylist in Spokane! I’ll definitely be back to her again.

Kelly Rao Hailey is truly an artist that listens to what you want and has the knowledge - talent to deliver. All I can say is WOW!!! She has an amazing personality. So much fun. Super helpful in teaching me and explaining what she is doing. She far exceeded my expectations. I am incredibly happy with my hair. Thai was my first visit. Already have my next appt scheduled with her. Thankful I found her!!!

Christen Diamond Hailey is a hair Magician! I literally came in with a birds nest in my hair, ready for a change, needing something that looked a lot more professional and tamed. Haley spent three plus hours transformingmy hair. She foiled my whole hair in highlights and low lights. I dont usually let someone cut my hair it probably hasnt been cut professionally in 10+ years. She was extremely careful not to lose my length. She also flat ironed my hair. Yeah I felt like my hair was healthy again. I got home and my husband was washing his truck and started hooting and hollerin’Hyping me up in his fan girl mode!! Yelled this so loud that the neighbors heard. He said oh girl look at you, lookin’ so fine with that beautiful hair, Ooh girl you know you’d be stopping traffic… it’s time to go dancing lookin’ so fine!!!! I couldnt stop laughing. Katrina Flores I am a travel nurse from the south and had not had my hair touched in years, when I came to Spokane I wanted my hair done and did a lot of research and came across Hair by Hailey. I read reviews and decided to give her a try and boy am I glad I did. Hailey knows about colors and she knew exactly what I wanted when I was telling her, she is hands down the best and I wish I could take her back to Mississippi with me. Miranda Brown Thank you so much for the awesome cut!! Prior to coming here, my long, straight, and thick hair was butchered so uneven and much shorter than i ever wanted by a "pro". That was over a yr ago... I just wore it up and waited until some of the length was back to get it fixed. I was very nervous. Tran is amazing. She did an exceptional job bringing my hair back to life and keeping enough length. She had so much attention to detail and took pride in her work. What a great experience! Im not going anywhere else after this! Oh and eyebrows got done as well. Kept natural shape, even, and Im very happy about that too! Yay!!

Ani Koop I am a barber who has been endlessly searching for two years for someone who can execute the perm my client wanted to achieve since moving away from his hometown and old perm master :) Everyone on the Spokane salon page claimed they were the best, but none of them (3 separate stylists) delivered the results that Trang just made happen. When people come in and sit in my chair with curly hair I have the perm he wanted in my mind- to inquire if their hair is natural or a perm. (Good perms look natural btw) This week alone, Monday and Friday- I had two separate clients come in and reccpmend Trang at B&T. She is by far the BEST! I have seen the results and can finally relax- he got the perm we have been searching endlessly for!!! I’m SO THANKFUL!

A.Y I great pleasure to get my hair fixed by Tran. she was able to fix all the year long mistakes by other hairdressers due to not able to understand asian black hair. The hairdresser was on point with time and making sure to include me in the process of the hair appointment. Thank you for the quick service.

Devaney Brown I just got my hair colored by Alanna. She did an excellent job and her attention to detail went above and beyond. The whole experience was luxurious. She gives you the option of enjoying yummy snacks and drinks, provides a relaxing shampoo in the COMFY sink AND beautiful results when shes done. Thank you for everything, Alanna!

lana glennie Charity is amazing, she does amazing work. I had a horrible experience at a different salon, charity was able to get me in immediately and fix everything. She is sweet and kind.

Z Customer Im choosing not to disclose the hair stylist/color expert. This professional was kind & friendly, but unfortunately, I did not find a great color artist. With the prices they charge, I expected to have something resembling the look I was going for. Instead, I paid a fortune for one of the worst color jobs ever. Beware! Over confidence, under delivering & a lack of accountability has been my experience.

Katie Iacolucci Booked a last minute appointment on the spur of the moment with Taylor. I haven’t had luck with stylists in the past as they usually would tone my hair ashy or not give me the dimension and contrast I wanted in my hair. Taylor did my hair yesterday and it came out perfect! Definitely my new hair lady from now on, very personable and can see the vision.

Briana I had a fantastic experience getting my haircut and eyebrows waxed and tinted! Nicole is incredibly talented at matching haircuts to face shapes—she gave me a cut that complements my features perfectly, and I absolutely love it. marina lopez I don’t usually write reviews but unfortunately I did not have an exceptional visit. First, the ladies in the salon were talking very disrespectfully about other women. Not appropriate especially while clients are in for an appointment. Second, I got my hair done by Hailey and she did not do what I asked. I showed her pictures and told her exactly what I wanted. I empathized on how I wanted to keep my ends bleached (as they were when I arrived), also more bleach on face framing strands, and my roots darker to cancel out the brass. After she toned it, it came out one light brown color. Zero blonde. I was told it will wash out but my blonde is nowhere to be seen. My hair did not turn out the way I explained, even with the pictures I showed her. I did not feel heard, this isn’t what I paid for. Elizabeth Clark I saw Teri to get some highlights/lowlights mixed in to tone down some less than satisfactory color I got at another salon. My hair was toned as well. She did an amazing job. It looks way better than I thought was possible. The ladies there are nice and they are experts at color. If you dont have a salon, I would recommend that you try them out. Pricing is really fair and theyre very good at listening to what you want and adding in great advice for what will work best for you.

Hope Spring I’ve been coming here since Melissa did a gorgeous updo for my wedding a couple years ago (she completely amazed me and exceeded my expectations by far), then again Melissa helped me out big time with a really nice cut after not having one for years and it made me so happy. Then a few days ago I went to get some color done by Michelle. I got a pretty big change and was super anxious about it because I haven’t had a big color change for a long time but Michelle nailed it! I don’t go anywhere else now, this is my place.

Sydney Kearns Katie has been cutting, dying, and styling my hair for a couple of years now. I absolutely love going to Craft, it feels like a chill luxury salon. My hair always feels amazing afterwards and I can’t imagine going anywhere else!!

Amy Otteson Vicky has been doing my hair for 5 years and she has completely transformed it. From fried broken hair to the longest and most healthy it’s ever been. I have moved across the state and have tried other salons in my area, but no one compares in skills, knowledge and artistic ability like Vicky and the Luxe team. It’s 100000% worth the travel to get your hair done at Luxe. I will be a continued customer over and over again.

Kelly Anderson Sudac This place is expensive! Why? Because they are topnotch. My facials, hair, and Facial injections are absolutely amazing! I love Vickie and Brennan. They greet you with eat and drink snacks. I have never had to wait more than 5: minutes and its worth it. The salon and spa is beautiful. You get what you pay for.

Taylor Brown I recently visited Luxe Med Spa and Salon and had the pleasure of working with Brennan, the nurse injector, and the rest of the amazing team. As a guy, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Brennan made me feel at ease right away. She took the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Emily Herbert Ive gone here for hair, nails and skin(LOVED them all), but I dont think many people know about the energy healing services. The space is so beautiful and relaxing! Sound baths are a great way to be introduced to energy healing / reiki and practice mindfulness and meditation. Jill -(the owner) and Danielle are very knowledge and passionate about their work. If youre looking for something to add to your self care routine- this is it!!

Kristen Green I had my first appointment with Crystal today, and she is fantastic! So friendly, personable, listened and asked questions to really understand what I wanted with my haircut. Im fairly picky with my hair and man.... she gave me the best haircut Ive ever had. She plucked out of my brain exactly what I wanted, and knew exactly what I was talking about! Im so glad I stumbled upon her on Instagram, and cant wait for my next appointment. Highly recommend her!

Blanca Esquivel Honestly the girls are great to talk to there but I’ve gotten my hair dyed a good 5 times here and I’ve just never gotten what I asked for. I’ve asked to be BLONDE, and each time I go I asked for lighter blonde/ more blonde. They redid it one time a couple of years ago without charge but other times I’ve just given them more tries so I’ve paid the stylists prices. There is always some sort of excuse as to why they can’t get my dark brown lifted. I’ve had my hair done at other salons in my old town and that was not an issue. Those other salons took longer to get me lifted to the blonde I wanted as far as how long I was sitting in a chair but in the end I at least got what I wanted. I keep saying I want to be lighter and they never go over my current blonde. I’ve just been given highlights on the brown parts I have. There is a good 1/3 of my hair towards the bottom of my head that was not even touched the last time I went. I asked why and she said it was already blonde enough and because of damage. I had just gotten a haircut right before this in that same visit so to me some of that damage should have even been cut off. Either way i keep telling them that my hair can handle the bleach! I’ve had this done before! decided to look at that1/3 part of my hair to see if it was blonde enough and sure enough it was mostly dark hair. If I put my hair in a high bun, it’s basically all dark hair in the back . It just looks patchy and I’m not happy at all. So much money over the past 2-3 years and I’ve never been able to say I loved how my hair turned out. Please just tell customers you can’t do it if you feel incompetent instead of making excuses. These as level 5 stylists and they’re supposed to be the best. Super disappointed. This blonde was done a week ago or so

Lisa Baker I was in town traveling to Spokane from NC for a funeral and desperately needed a last minute hair cut. I was able to get booked with Jayme F. and she did such a beautiful job. A.Y I scheduled a session with Alice to address the disastrous haircut I received at Oasis. She demonstrated friendliness, expertise, and proficiency throughout. To my amazement, by the end of the appointment, the stark contrast in my haircut had vanished. Alice transformed my half-bowl cut into a stylish long shag, earning my gratitude. A perfect 10/10.

Pastel Kenny After many bad haircut experiences I decided to come here and saw Megan Dawson. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed in the studio and gave wonderful hair care tips! I am very happy with my hair and will definitely be coming back!
