christina lee It was my first time accompanying my mother to her PCP appointment with Dr. Che Junghee on 01/23/24. My mother recently suffered a left clavicular fracture and concussion after a horrific car accident… Dr. Che Junghee and all the staff members were so supportive and professional during the appointment! As a result, we were able to obtain the required medical forms, as well as prescriptions and a referral to a chiropractic specialist near our area covered by my mothers insurance! The patient experience with Dr. Che Junghee is excellent, especially if you are able to speak Korean!

As soon as I told my mother that there seemed to be a hemorrhage on her brain, Chae Jeong-hee Clinic quickly performed a CT scan and everything was resolved successfully with a quick and simple procedure. Betsy Choi I first visited this clinic during the summer of 2020 and my very first impression was that the front desk worker was very friendly and playful, the nurse was a bit on the quiet and gentle side, but to my surprise would crack a joke every now and then, and the provider was extremely caring and sweet. Despite the fact that the clinic has become so much more busy now, they have not changed at all. Everyone tries their best to give us patients quality care, even if it means skipping lunch or working overtime. Its really hard to find such good people, so I truly recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone!

Frank Beck Dr. Coray was very cordial and helpful, as were his assistants. He clearly showed me in X-rays the deterioration in my knee, and provided me options. Waiting room was a short wait time, and they actually started working with me before my appointment time. Shortly after visit, I got an email connecting me to website that allowed me to communicate with them. My questions were answered promptly. I would highly recommend this team.

Nancy Waples Dr. Coray, Gave me my life back. He was straight forward. Did not Sugar Coat the pain that came with a Total Knee Replacement. After 4 days after surgery I was almost pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Coray!

They have gone above & beyond what one could hope for from their doctors office. They pushed forward & took the extra steps needed to make sure that I received the proper care & attention that was needed while fighting Labor & industries as well as with Social Security where as other doctors had given up because they were overwhelmed or just didn’t want to put in the work that was needed. Melvin Nottle He found I didnt have a cyst in my hip. He was very understanding about how disappointing this was. I hoped when they got the cyst out my right hip would get strength back and the pain would be gone. from my leg. He has me going to physical therapy now for 6 weeks. He felt this would really help me get strength back into my leg. He found I have arthritis and compress disk on my spine. Plus my sciatica is also causing my pain. He was very knowledgeable in. his field. Very friendly and impressionable. I would recommend anyone looking for a hip Dr, to Try Dr. dHeurle.

Nancy McMillan I have had great experiences with Puget Sound Orthopedics in the past and this recent visit with Dr d’Huerle was no exception. He is kind, gentle, took the time to explain my diagnosis and X rays and the treatment options. I felt very comfortable in his care and while I hope the injection in my knee takes care my knee issue would not hesitate to see him again for future issues. Highly recommend!

Bradley James Im reading other peoples reviews and cant believe that we saw the same doctor. The Albert Dheurle that I met with was rushed, condescending, impatient and rude. After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment our interaction was less than 3 minutes total in which he determined that the person who diagnosed my knee pain previously was wrong and that I just need to do some stretches instead. He didnt ask any questions about the pain or its history and seemed annoyed when I tried to explain what had been going on. He made me feel like I was wasting his time.

Erin Pope My husband had surgery here and was in a lot of pain in the recovery room. David was an incredible nurse and stepped in to take care of him and advocate for him. He also checked in with me and made sure I was comfortable as well. His empathy was such a gift. Give this man a raise!! It’s reassuring to know my husband had an excellent surgeon and also received top notch nursing care thanks to David. Truly a 10/10 human being.

Cari Page I had shoulder surgery (bicep tenodesis) with Dr. Heffernan just over two years ago. Im a nurse who injured her shoulder at work and I had two tears-the bicep tear and a labral tear. The pain, which had been continuous for over a year by the time surgery was done, was directly where the labral tear was, but Dr. Heffernan felt that the pain was originating from the shoulder and didnt feel that a labral repair was needed, particularly since it would limit my range of motion. I agreed and trusted his expertise. Im so glad I did! Two years out and I havent had pain since the repair healed and my ROM is perfect. It took awhile to recover, but it was totally worth it, no more pain! Besides his judgement being on point, Dr. Heffernan has good bedside manners, particularly for a surgeon, haha. I deal with doctors on the regular and many have horrible bedside manners. Not so with this doc. Granted, he didnt seem to find me as amusing as I do (lol) but thats fine. Only issue I ever had was with the nurse who put in my IV for the surgery having an attitude problem when I asked her not to put the IV in my hand (I have a long history of failed IVs in my hands, I have a bazillion valves in there apparently) but everyone else was amazing. Highly recommend Puget Sound Ortho and will definitely go back if I ever have more problems.

She completely alleviated my claustrophobia by offering a soft cloth to cover my eyes before being moved into the tube, adding bolsters and padding to ease the pain. What an awesome technician! The place to go!

Arlene I always prefer TRA over providers in a system such as MultiCare and Virginia Mason Franciscan in Pierce County WA. No waits for phone scheduling, no rude staff, never had a wait. Knowledgeable and patient technicians. All these qualities are lacking with the other two health care systems mentioned above.

TJ Gonzales No problem with medical care, but with BILLING! Two times where CHI Franciscan did not bill BOTH my medical health insurance on file even though the clinic scanned both health insurance cards and both cards were on MyChart! 1 Bill took over 1 year to resolve when none of my health insurances werent billed at all. Now another bill of $30 went into collections although it was hospital/staff error for not billing my childrens secondary insurance on file. Getting help with medical billing sounds like a 3rd party from another country each time, I even responded to messages on MyChart regarding my issues with no luck. Called the collections agency and CHI Franciscan didnt pull back their error. Still trying to resolve this issue.

Native One Not much wait time. VA very helpful. Care is very good. What I. Dont like is waiting on the phone , sometimes for an Hour to speak to someone. This a problem for many Veterans. I recently had a Stroke, in the last 2 days have spent approx. 5 hours on hold, very frustrating. Overall ,besides that. Once you get to see the right care giver, care is very good. Though sometimes frustrating. I commend all care givers for their service.

P J So far, the VA has helped me think better due to counseling. They help keep my system under control with the proper meds and prosthetics. They helped me not pass out by installing a pacemaker. And they saved my life when I had cancer. While no system is perfect, the American Lake VA has been a great help in keeping me alive and active. I caught this poster today. Plus I seen the VA person escorted them to the place. Im happy to say that the people Ive talked with were mostly happy to receive it. As you all know you wont be able to please everyone. But the VA personal I have noticed seam to always smiling this helps the the people with bad moods to be more joyful and smile them self The smile is very contagious.

Bill Gish I am 73, and Ive never had a better experience with a doctor in my life. Dr. Regimbal never speaks down to me, always listens to me, and explains what and why he recommends a particular course of treatment. He never seems in a rush to move on to the next patient. His office staff are helpful and polite, and I have never had to wait long for an appointment.

Stewie Milton Had surgery clearance done here and it’s been over a month and they have not fwd that information to my surgeon.. the lack of professionalism in taking care of a simple task to clear a patient for surgery is appalling. I do not recommend anyone to get any important labs done here as they do not take care of needs in a timely manor and when you call to express your concern they will promise a call back and never call. They don’t even return phone calls from the surgeon who needs the information.

Brenda Wilson Pharmacy staff was not concerned with my needs. I use inhalers to regulate my breathing. My new prescription requires insurance approval. I totally understand that. But when I told them I was completely out and to help me breathe and hold me over until new prescription was approved I was requesting to fill my old prescription which was just canceled less than one hour at my doctors appointment. Was told there was nothing they can do for me and there was no empathy to my situation. I left very upset and concerned for my health which was not displayed by tech nor pharmacist.
