Ouattara G. “Gigi” If you want a doctor that has excellent bedside manners and demonstrates compassion then look no further. Dr. Aguilar is a great physician all around and he really listens which translates into that what you say matters. Unfortunately there are countless providers that don’t listen to you and the conversations are typically one sided which makes you feel ignored and unheard. Dr. Aguilar is a great physician and even greater human being. My husband and I are so happy that we found him because he exemplifies the best of the best!!!

John Stewart Dr. Mata has consistently provided excellent care during every office visit I have had at Snohomish Family Medicine. He listens well and explains all care related issues thoroughly and clearly. His health care recommendations are considerate of my personal preferences, but tempered with his thorough knowledge of current treatments, medications, and current research. Thank you for the excellent care provided.

Mary Larsen Dr. Mata has been my personal doctor for quite a few years now. He is so easy to talk to. He never make me feel rushed. He is very knowledgeable and if not sure, he sends me to wherever I need to go.

Mari 54 Dr. Mata is truly amazing! I just switched my care over to him from another provider and he is so much more caring. He listens to my concerns and makes sure I feel heard. He is also very thorough in explaining any next steps of my care and explaining medications. Thank you Dr. Mata!

Robert Jones Ive seen Dr. Escobar for many years and she is hands down the best doctor Ive ever had. Theres a stark contrast between her and just about every other doctor Ive seen in terms of attention to patient details, compassion, professionalism and medical knowledge. She actually listens to me, takes time to address issues, and speaks to me on a human level. Many doctors have a dismissive attitude and offer the absolute least amount of time possible. The experience Ive had with her is the exact opposite. I cannot overstate my gratitude for the level of care shes provided. Its clear that shes passionate about helping people and is outstanding at doing so. Highly recommended!
5 /5
Rosanne Sterling I have been seeing Dr. Escobar for about 15 years. She is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She’s attentive, caring, friendly, and always has time for my many questions. She offers a variety of types of medicine besides traditional Western medicine, like naturopathy and others.
5 /5
Karin LaPierre Dr Escobar makes you feel as if you are the only patient she is concerned about. She truly listens to what you are saying and takes her time with you. Her assistant is also part of her excellence team and carries out the compassionate attitude. The office team greets you with a smile and begins the effect that this place really cares about the people that walk through their doors. I would recommend Dr Escobar and Marysville family practice to anyone.
5 /5
Emily Rosenzweig Dr. Escobar is a rare gem. So is her staff. They truly listen to your health issues and the concern they show is genuine. As a person with a chronic illness who has to remain covid cautious, I felt so respected by the offices choice to remain masking to protect their patients. This is a rarity in 2025 even though Covid remains an issue in our populations. WWMG should do everything they can to keep Dr Escobar happy because her patients would follow her wherever she goes. And because her practice is so busy and takes on the most complicated health concerns, I would like to recommend the practice hire more doctors like her to meet the need of these types of patients in this healthcare market. WWMG could easily become a complex illness specialty practice with more doctors and staff under her leadership.
5 /5
Anne Lambert Dr. Susana Escobar provides thorough, comprehensive, and compassionate medical care. She listens! She is very good and books out 2-3 months because of this. Schedule two appointments spaced out 3 months and after your next visit schedule the 2nd next visit out before leaving the office. This way you can stay on her schedule to be seen routinely for your chronic needs.

Andre C My daughter had fever and bad cough that caused her vomiting.  Not just once this week, but several. Called the clinic, was able to get on the walk in spot, Jaime, what a sweet MA she is… she put my daughter on the schedule.  We saw  Dr. Sandoe, who is so knowledgeable and personable at the same time. Then chest x-ray was done by Jenn, RT staff who was so kind and polite. We were done with X-ray very quick too and out of the office so fast. Thank you guys for all that you do and for having a kind and compassionate heart!

Kenny Y My family was greeted with warm smiles at the marysville location. Everyone was friendly and professional. We enjoyed the clean modern atmosphere. Staff got us in quickly, and the nurse practitioner was very kind and knowledgeable! We left very satisfied with our visit. Thank you!

Juliana Clawson I had a great experience at this urgent care. I was able to book a same day appointment online. I lost my voice and the staff was incredibly understanding and helpful. The staff at the desk checked me in quickly and offered drinks to help my cough too. The nurse was very helpful knowing it hurt to speak, and was attentive to my concerns. I pretty much already knew I had the flu, and was worried they wouldn’t be able to do much since most times in the past I’ve been told to wait it out. But the doctor could tell I was in pain and was able to help me recover far quicker than expected. They answered all my questions and sent my prescription immediately. I hope the staff here knows how much I appreciate their understanding and kindness.

countingcoup The office and rooms were organized clean... The staff was extremely helpful and polite and knowledgeable. The Nurse/Aids and Doctor spent the time in conversation of my injury, followed up with Xrays, reviewed and discussed next steps as well as recovery/recuperation. All business should be this good!

Renae James Great experience! Made my appointment the day before. Only had to wait 10 minutes past my appointment time. Everyone was very upbeat, professional and kind. The DR was great. Took her time with me and even though she has probably seen a lot of patients with my ailments she was sympathetic and attentive. I felt like she cared which is huge when you are already feeling so miserable. Got me set up with the proper medications and 24 hours later I am feeling so much better!!!

Bob Nassal I’m a new patient. Dr. Janeway took the time to explain his science-based philosophy to me. I feel confident that I will be receiving the best care from him and his colleagues at the clinic.
5 /5
Rebecca Tulloch I was a client of Dr. Myron’s for almost a year and every time I had an appointment she was late to it (including being four hours late to my initial visit). Then I never received information after a blood work test she had ordered for me to know what to do from there, something she had said she would follow up on. The final straw was the admins/scheduling team member who when I was asking for clarification on why I couldn’t just have a test ordered off my my chart message was told that I HAD to come in and if I didn’t like that I could find another practitioner. It was extremely rude and abrasive and I’m so glad to no longer be a patient here.

Tony V Dr. Janeway shares knowledge, listens to the patient, gives facts, and above all, is a practitioner who is the epitome of total quality patient care. Any / all concerns are addressed in a timely, professional manner. He is a doctor who does not keep looking at his watch only to say "sorry, your time is up".

T Otness Used the dental walk In service. I was up all night with terrible tooth pain. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind and super helpful. Was taken back and had a wonderful experience with the dental assistant. You could tell she cares about her patients and enjoys her job. When it came time to meet the provider she had less than desirable bed side manner, no empathy and told me that my tooth just needed pulled and that I would just have to wait and take Tylenol for the pain as it would be a while for me to get an appointment. No regard that I was a person with a life and in an extreme amount of pain and that the last place I wanted to be was at the dentist at 7 am on a Saturday. After I had left with no solution or help, I went and got a secondary opinion only to find out that I had an infection and needed antibiotics and that I had been completely disregarded. I had an infection that was not even addressed. So if you are wanting good care and to feel heard and have your issues addressed I would not recommend this provider

Heather F I feel like they do not listen to you to provide the best help and care. I was trying to get a referral to my other doctor to be seen right away because I was having issues and I told the doctor at least three times where I need to be transferred to and asked if she wanted to fax number and she requested that they could look up that information and then I found out days later when I got my referral paper that it was the wrong doctors office they referred me to, and now I have to wait longer to try to get this resolved and to make my appointment for my issues and Im really stressing out Im so glad I am getting referred somewhere else because these doctors do not listen to you.

Daily Activity I truly appreciated the way Dr. Joyce Hogan, managed my situation with such professionalism and compassion. Her thorough understanding and thoughtful approach made a significant difference for both my husband and me during this experience. We felt supported and cared for every step of the way. Additionally, the nurse was exceptionally pleasant and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring that we understood the procedures and felt comfortable. This level of care and communication made our experience much more positive, and we are incredibly grateful for their dedication.

germank9ismycopilot I developed increasing hip pain after a mild car accident. I requested to be reevaluated because the pain I was experiencing was not normal, I knew something was wrong. I continued to report the increase in pain and decrease in mobility, the response from my PCP was this: “Im flagging you for drug seeking”. She was more focused on making sure I didn’t receive pain medication then finding the root cause of my pain. I was finally able to see someone outside of Kaiser; by that time my femoral head (ball joint of the hip) had been lacking blood supply long enough for the bone to die and crumble to pieces. I spent months walking around on a hip with post traumatic avascular necrosis. Likely from a small fracture that wasn’t initially picked up on the first images. Had she looked into the cause of my complaints sooner, OR AT ALL, treatments/procedures could have been initiated and I wouldn’t be walking around now on an artificial joint. When someone complains of pain and is requesting additional diagnostic testing, I hope they start to listen. Getting a total hip replacement in my early 30s was not ideal. 0/10 ⭐️for their care/treatment 10/10 ⭐️ for their ability to gaslight a patient

Kait Do not attempt to go to this location if you are primarily on tricare insurance. They will not call you ahead of time to tell you that they do not accept tricare as a primary insurance and you will have to show up to your appointment to be told this. The scheduling center (when making this appointment) also did not notify me of this and said it would be covered and that there were no issues. They even saw something was off with my booking but still did not call to verify. I waited 2 weeks to be seen and ended up having to walk out. I am sure they are a good facility but this is just horrible service.

TAL R Both times I have been there I have specifically asked for specific testing and have gotten brushed off. This facility has workers that want to do the bare minimum. This time around have been very sick and can barely breathe. They did no testing for anything other than looking in my throat with a light and in my ears. They didn’t test for RSV like I asked them to. Then when complained about still having symptoms they followed up wanting me to go to urgent care on a Sunday to do testing for RSV?!? Why didn’t they do this the first time like I asked?? Total waste of time and total waste of money. I will not be going back to this facility.

Robin King My husband and I have been coming here over 20 years. Dr. Clark was our Dr. He retired this year. This place is terrible now. I do believe non of the Doctors are here anymore. Nurses are rude "go find another Dr.". Provider was late for my appointment and then rushed to leave. My Medicare yearly exam was not as thorough as it had been with Dr Clark. I dont know what happened but if you are looking for a primary Dr and compassionate nurses etc dont look here. Its not here anymore.

Shelly Breedlove I cannot recommend this medical practice. In fact, I would recommend you avoid this business at all costs. While I liked my provider, the office is poorly run and incredibly unprofessional. Over the course of the year while I was a patient, I had three separate instances in which they did not respond to multiple requests from my pharmacy. Three instances in a year that I had to call numerous times to get my prescriptions filled. I’m sorry but that is not ok. I don’t know about you, but I don’t have time to do my full time job as well as the job of my medical office, who is incapable of managing their basic business practice. Further, when I complained (professionally) about the situation, the staff didn’t seem to care, nor did the situation improve. Save yourself time and energy by finding a professional office that provides good customer service.

CDawgLee Lee I never even got in the door; my insurance provided a list of providers accepting new patients, remember that part its important. When I called to make an appointment with my assigned provider, I was told that they are not accepting new patients at this time. The person on the phone, when told of the situation and that I am literally ASSIGNED TO A PROVIDER THERE proved not only unhelpful, but a little rude. I dont know who my provider is going to be, but I know that it wont be here.

Sukhman Gill I hope this feedback leads to improvements in patient care and communication so no other family has to endure what we went through. Our family has been with this clinic for decades, so it’s deeply disappointing to share the treatment my father received during one of the most difficult times of his life. My father has been battling cancer, and when his previous provider, Andy, transitioned to a new role, his care was transferred to Haley Athens. Unfortunately, this transition marked a significant decline in the quality of care he received. Under Andy’s care, my father was well-supported, and he managed his pain effectively without the need for palliative care. However, when he became gravely ill and was later diagnosed more spreading of the cancer, our family struggled to find a palliative care provider due to the fact my dad’s health declined very quickly. During this time, we relied on Haley Anthes for support, but the experience was deeply distressing. Despite knowing the extent of my father’s pain, Haley repeatedly refused to refill his pain medications, even after his hydrocodone proved ineffective. I called the clinic daily, pleading for help to manage his pain and requesting lab work, but our requests were denied. Home health nurses also contacted Haley multiple times, urgently requesting an oxycodone refill for my father’s severe pain, yet there was no response or action taken. It was heartbreaking to witness my father suffer due to untreated pain. As a provider, Haley Anthes failed to demonstrate the compassion and care one expects, especially for a patient with advanced cancer. Pain management is a critical part of patient care, and her refusal to address his needs left our family feeling abandoned during a time when we needed support the most. It felt as though Haley washed her hands of my father’s case. She refused to take responsibility for even the most basic aspects of his care, leaving us to navigate an impossible situation on our own. If she wasn’t equipped to handle his needs, the least she could have done was provide referrals, coordinate with other specialists, or help facilitate a smooth transition to someone who could. Instead, she left us in limbo during a time when every moment mattered. We had to switch over to different doctors and take my immobile father to a different facility for the care he is in now. Not only did this provider help us she, also got my dad the pain medication within hours. Haley what goes around will always come around. May god bless your miserable soul. ✨

evangeline neubauer I never got to see my OB here, this review is just about scheduling. I waited 5 weeks for my first appt, it being my first pregnancy I was a little nervous. I would have been 12 weeks by my first appt time which seemed a little long, but that’s all they could fit me in for. I got a call the day before my scheduled appt (that I waited 5 weeks for) and they let me know the OB called out for that day. Okay, no problem I assumed they would fit me in somewhere later in the week. No, they told me I had to wait another 4 weeks for my FIRST appt. I would be 15 weeks by that time and not one Dr. visit yet. I’m very disappointed that I was cancelled on after waiting 5 weeks and no one made an effort to put me on a waitlist or try to fit me in somewhere. I was able to switch providers and get in right away elsewhere, which is a bummer because I’m so close to this office.

Dazzle Rae We needed a local womens health care provider and couldnt be more grateful for their professionalism and care. From check-in and appt setting at the friendly front desk to the awesome MA Katheryn who takes your vitals, we only experienced pleasantness and competence. Jessica Hurwitz, CNM is so kind and knowledgeable and she really takes the time to explain things and fully answer questions. Everyone is so patient, professional, and genuinely caring. Each visit they have been quick to check you in, take you back, and we never waited more than 5 mins before we were seen. The waiting area is clean and spacious with ample seating. Restrooms are also clean and clutter free. Parking lot is big enough for all offices that share the building, in addition to available street parking. So relieved to have found this amazing clinic!

Ashley Osborne My 2yr old is a patient of another doctor in millcreek- I called to have her care transferred to a new pediatrician closer to home, as she was due for a series of vaccines. When scheduling over the phone the person scheduled two appointments because apparently they don’t give immunizations and have doctors appts in the same location. As obnoxious as it was to have to make two separate appointments I had no choice so I was scheduled to have her vaccines done first, followed by her appointment with her new doctor 4 weeks later (this is their first available opening- 6 weeks after my call). I showed up 20 mins early today to make sure everything was good with insurance etc, only to sit in the waiting room for an additional 30 mins to have someone come out and tell me she can’t get vaccines without “establishing care” with the new provider. Although I was scheduled this way by their office- they had 2 weeks to figure this out before I wasted my entire morning bringing all 4 of my kids in for a pointless trip to this disorganized office.

Jaidyn Madison I really love the staff. Especially Anna G. My only complaint is how long it takes the phones to ring. In a queue or not, it always takes so long. I know they’ve had troubles with their phones in the past so I’m assuming it’s that again. But I can only call on my lunch breaks and can’t even get to a voicemail :( But other than that I highly recommend them!!!

It was traumatizing for her and took 4 people just to accomplish it. Absolutely not acceptable that they didnt listen to me about what the lab was even for. They dont accept my insurance now and I cant go back to get it re done. I used to love this place but after that bad experience I dont care for this location. I shouldnt have to get a babys blood drawn twice because of their own mistake.

Ami Braschler Im giving one star only because the people we spoke with were kind. My 26yo daughters PCP left the practice and they did not inform her nor try to get her set up with a different doctor. We called today, 12/26/24, as my daughter is out of her depression meds and the pharmacy wont refill as her PCP isnt around to authorize. We are told she has to schedule a "Transfer of records" appointment, and the first available is JULY 14TH 2025- thats SEVEN MONTHS from now!! We do this with the caveat that her meds can be refilled until this appointment. We are told no problem, we can do that. Well, guess what? The Dr the request is sent to DENIES the prescription until my daughter is seen. ARE YOU JOKING ME?? She is off her meds for a week already, and you want her to wait SEVEN MONTHS to get back on? This is outrageous and completely unprofessional. Doctors take oaths to do no harm, but have no problem denying someone their medications because their doctor left the practice? I am FURIOUS, and if I thought it would do any good whatsoever, I would call back and raise he!! with the office. Unfortunately, my rage would only be heard by the same kind people that tried to help to begin with. I definitely DO NOT recommend this clinic to anyone, and am researching other offices for my daughter now. This place is ridiculous.

What particularly amazes me is how well matched the medical assistants are, with the provider. Perhaps it’s simply that anpplicants are well vetted?! Every referral I’m given always results in a positive experience, even if the diagnosis isn’t a minor/sumple one. Hands down, every aspect of care at Everett Clinics -Now Optum- is top notch!!

Kelsey Sokolis We’ve had Dr. Chen as our daughters pediatrician since she was born in December 2022. She has always been such a great doctor. We had a pretty scary experience today and rushed in to have our daughter looked at, Dr. Chen was in an appointment but still took a few minutes to come take a look at our daughter to reassure us and give us a peace of mind. She went above and beyond for us today for coming in without an appointment and I will never forget it, ever. Thank you Dr. Chen for being someone we can trust with our daughters health care!

Alison Wien I had a great experience recently at the walk-in clinic with Dr. Kalayanamit. He was kind, professional, and efficient. Super nice of him to offer for me to my chart message in if my symptoms were worsening. The medical assistant (I believe her name was Carrie) was also excellent. Keep up the great work!

Michelle Luzzi I had the most caring experience here from the reception to the provider! Everyone I encountered was just so nice and caring, yes I had to wait but I think when you come to an urgent care that is to be expected!

RAUL S.R Checked in 10 minutes early for lab appointments and waiting 45 minutes still not yet called my name. I went up to the counter, the lab nurse just sitting there having apple and watching her phone. What about the labels she printed ? Just to put on the table for what...??? I been fasting for over 9 hours.

TITO QWENTEZ PRODUCTIONZ funny how the first review that came up stole the words out of my mouth, I felt exactly like this, written by Jenny: "Worst experience. The women that work at the front desk are so rude! I went to the walk in clinic and the doctor I saw didn’t seem to care! I would not recommend coming here" 1000% agree.

Cory S. 3 TIMES NOW IN 7 MONTHS, Ive had my provider fax orders to EVC for imaging and labs. All 3 were never recieved according to them. After much searching I discovered that not only are the web sites wrong, but that virtually no one who answers phones for tjem has correct fax numbers for any dept. The delays due to this has causedme to be hospitalized once and the second time led to an undiagnosed blood born illness that has had me sick for a month. They are intentionally set up so you cannot talk to anyone who provides answers or solutions and act as though its my fault when Ive complained. If you use an outside provider, I recommend finding a different facility for thing your provider may need to outsource. The only reason for one star is because its the only way I was able to post this review.

Savanna Johnson I have gone to this hospital for years and always have had a pretty decent experience. Staff is very caring always preferred this hospital over Providence. This time not so much. Took my six year old in looks like they did a remodel except it looks worse. I took my kiddo in as she had 104 fever after I gave her Tylenol and ibuprofen. So of course would rather be safe then sorry and urgent cares were closed. There was no one in the waiting room so automatically got triaged didnt wait long in the waiting room. Then they took us back and literally put us in a room that looked like a closet with a couple hard wood chairs. I was really confused as again have taken my kids here for years and have never had this experience. The nurse that took us back just said doctor will be in soon? Didnt even talk to us normal check in like whats going on nothing. I get it kiddo probably just has the flu and if it was an adult fine, but you have a kiddo with a puke bag burning up give her a bed my god. They were not busy and was literally an open room with a bed across the hall. Once again not 1 person in waiting room so not sure why they shoved us in a closet.

John Cochrane Ive not needed any surgeries for a number of years however my whole experience set my mind at ease. Dr. Meeds, his staff, and everyone tending to me during my surgery were extremely aware of my anxiety and made it as comfortable and painless as possible. From the admission to discharge the whole team was awesome. I am glad I was referred to this clinic for my care.

Keegan S Emergency room refused to make any reasonable accommodations for the disabled and now dont even have pillows in the emergency room for the beds to support the spine or muscles of those with injury or disability. Treated with disrespect and contempt the entire visit and wouldnt even listen to patients concerns or look at symptoms. Tried to give patient something they are on file as allergic to and argued with patient when they refused to accept that medication. When did they stop allowing pillows to help support the injuries in the ER?

Danielle My husband was here for 4 days after complications with a surgery. I would like to say a special thank you to our wound care nurse. He is extremely knowledgeable and no doubt valuable to our community. I hope CVH does everything they can to keep him on staff, you are very lucky to have him. My husband needed further treatment and was eventually transferred to SVH. Cascade was wonderful to him and tried their best to make him comfortable. Thank you, CVH.

S M Walk in clinic only!!! AS PER RESPONSE FROM THE CLINIC. THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH FFONT DESK STAFF!!!!! I was one of two people there. It was quiet. I literally was called back in about 2 minutes. The lady took my vitals, seemed to be bothered and not at all friendly. Let’s not mention couldn’t do a BP. I mentioned it was wrong, come on 41 I’d be asleep. So I thought this will be fast. NOPE!!!!! I sat there for 40 minutes, looked out the door all the rooms were empty & lights were on. So I was still the only patient there. I finally just hit up and left. After sitting in a room that long and not 1 person came in to see me or even provide a reason for the EXCESSIVE WAIT. I listened to the staff talk about patients and personal lives right outside the door. So clearly they were not busy if they had that much idle time giggling and gossiping. There needs to be some decorum at a doctors office at a minimum. If you’re so occupied with your own desire to gab and not care for patients maybe you shouldn’t be there!!!!!!!! It’s one thing to talk about personal stuff but when you discuss patients and people can hear you that’s just disrespectful. Not to mention leaving another patient to just sit there for 40 minutes. Last time I sat at the walk In that long, they turned out the lights and cleaning crew was there, that was unbelievable. So, this time I was not happy and I left. Never once seeing a provider. I’m not sure what’s going on at that walk in clinic but it’s unprofessional at best.

Victoria Johnson This clinic is amazing. We’ve gone to the older location since 2000, love the new location and are very lucky to live so close by. Every single time I’ve had to go in sick, I’ve had excellent treatment. They have an X-ray machine, an echo cardiogram, a fast lab, and a wonderful staff who make you comfortable and are kind and generous.

Conner Hastings This clinic is just another big corporate s show. They push you through the doors and treat you like a number not a person. After I was in a car accident they did the bare minimum in terms of treatment and when I went back to ask for a doctors note for lost wages they told me I would have to make another appointment just to talk to the doctor. Wouldnt give me an email or any contact information. Literally just needed a quick note but they just want to bill you more. Avoid this place if youre looking for quality care

Alex Weir I’ll start with the positives- the people (other patients) I met were great. I made friends I expect to be lifelong friends. The patients really take care of each other. A couple of staff members were great. (Aurora, Brittany, Abraham, and Ru are fantastic.) For the negative… there is a lot. This is *not* the place to go if you want any individual help or really any help beyond meds. I saw my social worker twice and didn’t actually have much time to talk besides just answering questions she was required to ask. I saw my provider most mornings but it was just a 30 seconds or less check in. A lot of the staff were awful. The lack of help they give patients I truly believe is unethical. A man threw up on himself in the cafeteria and we, the patients, had to help him and clean him up while the staff just stood around watching. This same patient was SO overly medicated that he could barely stand, he was constantly falling over or needing to lay down just because he was so ill from his meds. He kept asking for them to lower his meds but they kept saying he’d adjust- all while he could barely function and was told his release date was in a couple days. He throws up often, has an open wound that staff have neglected to care for, and is a fall risk. We truly were worried that he would die while on the unit. A friend needed his insulin and was denied it for 3 hours, he literally could have died in that time. I witnessed him incredibly patiently and kindly ask them repeatedly for help and they kept pushing it off. A new patient came in very unhinged and tried to solicit sex from multiple women before threatening a lot of us with physical violence. He was moved to the more intensive unit after this but we were told after that there was an error with the paperwork and he was supposed to be on the more intensive unit originally anyways. This was a major oversight and put many of us in danger- especially the women on the unit as our unit is a little more lax so if he got someone alone he could have done something really scary. The groups honestly were severely lacking. They are far too short and give very basic information- anyone who has been in therapy would know the info already. There is no individual therapy or care so the very least they could do is make sure that groups are better to help patients go home with some more knowledge. THREE different people’s phones went missing while I was there. One was found eventually, one still is missing, and the 3rd I never got an update on. Personal belongings going missing while they’re in the care of the staff is really worrisome. We aren’t allowed to keep these items with us, the least they could do is make sure those items are kept safe. The staff also gossip with patients about other patients. It’s super unprofessional and very concerning, they are not HIPAA compliant in the least. This should only be a last resort option for people who need to be kept safe from themselves if there is nowhere else to go.

Tom Fuller First and foremost, nurses are top notch and to good for this place. Under staffed and treatment team makes decisions without involving the patient. This place does not follow through with the patient and their promises they make to patients, they put a high stress load on their patients and nurses and in my opinion are completely all about money. They put dangerous , Delusional psychotic patients on the same unit as people that are just there to get treatment for their depression or substance abuse problems, and I want to reiterate. It’s not the nurses it is management nurses are kind, compassionate, and understanding, but they have no control over what Management does. Also providers do not spend more than five minutes with a patient. This facility does not care about their patients at all. They care about money.

John Stump I dont know where to begin at the moment but all I can say is Well done. Youre doing it right. I voluntarily came in a month or so back for one reason and came out in amazement after 8 days. Every one of you are angels in my life and will always be. Including your head honcho who I had the pleasure to meet. And I still look back and laugh at that interaction between the two of us. And without laughter and Hope and Faith. What is there! From all the police department including the chief of police. Your whole community is doing it right. Eyewitness things that left me in awe. In the last 2 and 1/2 months has been quite a ride in my life. And Ive had a lot of rides. And I left wanting to work there. Thats how much in all I was! I wanted to be part of your organization and Ive worked for many large and small. Im not going to give you my resume all I wanted to do was give you props. How everyone was handled with love. Priceless What I find really interesting is that I was taking a drive that day parked away from everyone and everything and was minding my own business. Praising and worshiping our Lord. With my dog in Eden.. Thats why I drove there Ive been in the Skagit valley area since I was six. Im 61 now and I have had an adventurous and prosperous life. But the whole experience including the experience of meeting a very like-minded individual who I continue to converse with Is priceless. The whole group of individuals that I came to know including the beginning teachers that were teaching us in group. Still amazes me to this day. Perfection in action. By the way whoever you share this with well know who Im talking about when I say.. My dog glacier says hi. And I am her Shepherd and the whole ordeal was handled with such gentleness. All of it. I know that you have career opportunities available but my path is taking me somewhere else right now. But just know I have a testimony now that includes all of you. And maybe someday Ill bring glacier in to share what she has to offer. Gods will be done Thank you infinity squared In one last note. And I find this very interesting. You know the things that make you go huh. I was the proud owner and operator of Pacific Northwest shepherds based in Bellingham Washington. And some of Arlingtons police officers purchased some of my babies so they could be trained. And that made me feel proud that my babies were going to be loved and trained properly. And I know my babies live and were 95% of all of them are . And I didnt have to vet very hard in those transactions. But I did with many and turned many away. Because when you raise a German Shepherd they need to know who alpha is. And they werent ready I told them to learn and study about the breed before taking on that challenge that wonderful challenge. And to look back at the connection is mind-boggling Keep doing what youre doing at least in my opinion.. You have changed my life for the better. And I applaud you

Kailey Anderson i was a patient here and i was on my period. i am very allergic to most pad brands but for some reason don’t have issues with tampons. they refused to let me use tampons and i had to use a washcloth like a woman in the 60’s and it was painful too. absolutely unbelievable and insanely unprofessional. demonstrates a complete lack of caring for patients and their wellbeing and heath
