Kent Palosaari Dr. Constantine is amazing! She truly cares and is incredibly considerate and respectful. She takes time and never makes you feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend her!

Katiebugs A Dr Constantine is my favorite, she sometimes tends to be a bit late but it is because she is such a fantastic doctor and has amazing bed side manners! She will make sure all of your questions are answered and if she doesnt know something will find out for the answers for you! I absolutely love her!

Raevyn Kennedy First time visit, it went great. Had a pap smear and she made sure I was comfortable the entire way through. She was very thorough with everything, gladly answered all of the questions I had, took her time explaining things to me and was able to get me a referral as well. She really does care about her patients and does not look at people as dollar signs or statistics like some doctors do. I felt very comfortable with her. Great person, great doctor, definitely would recommend her.

Sherri Ellegaard One of the most amazing Doctors I have ever met. Not only as a professional but as a person. I had already chosen a pediatrician before having my daughter but Dr. Constantin was on call at the hospital at the time. After meeting her and seeing the outright love she poured on my newborn, I immediately said, "She is the one for my child!". She was also there for my second child and later became my personal Doctor. Dr. Constantin literally taught me how to be a mother and kept me calm when my kids were sick. She takes time with you, doesnt rush, and listens to everything that is going on with you. Just an amazing Lady!

Patricia Kolb Bealer Nelson Chapman Dr Oh is a delightful doctor with a talent for making the patient comfortable. tell you each step hes taking so there are no surprises. Hes very concerned about your comfort. I would definitely trust him again.

Edward Etherington Dr. S. was a good listener, cared about my answers, did a thorough check both anecdotally and physically of my wrists, he was not rushing me, genuinely cared, and his solution was very successful. My cortisone shots in both wrists proved to be successful as soon as that evening. My grip is back to normal and NO issue with wrist pain early the morning. I want to thank him for his excellent care and kind caring attitude. So happy I had an appointment with him. Edward

Carole Busick I was really scared to get these injections. Friends and relatives told me they would be “excruciating”. It was nothing. The staff was friendly and helpful and professional, even warm. Dr Oh was kind, as always, very focused and serious, which I greatly appreciated. He told me every move he was making. I swear to you as the coward I am, it simply didn’t hurt. There was a litttle unpleasant pressure at one point. I said to him “that kinda hurts” and he said “yes, that is the pressure”. Then it was OVER. All in all it was just nothing that I will be afraid of next time. If it had been different I’d be saying so. Don’t put it off out of fear. Not necessary. I wanted to hug the nurses goodbye but decided it would be inappropriate. My pain rating upon departure was 0. Honest truth.

Debora Hart First off Dr. Samuel Lee is awesome. I absolutely thoroughly like him to the moon and back. He’s very personable makes you feel very comfortable and well taken care of it make he makes a person not feel uncomfortable about going into surgery .and I mean no disrespect, but the only person I can remember is Annie the first nurse I seen she was awesome too very nice very polite and everybody there has a real charm at making you feel comfortable before surgery. I wasn’t nervous. I’ve been there before, but they just have this good sense about them taking care of their patients in and out and nicely taken care of I like.

Jackie Bowers I do enjoy the Doctor here. The front desk staff are great. Ive only been there 3 times. In two years. No more meds for me!! The rooms are always clean. The bathrooms are clean. Ive never had a long wait time either. Nice medical office. I just choose not to take chemical medication anymore.

Jean My PCP is located here. However, if you have an appointment with an MA for something simple, you will be waiting a VERY long time! I waited forever for the TB skin test. And now Ive been waiting forever to have my arm looked at!!! I dont know what their problem is.

Thomas Cox Personally my experience there was great...! I have fallen in the tub, fractured some ribs... They were quick to assess my situation under proper diagnosis... The doctors nurses and x-ray I thought they were all professional. Every one of them was offering me a warm blanket... As a native American I take this very seriously... These guys are seriously good at what they do thank God when you have people like this... I give them two thumbs up and a smile that reaches my eyes... Im fine now but Ill never forget their kindness... Thank you.

Jessica Coleman I think I have found a really great physical therapy place! Well, I was wrong AGAIN! I cant believe it is impossible for my son and I to receive real help. Example: Improving, showing sign of growth, PT needs to care and dont. Its ridiculous! Physical therapists are really bad in Renton area. So my experience was horrible. I went in and my PT looked at my paper work, asked questions on how she may help me. I was like thinking what were you reading then? I said, well I have scoliosis and Im here to see if we can help it with PT or not. She argued with me 4x in a row!!!! She said you look even? I said i cant walk straight and Im losing my balance... even falling down. She then felt my spine over my clothing insisting I have a straight spine!!! this went another round of her telling me whats what! Finally, I said "Well, why did they diagnose me with scoliosis"?? She said in a DEMANDING TONE, "Who diagnosed you"?!?!? I said the person who did a full back x-ray and maybe my primary care doctor who referred me here for help. I said did you look at my x-rays. She said no and that scoliosis is permanent and untreatable!! I will not be treated this way!!! unacceptable behavior, not professional to act like you know it all. When your not even close to being correct. If your incompetent, HOW CAN YOU HELP ME WHEN YOU DONT SEE THE PROBLEM!!!

K. D. Dont bother with this facility; they will schedule an appointment, and confirm said appointment with you multiple times, only to cancel when you show up. If the team is this incompetent, I wouldnt take medical advice from them. Do yourself a favor and choose any medical group outside of this one. After multiple confirmations, I showed up only to be told their DO “Doctor” canceled my appointment when I needed medical attention and could have seen ANOTHER real doctor. These incompetent clowns wasted my time with an uncaring and callous staff that has a 100% I couldnt care any less attitude. They excel only in the areas of incompetence and motivation to provide abysmal customer service. I would fire their management team, retrain the staff, get new doctors, and keep anyone who can show up on time as a start. They even confirmed the day before to me via text! Yes, I am sending them an invoice for what amounts to the doctor not showing up to my appointment, wasting my time taking off work, traveling to them, and the fact I now have to bill them.

DeQuan Watson I havent been here for actual services. Ive stopped in here for lunch with some workmates. They offer a very good variety of food. Mostly of it is cooked fresh in front of you. Very healthy options with a good selection of drinks. Dont forget to go to the back of the room where they have pastries and cookies for sale usually.

Michael Struck Very good people! This is just an office building, but they do have a cafe that is open to the public and they have some interesting daily specials. The prices are a bit high for cafeteria food, but if you are meeting someone over here it is better than the few miles you would need to travel to eat.

I guess I must have needed to know that Google isnt Providence healthcare. I guess their website is maintained by monkeys..? No one at Providence can edit the website and if you meant to call Google then call somewhere else. This is 110% not Google!!!!!

MIRIAN AGUIRRE My visit to Kaiser Clinic was very well. The nursing team demonstrates care when my blood pressure marked too low. After I explained I usually have low values, they checked several times until they were sure I felt ok before to leave. The provider I visited listening me and my concerns, were very receptive and discuss with me his recomendaciones. I really liked the use of a new technology that transcripts what I said, in that way I felt the provider was listening to me and not writing notes. Renton team did very good job. Thanks.

Vuong Vo I have been dealing with hiccups for the past 3 years that occur daily. Justrecently, symptoms have been getting progressively worst where my hiccup start upon waking up and dont end until I use the gag reflex to vomit so that I may go to sleep. The hiccups started out very mild and would last hours when first onset. Ive seen countless Kaiser so called "Doctors" and have tried over 20 different medications with no results in helping easing my ailment. Lately, I was in Urgent Care twice in the 2 past months with the last visit Doctors actually found Lorazepam stops my hiccups. The Urgent Care doctor and 2 other doctors for my follow up visit actually refill my prescription at a week amount at a time. I had to have a in-person visit to my PCP, who was an actual fill-in PCP for my regular PCP because he is on maternity leave. For the visit I was asking for a supply of Lorazepam to get me through to my GI visit which is a month. That PCP started to become combative and stating the medication is to addicting and she would even never give it to her family members. It took me 3 years and countless drugs taken to finally find something that actually works on stopping my hiccups, other than vomiting. As a medical doctor their oath is to help treat ailments, not to leave the patient to treat their ailments on their own. So this PCP rather have me vomit multiple times a day for the next month until my GI visit. She now has added to my chart Im an addict due to me reaching out to previous Doctors who actually cared and prescribed the Lorazepam, saying Im showing signs of an addict by asking different prescribers. I am not an addict, I am a person who is desperate to have the only thing will help my hiccups stop, instead of vomiting multiple times daily. Maybe they will care once my esophagus and stomach lining need surgery to fix. Common Complaints: Limited Provider Network: Restricted Choice: Kaiser Permanente operates with a closed network, meaning you have to see doctors within their system. Some people find this frustrating, especially if they have an existing relationship with a doctor outside of the network or need to see a specialist who isnt part of Kaiser Permanente. Inconsistent Support: Some members have experienced poor customer service, including long wait times on the phone, difficulty getting issues resolved, and unhelpful responses from representatives. Billing Problems: There are occasional complaints about billing issues, such as unexpected charges, difficulty understanding bills, or disputes over what is covered by insurance. Long Wait Times: Delays in Appointments: Members have reported long wait times for appointments, particularly with specialists. This can lead to delays in receiving necessary care, which is a significant concern for those with urgent health issues. Overcrowded Facilities: In some locations, Kaiser facilities are reported to be overcrowded, which can lead to long waits both for scheduling and during visits. Care Quality Concerns: Impersonal Care: Some members feel that care can be rushed or impersonal, especially in high-volume facilities. This can lead to a feeling that their individual health concerns arent being fully addressed. Difficulty in Getting Second Opinions: Because Kaiser Permanente operates within its own network, getting a second opinion from an outside provider can be difficult, which some members find limiting. Very Specific Negative Experiences: Feeling of Being "Lost in the System": Some members describe feeling like just another number in a large, bureaucratic system, where their individual needs and preferences are not adequately addressed. Issues with Continuity of Care: With Kaiser Permanente’s model, members might have different doctors or care providers at different visits, which can lead to inconsistencies in care and frustration over having to repeatedly explain their medical history.

Anita Well organized Medical Clinic with most services. They have a lab, an eye clinic with a very nice optical department. To do further testing that requires more sophisticated machines like mammograms, bone density scans, CAT scans, etc. you need to go to their larger facilities. My favorite doctor there is Dr. Abrams. She is a very kind caring and knowledgeable physician.

Fasil Today I took my mom to her first appointment at Kinwell. What a mistake!. The lady at the front desk was awesome and helpful but when it was time to see the doctor and the unprofessional nurse that is when I realized we are not coming to this place again. Doctor Monina Daquio - Was no help and informed my mom that she will have to go another primary doctor. ( Less than 3 mins in and out) Jose Unabid - Was rude from the beginning to end. He also continued to laugh when asking my mom what was your primary doctor before us. Very unprofessional made my mom feel sad and he had no remorse. He kept saying - " we cant see you I dont understand why you made a appointment". Definitely shouldnt be working at any type of medical field if you are going to treat customers with disrespect. I have informed the medical staff and my mother provider on how this experience made us feel. Please dont go to this place they definitely dont treat people the same.

John Nguyen Jessica is an amazing person and family care doctors need to take notes on how she cares about her patient. Not a single tone of condescending tone from her when we discuss my health issues and she was very empathetic from the start. If you want your patient to take their health seriously, then show empathy rather than arrogance. Given some people do need a wake up call, but in a general sense, this approach is what makes me enjoy being a patient here and the building is nooiice. All staff were friendly and ready to help you. I recommend going here if your insurance can cover.

Anna Finding a primary care doctor, you feel comfortable with can be a bit hard, but my experience with Dr. Daguio and her staff Jose and the lovely front desk staff -didnt get her name :( - made it such stress-free calming experience! Luckily before I arrived, I had already filled out paperwork online so checking in was super quick and got care almost immediately after. Jose made sure to keep the conversation going at all times, which helped answering those awkward medical questions or even calming me when needles were around. Dr. Daguio was so thorough and helped answer any questions I had and made it feel like a safe environment to be in! Kudos to them and super glad to have found a primary care doctor!

M. P Reception is hit or miss. There are helpful ppl but there are others that rather chit chat than help patients. Not a big fan of valley and I actually switched obgyn bc of this. Went in for first appt and being first, thought it would be a quick appt. I waited +30 mins because of miscommunication by nurse and doc. The doc didnt realize she had an appt before 9am. Okay. But the appt was such a waste of time. She went thru my chart history, same that the nurse did. Asked me the same questions that the previous nurse asked. Also the same questions from my last appts. Then checked w fetal doppler then that was it. Appt seemed transactional, which would have been ok if expectations were set. This set the tone for my future delivery care...I didnt want to waste my time with average care so I switched to another place that is better.

Daloun I If you get scheduled with Dr. To, run for the hills...Ive never had a regular cleaning hurt so bad in my life. If he is going to do any kind of ultrasonic scaling on you, I pray for you!!! Such bad technique I would seriously consider reporting to the board. He also stated in the notes fluoride was included in the procedure, but there was definitely none applied to my teeth. Also what kind of regular cleaning doesnt include the gritty toothpaste cleaning and flossing?! HORRIBLE!!! I HATE IT HERE!!!!

Julia T Dental clinic is very busy. If you need procedure like deep cleaning look for other clinic. It would take 4-5 appointments to complete just 1 procedure. You have to schedule next appointment only after you take current, and since they are busy , every other appointment would be in 2-3 weeks. So, to complete just 1 cleaning it would take 1,5 - 2 months. Which is ridiculous! Dont recommend it!

Ghaoui Mohamad (Mo) Let me start by saying they are nice and probably good at their jobs Now why the one star Because getting an appointment is a long wait, and if ur waiting on one for a long time am doing you a favor by letting u know they only do cleanups and fillings. So as a public health they refuse to do any public procedure And if u need a root canal, have an infection, implants etc .. this is not what they do. And if ur unlucky like me and did not ask the right question when making an appointment u will loose a month of two waiting to learn its not what they do

Vivian Li This hospital has the WORST customer service ever. When I called the ER extension (5781) the doctor/nurse assistant that picked up the phone was very rude and not considerate of the family’s concerns for their family member/patient in the ER room. I know there is a lot of stress since the hospital rooms are full and we are in a pandemic but I think people should still treat others with kindness and compassion. I called the doctor/nurse assistant today (April 2nd, 2021) at around 5:30 PM so whomever this was should not be picking up the phone! She was horrible! She didn’t even tell me her name. My family member was in the waiting room for 3 hours and had not eaten in awhile! Me and my family are already stressed and concerned about our family member being in the ER and she just made it even worse and a horrible experience. The disregard for patients is astounding.

Kailea Ball I had the most positive experience. Pam at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful and really went the extra mile to communicate with me throughout my wait and help me get my insurance situated. She even noticed from my signature that I go by Kai and updated all my info without me saying anything or asking. Dr Woods was wonderful. He made me feel heard and was able to quickly diagnose me and send me on my way. Super friendly staff. I highly recommend this office.

Sandra Brooks If you want to wait 2 hours to not have your problem addressed, go here. The doctors have no idea how to treat children. Im not one to leave a bad review, but I have come here enough times with my children to tell you with great certainty they will not treat your children. They will make recommendations for things youre already doing, and youll end up at your pcp days to a week later, and be prescribed actual medicine. Just dont bother. They are also very rude, love to talk over you, ask questions, and dont bother listening to your answers. I will never be bringing my children back here again.

Randi Robertson Words cannot describe how amazing Dr. Lewis is. She, unlike most of the doctors Ive seen, listened. She truly listened to my complaints, sat through my tears, hear my frustrations and did what the other doctors wouldnt. She fought for me to get the care that I needed. I am so grateful to her and her staff. They have been absolutely amazing.

Wes Azazel Honestly, I dont trust anyone else to deliver my pelvic care. I may be biased after having spent 20 years working for healthcare providers. Screening questions for medical charts are often dictated by each facility & is meant to help patients in need. Doubtful you will find more caring providers for help treating pelvic & urology issues. I admit I am biased because Dr Lewis performed successful surgery which removed stage 3 cancer; plus unspeakable scar tissue damage I had. She eliminated pain Id carried for years. Nurse Lisa is wonderfully patient & super gentle which I appreciate as a trauma survivor.

Tristie “Sheep” Dr. Lewis, Dr. Greenberg and every staff member are truly caring, phenomenal people. Regardless of your reasons for seeking their help (e.g. hysterectomies for trans people, seeking birth control help, etc.) are very supportive! I have been desperate for help regarding heavy bleeding, cramps, and a whole list of issues that severely effected my quality of life. To add to that I had been to several other doctors that unfortunately dismissed my symptoms and put me on a Russian roulette of different contraceptives that didnt help. Coming to this office I found out I had adenomyosis, something I never heard of, with Dr. Lewis on my first appointment. She, Greenberg and the staff were very thorough on making sure I knew what my conditions were and the options available to me. The end result was a total hysterctomy on June 3rd 2019. Best decision in my entire life!

Suzanne Vincent Easy parking, friendly receptionists and not too much waiting time to be seen. My doctor is very smart and listens. Very happy.

Alyssa MP The doctors and providers are great when you actually get to interact with them. Unfortunately takes months to get scheduled. My only complaint is when I send my doctor a message, I’m asking for advice from my doctor. I think their patient messages are centralized now and it sucks because my messages get stuck in the inbox for a medical assistant to read and then more delay if they route the message to the doctor. I used to get a response in 1 day. Not anymore. Maybe time to look for a new clinic idk.

Alex Budchanin This new facility is much better then the old building in Renton. It is very spacious, the rooms are new and this medical center has the lab right next to the reception.

K R Other reviewers are correct, they just want to get you in and out as soon as possible. I waited 2 months and took time off work to get an appointment with Dr. Le to maybe spend 5 minutes with her, only for her to barely look at my issues and blow them off. No real exam or offer for testing. Crazy waste of time. Why even be a doctor, do Telehealth if you wanna churn people out for cash.

Shelly F Ive been with Pacmed for years. Since theyve moved to Lind St in Renton from Talbot Rd theyve gone downhill. The wellness visits are without the usual precautions . They dont check anything anymore. It used to be you were checked for moles and lumps, etc. Now its just a 20 minute chat session with the doctor on the computer. I asked for a continuance of my handicap privilege and its like pulling teeth. I was only given 6 months for the same issue I was given a year for before. I also had to plead for an additional privilege once that expired and was told to go and pick it up at the front desk, but to call first to let them know. I tried calling and was the 26th person on hold! I decided to drive all the way there from Fairwood, but when I arrived it wasnt at the front desk and everyone had just went to lunch. Very disorganized and insensitive to the patient. My time is just as valuable as theirs and my thoughts are why is it not mailed to me instead? Things could be handled much better in my opinion. Even though I dont like the location now, I still want to keep my doctor since Ive been seeing her for many years. Its difficult to switch once youre older.

H. Jones These guys dont want medicare patients. First appointment that was available is 4 to 6 months out. They cant do 2 patients back to back. A time slot is available at 830 am then all of a sudden they can only do medicare wellness check at 1030 am. The more information I give them, their availability shifts so that it doesnt work with my schedule to get my parents to the appointment! Just know that we all will be getting medicare and this is what we will face.

Robyn McLuen I have been coming to this practice since I was a kid, and I have never had better care than when I was working with Dr. Balser--I went out of my way to keep her as my primary care provider through college, and commuted from Redmond when I started my career. Her replacement, Dr. Tweet, has been a whole different experience. Dr. Tweet has been some of the least attentive and satisfactory care Ive had across any urgent or primary care Ive been to (and Valley Med lost my records!). She routinely makes it clear that she has not reviewed my chart or my history prior to coming into visits. She has removed prescriptions from my chart without consulting or informing me, and has made it obvious that she doesnt know what those scripts are even for--I have to re-explain it at every appointment. She has also been refusing to refill my prescriptions unless I participate in a telehealth visit every three months--during these visits I confirm that nothing has changed and the meds still work, which could be happening in a MyChart message. During these check ins, I receive zero actual care and have to pay a copay in order to be able to go get my prescription--she states that this is not an actual requirement but is "company policy." Dr. Balser wasnt making me pay a toll to get my long term prescription filled. Honorable mentions: Her physical examinations are simply not completed in full. She has made statements that came across as baseless fear mongering (something may spike my depression and anxiety! I dont have/have never had either) They routinely ignore my pharmacys request for refills (and when they do respond, it is frequently filled wrong)

Alam Today I came for my childs appointment and they checked my child in for her appointment and everything. Midway checking in they ask for my ID which I am uncomfortable giving out so I said I can only give my insurance for my child and I gave it to the counter lady and she took it. Later when we finished checking in and sat down with a tablet to fill out questions and another fill out form given by the lady, randomly a man called out to me and said "sir you need to provide your ID since your information isnt in your childs records" which was crazy because first I already told them Im uncomfortable giving it out and second I already provided my birthday on the phone and I dont like giving it out twice. So I didnt provide it and the man told me and my child will not be seen. I left because I didnt wanna argue with them. But I will never accept the fact this place refuse to look at my daughter just because of an ID of a parent and it breaks my childs right to seek treatment at this place. Many medical places are now just breaking rights/laws at this point (my opinion).

Sam C Do not go here!!! I was trying to find a primary doctor for myself. I waited for 2 months for my first appointment. On the appointment day, I received a call from them telling me that the doctor was sick today and rescheduled me for another 2 months!!! The reason I wanted to see a doctor was that my calf was swollen and I wanted to know what is going on. I had to wait for total 4 months for this? What if it’s getting worse. Ridiculous!!

Suhei Mayfield-Prieto After hours call lady was extremely rude and abruptly hung up on me. Was unhelpful and disrespectful over the phone. It has been the same person multiple times when we have called in the past and she is extremely rude every time. -Swedish please find better people to work customer service or have her change her attitude. Customer service comes with the job, it’s not hard to be nice.

Mandy n WARNING DO NOT BOOK HERE (or Valley Medical in general for that matter) THEY DO NOT HONOR APPOINTMENTS * I wish I could even leave a review about a provider. I have unsuccessfully been trying to establish care with a new primary care physician for the last 6 months within the Valley Medical network. I started in January at the Kent Station location with Dr. Kopicki and had my appointment canceled days before my appointment. It was an understandable reason but still no apology nothing. So then I booked with Dr. Herzog at the Cascade Clinic shortly after that. I booked my appointment online and selected the first availability several months out into the end of June. Months go by Im looking forward to my appointment as Ive recently developed a chronic illness and Im hopeful to start having it managed properly. Fast forward to the beginning of June and I receive a voicemail that my appointment with Dr. Herzog has been canceled. Wait, what?! Again?! I call back and ask why and they just say "shes not in the clinic that day". Ummm ok why was I able to book that day if shes not in the clinic? "I dont know maybe she changed her schedule". Again, I understand things happen but that lack of concern, explanation and empathy was just really upsetting. So I try to move on and ask when can I reschedule? "End of September" What?! So through no fault of my own I will have waited 9 months to get an appointment with a primary care doctor? I ask if any of the other providers at ANY of their locations have an earlier availability? "No" Why Valley Medical does not save have black out times for emergencies and instances like this is beyond me and a sloppy way to run things. I asked if I book in September do I have any Guarantee my appointment will be honored this time? "No" If you have managed to keep reading to this point all I can say is if its not to late, work like hell to keep yourself healthy. We are on a collision course with our health care in America and it will only became more and more difficult to obtain care. Goodluck

L A Valley Cascade Primary Care front and back office staff have always been very helpful. Most recently, Jackson went above and beyond to help resolve a complicated appeal/authorization with medical insurance. Great service to patients!

Joshua Garrison I went in for an annual exam. I was asked if had any concerns. I mentioned a wart on my finger. We discussed that I would need to come back and freeze it and make another appointment. I made an appointment for it. I was billed separately $300 for that like 1 minute discussion. I was planning on having my family go there also but we will not be going back there. That is the most petty and money grabbing thing I’ve seen in awhile. Be careful what you say you might get charged for it. The doctor was Dr. Z Herzog

Rachel Nuam My primary ARNP Russel Van Gelder is really polite and professional, as well as her medical assistance. Highly recommend her! However, when I went in to get my blood test done, the pheblotomist were very unprofessional. didn’t really explain clearly what the procedures were. There seemed to be no care in their work and seemed like they were annoyed to be doing their work. I would be a little worried to send my non-english speaking friends and family there. :/

Mrs. Boss I don’t go to this one and after reading the reviews I can see why I go to the other one. This message is specifically for Rowanna Allen then business director who is highly unprofessional an extremely rude. She honestly need a different job an to be fired. Today is Feb 22nd. I just got checked my mail and she sent me a letter from Jan 13th saying I had an interaction a that this is a warning. First of all with you being unprofessional an over a month later you send me a letter that I laugh at like how I laugh at you and told you that your unprofessional an you need better customer service skills an that you are to argumentative for someone who has PTSD on file and that I wanted to reschedule with my counselor and your tone of voice an how you handle it was extremely rude. If you feel like you can’t speak to people who have a mental disorder maybe you should step down or get a different job. If you can’t take criticism well that’s your problem no the patience. So this goes to you maybe you need therapy an if you do Dr. Ryan is a great therapist get help :) sincerely the person who you though wasn’t going to write a review on how unprofessional you are. Which is in my notes when I went to concealing an told my therapist how you need a different job or to be demoted.

Anastasia Zhdanova Friendly and welcoming staff. I especially want to mention and thank family doctor Julie ODonnell. She is very attentive, approachable, tactful, and polite. Its clear that she loves people and her job and genuinely wants to help. I visited her twice, felt very comfortable with her, and she addressed all my questions and concerns regarding my treatment, providing referrals to other specialists. I highly recommend this clinic!

Viridiana Maciel Don’t know how to pick up the phone. You are waiting for 45 minutes minimum because someone does not want to pick up or there is no one at the desk which is weird because they have at least 5 front desks

Brittany Luciano I had a bad experience at this emergency room in 2016. So bad that I almost would’ve rather died traveling to another emergency department than coming here. I did not want to give this place a second chance, but I am so glad I did. This emergency department has came a longgggggg way since my experience here in 2016. I came in with no insurance last night because of abdominal pain. It was Saturday around 630pm and I was seen super quick. The staff from the front desk, nurse check in station, doctor, rn, ultrasound tech, all were absolutely pleasant. I explained the pain I was feeling and how because I had no insurance I didn’t want to come in unless it was an absolute emergency. I explained my symptoms and requested an ultrasound to rule out the abdominal pain. I was found to have gallstones and referred for surgery in January once I get back on insurance. I left around 10pm. Honestly not bad at all for an emergency room to get me in and get blood work done, urine sample, and an ultrasound done all in a short time span. I hope I don’t have to come here again any time soon, but I definitely feel much better that they have made some really positive changes since my experience in 2016. Thank you for listening to my concerns and figuring out what was wrong with me.

Whitney The person who drew my blood and gave me an IV was extremely incompetent and stuck me repeatedly without my consent. She then left the cap thing off and spilled my blood out all over my arm and onto the hospital bed. She claimed I was “dehydrated” however I’ve never had anyone be unable to stick me in the first go or spill my blood everywhere’s it was just gushing out of the tube from the needle. Afterwards, she left me like that for over an hour and my husband, who witnessed the whole thing, had to grab another person to clean it up. I was so afraid of the incompetence from the person, that I refused medication I needed because she was going to be the one to inject it into my IV bag and I left without treatment. If you ever get a nurse/CNA with what sounds like German ish accent, ask for someone else. She shouldn’t be licensed or around patients. For the record, if a clinician can’t stick you properly within two tries, they aren’t supposed to do it again. They are supposed to get someone else. She did it multiple times after that and gave me no other option. She was behaving strangely and almost seemed like she was on drugs or something. I’ve tried reaching out to patient relations to get the nurse’s information to report her to the nursing board, but Valley Medical hasn’t responded.

Chris Neuss Waited in the ER for 8-1/2 hours with my kid who had appendicitis. 40+ people consistently there at all times. They only took 2 people per hour into the ER. They did not even call my son for blood testing I had to ask. Completely incompetent understaffed ER. Worst I have ever seen. Never going back…..left and went to a real hospital…..Swedish

Michaela Anijo I wanna give a huge thank you to all of the ER staff that worked with me on 10-21-24. I came in via ambulance in the early afternoon after collapsing in my front yard and was placed into a room within 10-15 minutes of arriving. Every single nurse/doctor who tended to me throughout the afternoon and evening was fantastic. They were caring, compassionate, and probably most importantly- patient. I came in experiencing some of the worst pain Ive ever felt with not much ability to move, and they were able to get me out later in the day not only with my pain cut down from an 8/9 to a 2/3, but I was up and walking and able to get up and down from a sitting position fairly easily. I was incredibly anxious as Ive never been admitted to a hospital or visited the ER before, so I wasnt sure what to expect. I also have a lot of concerns and apprehensions about pain killers, so they took their time acclimating me and ensuring I stayed as comfortable as possible the whole time, reassuring me that the side effects would die down. I am so grateful to all of you, thanks so much for the awesome care!

Jerome Canlas A few months ago, I had to visit the ER at Valley Med. It was my first time and all I can say was they showed their utmost care and listened to my concerns, and helped me cope up with the situation. Overall, I was immensely impressed by the entire ER team. Everything was explained thoroughly and treated well. Id like to give a shout out to my care staff - Derrick, E.D., Terry, Liz, Summer, & Dr. Ryan, I cant stress it enough but THANK YOU to each and everyone of you.
