Unfortunately, Rich died on October 5, 2019 from complications of HIV. Dr.C was the best and was so supportive!! Thank you Dr C for all you did to help us. YOU ARE THE BEST!! Phil Muthersbaugh My contact and treatment at Kadlec Pulmonology Clinic under the care of Dr Naveen Rawat, MD has been outstanding. The office staff are personable and professional, eager to be of assistance. Dr Rawat and his team have developed a reputation among the nursing staff as outstanding to work with. Dr Rawat is very knowledgable and easy to converse with. I found my entire experience at the clinic to be safe, effective and thorough.

Mark Minaker The receptionist was wonderful, and the nurse was very cheerful and efficient. Quite a long wait for the few patients that were there. After the nurse took vitals and entered in my reason for seeing the Doctor, I waited again for 20 min. or so, to have the Doctor enter and ask my reason, like he hadn’t read my chart at all (?). The Doctor was also personable and helpful.

In the event of any medical problems I will be returning to this facility. Michelle is very competent seeming to make the best use of her time. Justin Foeppel 25+ minutes late for the appointment without notice is unacceptable. Maybe they would have called us if we waited one more minute, but when we don’t have any notice we don’t know how long we would have been sitting there.

Hava Kare I like Dr Cayetano, who is personable and seems pretty sharp, but I dont get timely call-backs from her medical assistant. He seems rather lackadaisical about patients.

atiragram mai I visit the office in Yakima, WA (which is also great), but I have spoken with Janelle in billing (Richland office) a couple of times. She is an excellent listener and problem solver. I have full confidence in her desire to help others and her ability to do so. She’s a lovely person to work with.

Hardy Tim I scheduled an appointment 5 months in advance. About a week later I received an automated message telling me that my appointment was canceled and that I need to contact the office to reschedule. I did not call to reschedule and they continue to send me automated texts and phone calls. Enough already! If you cant be bothered to pick up the phone and call your clients or potential clients then you will not be receiving my business.

Amara Lewis-Holloman I never set 1 foot in this building. I had one phone call the last name. Lewis should stand out. I made an appointment and cancel it in the same day because the person that made my appointment was extremely rude and unprofessional today is Friday, November 8. I made the appointment for December 6 at 2 PM And I canceled it this morning. I’m glad that the person that made the appointment don’t know anything about me. First I was spoken to like I don’t know what to do then she did not comprehend that. I am a patient transfer to add more insult to injury. She put down a doctor of her choice not the doctor that I’m actually seeing this company needs to pay attention to who they’re hiring I am a CNA in training and she did everything wrong When she picked up that phone. If you are having a bad day, you need to clear that up with your boss. Taking time for your mental health should be a priority and if you cannot hear when someone is speaking on the phone, you can politely ask them to speak up so you can hear them better but to talk to somebody like they’re not intelligent or cannot comprehend. What is going on is very rude and disrespectful. As soon to be nursing assistant these are things I would never do on the job because I who pick up the phone will be seen as the face of the job you guys have a blessed day.

Amber Rogers TCC has the worst front staff I have ever encountered ! They are rude and disregard any health concerns I had at all. I called to make an appt. Because my husband was just released from the hospital and was told to follow up with his primary physician. He had a skull fracture, broke both sinus bones, severe nose fracture and 10 stitches in his finger. I was told our system is down right now, I will have scheduling call to get home in very soon (since My husband TCC current Dr. Decided to do all appts by FaceTime). (Bigest insurance scam if you ask me) I asked to have him see my Dr. Scott Roberts who is booked through June for new patients.that was almost a week ago, and I still have not heard anything! Absalutaly rediculious! My own appts get canceled quite often. I get a voicemail, after waiting a month to see my Dr. That my appt was canceled.....this happens 3 times to me within a few months. I had to call them. I am so disappointed in WA Healthcare. I work as a Healthcare receptionist, these ladies need some services customer service training! I will be looking elsewhere, even out of Tri-cites if I have to. I have to many health issues to mess around with incompetent Healthcare employees

Shane Brule The absolute worst. They love taking your money and not ordering your perscriptions. You think you can call them you cannot. They use a 3rd party system. They took 150 and did not refill my prescription. I left 6 voicemails with there 3rd party system. They never got back to me. I had a day off and called them a 7th time. This time I calmly stated I have today off. Either give me my money back, or get my prescription. Since you haven’t answered I will go to you office and hang out all day until someone answers my questions. They called me back 15 minutes later on that one and said they ordered my perception. They did that day and express shipped it. They were late on 3 refills. After the 3rd I left. Do not go here if you have important prescriptions. I would give negative stars but I can’t.

Adam Wade Ive lived in this area on and off my whole life. The last two years have been absolutely abysmal. I dont expect alot considering my complex health situation and this bein rural and all....honestly i need specialists that medicaid wont cover....but anywhoo this place has alot of issues but it comes down to: 1. Administration. Owners are very very profit focused. Surprise! They cant seem to keep good doctors or other certified staff around very long (i figured base pay is the nearest lowest in the state for a small hospital when running some data) its really sad. 2. Billing dept is borderline criminal and as another reviewer pointed out 1000% incompetent. 3. Poor doctors. There a few good ones here - obviously - but do they have any availability? um if u have medicaid/care probably not. If it was up to the owner he would only accept private insurance or full payment only. Thats a no brainer. It really boils down to then 1 common denominator thats a plague to the entire industry: Greed. Sidenote: interesting how it seems this hospital actually has a not-for-profit tax status while the associated clinics are for profit owned by the same dude you tell me how that works. Oh yeah its Wisconsin, Hospital owners are all gods here. If u know u know.

Eddy Hernandez I called to asked for options on how to pay my bill and I was told I had to pay all my bill at once or give them my tax return and I refused and the hang up on me and told me it was gonna go to collection they never even tried to help me with payment options! Please stay away from this hospital do yourself a favor!! DONT DO IT.

Tayler Schmidt I was 3 hours away from home and my toddler started having symptoms of a UTI. She was screaming bloody murder trying to pee and it was a bit scary. I took her to the Richland Center hospital and I’m so impressed with the care we received. They were insanely quick, so kind, and the whole experience was really positive. We were in and out in less than an hour. They even were able to give us the medication she needed there since no pharmacies were open and we aren’t from around here. Dr. Harris & Nurse Krystle were simply amazing and as a mom who was alone and scared with their child, I cannot recommend them enough.

Lem0n Boy If you go to this hospital, DONT! I have been straight up ignored by doctors. I can tell them every little detail about me and what’s going on, and instead of helping they just prescribe a new pill (the pills never help) My boyfriend and I recently went in because he felt sick, he was vomiting once every hour; he threw up 8 times. I said we ate KFC and the chicken was weird, because I thought he might have an FBI(food born illness; like salmonella) and the doctor just said to us “KFC is good at cooking their chicken” and they sent us home after giving my bf an iv to help with the fluids he lost. Guess who had to go back to the hospital the next day because nothing was better. My boyfriend! Guess what he has SALMONELLA!! The doctors here don’t take anything serious and never listen to what the patient has to say! Yeah, you have the gall to say “I can’t help unless to tell me how your feeling, you know your body best”. START TAKING STUFF SERIOUSLY! and I haven’t even mentioned the fact this hospital has done labs on me and others before and come back saying everything’s fine, then goes to another hospital to find out stuff has been showing up on the labs this whole time and the doctors just decided not to mention it. How is THAT legal!?

carol m My granddaughter went to Urgent care 4 weeks ago and the PA said she was sure it was strep. The rapid test came back negative. Now my granddaughter has scarlet fever and the strep test is still negative. I asked the hospital why they dont do a better test and all that was said was they are a small hospital. Thats seems odd. Anyway you may want to go somewhere else for a strep test because the rapid one is not accurate or the person in the lab isnt very good at his/her job.

Silvia Valdez This was the second urgent care I went to that evening (as the first one said they didn’t take walk-in’s) & the PA immediately was able to treat my injury after accessing it in the lobby before taking me to an examination room. They explained what the procedure would be and took care of it within 30 minutes from when I walked through the door. I’m very grateful for the team at Express because it saved me a very expensive ER trip.

Charles Berger Made an appointment for 0800 when they are supposed to be open. Got there and waited for 30 minutes. No one was at the location. Called the service number and they attempted to get a hold of the location without success. Worst customer service I have seen.

Becci Ericksen Amazing, compassionate, and knowledgeable staff. No waiting time at all but if there had been I would have felt it worth it. The only improvement I can think of is the size of the clinic itself is pretty small. It appeared clean but the confined space I felt lacked the air circulation that is especially important in a healthcare setting.

The Picky Eater You are seen by appointment only. Easy to fill out forms online so you just arrive on time and check in. If there are no appointments same day just keep checking back people cancel. I was in and out so quickly. Everyone was very nice and addressed all of my concerns.

Russell Wood Excellent at the old hospital ER it was always quick and efficient everyone was awesome to deal with At the new ER it is the same. It was a long night and day due to the individual I brought in and the symptoms. The ER simply handled so well. After they stabilized the patient I was asked back to the room and those nurses are nothing short of amazing how much work they put in to care for patients. There demeanor and attitude was professional and awesome all the way around as well as the doctor on call there. Could not ask for anymore . And again those nurses are amazing doing their job the way they do.

Nicki Jelinek Was there from Friday - Monday. I came in w knee pain. After ultrasound, nurse tried 8 xs to get fluid from my knee ,same needle every time, which resulted in cross contaminated samples, which then was emergency surgery on my knee. My room was a balmy 80+ , shared bathroom which had urine down front of the toilet, nurse call button didnt work, so when my IV was done I managed it myself. Extra pillow in the drawer of the couch had dried blood on it. Bandage fell on the floor & rolled under said couch and was picked up and then was attempting to still use. . I could go on. Never again

My boyfriend primary sent a referral for him to vein specialist and got there todays appointment and they didnt even have his medical records really dont understand why they made the appointment without records not impressed at all and not only that we didnt see the doctor but his/or her pa-c saw us. Felt like vascular team should of at least contacted his primary beforehand for records

Stourmy McPhearson Saw Dr. Lee about the chronic edema in my legs, feet and hands, and before I could tell him that I have had problems with it since childhood, he told me it is most likely caused by obesity and the there is nothing he can do for me. He didnt even ask any questions, just told me to loose weight and the edema will go away.

Brian Standard My name is Rebecca Charron and this Dr and his staff are WORTHLESS! Dr Lee cuts my dads leg off on Tuesday and he is having massive pain and leg spasms and when my mom calls to get a stronger pain med than a oxycodone 5mg and a muscle relaxer or something for a muscle spasms they say NO because he may get addicted!!!! Really??? You have cut on his leg twice and cant help with pain? They told my mom to call his PCP to prescribe it!!! You know I work in the medical field and this is not how you Practice. Alot of addicts have ruined it for those that really need meds and its not fair to someone that just had their leg chopped on to not get the pain management they need!!! I hope something will be done so this doesnt happen to others!

I am a new patient and waited 8 months for an appointment, they left a message on my phone to indicate a verbal confirmation was needed for new patients, I called back to confirm and when I showed up for my appointment they said there was no recording of that. See my photo attached, they have rescheduled my appointment for 7 months away, I have prescriptions that need to be refilled and I guess I will have to go to the ER for this, what a system we live in today, why have a PCP just go to the ER

Kimberly Villa I took my first born child here for 5yrs. I was a new parent and I didn’t know much about what doctors are suppose to test for in children.. long story short my child never got any test done for lead( unless it was absolutely necessary, & I had called for it personally, they didn’t mention it to me). Then after I had my second child I took her to a different Kadlec clinic in Richland on Keene Road & I experienced a different but BETTER experience there with my second child. They ran test for eyes, iron, blood test(regularly) & test to check to see if all my child’s organs were functioning normal. So to say the least.. this clinic DOES THE ABSOLUTE LESS THAN BARE MINIMUM when it comes to children’s health. I immediately switched clinics. It’s probably the person who manages the clinic on why they do less for children or it’s the doctor(s) who don’t care… but in my opinion It’s just a good place to get yearly shots or physicals for school.

Val C We love Dr. Charron! My children have been seeing her for over 5 years. She has a very sweet demeanor and is always kind to our family. I also personally see Dr. Shoolroy, and she too is very sweet and always helpful when it comes to questions. Yes, the office has strict guidelines, but that is necessary as they are running a business after all. No complaints on our end!

Mary ONeal Absolutely the worse clinic. Being seen by Jason England for YEARS, my Husband and adult daughter see him as well. I missed two appointments and canceled one late, not all in a row, and Jason made the decision to drop me. If the policy was just the office and the office manager decided to drop a patient I could understand, but according to the rude staff, Jason England makes his own decisions to keep or drop patients. The condition I have been seeing Jason England for is the reason I missed my appointments. I cant very well make an appointment if the condition I am being treated for is the reason I missed it. I have been working with Jason for over a year now trying to figure out the right combination of medications to help me. Without these medications, I have suicidal thoughts. When I told the staff that, they just said that I will need to find a new provider and I have 30 days for medication refills. 30 days huh? Well I told them that I cant see a new provider until May.. Yeah, May, that is how long it takes to see a new provider as a new patient. They basically said oh well. So they way I see it, Jason England doesnt care about his patients well being. So what if I run out of my medication, so what if I become suicidal without my medication. I canceled late on an appointment so that makes me a bad patient... However, they can cancel an appointment last minute and its okay. They can be late and its okay. Healthcare should be about the people, not the money. Jason England should be ashamed of himself for giving up on a patient that needs his help and had been seeing for years.

He is the type of doctor if you express your concerns, he is about making sure we get results. He has never once made me feel ignorant about my concerns. Rachelle F Waited weeks to get in only to have Dr.Kiki be incredibly condescending and speak down to me. I’ll never go back. I left and immediately set up a new appointment to establish primary care with a new doctor. It really seems like he doesn’t actually listen or care to listen at all. He’s been like this at past appointments but I kept hoping he’d be better. Not the case, and it seems clear he doesn’t care about helping his patients. I can’t imagine speaking that way to anyone let alone a patient who paid seeking help from you.

Harris Jocelyn “Josie” Unprofessional and unhelpful. Four days before the appointment Ive been waiting four months for, the receptionist calls and says the doctor is no longer accepting new patients, and Ive been canceled. I was devastated, since I have a serious medical issue Ive been waiting on blood tests for. I asked why I hadnt been prioritized for waiting so long and the receptionist refused to tell me. Besides that, my daughter needed a new doctor so I booked her an appointment. They canceled WITHOUT TELLING ME because they didnt have her insurance information on file at the time I made the appointment, even though I went in 24 hours after I made the appointment to have them scan her card. When I got to the appointment, I was told my daughters appointment had been canceled and they had no availability for another month. They also said they didnt have her insurance information, so I had them scan her card again. They insisted I knew and had been told, but I hadnt. I rescheduled, and went to that next appointment, where I was told for the third time that they had no insurance information for my daughter, and had them scan it for the THIRD time. It took 2.5 months to get my daughter in to see ANYBODY at this practice. This practice is incredibly unprofessional and do not care about your health concerns. Choose someone else, or youll regret it.

Malorey Caldwell, RN, BSN I do not write reviews often but I feel this needs to be shared. I am extremely disappointed with the way my husband as I were treated in this office. The receptionist was the most rude and uncaring person I have ever dealt with in medicine and I myself am a nurse. His appointment was cancelled without them speaking to us and he has an acute illness that he needed to be seen for. Instead of helping us, we were treated like beggars. She smiles and laughs as she tells us to go somewhere else. I am disgusted this is how patients are being treated in healthcare and severely disappointed this would happen to our own nurse families. Healthcare should always be patient centered, unfortunately, I believe this has been forgotten.

Sabrina Santanna Two different visits and the same issue. The doctor is nice but the staff Ive had to try to talk to is ridiculousand rude. I call back to check in to my virtual visits and sign in on MyChart and twice now they say I have to reschedule because its too late. I was on hold just to try to talk to the operator for a half an hour and then when I finally get through its my appointment time so they tell me to log in and theyll have the nurse call me back to check in. So I wait another half an hour on zoom and waiting for the call just to finally call back myself and get told I have to reschedule since I didnt answer (phone tag) and waited too long to call back even though I was on hold with their office well before my appointment start time. The first time (August 2023) this happened I was on hold for over an hour and could hear them pick up and immediately put me back on hold over and over again. Once the call time on my phone got to an hour and a half I gave up. I loved my doctor but I have to find a new one just because of the staff.

Maren Edwards I have been seeing Anna for a year or so now for Primary care. She is always very kind and listens to my concerns. I appreciate her genuine nature and trust her recommendations. Nice to have a doctor I feel like has my best interests and is easy to talk to.

janet orozco I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Anna compelled me to share my concerns. During my appointment, I felt dismissed and invalidated, which is concerning in a medical setting where trust and empathy is crucial. Anna seemed quick to blame me for my physical symptoms saying its likely attributed to phone use and mental health without fully listening to my concerns and acted as if my symptoms were normal because they are "multi-factorial." Her demeanor was dismissive, with frequent eye-rolling, interrupting, and sighing throughout our conversation. Medical gaslighting is a serious issue that can lead to misdiagnosis or delayed treatment. Its alarming that Anna exhibited such behavior, suggesting that my symptoms were exaggerated. Despite these issues, I appreciate that she agreed to send orders in for blood work testing, hence the one-star rating. Anna may have medical expertise, but she does not know my body better than I do. Her manners and approach to patient concerns NEEDS improvement.

Christina Torres García I feel compelled to provide a review for Anna because my mother was extremely dissatisfied with her service. My mother is a 70-year-old US citizen but travels to Mexico a lot. Thus, she has a Doctor in Mexico but comes to the US to use her medical insurance. Anna had a problem with my mom for having one doctor here and another in Mexico. Instead of collaborating with other Mexican Doctors, she rudely reprimanded Mom and made her feel unwelcome and ignorant. All of these were communicated through the interpreter. This is unacceptable in our community, and I hope she gets some cultural competency and antiracist workshops if she is serving the Latino community in Tri-cities. We must demand better service for our community, especially the most vulnerable.

John Calhoun Four hours of total chaos everything. Support staff are very polite and helpful, but there is a total lack of organization in the facility. Sick, injured, basic treatments, etc. are all mixed together. There appears to be a total lack of management. Triage!!! Management!!!

Same As yours The wait here is ridiculous and the excuse you get today is we have too many people in the ER waiting for rooms so wait times are longer. What a joke. Everytime I have been here the wait has been 5hrs or more. And people sitting in the waiting room spreading their germs because they dont have common Curtosy to put a damn mask on. So please continue to spread your nasty ass germs to others who dont have those germs.

William G. Despite all of the bad reviews, my experience was not very bad at all. It was very busy when I arrived and my condition was not very bad so I was lower on the list as any emergency room operates by priority. There was a patient that waited for 6 hours, so I was getting the idea how long I was going to wait. My wait was actually close to 3 hours. Staff was as professional and as courteous as they could be with as busy/crazy as it was. The only thing that I did not like very well was the process for a urine sample. You basically walk past everyone and use the public restroom to fill the sample and then walk past everyone once more with the filled sample. A little awkward…the receptionist told me to just leave it on the counter where the public is. Very unconventional. Normally, the sample would go straight to someone and not hang out on a counter. Otherwise, my experience was fairly routine from an ER standpoint.

Rowan Gingery The er saved my life and was amazing the care in the icu was good at first but when they deem you feeling better the treatment does a 180 which I can understand to an extent but it got pretty bad sometimes

papi sanchez Just ridiculous. Hardly nobody in the waiting area.. my wife was in pain and had to wait for almost 4 hours for an X-RAY. Asked the young nurse at the front desk about wait time.. all I got was oh they are busy…. Do better Kadlec. We expect much more. And learn to communicate with the patients
