Justin Cole I was a patient of Dr. Bessas for ~10 years and am only sadly leaving his care due to a coast to coast move. I am a physician myself. Although my own health issues and growing dissatisfaction with the profession are leading me to change my own career path, I still hope any poor soul who makes it through this lengthy review will consider me well-qualified to assess Dr. Bessas. Further, Pete was recommended to me by an excellent, compassionate and highly intelligent colleague in Vancouver. This latter fact in isolation attests to the quality of his reputation in the area. By far and away the most impressive aspect of Dr. Bessas is the genuine care he shows for his patients. At first I thought it might just be me as a form of professional courtesy, etc. but over the years I was able to witness him interact with dozens of patients as they entered or exited his reception area and/or exam rooms. He spoke to each in the same compassionate and kind way he treated me. He would sometimes run a few minutes behind but I knew the reason why was the time he was spending with others. Insurance companies have altered the way most docs, especially PCPs IMHO, interact with and care for their patients; further they increasingly determine which medical decisions are appropriate based as much upon their own profit-motives as the training and experience of physicians. Even given these constraints, Dr. Bessas takes the time to listen to his patients and finds ways to get necessary testing done. Despite being an individual with greater than average medical issues for my age, Dr. Bessas never made me feel like he was rushed. Further, he was EXTREMELY well-versed in local specialists. For anyone reading this review who didnt realize how important this is, I would plead with you to trust what I say: so many doctors are now hospital employees and the only referral you are likely to get is to the group of docs in that specialty at that same hospital, no matter their actual quality level. This often is due to significant pressure to do so and I do not mean to disparage directly anyone who practices this way. Having an independent PCP who keeps up as new specialists come and go from the local metro area is exceedingly important. Dr. Bessas receives an A+++ in this regard. I actually could go on but will stop with one last point. I have now been looking for months for a PCP in my new community (a large city) and have been extremely disappointed. I knew I wouldnt get so lucky as to replace Dr. Bessas with a true equal but even as someone who interacted daily with MDs for ~25 years, I didnt understand just how difficult he would be to replace.

Harold & Bess Whitehawg I have never had an experience with a physician like I had with Dr. Bessas. His bedside manner is the gold standard of how a medical professionals should interact with patients; honestly he displayed true care and compassion during our interaction as opposed to the standard algorithmic approach I’ve almost exclusively encountered. In my encounter he displayed compassion as well as taking time to get to know me, not the standard assembly line, read chart, form opinion, apply pre-fab treatment plan accordingly. Without a doubt, I have found my new pcp and am elated; I’ve never felt so cared for subsequent to a doctors visit. A tip of the cap. P.S. the other members of the care team were top notch and clearly cared as well; you didn’t get the feeling they were there to just collect a paycheck, treat em’ and street em’ attitude that is so frequently displayed is these settings.

David Dickson Dr Borus is not only a master surgeon but calm and steadying and an effective communicator and listener. He lived up to the accolades I heard from other patients.

Elizabeth Kuniholm I have just had my second hip replacement by Dr. Borus. The first was 2019 and the second November 29, 2023. Dr. Borus is smart, kind, accessible, easy to talk to, humble, and an absolutely great surgeon. My first hip is 100% and so far, the second is on target. Hes a miracle worker. Recommend him to everyone.

Janice Vickers Dr Borus got me through a very unusual situation with a knee replacement. He is very knowledgeable and I trust him totally with my care. Lake Oswego rebound PT has also been amazing. Mike has worked with me through 3 surgeries and is the best at keeping me mobile and back to my normal self. Cant say enough positive things about Rebound!

Michael Townsend Dr. Todd Boris did an excellent job replacing my knee. His staff is also excellent. My experience throughout was great! I am 8 weeks out from the surgery. I have worked hard with the physical therapy. My range of motion is 130 degrees. I am back to running on the elliptical and playing handball. My knee feels more and more like a natural knee. I have no problems kneeling on hard surfaces. Thank you Rebound!

Donald Parcel Dr. Borus performed a total knee replacement on my right leg in May of 2022. Now, after a year all the pain I had previously experienced is essentially gone. Before the surgery, Dr. Borus was great about answering all my questions and concerns. His bedside matter is excellent and has this calming way when communicating with his patients. (5-star, plus)

Eleana Salyers My care team today was absolutely amazing! My Dr. Was Dr. Kafrouni and he was amazing! Definitely hope if I have to go back, hes my provider! The staff from the receptionist to the discharge nurse were very compassionate and caring They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, listened and you could tell that the entire staff enjoys working there. Bedside manners were fantastic. I would highly recommend anyone to be treated there!

Tanty Suhartono I think, Dr. Kafrouni is the best physiatrist in Vancouver. He is detail oriented, unbiased, and he took the time to understand my condition and offer alternative therapies starting from the most conservative one. I find him to be extremely knowledgeable and to the point. He also have a wonderful bedside minor. He’s friendly and he has an amazing team that’s amazing and efficient. Overall, I have a great experience having him treating cartilage damage on my right knee and my long term lower back injury. I highly recommend him!

Robert McGee Unfortunately, I have been to see many Doctors in the last six months. All the other Doctors have done their job and were okay. DR. Kaforuni, is the exception. If there were 10 stars I would rate him 50. He has an exceptional bed side manner. He talked to me on my level. He answered all my questions. He was candid with his answers and opinions. He said my case is hard to evaluate to find the exact cause of my pain. He did not give up and was willing to keep trying, without my prompting, to try to find the cause. He surprised me by determining that I needed a shot in my hip. I was extremely hesitant and down right scared to get the shot. He took the time to explain why he needed to do the shot and he calmed my nerves. I am probably going to have to have additional care and shots and I only hope I can get on his schedule. Matt Austin I have litterally never in my 57 years had or seen a better doctor. Being a workhorse my whole life I’ve now hit middle old age. I find myself with many ailments and at point in my life where I run into not just physical problems, but also stressful situations. My first meeting with Dr. basis I waited for him to come in like any other doctor. He walked in the door took one look at me and had me get up and give him a hug. I am not a hugger by any means and the first five seconds felt awkward the next 10 seconds relieved 50% of the stress in my life. Being the patriarch of a small family I have only a couple people I can lean on in my life that day, I found the third person in an unsuspecting place in Dr. basis since then he has taken on most of my family and friends and continues to be everybody’s favorite. Dr. I’m not the kind of person to leave reviews and this one is long overdue, but I just wanted to say if you are very lucky Maybe Dr. basis can open a spot in his schedule and become your favorite doctor

Zach Doctor Bessas is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor, and I feel as though he’s the first doctor I’ve ever had that truly takes the time to understand my concerns, and he always knows just what to do about them. I’ve never had a doctor that I get actually excited to see when I make an appointment. I’ll never forget him saying “I’m so excited to help you” I think that’s the best thing a doctor could ever say to a patient. Shout out to his whole team, absolutely wonderful receptionist and nurse that both make me feel so welcome. I feel very blessed that I found them, and I can’t recommend this team enough! Anela Kepa I recently signed my son up for this clinic, hoping to receive quality direct care for his health needs. We provided all the required information, including immunization records and payment, and agreed to commit to a year-long treatment plan as per their policy. However, after completing the sign-up process, the clinic suddenly expressed concerns about how long my son would live in the area, despite our clear commitment to him staying here for at least a year. Instead of having a conversation to clarify or resolve this, they abruptly refused to take him as a patient. Their only communication was through a couple of brief text messages—no phone calls, no explanations, no opportunity to discuss the situation. This lack of empathy, compassion, and basic communication is deeply disappointing. This clinic’s actions and lack of accountability have left us feeling frustrated and undervalued. If you’re looking for a healthcare provider that treats you with respect and communicates effectively, I would not recommend this place. Updated: This provider responded with more information in this review than they even discussed and still no one has made any effort to discuss this situation over the phone. My son has no special needs, we just hadn’t officially decided exactly how long he was staying until today, only 2 days after signing up for your service. The decision of us not being a good fit was not discussed with us as we were only told that the reasoning behind not working with us is that they can’t take payments if the patient isn’t here, in which we did respond that the patient will be here for the next year. Word of advice, pick up the phone when your customers are asking to discuss something. Not everything should be discussed in a text.

They spent time getting to know me and don’t just rush through diagnosing to get you out, but research to see what the best solution is for whatever the condition. I highly recommend Main Street!

Richard Samuels A fantastic service staffed entirely by volunteers. They prepare donated durable medical equipment for reuse. They do not charge recipients for the equipment. They also provide donated supplies at no charge. The people are incredibly helpful. I visited and they helped me select a hospital bed for my 93 year old stepfather. They held it until I could return with a truck, gave me assembly instructions and helped me load it. Thank you.

Susan Barton Highly recommended by my doctor, this is a very good place to borrow post surgical aids like walkers, commodes and so much more. The people are helpful and nice. The only negative is that it is open at reduced hours and tricky to find.

Rachel Davis This is an essential service and were so grateful they exist. As a stressed and exhausted person in need of medical equipment, however, the constant rushed atmosphere and lack of availability for discussion (in person or on the phone) makes it difficult to make good use of this service.

Christopher Wanamaker Excellent place to either donate medical or handicap supplies and products or browse, select, and receive such items for free other than signing the items out. This kind of place can help a lot of elderly and handicap or disabled people and it cost nothing other than gas to get there! This kind of place can save people a lot of money by grabbing slightly used but yet free medical supplies and products! There new location is in Hazel Dell a little east of exit 4 of the I-5, down the road from the old Izzys restaurant near the Goodwill across the street.

Chairty Junker My mother-in-laws wheelchair wheels broke. We brought it in to donate, which they graciously took in. They planned on fixing it up. We were able to get a replacement chair for free. They have lots of options. Everyone there was very sweet. I highly recommend bringing items to donate to this place.

Taryn Letzring Truly an incredible experience worth every penny. I’ve never felt more heard, seen, and cared for my a doctor. Morgan Powell actually took time to go through all my medical history, family history, concerns and come up with a treatment plan + tests that need to be done. I love their business model, and for someone like me that has health insurance - I don’t mind paying the monthly charge because everything else goes through my insurance (bloodwork, medications, etc). I have seen Dr. Powell 4 times in the last 2 months, 2 in person and 2 virtual and when I tell you I couldn’t get into a primary care doctor with my insurance for MONTHS it’s just totally unrealistic and frustrating. So the fact that I have been able to talk with my doctor 4 separate times and to actually do follow ups on medications and tests is truly unheard of and just incredibly appreciated. The whole staff there is friendly, welcoming, and have always made sure that I have exactly what I need. I cannot thank you enough for the opportunity, I will refer all my friends and family to you!

Furthermore, they do not offer refunds, even when the care they fail to provide was inadequately disclosed at sign-up. Overall, while this service might suffice for very limited needs or as a stopgap, its limitations make it less competitive compared to more comprehensive primary care options. It’s worth exploring other providers before committing to this model.

Morrigan McIrvin Ed is both knowledgeable and willing to look up things he doesn’t know as throughly. He takes time to explain why he suggests a certain kind of treatment and they really make you feel comfortable asking or explaining things to them and trusting when you’ve brought the data you’ve gathered yourself. It feels nice to be treated as a person and as a thinking individual.

Gloria Lionz Dr. Cara Olsen is my chiropractor @ Just for the Health of It. My spine has been a challenge my entire life; genetics have a way of keeping track of us! But Dr. Cs approach is so eclectic, collaborative and comprehensive I trust her impeccably. A SOLID relationship with ones physician should incorporate progress reports AND learning; CHECK! Ramon Moyer I had a hair analysis test done and got my results last week. Some of the heavy metal concentrations I was expecting, but I had some good news in other areas. Layla is a very good teacher, although I am sure I have a lot more to learn. I am now on the path to reducing those heavy metals and getting balance in my body chemistry. I highly recommend Just for the Health of It! Awesome crew! I appreciate Dr. Cara, Dr. Haley, and Dr. Jessica. I always feel better when I walk out the door after an adjustment.

Kevin Alvarez Was unable able to resolve an issue regarding billing. Got a surprise bill in the mail several months later...charging for a service that in my eyes was somewhat fraudulent. When calling to resolve the billing...was met with a rude and unprofessional tone with no willingness make it right. I had received massage therapy with no issues, however on the chiropractic side of things I was charged for additional treatment I did not ask for, nor was it made transparent. I never once got one got phone call to discuss my bill...the only phone call was one I initiated and I have since been sent to collections for a bill I should not have ever received. This company lost out on future visits that would have more than made up in monetary value in time for the bill they wrongly charged. I will not refer this place to anyone or ever go back again. The only reason for a 2 star over a 1 star is the fact that the massage therapist was very good and professional.

Alyssa Wells I have nothing but amazing things to say about this clinic. We have seen 4-5 different doctors and all have been fantastic, patient, kind and knowledgeable. I never feel pushed to do anything I don’t feel comfortable with or can’t afford. I always leave the clinic feeling so grateful and that my dogs are truly well taken care of.

Fin Ger I had been taking my cats here for the last 2 1/2 years. I recently asked for the flea prescription for them to be sent to the Costco pharmacy. It took a whole day and about 5 calls each to Costco and to Columbia vet to finally get them to send it over. When they finally sent it over, the prescription was for less months than what they originally said they were going to send to Costco. Columbia veterinary made this whole process extremely difficult and I have a strong feeling that they don’t like people filling prescriptions outside of their business. In the end I was forced to withdraw my cats from this clinic and I won’t be using them in the future. Additionally I would like to mention that they have a permanent phone message stating that they are experiencing a high call volume so they take a very long time to respond. If you end up going in, they aren’t a particularly busy business so I have a hard time believing they can’t pick up the phone. They are also a vey expensive clinic.

Lori Moore My husband and I moved fifteen years ago and began bringing our pets here. Not only do we bring all of our animals here (eleven dogs and three cats over that time), but so do our family and neighbors; we cant recommend them enough! Our old vet was nice but very expensive. Columbia Veterinary Center is less expensive, provide superior care along with being incredibly patient and kind, addressing all our questions and concerns. They have treated our pets with their arthritis, heart murmurs, congestive heart failure, kidney failure, pancreatitis, diabetes, spinal injuries, blindness and cancer, and have been there to comfort us when it was time to say goodbye. From the front office to the techs to the doctors, the entire staff take the time to visit with our pets and get to know them, along with my entire (human) family. We are grateful for the excellent treatment of our pets and the kindness theyve shown us over the years. Thank you for all the care youve provided our family.

Christopher Phillips My partner has had excellent service here for her three dogs for years. I just started bringing my own dog as well and its been delightful. The staff are wonderful, obviously super good with the animals, and didnt try to upsell me on anything during the visit. Highly recommend!

John Brunzell Dr. Ferguson is great. Hes taken care of Ella, Stanley, Ellie, Bobby and Oliver over the 20+ years weve lived here in Vancouver. I wouldnt go anywhere else. This Vet loves animals and has exemplary care and patience, even when we, the pet owners, are freaking out! Regarding the one star reviews left for Animal Medical. It appears these people have time management issues not related to this place of business. Also, the one who said the Dr. didnt know what he was talking about should stop believing what they heard on their social network and listen to the pro. Anyway, yes, Dr. Ferguson is awesome and he loves our animals, thats what matters most. Thank you!!

Jazmine Patino Animal Medical has been our choice of veterinary care for our fur babies for the last 15+ years. Dr. Ferguson is the best! He’s patient, understanding, and really cares about animals. He gives you the facts, and gives you all the options available when necessary. I will always remember the time I took my little Maltese in for a vision concern and after we addressed the issue he asked “Is there anything else you had questions about?” And I replied “Well I do. But I probably have to make a separate appointment for that? It’s not related.” He looked at me and said “No. Please ask. I’m not one of those big fancy clinics where you have to make separate appointments for separate concerns and issues. You are already here, and if you have concerns I want to address that now while we have time.” It was at that moment I knew my fur babies were in the right care. He truly cares about our animals. I will continue to take my dogs to Dr. Ferguson and his staff for as long as I can. He’s simply the best!

One has been my physician for five years, another I saw for the first time this week, and the others for various times in between. Heidi Oswalt Went to TVC urgent care on 87th Ave. with a painful broken wrist. Got incredibly compassionate and professional care from the nurse, Brittaney C., and the doctor, Zach B. I was taken care of quickly, given options regarding my care, had everything explained clearly, and got a big dose of kindness, sympathy, and genuine caring which I greatly appreciated. Sonya Royal I brought my dog in to have her paw checked, thinking she had something stuck, but it turned out to be a corn. The vet, wearing a full face mask (which seemed odd), was more focused on her diet than the actual issue I came in for. Instead of addressing the paw concern, they prescribed pain medication and pushed Science Diet food. The visit felt more like a sales pitch than genuine care. On top of that, the checkout process was ridiculously slow—a 20-minute visit turned into over an hour and cost over $100. Definitely won’t be returning!

Cindy Smith The Doctors and staff were always knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. They helped me take care of Mike (The Dog) for many years and even when it came time for him to join the Angels. They accommodated us through several emergencies which I appreciate more than they can know. Their skill level was far above the previous veterinarians that we had gone to. Mike was my wonderful, goofy companion for 13-1/2 years. I found him at the SW Washington Humane Society as a fuzzy little golden puppy. I wish I could have kept him forever. Chris Aiken Can no longer recommend this place. Ive been bringing all my animals to this place since late 2017...5 different animals over the course of that span. They used to be incredible, and even though i havent lived close to them for the last 3 years, I had no problem driving 25 minutes to see them. But over the last few months, something has changed with them. They make taking care of your animals incredibly difficult now. Things Ive been doing with them for years they now call "illegal." And their prices have increased dramatically. Something as simple as a nail trim used to be $15. They increased it to $30 this year. I get inflation, but to double the price? And Ive questioned sometimes if they even cut my dogs nails. Theres been times where Id get home and nails still look long. Even in spite of that, i was willing to continue coming here because overall, the service was great and they cared. But again, theyve been very problematic over the last few months and Im done. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

Amy Murray I love taking my two dogs to Animal Care Clinic! The service is great and the veterinarian care is excellent. I appreciate that a staff member shows me the estimated bill before they perform procedures. I find the cost of the care very reasonable. Plus, Dr. Pittman, the owner of the clinic, has two Boston terriers. Love that because I have a baby Boston. I highly recommend!

Jacob alaniz Had a tooth pulled. Have to say it was the best dental expirience that Ive ever had. I just want to thank everyone there. Very kind, compassionate, timely, and very knowledgeable. I have always gotten nervous when i would have to go to the dentist, this time was no different. There wasnt one person in the entire place the didnt or wouldnt of went out of the way to make me feel calm. Wonderful people through and through. Highly recommed this clinic. Wendell Boimler It only gets 4 stars because while staff was very friendly, it is the second smallest museum Ive ever been to. One of the interactive exhibits is cool enough to give it the 4th star because otherwise I would have been disappointed to pay admission (if it hadnt been a free day) just with the size of it. The geocache in there is neat though.

Elizabeth Prager A great way to learn about local Vancouver history. Several small but interesting displays including gorgeous Native American beadwork. History teachers can get a free edition of the Clark County historical museum text. The docents are very helpful.

S K Local history in an iconic setting. The former Carnegie library makes a fitting home for this local history museum. The museum presents exhibits context of native people and people of color. That gives a richer and more complete telling of the past. They have a small gift shop with great Vancouver post cards, books and other items. There is a research library on the lower level. Well worth the visit.

Lacie We were able to get our kitten in the same day for a rashy legion on his neck. We saw Dr. Chanel Baron, who was very personable and kind, and even stayed late for us on a holiday weekend to try and help our baby. Her course of treatment fixed the issue for his neck. All of the staff was helpful and efficient, and their communication is above and beyond any medical or vet clinic Ive ever dealt with. We ended up calling this office again in November when our kitten swallowed a toy and had an obstruction. East Padden got us in same day, and was able to even get him on schedule that day for emergency surgery! They were transparent on costs and expectations and communicated updates every step of the way. Dr. Baron and the entire team literally saved our kittens life. Thank you East Padden Team!

They took excellent care with my guy, provided clear explanation of what was going on & options how to proceed. They followed up the next day & following week to see how things were going! Jackie Johnson My family found East Padden Animal Hospital after not having any hope or confidence in our local vets. After doing research and getting a referral from our fur babys cardiologist we made an appointment for him to visit the clinic. They staff took such great care of our Royal bug, called to check up on him, and made us feel as though he was the most important living thing in the world. They are open seven days a week and do their best to make sure every animal in crisis is seen when need be. I love this clinic and would not take my animals anywhere else.

Kristina Palmer I cant say enough positive things about East Padden Animal Hospital! My Benny boy had to visit four different times this week due to some unexpected health issues, and each time, the staff was incredibly compassionate and professional. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. The veterinarians and vet techs were knowledgeable and attentive, showing genuine care for my dogs well-being. During one of my visits, I became very emotional communicating my worries for my dog’s life - the vet tech, Annabelle, went above and beyond to grab a glass of water and tissues for me, and later on shared her own personal experience with a pet that added some peace of mind. Despite the circumstances, I felt supported throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Dr. Anderson, Dr. Hawkins, Dr. Carr, Vet Tech Annabelle, and client liaison Traci for taking such great care of my baby! I highly recommend East Padden to any pet owner looking for a trustworthy and caring veterinary team.

Tracie Collins Im not as impressed with Vancouver Clinic as I used to be. Long waits to be seen, high cancellation rate (on their end - not mine). My parents moved here in June and have been waiting and waiting for doctors. They need to see specialists, but cant until they get a primary provider. My mom had appointments to establish with a primary get cancelled on her three times. Ridiculous! Have always been a loyal Vancouver Clinic patient, but thinking of moving the family elsewhere.

steve kinkaid I had my yearly physical exam with Dr Stephen Greaney at TVC. The provider was on time, the exam was performed, he listened to my concerns and ordered the appropriate test including a lipid panel. The visit went smoothly and efficiently and took just an hour. Well done.

Kathaleen Parker My recent visit to the Kaiser Salmon Creek Medical offices for a Scan procedure was an easy experience in Vancouver WA. The campus had good parking, easy freeway access and made the appointment process comfortable, professional and friendly. Although there were lots of patients there on the day of my Radiology appointment, I was done and on my way home quickly. The Radiology clinician explained her process with kind professionalism. The organization and quality trained staff is making my rating of the Kaiser Permanente Salmon Creek campus a 5-star experience.

Dana M The doctors are wonderful, I love my OBGYN and my daughters pediatrician. 5 stars for the docs and the ease to get short notice appointments. 1 star for their advice nurse hotline. Every time I call for my daughter, its in the late evening, and I end up being on hold for over an hour and then my anxiety gets the best of me and I take her into the ER. They either need to staff it better or have it tell you if its going to be more than a 15 min wait. They always advertise "talk to someone in less than 10 minutes", its complete nonsense.

Niqui Messmer Dr. Lowder and his colleagues have been nothing but supportive and compassionate towards myself and my significant other. I referred other family members because I know they’ll be in great hands! My significant other is high needs and even as an RN, I find myself overwhelmed by his health issues and frequent needs. I’m sure Dr. Lowder and his team are being overworked like most all healthcare professionals in this country, but they do a phenomenal job of making you feel seen and heard. Rob Vieira Dr. Guzman has been my primary care physician for nearly 20 years. How much do I like him? Enough to follow him through three different practice groups before he settled into the small office he operates out of now. In short, hes awesome. Another reviewer made some comments Im sure are very real to them, but in the long time Ive known Dr. Guzman, those comments dont fit - he is kind, caring, and, perhaps best of all, is fantastic about getting others involved on those occasions he doesnt have an answer (any doctor that doesnt is going to kill you eventually). Together with his nurse Char, who has been with him a very long time also, they make a fantastic team to deal with.

Chuck Jones Dr. Guzman has ben our Doctor for over 20 years and he has always taken excellent care of us. He makes the time to listen to us and has always been a great communicator. We are so thankful to have him as our Doctor.

jim davis I went in for my yearly skin inspection. Your doctors assistant I believe it was. Trina was excellent anticipated. My questions and made me feel at home. This was my first time with this doctor and he was very thorough,Explained everything so that I understood it treated some suspect areas on my skin prescribe some medicine and truly made me feel relaxed and calm and for an 86 year-old person that’s great. As long as I’m alive, I will go back and see the good doctor..

Judith LaHaye I have always been treated with a pleasant greeting and great care at Vancouver Clinic/Columbia Tech Center. There is never a wait to see my doctor while the staff is always there to halp and answer any questions you may have. I have moved here from Illinois and I am so fortunate to have been connected with such a health care group.

Laurie Arndt The clinic is nice, staff are personable and efficient. My doctor is wonderful, he takes time to make a thorough examination of my skin regularly. However, Vancouver Clinic does not take straight Medicare, only Medicare Advantage. I was lucky enough to have my dermatologist join their clinic and I was allowed to stay. But I am not allowed to have a primary care physician within Vancouver Clinic. I feel it is discriminatory and discouraging that they will not accept Medicare. Our seniors need their medical care too. And, Medicare Advantage just does not work for some seniors. Shame on you Vancouver Clinic!

Squidword Squarepants The clinic and people there are nice. The building has an odd layout but it is navigable. It would have been far better if I did not have to wait for 5 months (yes FIVE MONTHS) to get an appointment from the time of scheduling. If not for that I would have given them 5 stars.

Kherra Arneson Went to urgent care for severe tooth pain. Doctor didn’t even look at the tooth, looked at the roof of my mouth for two seconds and said he’d give me antibiotics. He seemed extremely annoyed and didn’t believe me when I said the dentists first opening is two weeks from now, and insisted I needed immediate tooth care. When I told him I was getting dizzy and felt a seizure coming on, he stared at me and said he’d have someone come give me my after visit summary and prescribe me meds. I waited for 36 minutes before anyone came back to check on me. Thankfully no seizure, but was an extremely terrifying and dangerous experience.

Haley Byrd I had a great time at my appointment with Kaiser! Nurse Elysia was quick and to the point in her work while maintaining a friendly disposition. I appreciated her thoroughness. Doctor Webster was amazing, caring, and listened to me. She did not shun me or put me down like previous doctors have done in the past. It was very humanizing and she is a wonderful person. I had a very informative and helpful doctor visit that cleared up many concerns for me. Thank you!
