Aly Stratton Dr. Jeff Kerr was just awesome with our very sick mare. Very impressed with him, Pam, his "everything office person" and his facility. From down to up, but sedated, to feeling better!

Chy Mettler We always have a million questions regarding our dog or cats when we go to Countryside, and it doesnt matter which vet we see, they have always been patient, informative, and usually go above and beyond to provide answers, alternative options, or suggestions. Were very happy with our animal care at Countryside!

Sarah Daggett Dr. Plantz was positive and supportive with my senior dog. We discussed options and way to proceed with Roxys health issues. I felt acknowledged and heard even though I wasnt the expert.
I highly recommend Countryside.

Scott & Kim Sinclair The staff at Countryside have gone above and beyond for my family. Harley is little and needs a lot of TLC. The groomers do an amazing job and make me feel I have absolutely no worries leaving her with them. Thank you Countryside.

Asha Hawkesworth I need to stress that my rating is due to one doctor (Schneider), whom I seem to have the bad luck of getting lately. The other doctors have been great.
We moved to the area less than 3 years ago. We had a number of older cats, and unfortunately, we ended up having to put 3 of them to sleep within the last year (one due to a stroke that left her paralyzed). When we put our 16- and 14-year-olds to sleep, we got this one doctor. Now, I know when my animals are dying, and Im not going to spend thousands of dollars to determine *why* they are dying, but I know. I know my cats. And it was their time. I dont believe I should have to pay for dozens of tests to give my animals their rest. As it happens, these animals had no prior health issues, and Im also not going to pay to bring them in for a meet & greet, either, which I was apparently expected to do. (Countryside has seen my dogs.)
So this doctor suggests that it could be something else they could treat, and this isnt my first rodeo here. Again, not going to spend big bucks to find out what I already know. Since I had to bring in my 14-year-old, a few months after the 16-year-old, I can tell that Doc is judging me big time, like Im a terrible person for wanting to put down what she termed "a healthy cat." She said that more than once. She apparently heard nothing I told her. He hadnt eaten in nearly a month. He was wasting away. He was down to 8 lbs. He hurt. He couldnt get comfortable. She said my "healthy cat" might have hyperthyroid. She said it was hard when shes never seen my cat before, and Im ready to put it down. Well, I sympathize, lady, but Im not having a good day here, either. I really thought she was going to refuse to do it.
Long story short, she did finally put him down at my request, but Ive had enough. Im going to find another vet. Its hard enough to lose my animals without being gaslit into spending money for an old friend whose time is done.
