Felina Steinert Cascade Medical ER is really great. Both doctors and nurses were kind and considerate to me. The Drs. listened to me and asked me my opinion. They explained to me what their treatment plan was. It is so nice to be treated with care when you are feeling so bad and in so much pain. That is a big plus to me because I have chronic pain and a lot of the medical field does not want to deal with you. Everyone at Cascade Medical ER and clinic are always very caring to me. Thank you all !!

Melyssa Lyons I was thankful to be Dr. Sterlings care after a snowboarding injury. He is very kind, has a great personality, and his wit went a long way being that I wasnt feeling my finest! Everyone at Cascade Medical Center was great, down to the records gal, Desiree! The building is beautiful and I was in and out of the ER within 4 hours with imaging! Thank you for the great care. Wishing you all a great year. Thank you Dr. Sterling!

Abbigail Heen As far as dental in Chelan, it’s a big no. Dr. Feurst (hope I got the name right) said he only wanted to pull out two teeth and never gave me anything for all of the pain I’ve been in. I went elsewhere to get a second opinion and they gave me medicine and they’re pulling out six teeth instead. On the bright side the OB and primary care doctors are absolutely wonderful and they listen to you. I’ve never trusted doctors because of horrific situations with confluence. If you still don’t trust doctors you will definitely change your mind and start trusting CVCH only.

Anna C I had an emergency room visit on 10/31/2024 at 2:45 pm for my Infant daughter. The charge nurse at this facility that was the first person to meet us at the door, had a HORRIBLE attitude. I cannot believe the snark and sass that was coming out of this lady’s mouth. I am very displeased about my visit here, people come to the emergency room when they are experiencing a rough time, and to be greeted with attitude is the last thing people want to deal with. I worked in health care for 3 years and have spent 2 of those years working in the emergency room. It is very concerning when staff are treating people like this and is a huge reflection on how this organization values the community around it. I wish I caught her name, but I do know that she is a charge nurse at the emergency room.

Alexa Jimenez I took my Daughter to the hospital that our tv fell on top of her head and cracked….she always goes to the wenatchee Hospital but for more closer we descided to take her to Quincy Hospital… the Nurses were great were very respectful. But the Docter!!!!! He was very unprofessional! He said no xrays no nothing! Not even a let me check or something… The Tv fell over her head and cracked!!! And he said NOTHING!!!! Until we told bim to to an xray As parents we were concerned and wanted to be aure the nothing happened that her head was ok!!!!! Not taking my children ever again over here!!!!! They should hire better Docters that take their Job as a Doctor that they should care about their patients! Thats why some pay or home have ensuraance we should get better treatment!

drummagick I have been using CVCH since I moved to this area in the early 2000s and they are excellent. Ive never had problems from any provider there and most of them have been top notch. Same with the dentists. As a matter of fact, my current dentist there is the best one Ive ever had, same with my PCP. Sure, they dont have some specialists but Confluence is close for those. I went to Express Care for a breathing issue at the end of a bout of flu last week, they triaged me immediately, got me in for a chest xray nearly as quickly and I was home with antibiotics and prednisone within the next hour and a half and feeling better already by the next day (it was pneumonia). Highly recommended.

Raeane Drake I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with CVCH after switching from Columbia Valley. Initially, I found my primary care provider, Rebecca M, to be compassionate and understanding during our first few appointments. Unfortunately, after about three or four sessions, I noticed a shift in her demeanor, becoming snarky and dismissive.

Libbie Poirier I had help with Lizzie via Member Services, and she took the time out of her day to talk to me on the phone and made the forms I needed to sign accessible to me via online. She worked very hard & even sent her personal work email to allow me to turn my forms in before they expired. She explained things well & Im very impressed.

Bethany Mahan Referral process is the worst. 4 referrals that have been sent out the building have not been delivered, sometimes twice in a row. I shouldnt have to call every two weeks just to make sure I get prompt care. This last time took two months! TWO MONTHS and multiple phone calls to get my referral to show up to a physical therapy office. I dont have time for this nonsense. This has never happened at any other clinic or doctors offices I have used in the past. This is irresponsible and unacceptable.

Daniela Alpire I personally don’t think this clinic offers the best treatment with their customer communication with providers. They tend to not call back and the system is confusing.

Rolinda Tubbs Wenatchee Hospital treated my mom for heart disease over the years before her death. I was born with 2 heart defects and this hospital has a stress class for heart patients that just included me, her driver and daughter with SVT. They took great care of her the night she passed. My sister was hit hard. Mom was brain dead and poor Val had her phone and was singing the song I had written for Mama I call “My Cadillac Mama.” Mom had dementia and we were the only,y ones with memories of our family in the 50’s and 60’s. I am afraid dementia has hit my siblings now. She is convinced they wrote the song together. When Mom was brain dead. Highly recommend Wenatchee Hospital. I had SVT events waiting for m9m in surgery and the nurses in the coffee line helped me get my meds off the floor where I dropped them. I highly appreciate the care they gave my parents and me through the years. Dad died there as well. Now, they are together once again. Daddy always called her his Cadillac Mama! She was classy and beautiful. Like a Cadillac! She actually came to me in my dream the night she died.i woke straight up in bed waking my husband who is going,”What???” I was crying and shaking and said,”My mom just died.” Teresa called me to tell me she had been declared brain dead. Now, I am afraid my sister has dementia. Because she didn’t write My Cadillac Mama while she was brain dead! She needs help now. Dementia is not a disease one can ignore. Highly recommend this medical center and hospital. Death hits families hard. And I have a tribe for a family that is not easy to handle. Had to become a therapist and minister to survive my heart disease. And, I am still using the stress management trick this Medical Center taught me and my mom as heart disease patients. They truly do care. And somehow have survived my tribe of a family. Twice now!

Chy Mettler We always have a million questions regarding our dog or cats when we go to Countryside, and it doesnt matter which vet we see, they have always been patient, informative, and usually go above and beyond to provide answers, alternative options, or suggestions. Were very happy with our animal care at Countryside!

Sarah Daggett Dr. Plantz was positive and supportive with my senior dog. We discussed options and way to proceed with Roxys health issues. I felt acknowledged and heard even though I wasnt the expert. I highly recommend Countryside.

Scott & Kim Sinclair The staff at Countryside have gone above and beyond for my family. Harley is little and needs a lot of TLC. The groomers do an amazing job and make me feel I have absolutely no worries leaving her with them. Thank you Countryside.
5 /5
Asha Hawkesworth I need to stress that my rating is due to one doctor (Schneider), whom I seem to have the bad luck of getting lately. The other doctors have been great. We moved to the area less than 3 years ago. We had a number of older cats, and unfortunately, we ended up having to put 3 of them to sleep within the last year (one due to a stroke that left her paralyzed). When we put our 16- and 14-year-olds to sleep, we got this one doctor. Now, I know when my animals are dying, and Im not going to spend thousands of dollars to determine *why* they are dying, but I know. I know my cats. And it was their time. I dont believe I should have to pay for dozens of tests to give my animals their rest. As it happens, these animals had no prior health issues, and Im also not going to pay to bring them in for a meet & greet, either, which I was apparently expected to do. (Countryside has seen my dogs.) So this doctor suggests that it could be something else they could treat, and this isnt my first rodeo here. Again, not going to spend big bucks to find out what I already know. Since I had to bring in my 14-year-old, a few months after the 16-year-old, I can tell that Doc is judging me big time, like Im a terrible person for wanting to put down what she termed "a healthy cat." She said that more than once. She apparently heard nothing I told her. He hadnt eaten in nearly a month. He was wasting away. He was down to 8 lbs. He hurt. He couldnt get comfortable. She said my "healthy cat" might have hyperthyroid. She said it was hard when shes never seen my cat before, and Im ready to put it down. Well, I sympathize, lady, but Im not having a good day here, either. I really thought she was going to refuse to do it. Long story short, she did finally put him down at my request, but Ive had enough. Im going to find another vet. Its hard enough to lose my animals without being gaslit into spending money for an old friend whose time is done.

ronjeffries1 Met with a Dr. B…… today with a sore knee. The injury happened two weeks ago and I waited this long to go to the Dr. X-rays were taken. Nothing showed up on the X-ray. Then the Dr. Said to wait another 3-4 weeks. He said it will either get better or not. Really? Not impressed. Said to go home and take Tylenol. Still not impressed.

Natasha Gillespie I wasnt diagnosed properly or prescribed the right thing, but I did get seen right away. Came here on vacation for an eye irritation. I told them I thought it might be pink eye and they prescribed me some tobramycin, which doesnt even help pink eye. Im not even sure what the diagnosis was?? When I came home I saw my primary and they said it was a skin or environmental allergy and prescribed me the proper Rx. While I had a pleasant experience at the office Im not satisfied with the care I received. Still worked in a pinch on vacation though!

Brie Raymond Wouldnt go back to this place if I was dying. Worse experience ever. Some of you nurses care more about your paycheck than you do about the patients you get paid to care for. After I basically had to discharge myself do to the lack of care I received, the nurse getting me ready to go, ripped out my IV absolutely nothing gentle about her. My arm has been swollen over 24hrs now and its in so much pain.

Tashia Mosley This Hospital is wonderful with Communication, they were quick to get my boyfriend back for his appointment and finished way sooner than expected which was a blessing living out of County. The front desk staff was wonderful in knowing this and helped us get to the food court they have, which if you or your family are waiting for your loved one to finish, theyre appointments and procedures. The food court has many options and is very spacious, so you dont feel like youre on top of everyone.

Libby Firoved The emergency room is filthy and outdated. It looks unclean and its not big enough for this community that continues to grow. I see people come and go without being seen because of the up to 3 hours of waiting for help. Something needs to change. At least send in someone to whipe off some germs every once in a few hours. We Came to get help not get sick. As for the nursers they were great but this place seems understaffed and too small.

lucas christenson Called the gastrointestinal department for a check up they told me I needed a referral and they could help me spent three weeks getting a referral and reference numbers several hours on the phone. Only to find out they aren’t taking new patients after several weeks of banging my head against the wall. Was hoping to find a medical provider that seemed to care but confluence health doesn’t.

Emmett Brooks The only way to get service is if you go to the ER during the weekdays. I went in during the weekend and was promised someone would follow up Monday for appointments since the ER does not staff all services on the weekend. I’ve been calling several facilities for the past 2 days and I the soonest I can receive care is mid February. This is not health care, this is a joke.

A. B. Came here for what turned out to be low blood sugar (not for me but for a family member). Was given every test in the book so we were there a while. But I would rather them be thorough than sloppy ya know? Good and polite employees. I did dislike the fact that the "door" was just a curtain and that we could hear everyone else from the other rooms. Im sure they could hear us as well. So it was kinda odd in my opinion. Karly Siroky I recently went in for a mammogram and ultrasound, and was pleasantly surprised by how caring the service was. Karen did a great job making me feel comfortable during my mammogram, and Stephanie did the same during my ultrasound. The staff provided warmed dressing gowns to wear. The hallways were decorated for Fall. The lighting in the radiology department—whereas regular hospital lighting is usually fluorescent and garish and the opposite of "healing"—was soft, yellow and calming. The only reason why Im not giving Confluence a full 5 stars is because of the environment. Most of the building still feels very clinical, cold, corporate and unwelcoming. But the radiology department defied this fact. The dahlia garden outside is incredible. More moments like this where nature and natural building materials can be integrated would help me choose this medical center over others that I travel quite a distance to just because they make me feel less stressed leading up to my appointment. Thank you, Confluence Radiology, for exceeding my expectations, and making a procedure I was dreading as painless as possible, and actually borderline enjoyable!

Brandee Wellman It’s no wonder Direct Care gets such a low rating. The receptionists are absolutely terrible—no eye contact, no warmth, no compassion in their voice, and they can barely speak loud enough to hear. It’s like they’re completely uninterested in being there or in helping anyone. Their lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable. In a place where people come when they’re at their most vulnerable, a simple smile or a shred of empathy would go a long way—but clearly, that’s too much to ask here. I use this location because it’s close to my home.

HYR Real Estate Dr. Ian McLaren in the Urology department is incredible. He really cares about his patients and goes the extra mile to help them. I really really really appreciate his kindness and his willingness to take really good care of my concerns. He has exceptional bedside manners and is very knowledgeable. Mac P Opinions differ per person and per experience. This experience I am mentioning is a midday scheduled procedure. My partner had went into get 2 procedures done, and she has severe anxiety. The nurses immediately were and kind and quick. With no hesitation they made sure she was comfortable and secure. This next reason is why I put 5 stars. I have MAJOR issues with anxiety due to my autism. Without even mentioning any type of issue, the nurses and receptionists made sure I, alongside my partner, were comfortable. That is the extra mile I was hoping to see. Certain days I can handle public, but with the stress and worry of this procedure it wasn’t an easy day. Thank you.

Rich Tieman I made an appointment to get a covid booster. Arriving on time with no other patient there (empty parking lot and waiting room), I assumed I would be in and out in 15 minutes or less. Wrong! Multiple pages to sign and twice they entered my wrong birth date in their system. Having to show proof of my birthdate from their errors was the last straw. I left almost a half hour later without a shot. Workers there suggested I get this free shot elsewhere since my frustration for a very simple procedure was obvious but polite. If they cant get a simple immunization shot right, I wont trust them with any other health issue that arises.

Abigail Rice I wanted to establish primary care so I scheduled an intake appointment with a primary care physician at 9:20am on Feb 6. I was told I would be able to establish primary care and have the opportunity to ask questions. The nurse took me back to an exam room shortly after 9:20am. She told me the doctor (someone named Martha) would be in shortly. I resumed working on my laptop while waiting for the doctor. At 9:46am the doctor entered the room (I know this time precisely because I sent a work email just as she walked in, right before I closed my laptop.). She told me she would like to get my medical history down, and discuss the 3 questions I had come in with, related to an old knee injury, preventative cancer screenings and a recurring abdominal issue. She did not take down any of my medical history but instead started asking me questions about my knee injury and cancer screenings. During our discussion her smart watch kept ringing. She silenced it several times, apologized and refocused. At 10:03am she informed me we were out of time and I would have to schedule a second appointment to complete my intake appointment and communicate my medical history. I was taken aback by this statement. We hadnt actually discussed any of my medical history or any other issues. I told her I was confused why were out of time after 17 minutes, since I had made it clear that I had made the appointment to establish primary care. I told her I didnt understand why 17 minutes was all that CVCH had allotted for me to establish primary care as a new patient. She apologized and said, "I understand your frustration, thats just how they do things here," as she was literally backing out of the room trying to leave as fast as she could. At 10:06am I was in my car driving out of the parking lot. I am a single mom who works full-time. It is not easy to carve time out of my work day to attend non-urgent medical appointments. Since Ill have to schedule a second appointment to establish car with CVCH, Im sure CVCH will charge my insurance twice for what should be one appointment. I have never received worse customer service from a medical provider. Is this just a fluke? Was Dr. Martha just pulled away by a personal obligation? Is that why her smart watch was going off incessantly during our appointment and she had to leave suddenly? Or does CVCH really just have so little regard for my time, health and well being that by scheduling their appointments 15 minutes or so at a time, they can cash in on every poor sucker who walks through their doors at least twice? Am I just a cash cow for them to milk? CVCHs profits certainly take priority over my quality of care. Im not sure if my terrible experience was just a fluke with Dr. Marshas personal schedule or if CVCHs patient care programs are really just THAT bad. If it is the latter, it is very unfortunate that CVCH values profits and efficiency over patient wellness and quality of care. I have received several text messages asking me to pay my bill. Pay my bill for what? I still havent established primary care, which was why I scheduled and attended this appointment in the first place. What bill could I possibly have? I have never experienced a medical provider show so little respect for my health wellness and time. Patient/consumer BEWARE.

Kylee Solano It’s always someone rude at the front desk, LONG wait times. Which is always expected here but at the same time with the amount of people why don’t they make this building bigger??? Another location??? The amount of people crying in pain and getting in a room last while others sitting there joking and just fine got a room first was insane The last time I was there (3 nights ago). I also need to go back for a CT scan since nothing is getting better for me I have two children with me and I don’t want to bring them so I asked them “is it very busy or somewhat busy?” Lady at “switchboard” said “we can’t tell you that” with a condescending voice I said “I know you can’t tell me exactly how long it’s going to be but every time I’ve been there, they’ve told me if it’s busy or not” so now I have to go in with my children around all the sick a** people since she didn’t wanna transfer me and let me talk to the people ACTUALLY in the building.

Traci Reid My mother went in for unknown hives and was prescribed a general anti inflammatory medication...then the next day she developed blisters..she went in and without a biopsie they ASSUMED she had an allergic reaction to the medication for the hives....then the next day it was itching and spreading went in and they put her on zertek, heartburn meds and was told to use anti itch. The doctor said she had no idea what it was but if it spread or got worse to come back in.....guess what? It did so another trip in...this time we called er ahead and asked to speak to the doctor....the nurse took info and talked to the doctor who said just taked your meds n see your regular doctor! Really people. Who does not perform proper medical....wenatchee hospital! I urge everyone to seek REAL medical else where!

Bryce Greenfield Im only speaking for my own personal experience, every visit my family and I have made to the Emergency Room the care has been exemplary. Myself and my loved ones are always treated with dignity and kindness, even when they are crazy busy. I recently came down with a wicked case of the Rona and needed to pay the ER 2 visits in as many days. Despite being so completely done with this garbage virus, they got geared up and took excellent care of another random human in need. Well, this random human says thanks. My family and I appreciate it. Keep fighting the good fight friends.

Jessica Schell I had an appointment to be tested for ADHD and it was an awful and disappointing session. She rarely looked at me and didn’t explain the process. It felt like she was just weeding me out and focused on the fact she thought I had anxiety. She said that people can outgrow ADHD. They don’t. I would not recommend seeing her especially if you are neurodivergent.

Patricia Meiners Mauvia is extremely knowledgeable regarding mental health issues and medications, as well as many other medical issues people experience. Mauvia is kind, honest and straightforward. She remains calm when my anxiety is over the top. She is supportive honest and straightforward. Mauvia has always presented as someone comfortable with big emotions and her demeanor does not change from visit to visit. Mauvia remains true to her values and is extremely professional.

O I went to Mauvia for Years and have had nothing but an outstanding experience. So positive infact that I attribute a huge portion of who I am fundamentally as a person today to her. I would have never left her practice if it wasnt for me moving across country. She was caring, gentle, mindful and very open minded. I never felt the slightest bit of judgment, she validated my feelings, offered constructive help and tools. I am honestly shocked to see anyone say anything other than fantastic things about her. Trust me Ive had many therapists/councilers/doctors/nurses ECT and she is THE BEST!!!! I highly recommend that if you are genuinely out to better yourself fundamentally and work on your inner-self and your overall quality of your mental health Mauvia is the one. Just honestly such a fantastic wonderful individual. I feel so lucky to have had her for so many years to help me in becoming the individual I am today. Mauvia if you see this, thank you for everything, sincerely thank you!

E K Very rude and unprofessional. Spent 15 minutes asking very generic questions and was very dismissive of everything I said. Acted like she knew my conditions better than I did. She then altered my medical records without my permission by marking a condition that I am currently receiving care for as “resolved” and removed two other diagnoses that are extensively documented in my medical history. On top of that, she was over ten minutes late to our telehealth appointment and never bothered to look at me as she asked questions. I am very curious about the other positive reviews she has received, considering one of them is from herself.

L D I went to Mauvia after a referral from a family member. After many failed attempts at therapy I gave her a shot. Best decision of my life. She helped me in so many ways, my marriage all the way down to business stress and troubles and my crippling anxiety. I highly recommend her if you are serious about self work and inner healing. Overall just a great experience.

Natalie-Grace Carr I went in for my sons 2 month wellness check. The intake nurse seemed rushed and uncaring while taking our info. The doctor was 20 minutes late to the appointment. She was kind enough and answered my question but also seemed like she was in a hurry to get through our appointment so I might have had more questions had I felt like she had the time. The exam seemed a little unnecessarily rough, physically, for a two month old. When it was time for his shots two nurses came in with some of the worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. It was quick, I’ll give them that, but there was no care or tenderness towards my baby or me. They held his legs down on the table and asked me to hold his hands above his head. It was horrible. I’ve never heard of an infant getting shots while being held down. It felt so wrong. No mom wants to watch their baby get poked with needles and it doesn’t help when the nurses doing it come off as cold and don’t even let you hold him or give him comfort while it’s happening. There was no printed after visit summary or information given in regards to his growth or the vaccines he got. I’ve never been to a doctors office that doesn’t give you an after visit summary before. It’s extra annoying considering he doesn’t have a MyChart set up yet for me to go reference in case I forget anything that they said in the appointment. Overall, I’m really disappointed and upset about how the appointment went. It’s his first pediatrician appointment and first time getting shots since he was born. I was excited and optimistic going into it and now just regret choosing this clinic. Having a pediatricians office that you feel like cares for your child, listens, and asks questions is important for all first time moms. I will be making his next appointment somewhere else and certainly won’t be recommending this practice to anyone who asks.

Kari mcreynolds Hersel All 4 of my children have went to this doctors office and have seen Dr. Eisert he is great since the day they were born. My oldest is now 24 and i have 4 kids .I love this clinic. Theyre great with kids. I would not take my children to any other clinic they r the best. And the walk in clinic is great too I like that its by appointment so you dont have to wait hours after hours to get in....

Hunter Markov Went in for an issue I had on my leg. The male nurse tells me to take some aspirin and not worry about it. Told me before he left the room that they (confluence health) doesnt really care and that theyre just going to charge me and send me on my way. $250 for some jackass to tell me to take some aspirin and get out. Went there today to pay under threat of arrest, and the receptionist wouldnt take me off of your patient list because I no longer want to be associated with you all. 0 stars. Worthless.

Troy Davis My daughter and I took her 2 yr old in to Wenatchee because she thought he had strep.Strep test was negative . However the toddler said his ears hurt so she asked the Dr to check his ears. This inhumane dr refused to check his ears and told us to make a separate appointment. Thanks for nothing Dr. Elsner!

He rates right there with my other two whom I consider wonderful Doctors. Looking forward to my next appointment in a year. I also have full confidence that should I have an emergency before then, I am in skilled and caring hands. Thank you Dr. Bolles Tom Mason

Kate Eylar Years of being disappointed with staff and doctors. The desk and telephone people are completely useless and out right rude. I feel bad for all the patients that have no where else to go, they serve such a large community and seem to pick and choose. Sad

axios409 I was asked to participate in a cancer research study, which required a blood draw. The blood draw was carried out by an untrained individual who had no idea what she was doing. She didn’t even know how to insert the needle. I was not informed that she was a student before the attempted blood draw. I had the right to know this. I had to tell her she blew the vein and I applied pressure to the area after releasing the tourniquet. This area is now heavily bruised with major surgery scheduled next week. Hopefully, it’s not a vein the anesthesiologist is going to need.

pj wolfington I wanted to establish Confluence as my primary provider, along with other specialty services, but my recent experience has been challenging, disappointing, and bad for my health. I needed a follow-up imaging appointment, expedited by my current primary care provider, but despite multiple calls and messages, I’ve had significant difficulty securing it. The representatives I spoke to were kind, but none followed up as promised, and I still haven’t received a return call after four months. I eventually decided to make my imaging/radiology appointment somewhere else, but Confluence’s lack of follow-through in sharing my imaging has complicated that process, too. Being in limbo for four months, with potential health risks from these delays, has been both stressful and unacceptable. Unfortunately, this issue isn’t isolated to the imaging department. I recently visited Confluence for a dermatology concern, where I was seen for less than five minutes and felt my exam was rushed and incomplete, leaving me with little confidence in the care I received.

Audri Bondo Over charge and under deliver. Went to the doctor for a migraine. Was given an iv with OTC medications. Sent home, with a migraine, so minimal improvement. And received a bill for over $3000 and they’re just stating thats what they charge. When asked additional questions for how to lower the bill was met with hostility and rudeness. As others have stated based on similar situations we will never utilize Confluence. Their billing practices are questionable at best. Their service subpar. Very disappointed and frustrated. Dont trust them with your health. They will take advantage of you and your pocketbook with zero effort to provide documentation regarding the charges. Just told to pay and shut up, they charge what they charge.

Jon $3500 charge for an x-ray and sitting in a room alone for four hours NOT GETTING TREATMENT. I could not believe they had the gall to charge me after doing less than nothing. Next time I will just die.

Rick and Krista Tuckness Another good experience at Confluence Health, Wenatchee! Because of inconsistent good healthcare from my own town, I travel over an hour to Wenatchee for my healthcare needs. Today was Family Medicine, Audiology, and Lab departments. All departments had short wait times, courteous staff and were thorough.
