carlee hys I didn’t want to leave a review as i love a couple of the lady’s here and usually do an awesome job! i’m writing this review because i went to go get my nails done before my vacation as i had been there before and been happy with my services. As shown in the picture that’s what i asked for but square shape. the shaping of nails itself was flawless but the nail tech doing my nails i hadn’t had before and she seemed awfully rushed to get done with my design. as u can see in the picture the stars look rigid and very poorly done. looks like a 8 year old was drawing stars on my fingers aswell as u can not see the bumps on the starfish. I didn’t have time for her to re do them so i paid and went on my way. I wanted to atleast write a review of this experience because i was so terribly unhappy i paid 85$ (w tip) for these nails for my vacation i was so excited for just for them to look poorly done when i usually LOVE this nail salon. I want to clarify that many of the other lady’s have been great but i will definitely be avoiding whatever tech did these.

Rita Gray I have been receiving nail service for over 40 years. For the past 3 years I have worked with Phuong who is hands down the finest nail artist I have ever experienced. I am very particular and she has always accommodated me with kindness and humor. My nails are always perfect, and I mean Always!! The prices here might be slightly higher than other salons, but WELL worth it in every way. Thank you Phuong, you are the BEST!

Laura Brudvik I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years! I am always happy with my nails, but the couple times I haven’t been they are always willing to make it better. Just love all the ladies there and consider them family. And love the pedicures and foot and leg massages! They will even massage your neck after your manicure. ❤️❤️❤️

Yvonne Hurd Wolf New to the area, I finally found a great nail salon! Phuong gave me the BEST dip Ombré new full set nails and a really great pedicure! She even trimmed an in grown toe nail that many other salons had failed at. What relief from pain! The Salon is clean, staff is friendly and inviting. Phuong is personal, very respectful and professional. Proficient and an excellent nail tech. Salon is clean and practicing good hygiene. 5 stars all the way!

Lynda Clemons its hard to say I "loved" it, because electrolysis is not really pleasant - but I really love the results. Dagmar is really a professional and gives the client a lot of confidence in her skills. She was very educational on the first appointment about the entire procedure. I have been twice and am about to make another appointment. More and more of the pesky facial hairs are disappearing - and they dont come back! I will continue with this until Im satisfied that all problem hairs are gone.

Jasmine Rancore Modern nails is the absolute best place in Lynden. They are amazing. Can’t Expressed that enough, whether you’re looking for gel X nails or acrylic nails or just a manicure or pedicure they are the best. They are even great with kids that I have gotten by far. Sunny did an absolute amazing job.

Ashley Meadows From the moment I walked in I felt warmly welcomed by Emma, and the space felt comfortable. In the treatment room, Emma went over every concern and question I had before explaining every step of the facial before we got started. The table was so comfy and warm, and when she started, I felt instantly relaxed. I was enveloped in delicious smells, and felt truly pampered. I was sent home with a few samples which made it even more fun to extend the luxurious experience, and have since incorporated a couple new products into my routine. Ive already booked my next one and cant wait to come back!

Edie Hayes Every product I have tried from this business has been incredible. The ingredient list is natural and full of words I understand. Each product is curated to do exactly what it says it will. In my experience they are fast acting, and very affective. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn’t recommend this business more. I have attached photos of a before and after using the eye cream. I have Thyroid Eye Disease that causes swelling, irritation and a bug-eye appearance. I applied this cream and an hour or two later my eye balls had visibly gone back into my head. I was genuinely surprised by how effective just a small amount of cream was, especially considering the severity of my diagnosis. This product and many others have brought me an immense amount of relief and peace of mind.

Jen Fox I first bought a jar of salve at a market in 2019. I’ve purchased tons of products since then and have turned on my parents, in-laws and other friends and family onto Jessica’s products too. CBD wasnt nearly as mainstream in 2019 as it is now but I half listened while a friend visited her booth. When I heard Jessica talk about how it helped her recover from a broken back she peaked my interest, as my Dad was hospitalized with a broken back then. We started using it at home for aches, pains and sports injuries on myself and my kids while my Dad healed up enough to use it. Ive ordered many products many times since then. We recently visited family in GA and after trying the salve on some recurring pain on his foot my father in law was hooked and ordered some the next day. Recently my mom found relief with some ongoing knee pain. I love the spray, the lip balm and the rollers too! It all works great, smells great and I love that it is all natural with no additives AND I love supporting a woman-owned small business, too!

MP Beskow I’ve been a hard core fan of MJ esthetic products since the moment I first tried them 3 years ago. I have issues with migraines and some knee pain from a long ago injury and this is the only CBD product ( the topical salve to be specific) that works for me and boy I’ve tried everything! There’s a lot of CBD salves that don’t work, her products provide near instantaneous relief! She’s an above and beyond business woman too, which inspires loyalty! Will forever be using these salves! Katey Roemmele I have been buying MJ Esthetics CBD products for a couple years now. First of all, I want to say that Jessica is wonderful! So helpful and thoughtful. She treats her customers and clients beautifully. Such a positive attitude. I love the salve and liniment for old knee and ankle injuries; use them daily to help with pain. My other favorite is the CBD drops to help me relax at night to get to sleep. Ive noticed a difference since taking them! The ageless serum leaves my skin with a nice texture...very smooth and soft. I highly recommend Jessica and her products!

Pearl Baimpwi I went in to get my nails done. I was given a color panel to look at, while I was looking at it, one of the girls snatched it from my hands and gave it to another customer. No excuse me or can I have this for a minute. I told her I wasnt done looking at it because it was just given to me, she totally ignored me. Then they argued over who would do my nails. The girl who did it did such a bad job, my nails had bumps and uneven color. I have been going there for 4 years every month. Very disappointing. Time to find a new nail place.

Donna Reed I love this salon! Kim always does a great job accommodating my strange requests like todays black acrylic nails with gold flakes! I love her artistic eye to make them look like fire crackers- not just coated in sparkles. The staff is always gentle on my manicures and pedicures too.

Jennifer taggart I went in as a walk in. I had checked their prices last night and saw a full set of pink and white acrylic was $40 dollars. I have bigger hands and when I got them done, they charged me $60 cause I wore them longer they said. My nails are not that long. Really bummed. I did like her work.

J Aceveda Kim at New Nails is the best. I came in on a Whim with a photograph of what I wanted and she gave me the most perfect dip manicure I’ve ever had. Amazing eye for detail and very knowledgeable about the products she uses. She’s so friendly, she made me feel right at home. Her prices are very fair for the quality work she provides. I’ll definitely be returning!

Wright Selina (Ivy) I go here with my mom and weve enjoyed our experiences here. They are very thoughtful and pay attention to detail. Its recommended that you make an appointment and it helps to specify what you need done so they know an estimated time frame.

Malgorzata de Kubber I have been coming to this salon a few times and it was one of the best in the area ( I dont find high standards no where in US with European quality work)but just today they lost a customer. I understand that different situations can happen in life and we have no control, but you have to take care of the clients if you want them to come back. On Monday, it turned out that the salon is not open but have sign MONDAY AND TUESDAY CLOSED, I think ok, something must have happened, I come on Wednesday and it is closed again with the same, unchanged sign. There was more people by the door the same disappointed as me. On Thursday I call and make an appointment for Saturday and ask for the latest possible appointment, I was told to come at 6.30 pm. So I drive up there all the way from Lynden and see that its closed but the light is on so I call, the owner picks up and says hes closing because he has to do something. I tell him that I had an appointment at 6.30 and he telling me I am late, surprised I asked how come I am late since I am before scheduled time and he told me that my appointment was yesterday. I explained that I did not sign up for Friday because I was working and I told him he could have informed me that my visit would not take place because something else comes up but he telling me over and over he needs to do something this why is closed.If he just call me and tell me he needs to cancel I will totally understand but no, he makes me drive for not reason spending my time and gas money. Good luck in the future, I hope you dont lost more clients!!

Cecilia Salman They told us to come I was with my mother-in-law and she is very hard for her to walk and so literally we called one minute and then when we got there, they told us they couldn’t take us! It’s so hard for her to walk

C Cartwright Fast and friendly service. I had acrylics removed and regular polish applied. She did a good job. She was gentle. She used the rotary grinder at a minimum which removes less nail bed. No wait without an appointment during the day.

VaSáge Miss BE WARNED & WATCH THE PRICE CAREFULLY EACH TIME!! I was looking for new regular nail salon, not only is this convenient for me the price was great at first. When I went back for a fill she charged me the same amount as a full set and expected a tip on top of it too. Went back one more time to get a fill and again same price as a full new set. I didnt say anything because I wanted to see what she was going to do. The original was a dip and that was the cheapest price, each fill was acyrilic and more money. Since, Ive never gone back and wont. By the way it was the owner who had done this each time too, even worse!

abby I use to love going here. I havent been for a couple years I went back and now I will NEVER go back. It was not the owner but the other woman in there (shorter with glasses I believe)with her always did my pedicure and it was the worst one Ive ever had. I now have SCABS on my toes and they were in pain for weeks. It actually hurt to walk around. She continuously was hurting me the whole time. I got gel polish and she had it all over my skin and I KNOW she saw it and still let it dry like that. She was not friendly either and just overall ruined how I looked at their salon. Very sad. Never again.

After going to the same nail tech for three years I was worried I wouldn’t find someone when I moved from the Wast Coast. Deb is so attentive to detail and ensures the experience is nothing less than perfect. The salon is clean, bright, and welcoming. Everything is sanitary and adheres to how a nail salon should be. Her prices are fair for what you receive and you get what you pay for 100%. Absolutely worth every penny! I cannot imagine going to anyone else now :) (I uploaded the pics twice on accident!)

Kristi Runge I’ve been looking for a new nail salon. Based on online reviews, I found Deb at her salon, Honey Nails, to be highly recommended. Surprisingly, she had an opening today (New Year’s Day). She did incredible work, was very easy to talk with and brainstorm nail ideas with, and has the cutest dog to keep you company. When I got home, my husband exclaimed, “Whoa! Those nails are EPIC!” Safe to say I found my new nail place.

Heather Johnson Absolutely perfect. I’ve been searching for a nail tech for years. I’m finally going to start getting frequent manicures, as Deb meets all of my high expectations. She has meticulous attention to detail. The nails are straight, thin, and perfectly even. I prefer fills once every 2-3 weeks, after close to 3 weeks there’s no lifting and they look great. It’s so refreshing to be able to have a friendly conversation while getting nails done. She also threaded my eyebrows which were done perfectly and nearly painless compared to every other person that has threaded my thick brows over the years. I can’t recommend her enough. She offers online booking which is extremely convenient. She’s rightfully very busy, so I currently booked my fills two appointments at a time.

August Careaga Always an amazing experience! I get full sets and fills every time and they always turn out amazing, shaped right and all equal sizes and polish is always even and how I asked! Ive gotten it done by many different people in the salon and its never been a bad experience from anyone!

A I called to make an appointment because I needed to be done by a certain time. I was there 2 hours. In the middle of doing my nails she stopped and did a full pedicure. Which took her over 30 minutes to do. Nobody came to do my nails while she was doing the other persons pedicure. I was supposed to get neck and shoulder massage I didnt get one. They do good work! But take to long. If you have no plans that day then its perfect.

Lillian Natto Under new management and I definitely had a great experience. Place is nice, clean, and relaxing. I usually get the gel manicure with an oval shape and French tip pedicure - looks great and lasted way longer than expected. I see Trang and she has been the best. Always does a fantastic job and is quick, too. 10/10 highly recommend.
