Judy De Voe I am an elderly lady with problem toenails. Ingrown, some fungus and some strong sensitivity. The people here do such a great job. Nails are trimmed well, with no pain. I dont come as often as I should so am usually having pain when I get here, but never when I leave. I strongly recommend them.

Marissa Longtain I love DT. I have been going there, mainly for the employees, for years and years. Lisa is the best you could have for a pedicure! And the boys have excelled in nail over the years. There are only a few, so appointments recommended.

Lauren Hamm-Westbrooks Overpriced and not good. The shape is off, I had to ask her to repaint multiple spots where the gel was completely missing. It was disappointing. She didn’t ask me how I wanted to shape my nails, and I had to correct so many times and it still looks bad so I gave up. If I could have gotten a refund I would’ve. The photos are from directly after the nails were done.

Megan Hard Paid for a deluxe pedicure $42 plus gel $15… $57 for a pedicure that lasted a total of 35 minutes. The lady wasn’t wearing gloves and was the only one there so of course was rushing to get mine done to help the person that came in 20 min into my pedicure. Wish they would have just said they didn’t have time rather gave me a very poor pedicure.

Waterlily I had a pedicure. They were very kind but not very personable. The massage/lotion was only on the front of the legs. I paid for their most expensive pedicure. Was expecting more. :/ Im not sure I will go back.

Lindsay Watson Today was my first time there after trying to find a good place to permanently get my nails done and Im so glad I went. I went in for a fill, which isnt a process Im used to so not sure what to expect, and she went through and corrected parts I didnt even know needed to be fixed. So she just as easily could have filled the nail over rather then take that nail off and start all over. She went above and beyond even when they were busy so it meant a lot to me and Ill be going back.

Terri Robb Got nails and toes done, not happy. Isnt a clean place and there tools arent clean. Cold water to soak hands for the manicure. Will not be back. Left needing pedicure and manicure at another place. Tried getting our money back and was told 5 xa that we dont refund your money back. Kept trying to have ne and my Sister come back and see other people. What does dirty tools and files and poor service dont you understand?? What happened to good quality customer service and making your customer happy.?Never again

Emmie Holmes Staff was very nice! Very clean! But I’ve never been so unhappy with my nails. They aren’t the same length, my thumbs are way shorter than the rest of my nails and my big toe was left with a huge noticeable bump in the polish, which I tried to ignore because they just argued about my thumb nails being shorter than the rest, until I got home and the nail polish where the bump was came off! $130 for chipped polish after not even 12 hours and uneven nails. I don’t even want to go back to have them fix it. I feel bad though because the staff was so nice!

molly lyford Lisa is the best nail lady in the West! She is very detail oriented and so is all of her staff. I would never go anywhere else again bc I have and the other people did a horrible job compared to Nail Time! I love this place!

Riah G My friend scheduled my appointment over the phone and the woman gave herself 30 minutes for a full set on me before her next client. First photo is what I asked for (with almond shape and med. length) second photo is what I received. After doing my nails she refused to paint the design she originally claimed she could do, because my nails were “too short”. She tried to glue on some little stickers but I refused, since that wasn’t what I asked for. I paid for my service in full but claimed I wasn’t happy with them and I’d be back tomorrow to have them fixed. Her next client was also sitting behind me and she told the woman “I’ll be right with you it’s her fault” basically saying it was my fault her next customer was waiting even though she double booked herself. I came back the next day and asked her to fix two nails that were crooked, remove the color and just paint them all black. What could go wrong with ALL BLACK?! She agreed and began filing my nails with her tool, while removing the color she continuously burnt my nail beds and cut my cuticles and fingers with the drill. I repeatedly told her she was hurting me and she did not acknowledge but just kept on going. After about ten times of being burnt and cut by her tool I told her I no longer want her to work on my nails. I asked for a refund and said I’d go elsewhere to have them fixed because she was being so aggressive with her nail file. She began raising her voice at me and saying she wasn’t hurting me even though I was clearly cut and bleeding around my nail beds on several fingers. She refused to refund my money unless she could remove the nails, so she soaked my fingers in acetone and left me with this. I have never in my 10+ years of having my nails done been so blantly disrespected, and treated so poorly by someone doing me a service. She was downright unprofessional, unkind, entitled and rude. Take your money elsewhere! This place is trash.

Silverleaf Tiki Phillips Solar nails were soooo soooo thick ... I had to go to another nail shop to have them filed down and fixed Update: wow I didnt realize I have already been here until I saw my review ... everything looked familiar. Okay so today I came in and asked for solar ombre nails ... I asked them to be very short and - she put her neck back and with a disgusted look on her face and told me no, ombre needs to be on a long nail. I showed her a pic of my latest manicure, short and ombre and she said fine but did not look happy about it. She cut them back and they were long so I showed her the pic again and asked her to trim the tip back more before we started. She did it again, but not happy. I wanted to walk out right there and should have. We had many discussions between that and I saw them interact with different customers and they treat them all that way. Anyways, back to my nails ... when I left they were all uneven and slanted, my fingers hurt so bad from being cut by the little wheel the sand your nails with and my right thumb is hot even now 8 hours later ... she didnt file under my nails with the pointy one to get the glue off so my fingers ties were stuck to the tips she put on and the acrylic has gaps on the sides of my nails where it just got missed. My fingers are so tender that it hurts to let them touch anything especially when there is pressure nails or even trying to grasp anything(like a cup) ... when I left, I should have done pics immediately, because they were bleeding but I washed my hands and decided to do pics about 20 minutes later. I had to go buy cuticle oil and a nice file to fix them but they are still in so much pain. It brought tears to my eyes trying to carefully file them to be straight. I will never ever go here again. Customer service is awful, there was a disabled man getting his feet done and none helped him up from the chair .. he had to canes and couldnt get the door open to leave and the ladies were just staring at him, my 13 year old son saw and jumped up to open the door and the man was so grateful for him. I will edit later to check misspelling... Im just ranting and upset right now and not going to go thru it for punctuation.

Lexi Martin Sara has been doing my nails for over a year now! Shes amazing and so nice. She can do almost any pinterest inspo, my nails have never looked so good! I love her private room, theres an iPad to play music or watch netflix.

Sparrow I had an amazing experience at Mericle Nails. I had not had hard gel nails for a year and a half because I couldnt find an artist in my area. I was thrilled to discover Elizabeth in Longview. She is extremely professional, thoughtful and passionate about nails. She was meticulous and took her time removing the horrible polygel/dip polish mess I had on my hands. She came up with a beautiful, winter themed design for my nails and executed it flawlessly. I couldnt be happier or more impressed.

Her Obsession Best price for very good attention to detail. Other places rush you through and skip steps but not this salon. I highly recommend them. Plus they are nice people.

Lindsay Watson This was my first time here after a good friend said it was the only place shell get her nails done and it was a really good experience. I was the only person there because theres only one tech. She did a great job on my nails, didnt rush and I can tell theyre quality. I will be returning again and again. Great prices, too!

Crystal Jean Red Competitive prices. Small family business. My eight year old and six year old claimed they had the best day of their lives. They felt so pampered. The kids have to be tall enough for their feet to reach but they are treated like royalty. My nails and toes look fantastic and I’m a ball of joyful mush. Highly recommend this store. Call for an appointment and enjoy the pampering.

I drive here twice a month for my nail service because of the customer service (not to mention a FANTASTIC pedicure service with a massage to die for)!!!! The owner pays special attention to her clients and you feel valued and important, never rushed and like a number like I have at other establishments. They have quality products with clean and friendly service. They offer a broad selection of services but I highly recommend the deluxe pedicure.... its so worth it!!!! Walk in service or appointment. Theyre flexible and want to ensure you are pleased with your nails. Check them out!

Searing This was my first time here. I am new tho the area and disgusted how I was treated in this salon. I got there around when they opened and asked for a fill and a pedi. I told the lady doing my nails I wanted the same shape and length. She changed the shape of my nails. When she painted them, gel polish was all near my cuticles and there were air bubbles and brush stokes in the top coat. She also was having a hard time doing a very basic design. A younger lady started to fix my nails then told me to wait and she will make sure I’m happy. They sat me at a pedi chair with no water for over 30 mins. I told them I was no longer interested in getting a pedi and I was not happy with my nails since I didn’t get what I came in for. All of a sudden the lady who did my nails started yelling me me saying it was my fault I wasn’t happy with my nails. I told her it’s not my fault and you can clearly tell the application was the problem. She continued to yell at me in English and in Vietnamese. The younger lady attempted make it right and told me she would take care of me. The younger lady told me she had appointments this is why I have to wait but why not say this when I got there at 10?! I was asked to wait 20 more minutes but after being yelled at, I walked out. To note - the women working there they pushed me aside to help asked for much more than I did and they were super happy and willing to help. Maybe it’s because I’m mixed race and the others they were so happy to help were not. Either way, no one deserves the treatment I received. I don’t recommend trying this place. Now, I have to search for a place to fix this before I go on vacation tomorrow.

I was genuinely concerned that I wouldnt be able to find a good tech in Cowlitz County after experiencing some not so great sets. But the ones Taylor provided were the best Ive had in years.

The voice of reason hey everybody, I really enjoyed my experience at lovely nails. I didnt even have an appointment and they fit me in. I dont get a whole lot of pedicures because Im a country boy but let me tell you theyre worth it. If somebody who spent 12 years in emergency medical services, you must take care of your feet. I work 12 hours a day minimum 4 to 6 times a week. On a hard concrete floor wearing steel toe. Getting my feet taken care of makes all the difference in the world. This place, not only got all the calluses off my feet But gave a great massage as well. The staff was friendly, and the prices were competitive. not to mention, the place was very clean. For my hard-working brothers and sisters out there, go and take care of your feet! If you visit lovely nails, you wont be sorry

Grace Tripp So pleased with our experience, my mother in law and I went for manicures and they did not disappoint! We both had pictures of what we wanted and the nail techs did a great job. Snow, did my brown/white nails and,Tan, did my mother in laws coral/mushroom nails. The price was also affordable for the both of us especially considering they did nail designs.

Sydney ONeil CITY Nails did a great job for my wedding nails! They did exactly what I asked for and my nails looked fabulous! Although the pedicure was nice, the paint job could have been more polished. I would come back here. The only thing I did not like was one of the employees smoked right outside the door so the salon smelled like cigarettes several times throughout our appointment. *This photo was taken several days after the manicure.

They hired new employees with NO EXPERIENCES to worked on my feet???! Are you kidding me? Im for sure they do not have license for this salon. If I can rate 0 star I would. Kathy Roberts I have gone here for pedicures before. This day I believe I got the new person. She was nice however did not do a great job. My big toes were different lengths and it appeared she was new at this. The topper was the other new person put the wrong top coat on and it was wrong. Had to start the polish over again. There was a flood by the chairs and my purse and shoes were sitting in water. The lady also pointed at my leg and made some comment to me and her coworker. What was supposed to take a half hour was over an hour. I am finding a new place to go.

Pamela Palmeri Emily was amazing! I came in with left over builder gel under regular polish and gel that was lifting. She gently removed all the mess, and took great care of my cuticles. I got a full set of acrylics. She looked at the two inspo photos for nail shape and design and expertly executed them!! My nail set looks amazing!! She took her time with shaping, and nail art. And she was very personable when I asked for some modifications . She took great care to make sure the nails were even, and the cuticles were clean, absolutely no damage at all. I will definitely be coming back for my fills and highly recommend Emily for all nail design and application.

Robi Tay I haven’t had a pedicure in such a long time. My big toenails lift at the edge if I wear closed toe shoes, and I cut away the lifted part so nothing has a chance to get trapped under it and cause issues. Which means my big toenails are often odd shaped and I’ve been too embarrassed to have anyone work on them. But I decided to see if there was a brave soul who would fix me up and I had a very nice, relaxing experience at Bell nails today. My legs and feet look and feel so good for the first time in a long time. Thank you Bell Nails

kelly lemus I went in for a new set late in the day on a Sunday; they were pretty busy but a gal she told me I could call her too kind of like the number she got right to me. She was a nicest sweetest lady, but she did a phenomenal job. I’ve never walked out of a salon and they did exactly what I was hoping for the shape of my nails are absolutely beautiful. I’ve never been this happy she did such a beautiful job. I just can’t praise her enough

Nichole Greenland Got a French pedicure and French acrylics. There were a few problems with the acrylics. They said theyd fix them. What I got in return was even worse then before. Two stars because the pedicure was perfect. $170 I expect perfect.

Juan Fraga Went in after being unprofessional being turned away without even a raincheck from other businesses. We were welcomed in, we stated we wanted two pedicures and chose the package that offered the most. Price was worth the customer care, I would have paid more. Amazing. My partner and I we treated so well and felt so welcomed, we found our little space of heaven.

Maxine NightCourte Absolutely worst set of acrylics i have gotten EVER! I will NEVER return except for maybe a refund on these...... im so upset. They put on 7 tips and then had me sit for 20 minutes to wait for a walk-in that came in after me. Put me with a different tech who slapped acrylic on extremely messily. Then he had me sit and wait for ANOTHER tech for ANOTHER 20 minutes where she would grind and paint only to end up with this end product. The paint is peeling after only a few days. The shape is bumpy and not squoval. Theyre so uneven. When i told them at the desk, my pinky (pictured) was crooked, she took a dail file at the desk to my nail. Its still crooked, as you can see. Im so upset. Buyer beware.

Called early in the day and made a 5 o clock appointment with Tea and when I showed up at 5:00, she switched back and forth between me and another girl and I was there until 7:00. The other girl was doing something a little more intense with designs so I knew Tia would be doing her nails opposed to mine since I was just doing one color, so her husband ended up coming over and doing 90% of my nails He did not ask the shape and everything I asked him to do he did not say a word about but had an attitude and then would talk in vietnamese --which you know they have nothing nice to say if they cant say it in english. I just thought after spending 60 bucks and waiting 2 hours to do a simple dip, it would have been a better experience. Im pretty disappointed with the treatment I got today as I thought this place was better than that.

Chairty Junker I was a group of 4 and paid for everyone. $250 with a $10 tip. I called 2 days in advance so we had an appointment. I did ask if we could come an hour later that same day but I was told it was fine. 3 of my nails were crooked. I was told the design I wanted would take too long (other women showed up but did not have an appointment. But I get it you need to make money) so ended up doing something I wasnt hyped about. The nail polish should have had a 3rd coat and wasnt opaque. My MIL had a crooked nail. And some of the shaping was weird. The 3rd persons set was okay but cracked the same day. And 4th person had a manicure. There was a sticker that we said would not stay on and asked for another layer of clear coat. The sticker ended up coming off at home. I went home, filed my nails down so they werent crooked and painted my own design.

Raquel Made an appt for 11am unfortunately I was 10 min late, but they still sat me immediately. I am leaving at 1140a. That should tell you how quick the service was, but also great quality. I got a polish removal and French manicure. Prices are amazing for the quality of service provided. My new go to place and I am piiiiicky. I will wait forever to find a great place and this is it!

Rachel Rabago My friend and I went to Tea Nails for the first time to get a fill. We both like detail and cool designs. The 2 that helped us did an amazing job and afterwards the lady took pictures of my friends nails then of both ours together.

I appreciate how kind and thoughtful. Both Tea and her husband are during Every service. My pedicures are generally provided by her husband. He is quiet during every appointment, allowing me to just relax. Tea Has a phenomenal artistic eye reviewing each nail set that goes through for a perfection. I cannot recommend anyone else in this area that has the attention detail while. Not being rough in their work she’s very gentle. I experience no pain.
