I came to her 11 months ago with horribly infected nails and 11 months later I can actually wear clear over my normal nail and theyre beautiful and the skin is all healed. She is all about health and wellness for your nails, and she takes the time and quality that someone needs to have good healthy nails. I highly highly recommend her!

E. M. Park Im older and after some knee injuries, I needed pedicures. Theres a big difference between a pedicure and what Andi can do. My nails are healthier, my feet are well hydrated and softer and Ive not had accidental injuries to my toes that have caused inflammation. She is so knowledgeable, it blows my mind. Shes great! Pricey, but great and well worth it.

Snappy Camper Andi has saved my nails! We are still in the process of healing my nails! My nails had a severe split and after 2 and 1/2 months of Andi’s care and diligent at home care she recommended I now am well on my way to having beautiful nails again! It feels great knowing my severely damaged nails from years of acrylics are now beautiful thanks to Andi and her guidance and knowledge.

Jenny Nelson She did my daughter’s nails. It was the first time getting them done and Juanita was so kind and did an amazing job! My daughter even played volleyball with them and they stayed on.

I I noticed he was going too hard on my nails and my fingers started to bleed.. but I wasn’t trying to say much. Honestly when I was there I LOVEED my nails. But once I came home I realized how my nails aren’t even and my thumbs are super short.. I’m surprised I paid $60 for this. But I wish I said something when I was there. But other then that, really nice workers!

Claire Landon I love going here!! The people are kind and always good to talk to. The prices are great and they do a quality job. I usually get French tips and every time they have been even and exactly what I wanted. In my experience I’ve found scheduling ahead works best, but they are always timely and take walk ins! The place is clean and organized, and it’s always a nice relaxing break in my day to get my nails done here. I’ve had acrylics and gels done and they’ve done a fantastic job!!

SueAnn Anderson This turned out to be a fairly long review so Ill sum it up for anyone not interested in reading the novel: I paid around $100 for a case of athletes foot, super glued nails that ended up ripping off a couple of my natural toe nails and damaging the ones it didnt completely remove, and I was humiliated and yelled at in front of a salon full of people by a staff member for an almost accident. Just less than 2 months after my pedicure and problems just dont end. I do want to say that there are good things I want to mention. First, most of the staff that I dealt with were perfectly friendly. The lady who did my pedicure was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned that I was pleased with her work and the end result. And at the time, I was. However, the bad outweighs the good by miles. First, when I got there I was escorted to this small space in between two pedicure chairs and asked to wait there while the technician was preparing the area. To one side was the chair where I would be and on the other side was an already occupied chair where another customer was being worked on. I didnt notice that she had a beverage on the arm of her chair and apparently my purse was bumping against it. I became aware of this because one of the employees started yelling at me to watch what I was doing. Yes actually yelling at me from across the salon, in front of all the other employees and customers ( I dont know exactly how many but I would guess somewhere between 15 and 20 people, give or take). Im wedged into this space between the chairs, no where to put my bag, nowhere else to go, and this woman is stomping across the salon with a nasty tone shouting at me. It was humiliating. Since she was not the one who would be actually doing my pedicure, I let it go. If it had been the technician working with me, I would have walked out then and there. The rest of my experiences in the salon was fine and I have no complaints. The pedicure was great and the nails were okay. A little uneven in some places, but compared to some of the picture in other reviews, my nails were apparently some of their best work. The aftermath, however, is what makes me wish there were an option for 0 stars. That night when I went to bed, my feet started itching incessantly. I got a lovely case of athletes foot. I never set foot on the floor barefoot, and didnt have athletes foot before I went there, so I can only assume that the foot bath or other equipment was not cleaned properly. After about a week, I stubbed my pinky toe and it ripped of my entire toenail, not just the acrylic nail but my entire natural nail. This isnt the fault of the salon, obviously. However it happened again with another toe while I was waiting for the first toe to heal so I could go somewhere else to have the remaining nails removed. And when I did remove the rest my nails underneath were just torn up from the glue, some to the point of bleeding, just from the normal lifting around the edges. The glue used seems unnecessarily strong when it causes the real nail to tear off, instead of breaking away from the nail.

Jael Armas The first time I went there, it was ok I did a full set they charge me $60. Yesterday I had an appointment at 11 , they made me wait 45 minutes, they didn’t even apologize for the long wait then they did my nails in the same chair that they do your pedi, they did it so quickly and charged me for a regular mani and pedi $60 and today my nails are all cracked. I’m really disappointed! I’ll never going back there.

Jessica Brown Definitely do not recommend! They are sneaky and will charge your card more money behind your back after you leave their salon. On 12/02/21 at 10:34 am They originally charged me 40.00 for a full set with gel color, i didn’t get anything fancy no designs, nothing other than upgraded polish. I gave a 10.00 tip and the receipt I have from them shows a charge for 50.00. I check my account the next day (12/03/21) and it shows a charge for 60.00 and that it had been adjusted BY THEM at 12:06 pm AFTER I HAD LEFT THEIR SALON. I went in to ask Tom and Cici about it and I got told it was my bank and not them . BUT THAT CLEARLY IS NOT THE CASE AS BANKS DO NOT HAVE ANY REASON TO ADJUST IT. I’ve called my bank and they assured me that Cicis nails as the merchant were the ones who adjusted it as it was originally charged at 10:34 am on 12/02/21 and it had been adjusted at 12:06 pm on 12/02/21. The only people benefiting from the adjustment is them! I know it’s only a 10.00 difference BUT ITS THE PRINCIPLE. THESE PEOPLE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY FROM YOU BEHIND YOUR BACK. So be careful! These people are shady and will charge your card more money after you leave their salon! EDIT: they have officially corrected the amount that was originally swiped when I left their salon and it has now posted on my account. NOTICE IT DOESNT SAY ADJUSTED AMOUNT ANYMORE? It was only pending due to someone at Cicis nails trying to adjust the original amount for more money. Go ahead and look at the time stamps in the screenshots, it shows it all. Oh and due note that cici did say If it was fixed, I owed them an apology posted to their page, when in fact they were the ones trying to take extra money that didn’t belong to them to begin with hoping no one would catch on to it! THIS WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED TO BEGIN WITH IF SOMEONE IN THEIR SALON HAD NOT CHANGED THE AMOUNT I AUTHORIZED MY CARD TO BE SWIPED FOR AND IF THEY WERE OPEN UPFRONT AND HONEST HARD WORKING INDIVIDUALS WITH MORALS AND VALUES. While I do appreciate them making it right, the fact that this happened to begin with just shows the kind of people they are and the kind of business they are running. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING BUISNESS ELSE WHERE, just to simply save yourself the grief of dealing with people like this.

Chelsea McQueen Came here for this first time with my daughter, best friend, and her girls. The service was spectacular, the pedicure we got was so relaxing, and my full set acrylics was amazing! The last time I got acrylics from another salon, they were heavy and clunky looking. These are light and feel more like a natural nail rather than acrylics!

Not to mention, clean environment limitless colors to choose from. Prices are very reasonable. Good nail salon. I went with shade 041 from their pastel spring color display. Anna did my nails and was very kind and skilled.

Goretti Manzo-Kittelson Ever since I moved to the Tri-cities, I love going to T20 Nail salon and taking my daughters with me. We get our nails done and a spa pedicure every two weeks. I love the staff there, and especially love Ren and his hard work work my nails. Always smiling and super nice, he and the rest of the nail technicians do an amazing job! Also, it’s so clean, which is huge at any nail salon! 10/10 would recommend Ren and T20!

Kylee Schmook I got referred here by a friend but I’m not sure why. I went here 10 years ago and they cut me during a pedicure with a nail file. Fast forward to today I thought I’d give them a second chance. I booked online made a tell reservation everything. My technician I booked with was “gone” and so they had somebody else do my nails. I’ve been getting my nails done for 11 years and never had them BURN before. My nails were on fire burning so bad. I was going to leave mid appointment but they kept assuring me hand sanitizer and alcohol would help ? It’s now 3 hours after my appointment and my nails are still on fire. I googled it and I guess she used too much primer, I mean that makes sense since it was dripping down my hand and I asked for a paper towel to wipe it off. Removing the nails is the only way I can think to stop the burning but we all know how hard it is to get a fresh acrylic set off without more pain. 10 years later and still basically don’t know what they are doing. Do these people even have licenses ????

gabrielle f Everyone was very friendly, however the prices were ridiculous for what i received. I got a colored french tip and an almond shape, $98. Base price for a full set is $60, $20 for french, $15 for shape. Price upcharges were not mentioned nor in a visible spot throughout the entire place. The nails look mediocre and they are bumpy. The color is uneven, each nail has a different amount of product. Sad because i’m usually an excellent tipper and i did not even want to spend an extra dollar there.

Alicia razo I have been going to Jacky since October she did my first set of sculpted nails and now it’s the only type of acrylic application I will ever get. She’s very professional and her studio makes you feel at home. My nails have never lifted and the shape of the nails has always been spot on and not to mention the designs she is very talented with nail art. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a good quality set of acrylics her prices are very affordable!

Jaqueline West I absolutely love Jacky! She lets you pick whatever you want to watch on the TV and the chair is super comfortable. Her salon is super cute, neat, and relaxing. I refuse to get my nails done anywhere else now. Shes amazing at what she does!

Two clients at a time. Lots of colors. My manicure came out beautifully, and my gel pedicures always last “forever”. If you choose to get a sugar scrub and massage with your pedicure, they’re worth it!

Mikaela Wyatt I have been to many places in the Tri Cities area trying to find a permanent nail salon. This place is amazing! I could not for the life of me decide what color to choose for my nails because we are going to Cancun and Whitney the nail tech was so patient with me and even tried one color and took it off because it wasn’t the shade I was thinking. I told her it was totally fine and she insisted that I liked the shade. They are SO kind and the facility is clean and prices are SO reasonable. I will be coming back and referring friends! You will not regret coming here!

Kay Rosson I drove by & saw this establishment & thought to myself I need a pedi. I was greeted nicely & didnt have to wait. I was seated in a very nice pedi chair. The water was just right. My technician went over the different types of pedicures available. I selected shellac with a design. My toes look so pretty & feel soft. Anytime you can get the paraffin wax, you should. Makes a huge difference to me. They only thing I didnt care for was starting with one technician then getting another 1/2 way through. I just feel bad about having to split the tip. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. Ill definitely go back for all my pedicures.

The service was some of the best Ive seen in tri-cities! The staff not only gave me some recommendations but also got me seated very fast. The quality of the polishes is also great. Caitlin McFarlane I just watched her use the same nail clippers, cuticle cutters, nail file and more on me and the next person. She didnt sanitize a single thing! Most places Ive been to have sanitized packs they open for each person.

delene brandt ALL instruments are sterilized here. I have been having mani and pedi services here for years. Any claim that equipment is not sterilized is nonsense. Cathy does a great job, so does her husband. It’s a quiet relaxing place to go. I can often drop in and get my services right away. Really nice people.

clay harris Im a male from Mississippi here working. Since I work in construction I generally get a pedicure every few months for hygiene purposes. This is the first place I tried since its close to where Im staying. I dont know if its because Im a man or if this is the norm but it was absolutely terrible in comparison to what Im used to. The lady barely did anything effectively. She barely Exfoliated my feet Which is one of the main reasons I came. Left my nails jagged. Literally rushed through the whole process as if she was frustrated that I was even there... and she seemed just ready to go. There was not a single individual in there on a Saturday at peak times. That should have been my red flag but I was thrilled To be able to walk right in. Now I know why it was empty while the other two places I was going to go were packed. I usually dont post reviews unless im highly satisfied or gravely disappointed. Im sure you know which one I am with this place. Hopefully they were just having a bad day and just ready to go home.

Francisca Vega I went in for dip nails at 11am and walked out at 1pm. While I was there I was pawned off to all three nail techs working. I felt that I constantly had to wait on them to come back to me and assist me while also making others wait. The quality of service is poor and disappointing. I chose a color that was not what was displayed and when I told the tech she ignored me and kept doing her thing. By the time I walked out of the establishment I was frustrated. Save your money, time and energy and do not go here.

H Productions I am very pleased with my experience:). I have gone to many nail salons in Tri-Cities and by far, this place has been the most professional, clean, and well mannered. The prices are very responsible too, so that’s a plus:). I paid $45 for this set, with a art design on each ring fingers. I will definitely be coming back. I recommend this business.

Hayley Lawrence I have been going to Jen for the past three years. My sister and mother also have been only going to Jen. Jen takes her time and does fantastic work. Her designs are exactly like the photos I show her. I would not attend any other nail salon in the Tri-Cities. Before I went here, I tried many other places. And Jen is the only nail technician I trust. The salon is clean and quiet. Jen only takes one client at a time, so it is always a very personal visit.

Karla Torres I don’t get my nails done often but now getting them done with Kenzie my acrylics last me 3+ weeks! Always achieves the nails shape and design I ask for! She’s precise, and takes her time doing my nails. She’s a new nail tech and she getting better and better each time I go to her!

Joleen Stewart Didn’t ask me what pedicure I wanted and up sold me- but more then that- grated my “soft” skin and left and open sore- when I pulled back in pain she said “be still”-it bled and everything- she didn’t say a word- when she sprayed alcohol in it (which hurt) I said ouch and pointed she shrugged and said “sorry” had someone else come finish it and put triple antibiotic ointment on it (which I am allergic to) and they didn’t even ask. Then when I got to the front to pay it was $40. I have never paid that much for a pedi. Usually $20-25. Never again!!!

Shannon Cooper Very rude. Would not listen to what I wanted done, dead skin taken off and shape. Told me over and over "I do it". When he went to put the polish on I had dead skin hanging off my cuticles still and shape was not what I asked for so I stopped him from continuing. They drilled the top of our nails, and the bowl I soaked my fingers in didnt have soap, but did have a piece of dead skin floating in it that Im not sure was mine.
