Nanaelp Overcharged me for a gel manicure I asked for dip powder. They did not give me dip they gave me just gel and kept telling me it was dip powder and charged me $80. Never have I ever paid $80 for just a gel manicure which has already started chipping and breaking. I should have checked reviews before coming. I didnt come to argue then be overcharged for crappy service and not what I asked for. do NOT get any service done here they are scammers. I want my $80 back.

Tiny Tiger I broke a nail, and after I tried to use nail glue, and then press on nails to keep nail together, both methods failed. So, realizing I was starting to damage my nails, I panicked and made an appointment with Bojour to have acrylics put on.
Ive only had a couple of manicures on my natural nails and had no idea what to expect. From start to finish, I was unsettled, but i figured i was just nervous to do a new thing.
Despite me making an appointment, I had to wait a half hour for them to start. They didnt remove the nail glue from the drug store nails before filling (despite me specificity saying that it was there). I tried to ask questions about the process, and the nail tech asked if i was ok rather than answering my questions. They didnt push back my cuticles, and just a few days later, they already looked to me like they needed a fill. The nails themselves are super thick and uneven. I asked the tech to cut them short enough to be able to type for work, and she left them too long to do so. They put on a different color than I asked, when I tried to say something the manager came over and said that it was dark purple and would look like the color I picked when they put more coats on - I wanted a dark indigo but I got a deep plumb. There was a language barrier, and I have an auditory processing issue, so at the time, I chocked some of this up to the communication barriers. It happens to me a lot, so I just try not to be a bother and trust the professionals. Now, Im a week and a half out, and Im seeing lifting on most of the nails. The right pointer finger is the worst and is catching on my hair and clothes at the back end of the nail. Im also seeing a lot of chipping at the tips (was supposed to be gel polish). When it was time to pay, I was hesitant, and the tech pressured me into giving her a tip. I just paid and got out of there. I wont be back.

Robert Malcolm Great salon! All newly renovated, really sharp. Great attention to detail with their service. Without a doubt the best pedicure Ive had here.

Autumn Simpson Lately, every time I come here, I leave with air bubbles and tiny hairs visible in my polish. Additionally, they dont use a fast drying top coat so its easy to smudge your nails hours after the appointment. The last time I pointed it out, the staff tried to accuse me of ruining it myself and when I called to speak to the owner, they lied and said I had the wrong business and hung up on me. This is a very mismanaged business and their service has really gone downhill this last year.

Tabitha Hake-Evans They made my finger bleed, didnt finish cutting my cuticles, and wasnt able to do a simple heart design on my nails. When I asked for a discount they told me "it happens, sometimes your fingers bleed" and said that the designs never look 100% the same as in photos. I didnt expect perfection but her design was so off I wouldnt even call it a heart. She even went so far as calling me a liar. Just wow. No apologies from them just rudeness. I also got their 50$ pedicure that was just 30 min of half effort foot care. Dont bother coming here.
Update: THE NEXT DAY my gel cracked off. Which according to other reviews, is something that happens often here.
