Erin Walker Absolutely wonderful! Close to family while visiting the area and decided to pop in to get my nails done. Owner is super nice and did a great job! Will definitely come again when Im in the area!

Mari W I’ve been here three times so far, for an acrylic set and two fills, and it’s been great every time. Super high quality and they hold up really well. I’ve gone 4 weeks between each fill and they still look great when I come back in (aside from being long and grown out of course). The acrylic does not break or lift, and the polish hasn’t chipped or worn off. I’ll keep coming back!

Raquelle Thompson I’m so thankful that I found Su’s shop! She’s so nice and made me feel so welcomed and like I was with a close friend. She took her time and really did an amazing job on my nails and cuticles. Also took out my ingrown toe nails that was such a relief. She’s the first nail artist to take time and care about my nails. Cynthia Anderson Su is wonderful! She genuinely cares about your nail health and wants to educate you on how to make your nails stronger. I will definitely be going back to her! She pays attention to detail and does a great job with cuticle trimming. I went for a gel manicure and pedicure and was so happy with how they turned out!

Hannah Dierks Chloe is just the sweetest person and a wonderful nail artist. I’m so happy with my nails, it’s my favorite set ever! 10/10 would recommend Chloe and 37 Nails. Justin also helped remove my old set and was fantastic. They keep a very clean and organized nail salon.

Lisa Ost I visited this place for the first time yesterday, and I’m absolutely thrilled! Even over the phone, the staff was super friendly, and I was able to get an appointment right away. When I arrived, everyone was so welcoming and kind.They found the perfect length and color for my nails, just as I imagined. The work was flawless, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Unfortunately, I’m from Germany, so I can’t come here regularly, which is such a pity. But next time I’m in the area, I will definitely come back! We’re so happy we found this place; it’s definitely going to be our go-to!

Amanda Decker Best nail shop in town! I get compliments at work every time I get my nails done. I’ve come here for almost 3 years now, never had a bad experience. I usually do a dip powder manicure and gel pedicures. I really appreciate that they don’t take walk -ins( appointments only). I don’t feel rushed , it’s organized, no chaos, and they have excellent customer service/atmosphere. This is a female owned business and one of the best places I’ve been and I’ve lived all over the US. Don’t be that person and not read the cancellation policy and come in knowing what you want on time.

Ruth Ann I had a wonderful experience with the all the ladies. I have a disability getting up/down stairs and they were kind enough to help me up and down for my pedicure. They did a beautiful job! Ciru Gakio I have been a customer with them since early last year. I love that they open late, and open on Sundays. Allows me to get my nails done even when my schedule is busy during regular hours. Tina is very knowledgeable and experienced. She always executes designs that I have on photos. Service is also quick and very reasonably priced. Never had a nail fall off, or break between services. Am satisfied and happy with the services that I receive from them.

Cherie Ferrell CHILD ABUSE Me and my two daughters came here ages 3 and 8. They both got pedicures and nails painted. My 3 year old fell asleep. She grabbed her hand and yanked her up started yelling no no. Scared my daughter. I told her not to touch my daughter like this she then yelled at me saying she already fixed it 2 times. I don’t care if her nails get messed up. Don’t touch my daughter like that. She didn’t apologize to me or my 3 year old. I will never be back to this nail salon. Update as we left I told her she should apologize and not ever touch anyone’s child like that she started yelling at me calling me a bad mom. She said she painted them twice already and she didn’t care she was sleeping yelling at me. That was insane they will never get my business again. CHILD ABUSE

Ginger Perez Not the experience. As a mom of 3 I look forward to pampering myself. I made an appointment 2 hours before closing. I was the only person there initially but was rushed the entire time. Was able to soak my feet in lukewarm water for 2.4 seconds before the official pedicure began. Also painted the top coat on while a layer was still dry so I have baked in ‘bleeding’ french tip. It was odd that they seemed shocked I didn’t tip. Worse $50 pedicure and worse gel manicure I’ve had since living in this area. I understand why the place was empty.

Tattianna Bassett I’m very upset with the service I’ve received. I came in at 5:50pm and asked if there was time for a full set and pedicure I was told yes & to pick a color. I already had a design in mind because this set is for my birthday (which is this Friday) I leave tomorrow to take a flight and these nails were so rushed they don’t even match the inspo photo! They’re sloppy as ever as well and the stickers budge out. When I tried to address this with the two nail techs who were doing my nails I was met with arguments at which point I was getting very disappointed I don’t hardly ever celebrate myself or my birthday so for me to come try and treat myself and not get what I asked for I’m highly upset. I had been to this location years ago and wasnt happy with it, but they are under new ownership and have new staff. Love the ladies at this shop. Amelia Strayer The most consistent nail salon I’ve been to. It’s now my go-to. I always get a regular manicure and a gel pedicure. I have a consmetically damaged big toe nail that they do acrylic on and it’s perfect! They’re very meticulous and caring in their service. Will keep coming back!!!

She is so happy and eager to teach the next generation of nail techs. The cleanliness of the shop is impeccable and the quality of the work produced is unlike no other. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails. She has techniques that i haven’t seen any other techs use. She is literally the nail boss. I am so happy and excited for her to do my wedding set.

Carmen I was really looking forward to trying this place. I booked an appointment and the experience was horrible. I came in for a full set and pedicure. 5 hours after I sat down I was still getting my nails done. I had to leave without a pedicure because it took so long. There was no heat and it was snowing outside, it was literally freezing. The nail tech I booked the appointment with had a picture of what I wanted ahead of time and said she could do it. The finished result looked nothing like what I asked for. It’s only been 5 days and my nails are already lifting. I 1000% expected better work and a better experience from all positive reviews and pictures I saw prior to coming in. The only best things I have to say about this place is my nail tech was nice and the establishment was very clean and spacious. She just needs a lot more practice. Transparency on skill level would’ve much appreciated as I’m extremely flexible and understanding. Including pictures of what I asked for vs. what I got for reference.

Tasha Brown I visited on 10/27/2024 for a gel fill design and a pedicure, but by the next day, my nails and toes began chipping. I reached out to Hannah, the owner, and she informed me that I had three days to return for assistance. I explained that my long work hours wouldn’t allow me to come in until the weekend, but she reiterated the three-day policy and couldn’t help further. I spent over a hundred dollars, and it’s disappointing that no compensation or discount for a future visit was offered.

TM Wd I think I was over charged, I didn’t even get what I wanted, I’ve never been charged $40 for a manicure with clear gel coating. I believed it was not worth the price, the picture is right out the door of the nail salon. ***UPDATE*** my nails peeled three days later. Such a waste of money.

Nelly Knows Imagine calling ahead of time to request an appointment with Anna. Then arriving and letting them know only to have them seat you, and have someone else start working on you. It began with one woman taking off the polish who started very gentle but ended up making a few mistakes, then switching to another who was not so gentle who drilled the hell out of the nail bed. I asked if Anna was going to be working on me soon and the lady said yes…. Soon didn’t come until I pulled away in pain and horror saying I’ll just wait for Anna. I began to wait and realized I had been there over an hour and I was so upset. I left some money and walked out and she followed me out of the store and tried to get me to wait saying she “loved me” and trying to hug me and kiss my cheek? For context, this was only her third time ever working on me and she doesn’t even know my name. I could see she was desperate and I was really exhausted from the whole thing so I let her talk me into staying since she promised she’d switch to me immediately. She did, then drilled my nails even more……Anyways I paid and left and I’m never going back. Kind of sucks cuz the shoulder massage while you get your nails done is nice and the shop itself is pretty nice too The employees lack cleanliness though and skill as well….. I would say Anna is more skilled than most if not all of them and my nails are still wrecked.

Courtney Dropped my car off at Lexus of fife for an oil change and Ubered over to blossom nail salon to get a full set! I was told about this place by a friend. I was immediately started on, no handwashing or grabbing a new towel for the counter and there were nails still on the counter. I should’ve left then then while the lady was taking off my old set pretty aggressively and cut through my real nail and then continued to use the same clippers and not use any alcohol to clean my nail before trying to put on the same glue she’s used on hundreds of other people. At that moment I said I was alright paying whatever and I will not be going through with this service. Not clean whatsoever. Nice people but not clean.

She’s incredibly talented and clearly passionate about her craft. Tina took her time to ensure every detail was perfect. The shaping, the polish, the designs—everything was flawless! She also listened to exactly what I wanted and gave great suggestions that made my nails look even better than I had imagined. What stood out the most was her attention to cleanliness and precision. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and prioritizes her clients’ satisfaction. On top of that, she’s such a kind and friendly person, which made the entire appointment even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who will give you gorgeous nails and an amazing experience, I can’t recommend Tina enough. I’ll definitely be back!

Helenor I’m new in WA and needed a nail salon to call home. Been coming here for a while and they never disappoints me. I show a design and they create it in their own way in which I love. 10/10 i recommend and the pedicures are next level. Try them out you will not be disappointed❤️

Aubrey Mckinney Thanh went above and beyond with my nails. He was very thorough, asked little things like if I wanted more rounded coffin shape or more square coffin shape, he did wonderful on the shape and design, and he kept checking in throughout the whole process to make sure everything looked how I wanted it to. He was paid a lot of attention to detail and was very gentle compared to most other people Ive had before.

Jamie W Got my wedding nails done here. The gentleman who helped me did a good job of creating the design from my inspiration photos. He helped me decide which fingers to leave blank and which to do more detailed designs on. Also very fast experience and no issues with rubbing my skin with the file like Ive had at some other places. Very reasonable prices here too. Overall I was very very happy with the outcome and got tons of compliments. I wore them until they grew out and had no issues with breaking or chipping. The shop is clean, peaceful, and the music was nice.

Taylor Winkler Viet Nails does a wonderful job, but you need to make an appointment as they are usually too busy or understaffed for walk-ins. I love coming here for my acrylic fills, they look great every time. I’ve worked with Nguyen and Nhu and both ladies are very talented! Fills are $45. I had a pedicure here once too but it took two hours when combined with my fill, so a little too long for me to do that again.

Taylor Hauck So so happy with my experience. All the staff were so kind and accommodating. I got a pedicure and a fill and both services were very thorough. Also VERY affordable. With what I got done and the amount of work they put in for me, I was expecting it to be way more than it actually was. Very lovely people and I cant wait to go back!

Sabrina Jane I loooove this place. Its old fashioned and small, so no fanciness here. Christine does an AMAZING job!!! I waited almost a month (23 days to he exact) after going to rate this place to see JUST how long the gel withheld. And Ive had 2 very minor chips and THATS IT!!!! Especially hard since i work in water and my nails normally dont hold on to gel longer than a few days, a week at the most!!! I WILL be coming back!!! Pics of the day of an today!!!! See?? Christina Carey I have gone to this nail salon for over 12 years. I recently tried a different Salon with my daughter-in-law and I was so unsatisfied. I always end up going back to them. Theres never been a design that I bring in whether all my phone or an idea that I have that they cannot do. Whenever I go in there now I pretty much tell them whatever they want to do because its always amazing art. Its never the same design and always outstanding work. Brittany Willis I went in to get my pinky nail fixed and also a fill. The lady put my pinky nail on so crooked, she cut them so short, and uneven. The polish looked absolutely horrible and was bubbly. I was in a bit of a rush so I decided to call later on and talk to the manager to get them fixed. She said go ahead and come in and she would fix them, she seemed so irritated like I was bugging her once I got there. I kept telling her my pinky nail was so crooked and she argued it wasn’t. I told her I didn’t like the length and they were too short and she ignored it. I ended up going somewhere else to get them removed and fixed and the place I went said how horrible of a job they did and my pinky nail was definitely crooked and they shaped them wrong. I don’t know what happened to this place because they used to do an amazing job.

Coleman Torrika “Rika” I went in for a shallc mani pedi. I needed the old shellac removed as well. The tech drilled down/shaved the old polish off and made my nails so thin, then the owner rushed me thru getting them painted,she had to do it because they overbooked and I needed to get my kid (I made an appt), the paint job was so messy and not refined after the crying that the next day they were creased. Then a day later my nails started to break. Here we are 2 weeks later and all my nails are broken and my toenails are so weak they are starting to chip. I am so upset that I can not get another mani until my nails grow out more, like 2-3 weeks due to how much they have broken. And I only work on an office setting, and I dont do dishes. Ive always had strong nails and I am so broken up abt this. This the last month of summer and so many events and my nails are trash. Needless to say I WILL NEVER BE THERE AGAIN!

I can’t go anywhere else to get my gel extensions. She always remembers exactly what I’d like. I always get great compliments for my nails, I don’t want to go get them done anywhere else. All the staffs here are also super welcoming and so so friendly. I have the tiniest toe nails and my pedicure have always come out perfect and very relaxing as they’re very details oriented and check with you every step of the way. Nialejia I found out last minute that my nail tech did not do acrylic nails, and I found this place that does!! I got this French tip done for $60. This place is very affordable. Niko Lisalo I had got my nails done I jus moved to Tacoma and was trying out a place close to me. terrible services nails techs were rude and rough and then when I expressed I didn’t like my Nails bc they flooded my nail beds with acrylic and then nails were burning, they were jus all around tough with filing and all. They asked me to pay more for them to fix them the right way I jus wanted to leave but they kept telling me they’d fix it overall im unhappy ask spent 140$ on my nails n toes for some 20$ work im very dissatisfied WOULD NOT RECOMMEND .

Porsha Bland KIM DID A HORRIBLE JOB ON MY NAILS !! I paid 130 for me to cry in my car cause they are horrible!! My Cuticles aren’t even cut The paint job was horrible after I told her I wanted powder I told her I didn’t want to spend a lot she didn’t ask me how much I was willing to spend and just started doing my nails when I asked her to not use acrylfor my charm, she continue to use acrylic for my charms I told her I don’t put gel on my nails and she continue to put gel on my nails her and her associate were continuously talking about me as I was sitting in the chair just horrible, and I came there I got told Kim was good and ask for her ….. I was wrong !! Didn’t take her time , rushed when no one was in there !!!

Monica TeeMay I went to this establishment because it was the nearest open establishment from my place of employment (they close at 7pm). My nails were long I inquired to have short nails due to my new employment. I was charged $51 and I added a $10 tip. The nails were not good quality but I didn’t mind because I loved the color and the nail tech was very nice. A day later they started chipping. I went back 4 days later because my nails chipped excessively and I didn’t have time to go back until then. I managed to go back in, I spoke to the tech and let her know what was going on. She stated that because my nails were long the acrylic lifted so she would charge me a full set!! I can’t believe her. I would have paid for the full set from the beginning but she did a fill knowing that the acrylic would lift and my nails would look horrible. I will never go to this so called nail salon again and I warn everyone not to go here. They are so money hungry. If I’m gonna pay for a full set, do you think I will trust them to do a good job, no!!! I rather pay for a full set else where. You have been warned ladies!!

Stephanie Hansen Crystal did an amazing job on my blinged out set for the New Year! She shaped them perfectly and then painted and designed them exactly how I envisioned them! Also had my eyebrows waxed and 10/10! Highly recommend!

Rhia Wilder Was a great place came in there Friday of last week and got my nails done a gel full set with design. By Tuesday of yesterday I have had 5 nails pop off come in today and ask if they fix them their said yes but it would a 55 dollars when I asked why so much the lady said because she didnt charge me for the design when originally came in on Friday. If thats so then why did she charge me 185 $ ?

Cathy Smith We used to go there and it was great! It has gone downhill. Cheap products used and the nail tech lied to me and my friend. My friend got the basic spa pedicure and it feels like nothing was done. I upgraded to the lavender one . I saw not lavender and did not smell any lavender products. I ask my friend if she saw or smelled any lavender products. She didn’t either. The products used on me looked the same as the ones used for the basic one. There was a quick rub the stuff on and take it off. No massage involved. They were not busy, so I don’t know why. I asked about the lavender part and the tech lied and said she had used the special stuff. Will never go back and will share my experience at work and everywhere else. What a rip off!

Savannah This is by far my favorite place and I will not go anywhere else but leles :) all the girls do an AMAZING job I’ve never had my nails and toes look so perfect and even the smallest details are on point. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!! And they also finish fast or a timely fashion :) very polite staff too :) I come in every two weeks like clock work and I will always come back to leles! Prices are really good as well !

Kiana Diaz Price is decent but the lady that did my pedicure is a bit rude. I came in for a pedicure and when I sat down I mentioned I want to clean up my hands as well since it wasn’t busy ( i was the only customer aside from one lady already getting worked on) she looked annoyed when I mentioned about getting my fingers cleaned up. So we finished with my pedi and I told her nevermind about the mani because it already seemed like it was such an inconvenient time to get my mani since she had attitude about it. Then had more attitude because i didn’t want to go with the mani. It also doesn’t seem like the cleanest salon. The lady finished her pedi and i didn’t see her sanitizing the bowl or anything and moved onto the next. The tools they used looked well over used.

Melissa I used to go here all the time until now the ppl working there do not speak very good English and push the services on you example I was getting a pedicure and the lady kept asking if I wanted some crap and rocks put on my legs and feet I told her no and she kept pushing then asked if I wanted a manicure told her no and when Im done she has now charged me for these things over 200 dollars and when I argue with her she acts like she doesnt speak English and that I have to speak to the owner which is never there they also come to massage you while u are getting ur nails done and charge you 20 for that they have definitely lost a customer!!! Beware of you go here what they are charging you and what services they do!!!

Michelle Brooks Worst pedicure Ive ever had. So disappointed. My tech, Tony seemed to be very put off doing my pedicure. No lotion, never even touched my calves. The scrub was a partial application and removal. No actual scrubbing happened. I wont be returning.

Kimberly McElveen Went in with an idea for my nails and they just immediately assumed I wanted the same thing as last time so they filled my nails in with blue then tried to paint over it when I said I didn’t want the same color as last time and the blue showed through too much so I had to get all my nails the same color and I had to go home and shape them myself because they were all round and thick and now the day after spending money getting my nails done they’re already chipping and coming off. Update: I got my nails fixed at T-Spa and they shaped them perfectly and fixed all my nails that were coming up and even did the design I wanted even over the blue sparkles Tip top filled my nails with and I’m in love! Stephanie Stivers I had a lovely and relaxing experience getting my nails done, which doesn’t happen too often. I walked into a quiet salon with beautiful plants. I was immediately greeted by Kim and she gave me a beautiful manicure with laughs. I felt comfortable and when I asked for beautiful nails, Kim delivered!! :) Hanna did a wonderful job on my pedicure and it was so relaxing and the stone massage was nice for tired or sore legs. I enjoyed my experience with both ladies and will be returning.

Lataya Morris Kim has been doing my nails for years♡♡ I love her and she always gets my eyebrows the way I want them. I highly recommend this nail shop . I have long lasting nails every time.

I’ve had my nails done many times and this set is by far my favorite. The place was clean and so relaxing. Katie put so much effort and detail into the set and made sure everything was to my liking. Alyson Marquardt I booked a waitlist late at night and got a response immediately for next morning. When I came in there was no wait and I was helped at my appointment time! Katie took my appointment and did an amazing job! The nails are copy and paste of the inspo I had and have had so many compliments! I talked to Katie and found out she was the owner. She worked very hard, gained so much experience and opened her own shop! The atmosphere is clean, calm, and she even has calls forwarded to her cell so there’s no constant ringing. This place is absolutely amazing and so are the prices!!!

Marissa Canell I typically go to Krystal Nails & Spa (which I highly recommend and wish I had stuck to my usual place). My nail tech was Trish and my sister had Ann. I asked for acrylic and coffin shaped. Everything was going well until the cuticle drill and my cuticle began bleeding and the rest were tender. Before Trish did anything else, I didn’t want them touched anymore and she talked to the tech next to us who asked what happened. The tech said “the nail polish won’t cause infection.” That was not what I was worried about, it’s now an open wound and is susceptible to infection. I did let Trish continue because I couldn’t walk out with my nails half done with nothing on there. She had to use acetone to create the French nails and it STUNG so bad. After everything was finished, I looked and my nails weren’t coffin shaped but rather square shaped which I’m not a fan of and I know there wasn’t a misunderstanding as she repeated what I wanted back to me in the beginning. I went over to my sister who was still being worked on by Ann and she showed me her cuticle that was also bleeding. I did put on a bandaid as I work in food service so I’m just hoping nothing gets in there. We both agreed they were nice and the nails aren’t poorly done but we will be sticking to our usual go to place. I did also talk to a friend who got her nails done by Ann in the past and she had the same experience and told me about another client who was worked on by Trish that she witnessed also get her cuticles cut.

Makaila Perez-Punzalan I had a wonderful experience here. Ann did my deluxe pedicure and Katie did my dip manicure/nail art. I haven’t had my nails done in a long time. I don’t normally get them done unless it’s for a special occasion, but I wanted to treat myself today. I haven’t always had the best experience when I’ve gone other places and I’m rough with my hands, so I don’t normally go. This appointment changed how I feel about it getting this done for myself. The atmosphere is clean, calming, and inviting. Everyone was sweet and they did such an amazing job. They have their menu and prices in the front of the salon, as well as a menu sheet and pamphlets with the details of each service and the price. I highly recommend this nail salon and this is my new go-to salon!

Judy Price I booked an appointment with Katie based on a review on this site, and the choice was well made. Katie is indeed very gentle, patient, warm, and friendly. She did such a great job on these tiger eye nails (the stripe actually moves,just like the gem!), and followed up with lotion and some massage on my hands. Fabulous! Im hooked!
