Dallas Huskey Beth is a literal breathe of fresh air. She did exactly what I asked, I have OCD anxiety disorder and I am a perfectionist about my nails, so attention to detail is very important to me. Her conversation was pleasant and her ability to make you feel heard, valued, and seen is part of why her customer service is so excellent. I would recommend her to anyone. She did an excellent job on my nails, my son’s nails, and I will be back monthly for follow up service. Thanks Beth! So happy to find you!!

Brittney Chambers This place is amazing! It’s decorated super cute inside and just has a really good vibe. I get my lashes done by Alma and she is the best. I have had my lashes done at a lot of different place in town and she hands down does them the best.

Adrienne Beath I’ve been to ummelina a few times and today was by far my best experience. Amanda was my massage therapist and she was so amazing. I’ve had massages all over town and in Seattle and she gave the best massage I’ve had. And Kadence at the front took me back for my foot rub and she was so sweet and gave wonderful customer service. I felt compelled to leave a review because of how wonderful the team was today all the way to end of Lexi checking me out for my items. Thanks so much for the great service.

Lisa Walker I scheduled a 30 minute chair massage and the massage therapist was late. I don’t mind waiting because things happen and I just assumed my massage would be timed and would run 10 minutes over. I even notified my ride I would be a little bit late. I was surprised when she was finished and I went to the lobby and saw we ended at the time my massage should have ended if we had started on time. The massage was good but I was shorted 33% of my appointment. They follow up with an email asking about your experience but obviously those comments aren’t even read. I don’t plan on returning.

J F Had a wonderful time experiencing the pregnancy celebration package! The foot soak was more of a light foot/leg massage and the shower was very luxurious. Amanda did a great job making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I definitely plan on returning.

Samantha Reyes After leaving Ummelina, today, I left feeling very frustrated, and unwelcome. I went in to get a gift card as a birthday gift, and as soon as I walked in the employee made me feel extremely uncomfortable as if I did not belong there. She was very rude, when I asked for the gift card and a menu to see services she coldly just said “there”. I still bought the gift card, but the employee made me feel like this is a place I will not want to visit again. I was not able to get her name but she was wearing a black, pencil skirt suit, and had her hair in a slick bun. Extremely disappointed in the service and way she treated me.

Robinson Lora I have had 2 appointments at Ummelina. On both occasions I was treated like I was the only one there. Such great hospitality, friendly staff, excellent services. I was very pleased not to hear any staff member gossiping or putting down one another, very professional. When you are there, you are the center of their attention. Thank you for providing me the comfort and relaxation I so desperately needed when I was there.

The salon itself is clean and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I opted for a dip hombre tip and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Kohi was meticulous and took the time to ensure my nails looked perfect. They had a fantastic selection of colors to choose from, and I appreciated the attention to detail! I left feeling pampered and my nails looked stunning! I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Kohi to anyone looking for a great nail experience.

Jodee Blake Love this place. Ive always done acrylic but Kohi did my nails today and we did the dip powder. I love the way they turned out and I may never go back to acrylic. Kohi is amazing with designs. I am looking forward to football season and all my Packers themed nails. Everyone at the salon is so welcoming and friendly. Come once and I promise this will be your new salon.

Lily A I went in last week to get a gel manicure but hey told me for people with thin and brittle nails (like mine) a dip manicure is stronger and would last "1 maybe 2 weeks longer". They did a terrible job with my cuticles and every nail except one started lifting at the edges within 5 days. I fixed the cuticles as best I could but it didnt help the lift. Today is day 10 and yesterday a large chunk chipped off. Not worth $48 plus tip. Ive also been on vacation so the roughest Ive been on my nails since getting them done is washing baby bottles.

Yesica Horrible experience I got micro bladed I wanted chocolate brown Griselda put dark brown on my eyebrows she tried fixing it still looks horrible when I called her I hated them she stated I signed paper . Don’t waste your money now it’s costing more to get laser removal she doesn’t care about her her job just money . Would never recommend !

Tee Rsg I have been with Laura " the owner" since she had worked at a previous location. I followed her, when she opened her own beauty salon. I havent found anyone that can do my lashes as good as her. She also does hair! She also has a barber located inside the salon. I would definitely recommend her services. I would also recommend anyone looking for a place to rent to reach out to her. She is the friendliest person and just good vibes.

Rebecca Reali Krista is amazing. My skin feels perfect and I look damn good. UPDATE: I still love all of Kristas work from facials to waxing and.nails. But recently I experienced the micro channeling treatment and it changed my universe. It wasnt painful, there was no down time, my hyperpigmentation is significantly reduced after one treatment. Not gone yet, but changed enough to make my decision to follow through with a series. My only regret is not taking before and after pics. It is WILD what she can do with this!

Anita Rocha My GEL came off 6 days later, how does that even happen lol.. I only came here because I was in the mall and it was convenient at the time, Never again!!! Two of my finger nails look like this. The lady that did my nails didn’t even fully cover my nail with polish, and she kept rushing me to take my hand out of the dryer when it didn’t even stop on its own.

Yoxiri Rodriguez If I could give 0 stars, I would lol my friend & I went in for a shellac manicure and walked out with my nails looking like THIS. I get they’re really short but the lady literally rushed everything & I honestly just paint my nails much better at home. Such a waste of money & I had to tell her my nails were MESSY, that’s why they don’t look as bad as they did. Not to mention she was filing the skin around my fingers to remove the messy polish she left lmao

Angela Gregory Nails looked decent but it was soooooo PAINFUL. Girl straight up dremmaled and filed my skin nearly to the point of bleeding. When I said that the nail glue stings my skin she ignored me and kept going. And theres leftover color all over my skin. Ill pay more somewhere else in order to spare my poor fingers!!!!

I was so relaxed and my hair turned out so Shiney and soft both times! Revive and thrive was worth every penny and top tier! Very please with my visits!

Jocelyn I got my first massage from Kim today! It was absolutely amazing, I felt completely relaxed, felt very comfortable she communicated with me the entire time and made sure everything I needed addressed was met. She answered all of my questions, walked me through the entire process explaining what each technique helped with. I left feeling so much looser in me back, hips, and neck, my shoulders and arms don’t hurt nearly as much to move or turn onto my sides. Would absolutely recommend to a friend and will be booking again!

Jodi Almaleki Fast friendly but didnt trim cuticle skin before my full set, so they looked incomplete. Beautiful artwork! 3 days after they were put on, I got a terrible infection with pus coming out, and I couldnt even use my finger.

Venetia Leyva I went in for a shellac French tip on my fingernails and toenails. I have been to this establishment many times, but it looks like the owners have changed and the quality has extremely lowered. I got to reassure you, although the prices have not! It is extremely ridiculous. You can clearly see the French tip is crooked and he made many mistakes, I have white nail polish where there shouldn’t be on my nails and was still charged $85. Lol. This place is a joke, my friends. Save your time and money, and just go to star nails on Summitview. Thank me later. ✨

Marissa Ginghina Heidy did an amazing job with my hybrid lashes! She is very knowledgeable about lash styles and how to map them to compliment different eye shapes! Everyone there was kind and welcoming. The salon is very clean with a chic atmosphere. Im excited to keep getting my lashes done here and to try the nail services! I highly reccomend Gloss Nails and Beauty Spa!

Taylre Iverson The first two nail salons that I tried in Yakima did a really bad job, lifting after a few days and not listening to the shape I wanted. I found gloss nails on Instagram and decided to try them. She did an amazing job! The owner is incredibly passionate about education so they are always updated on current trends. She is also ridiculously artistic and has done some amazing designs on my nails.

heather hall Sully started with the removal of my old nails and put on the shape and size and Itzayana finished the design. They are both so nice and very skilled. I appreciated being able to make a an appointment and have them ready when I showed up. I can confidently say this is the best my nails have ever looked and I highly recommend them and this businesses. I also treated myself to a pedicure with Samantha who is the sweetest!

Cosmic Vision Went to get birthday nails I payed over 130$ for I got extra long nails and they refused to make my pinky nail the same length they left my pinky nail super super short it looked horrible and they argued with me that all the nails were supposed to be a different length! I kept insisting they make them all the same length the girl got mad and frustrated she ignored me and one of the guys came to see my nails and said they looked bad in front of my face The girl got frustrated doing my nails because the snow flakes weren’t laying flat she literally got up and left and made the guy who said they were ugly design finish them I never felt like such a bother to someone while paying for their service! They were so rude and disrespectful I never went back again if I could leave 0 stars I would

Annay Martinez Horrible service, over priced, and unsanitary. The older man who was doing my nails was extremely rough on me , pulling my fingers and yelling at me to relax. I then proceeded to insert my hand into the nail machine to dry my gel nails - and he yelled at me to be careful even though I was being cautions. The nail file and buffer he used on me was old and crusty. It had been used with previous clients. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I payed $65 for these regular basic crooked looking nails. DONT COME HERE! These people do your nails like if they’re doing it for free. He made me feel super uncomfortable and uneasy the way he was pulling my fingers and speaking to me. Not only that but he proceeded to talk bad about me in his natal language with his coworker. Super unprofessional and such a disgusting attitude.

Alix Guerrero Took my daughters in for one full set and 2 manicures. They didn’t clean or prep before starting on any of them. Both of my daughters colors look sloppy and spotty. The polish goes all the way up into their skin past there cuticles. My full set are uneven and extremely bulky. On top of it all the place was completely unsanitary and disorganized, very dusty. Was not welcomed or greeted when walking in. I did not feel like we were welcome and it was dead silent. Definitely will not be going back and will find a new place

Kellye Masters We went here for pedicures without an apt. We had to wait a few mins until another technician showed up, but they got us right in. They took their time and did a great job, the Polish lasted and looked great weeks later. We will be going back.
